I have raised this ticket for the replacement of the product but there is no response .Your order with the order ID #2290248 ordererd on[protected] has been shipped. I have placed this order but i received a big size . I want it to replaced from 39 size to 38 size. So please help in the replacement as i haven't received any information from street style store support.

We'd like to inform you that an exchange pickup request is received from your end and we are arranging a pickup for your order, it'll be done in next 48 hours. Once the pickup is done an products are received in our warehouse, we'd place a replacement order for you with the required size.

    Set of 3 dresses. Al 3 are not satisfying and 1 dress I want to replace with another of same price as it is cheep in quality and very poor and 1 is delivered in wrong color and 3rd dress i want to exchange in size...SSS is providing very poor customer service..place do the needful

    Hi,

    We'd like to inform you that as exchange was initiated from your side so we won't be able to arrange another pickup for the rest of your dresses. You can either send us back the products yourself by courier or we would charge Rs 200 extra as the shipping charges for the 2nd pickup.

    Kindly guide us for the same.

    We tried to call you for above mentioned query too but call was not answered so kindly provide a suitable time to connect you.

    I had ordered a product in june's first week got in mid July and the quality is worst now I want to return it I have submitted complains before three days but couldn't got any call please help me return it Nd give me my money back soon

    I got a product which is completely different from whats shown in the picture and have been trying to got them since the day I got it and havent received a reply yet!! PATHETIC customer care services and useless products!

      I received the order and got replaced for size just within 4 days and now it's been almost 3 weeks and I have no update on replacement order status. I mailed them just to receive a standard template answer. I've bot from them before and never faced issues but first time I've replaced and I'm beginning to feel they are fraud as I've not received a single proper response to my query raised on the website and on email. I need to know when I'll receive my replacement order. I'm loosing my trust in SSS as it doesn't take 3 weeks for things to reach Delhi from Mumbai.. I hope my complaint is resolved. Please check the order number given and update on its status.

      I received a revert that SSS has received the shoes at their warehouse on 23/7 and in 24 hrs they'd process the replacement but it's been more than a week for that mail and no update on replacement dispatch.. I don't understand what's going on.. I wanna get the exact details of replacement and not std template replies. Hope I get to see my shoes soon. It's been almost a month now since I requested for replacement.

        Its been more than a month but I haven't received my order. Its in the priority dispatch but I don't think you guys really know what priority is . I have logged so many tickets, every time you say have patience we are into production. What does that mean??
        I have already payed for the order and will you ever dispatch it and deliver the order ??Please deliver the order as soon as you can and have a sense of responsibility when you take someone's money . I have texted on Insta page as well but no response from there as well.
        Deliver it soon. Else I ll give you bad feedback.

          My order no. is 2314798. I have ordered 3 products and paid Rs 1, 259 but have got no update on my order.

          The website doesn't provide any contact details. I am unable to get any updates from the website. There is a very serious issue that they claim to deliver products within a week but no information has been shared.I raised a ticket ontheir site too but didnt recieve any update

          I would like to get a refund or else, get my order at the earliest.

            This is my second complaint regarding this store. This is the worst online store I have ever come across.
            I had originally placed an order for 3 products from the company's website on May 25th. I had not received the products since 1.5 months, due to which I complained about them. After 2-3 days I received only 2 out of the 3 products and there was not whereabouts of the third product (Orange and green bead necklace is missing). The invoice and the order number mentioned about 3 products. Upon this, I posted an updated complaint to the previous one, however have not received any response from them till today. I have also uploaded the photo of products bill I received and the actual invoice copy (Order#2241379) generated at the time of payment (25th May).
            Now they have added to the woes by sending an e-mail to me that the order has been cancelled since it is out of stock. Now where is my money?? They have not informed me anything about the refund either in the mail or the website. This is really really unprofessional behaviour. Earlier they had blocked me on FB for complaining against them (SSS- In your earlier reply you said that you had not blocked me on FB but your messages were disabled, in that case how did my complaint message reach you????), were not delivering the products. Now they they have extorted the money of my third product by cancelling it.
            If the refund is not made in time to me, then I really will have to take a serious action against this company. Enough has been done! You guys are just defrauding the common public.

              I ordered shoes under '3 for 999' category on 11th May 2018.The product was delivered on 28th May 2018. Two of the shoes were oversized, so I requested for the exchange of the product on 1st june 2018, but there was no response from the other end, so I raised the complaint. Soon after the complaint was made the product was picked. But still there seems to be no hint of delivery of the exchanged product. Again I made a complaint.After the complaint was made I've been asked to give the product for exchange which was already been collected. Its been 2 months since I have ordered the product and I've been waiting for the same. Are the customers expected to complain for each and every action to be taken from the other end ???                 I ordered 3 dresses on 20th May 2018 from streetstylestore of order reference #2234395

                And i didn't receive any order from them and i didn't get back any refund and they provided the credit slip which is unable to use and after trying to make use of that credit slip its asking for payment again.

                After raising so many complaints they didnt respond properly and the slip they provided isnt working.

                Plz either refund the amount or make sure to delivery the order asap

                Atleast make sure whether you are providing the order or not or else refund the amount

                    I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 23rd May 2018. It has been more than 45 days that I have not received the products. They claim that the order will be delivered within 20 days..
                    But it is such a fraud company, that do not even reply to their customer's queries.
                    They have accepted the payment and now there isn't any option for cancellation.

                      I have requested for exchange you picked up the product it has been a very long time I complained about this is already.now you are saying that out of 1000 rs you will refund 500 what about my other 500 rs I'm very much fed up with your service do you even concern about your customers? I want exact situation about my order when and where it is ?when will they reach? what you will do about the product which is not in stock and ?and are you sending one of the shoe and refunding the shoe cost which is not available answer these all otherwise I'm going to complaint serious action and complaint will be taken I have no more patience towards your worst service

                        I placed an order from the company's website on May 25th. It is July 12th today (almost 2 months) and I still haven't received either the refund or the products till now. I was still hopeful till yesterday until I contacted them on their FB page. I told them this is unacceptable that they have just extorted the money and not delivering the products. I had warned them that I will take this complaint to the next level if I do not receive either the products or the refund by this week. Later on I was shocked to see that website admin had blocked me on FB!, so that I could not further message them/post on website page/tag them. Coming from a consumer retail store, this is totally unethical and unprofessional . Its like sheer deceit to the customers by extorting money from them. For reference I have also attached the invoice copy and order details here. Please help.

                        I had ordered 3 products in total. However I have received only 2 out of the 3 ordered products (Orange and green bead necklace is missing).                           I already sent a exchange request to the sss for my shoes as its size is large for me . And the exchange request made on time which is according to the terms and regulations of sss. But now i can apply or check the same, they said " no exchange of this product " . Why so ?? I had proof with me that i made request on time .
                          Its sss faults that they cant take action on time and now they act like its my fault .
                          And one more thing, i mailed them twice about this whole condition but they cant reply even once. Whats this behavior, i cant get it .

                            I order product on Street Style Store on 23 june 2018 and I my product got delivered on 29 june 2018.

                            Problem is I received wrong product.I order different product and I Received different product.And then is not even exchanging sandal nor refunding.As i paid amount, sandal is not comfortable for me which I have recieved.

                            As product is totally different which I have order and recieved.

                            Atleast its not refundable then u can extange with other stuff with any other, as its my hard earn money.I am really very disappointed.

                              I have placed an order today and paid the amount through paytm and now when i checked the tracking details it is showing payment error.. If i have already payed the amount it should not show payment error. Even when I checked my street style store account... no orders yet is showing.You please check into this matter.. I have sent the screenshot of the passbook of my paytm account which shows that the payment was successfully done.. Please help.

                                It's been more than a month since I have placed my order. First there was order confirmation issue now there is no delivery issue since 35 days .
                                I at least want refund for that, it's really disappointing to wait this long.
                                Please help me by atleast refunding my money.
                                I would never prefer street style store again.
                                I have been raising complaints again them in their help desk but there is no response from their side.

                                  I had ordered three pairs of shoes and two tops on the 6th of July 2018. I had paid via net banking but I never recieved any confirmation message waited for days . While my money from my account has already been deducted . Please help me. You have to either send my paid products as soon as possible or you will either have to refund my money .                                   I couldn't contact the store over the phone directly. So I checked on the internet. I found these numbers. They were very rude. Not what you'd expect from a call center as they claimed. The following numbers asked for my card details to make a refund:

                                    I had ordered two shoes from Street Style Store last month on 18th June and the order hasn't been delivered yet. It has past the delivery date (9th July), and also after sending several queries on the website from my account, I receive a poor response. There is no option or way to cancel the order either and get the money refunded, even after requesting them multiple times. The order status has remained as 'Payment Accepted' ever since which means the product has not been dispatched yet. The service is so bad, the site seems like a scam.
                                    I need my money refunded as soon as possible.

                                      Can you guys just give the information for god's sake. You are not replying to the mails, not even respond.One of your representative call me and told me that my product would dispatch on Satarday i.e on 07/07/2018
                                      What are you doing now? Product is still not dispatched and the number of your representative is switched off now. I will now file a complaint against you if you not deliver my product ASAP or if you do not return my money back. The way you are running your business is pathetic. Is this your customer policy ? To not reply and ignore all the mails, messages. I need my two tees dispatched by today or give me my money back.

                                      I have ordered few jewelleries on 12th April and it’s almost three months, tens of complaints but neither the product has arrived nor the refund. I am being forced to file a complaint in the consumer forum as well as an FIR for criminal breach of trust, fraud and trade malpractice.

                                        Order #2311001. We have placed the order unknowingly. Requested to cancel the order once I have placed raised a query twice but they are ready to dispatch the order. There is no phone number of customer care available on the website and they are not even contacting the customer back. I have a voucher of 350 in my id which was refunded by them after the payment. Please cancel the order and give my credits back.
