I placed an order on the online store and as it was not delivered for about a month i filed a complaint online and later got it refunded.
Now the issue is i have got only my half payment back.
And now again i'm filing a complaint to get my whole refund amount. Why do we have always make a fool out of self?
Why is this site so lazy and would irresponsible?

Please, i am attaching my order history and kindly take an immediate action.

I ordered two t-shirts out of one had some size problem so i applied for an exchange of different size. The payment is done, pick up of wrong size product is done and its been over a month i dont have any update on the status of my product. Tried mailing but no answers. Tried doing queries but no answer.
Calls not answering.
Even tried that instagram page but no response.
Please help

I ordered a top from this website.On delivery a receive a entirely different colur as shown on the website d even the size xs doesn't fit me.The Top is of no use of me .I cant order a biggger size of the product as its useless for me and even the top is worst.So I really want a money refund or i[censored] can exchange the top with some other in the same offer.Plz look for it once.Otherwise I will have to file other consumer court complains for it. I also request you all to improve your delivery services .It really works very slow.I feel its the worst site when it comes for product delivery and customer care.Atleast reply to our mails or provide your customer care numbers so that we can reach to u in case of doubts.

Was #2317598 i received the product on 26th of july and then i had requested to exchange one of the product as the size i received was big for me! The person had come to pick the product after a day itself! Thereafter i have no information about my product! I have made payment and i dont see Amd order placed amoumt rs 1899 got deducted from my card and i dont see any order placed...my money is gone..its been more than 5 days i am trying to contact customer support and unable to get any help. I have order three tops but two of them was returned because the quality of the top was pathetic and also it was very losses for me even i have ordered small size, its being 1 month 17 days gone, i didn't receive any mail or call from street style store and if iam mailing them but i face the delivering issue, even customer care number is out of services.

So will you the team of sss will get back to me.
And do let me known when you will going to deliver my those two tops or give me some other option.
And also tell me how much i have to wait for the same.

I already sent a exchange request to the sss for my shoes as its size is large for me. And the exchange request made on time which is according to the terms and regulations of sss. But now i can apply or check the same, they said "no exchange of this product". Why so??

This site has the worst service ever!!! I had ordered 2 tops on 20th july 2018 of which estimated date of delivery was 10th august, then it delayed to 13th aug, then 18 and now they are saying 22 and when fortunately my call was received they are saying will take 1 more week. This is the pure example of poor management system. Please stop torturing us, if the product is not gonna delivered or if this will take 1 month more then plz initiate refund. This was my first and last time i ordered from thi site. Order id #2333506 already email a lot many times with full details.
Please do kindly look into the matter and solve it.

Ordered on 9th july, have still not received it. Everytime i raise q wuery m answered by a comouter generated revert of our products are worth the wait!!

On being enquired on customer care via call - they keep on postponing the delivery date every few hours. I even told them that after 22nd august, i won’t be available in india for atleast a month n so ifbthey can deliver it before that or refund my amount. They dis not acknowledge that query at all.

Honestly being tired of so many follow ups!
Plz help!!

I ordered products last 1 month ago ..the product not get delivered then sss team gave me credit note for money. I call on [protected] this no but the person is so illiterate. I asking him give me my order detail but he replied me same my word. When I said, I talk to your senior then he laugh.

I did online shopping feom street style store... I checked out.. Nd payed via mobi wallet... The amount got deducted from my account yet my order isnt placed... It is still in my cart... Why... Either they must return my money or place my order and give me the product... Neither their tollfree customer care no. Works nor email id.. What to do? I ordered three flats for rs999 offer, out of the three only one is correct delivery, one of it is wrong design and the other is defective.

I recieved my replacement order after almost after a month. But i'm terribly disappointed to say that the quality of the footwear in replacement is aweful. The size seems to be proper but the material is very cheap. The welcrow in one pair is of different size for left and right. I'm unable to wear them as they don't close properly and is loose.in other pair the fitting of left foot is loose compared to right. Again very uncomfortable to wear them. The third pair seems to still not be of the requested size even though it says it is 38.. I can exclude the third pair but the first 2 are not acceptable after spending ₹1000 on them.. And i can't ask for replacement as now there is a charge for that.. Very very sad and disappointed from sss.. I used to buy stuff from here quite often but now i'm hesitant.

Afterwards, i checked out review of this website http://streetstylestore.com. all customers had same issue that these are cheaters. I paid may amount my amount in advance and dont get any response via email and phone. Please help.

It’s been a month i ordered 8 clothing item from street style store. They just send a mail after my query that your order is still in process. They have such a great collection but zero customer service no professionalism. I am glad i choose cash on delivery. The worst site.

This company has very poor delivery service. Its extremely disappointing that an order made two months ago still has no progress. There is no update about the delivery. The order is now stated as priority dispatch and still there in no progress. All the complaints registered have no response. If seevices like this continue, people wont show any intrest anymore. They lose faith.
