My order reference is dsdklalmt - placed on 07/26/2018 is shown to be delivered by onlinexpress. The tracking no is csss18c920554. The parcel was out for delivery today however i recieved no call or message for the same, moreover i was present at the address of delivery but nobody came. How can my parcel be marked as undelivered in such situation and sent back.. Please look into the matter asap

      I didn't get my product yet.

      I have already paid for this. The website mentiones that after order is placed within 3-21days they will dispatch the product. But i haven't received it still.
      I have mailed them multiple times but they haven't responded back. I would request them to refund my money back. The management of the site is not at all good. Customer support is not answering to any of my queries

          I haven't received my order till date i have send them mails from time to time but at the end the only thing i receive is disappointment. When i last ordered my stuff's even then they took months. Then i came to know that my order was cancelled and it was ordered again. Every time i send them mails they only ask for patience they never tell me the relevant information regarding my stuff. I don't know if my parcel will be delivered to me this time as well i had more than worse experience with this company

            Where is my product. It been 2 months now i hv ordered 6-7 products. Everytime you send me automatically generated messages. This is how you treat your customers.             I want to exchange my size of shoes and m not able to login..my id password I forgot.. please help me to login and exchange my product.i have bought three pair of shoes but size is not proper ...I got 36 size and I wanted to exchange it as I need size 37 which would be perfect to me.kindly accept my request and exchange my product .
            The products I received are old and dirty ..it is damaged ...and all the three products doesn't match the images I saw on thier website...I want a refund for these products no matter what .how can you cheat people with faulty products ...please refund our money

                Thank you for sending me the replacement order mail but there is still a bit confusion in my order.
                I placed an order on 8th july 2018, my order had 4 items. They were further split into into two.

                1st order (Reference: faqfihiet)
                In this 3 of my items are there and they are still at priority dispatch. It would be really kind of you by telling me what does this priority dispatch means.

                2nd order (Reference: urzzcrjty)
                In this there is just one item and it was shipped to me and now a replacement order has also been done. New reference for this order is tjuqslfiq.

                Thank you for considering my complaint. But i still have no update for my 1st order i. E (Reference: faqfihiet)

                It would be really kind of you to please let me know its update as well.

                        I have posted a complaint on this website on 07 july 2018 of street style store as it's been more than 3 months and i didn't got my ordered deliver and i have already paid the money... I ordered 3 pairs of sandals from which i got one... First i got all of them butbas the size issue was there i replaced them... And then on replacement order i only got one back... After filing of complaint here, i got a message of priority dispatch but today it's showing that order is cancelled due to out of stock...                               I waited for like 20days to receive the orders but in vain.. As soon as i opened the package i was disappointed i would like my money to be refunded... I'm complaining as soon as i received the order so there is no chances of me damaging the products... It's really unprofessional of you people for not even having a customer service representative to whom we can talk to... We have to wait for your emails like for too many days... Refund the money as soon as possible or else i'll go to the consumer court regarding this matter... The products are so old and dirty and even damaged... And on top of that wrong products have also been delivered... I'll wait for 2days before filing a complaint in the consumers court...

                                My order #2294500 was supposed to be delivered by 19th july, 2018. It was placed on 28th june, 2018. Its been more than 21 days (Which is your maximum time for delivery), and i still haven't received my order. It hasn't even been dispatched. Please stop harassing customers. I need the exact details of the dispatch date and my order to be delivered. Your customer care is of no use. No one responds properly to my tickets either. Look into this matter. Highly disappointed with this site.

                                  I ordered 3 pairs of footwear from street style store in the beginning of february, but have not yet received my order, despite promised delivery within a month. I have sent in multiple mails to the customer care team regarding this issue but each time they promised to deliver my order within next 2-3 working days. It has been 5 months and multiple complaints, with no effect. I have still not received my order which i have already prepaid for.

                                    I placed an order on 8th July 2018 on street Style store online platform and my order was th n split into two. My first order #2312272 was delivered but then I had to give it for exchange. My second order #2313417 is still at priority dispatch.
                                    I request company to please deliver my order before 25th July because after that I won't be in Delhi to collect it. Also what is taking them so long to deliver the product within Delhi. It's so annoying to wait and can't even keep a track of it.

                                    It would be kind of you if you please deliver it before 25th of July otherwise I would like to have a refund. I can't waste my money like this. If I would have an idea about there irresponsible and pathetic then I would have never placed an order.

                                    Please consider this otherwise I would have to take some other action to have my money or my order back.

                                      I had made the payment of the order and as it said incomplete payment I had repeated the process once again wherein the amount has deducted twice from my account. This is causing a lot of issue as I haven’t received the order confirmation mail also. Please look into it and let me know when my amount will be refunded and when will I get the delivery of the order

                                        I have an order 2290248 and i want to replace the size of the product from 39 to 38 but it doesn't give any option on the site for the replacement but it was in their policy that they cannot refund my money but they can replace the product. But now they are not looking into this issue as well as i am not getting any information regarding the replacement or exchange. So please help regarding the same.

                                        We'd like to inform you that an exchange pickup request is received from your end and we are arranging a pickup for your order, it'll be done in next 48 hours. Once the pickup is done an products are received in our warehouse, we'd place a replacement order for you with the required size.
                                        You'd receive a confirmation mail when the products are received in our warehouse.
