Hi,

It's been more than a month since I have placed my order. First there was order confirmation issue now there is no delivery issue since 35 days .
I at least want refund for that, it's really disappointing to wait this long.
Please help me by atleast refunding my money.
I would never prefer street style store again.
I have been raising complaints again them in their help desk but there is no response from their side.
Hopefully you will look on this.

I had ordered three pairs of shoes and two tops on the 6th of July 2018. I had paid via net banking but I never recieved any confirmation message waited for days . While my money from my account has already been deducted . Please help me. You have to either send my paid products as soon as possible or you will either have to refund my money . This is not right . I have shopped from streetstylestore before but this time I’m very disappointed .

I had ordered two shoes from Street Style Store last month on 18th June and the order hasn't been delivered yet. It has past the delivery date (9th July), and also after sending several queries on the website from my account, I receive a poor response. There is no option or way to cancel the order either and get the money refunded, even after requesting them multiple times. The order status has remained as 'Payment Accepted' ever since which means the product has not been dispatched yet. The service is so bad, the site seems like a scam.
I need my money refunded as soon as possible.

Can you guys just give the information for god's sake. You are not replying to the mails, not even respond.One of your representative call me and told me that my product would dispatch on Satarday i.e on 07/07/2018
What are you doing now? Product is still not dispatched and the number of your representative is switched off now. I will now file a complaint against you if you not deliver my product ASAP or if you do not return my money back. The way you are running your business is pathetic. Is this your customer policy ? To not reply and ignore all the mails, messages. I need my two tees dispatched by today or give me my money back.

Order #2311001. We have placed the order unknowingly. Requested to cancel the order once I have placed raised a query twice but they are ready to dispatch the order. There is no phone number of customer care available on the website and they are not even contacting the customer back. I have a voucher of 350 in my id which was refunded by them after the payment. Please cancel the order and give my credits back.

My product was delivered today i. Your customer service took my shoes for replacement but it had not been replaced what do u think I'm mad Don't i complain . Order #2246807. Placed on 29th May, it's 8th July today with the order status still showing "preparation in progress". I've emailed them twice, and the response I get is that 'we are out of stock and everything is made by hand' and 'we assure you product will be worth the wait'. What I don't understand is that if they don't have stock why do they put it in their inventory and even accept those orders??!
And your site says it will take 3-21 days to DISPATCH. It's been 40 days and my status is still the same! Their written English is also very unprofessional. Seems like they don't care. Zero ethics and customer satisfaction is definitely on the negative scale!

I ordered shoes under '3 for 999' category on 11th May 2018.The product was delivered on 28th May 2018. Two of the shoes were oversized, so I requested for the exchange of the product on 1st june 2018, but there was no response from the other end, so I raised the complaint. Soon after the complaint was made the product was picked. But still there seems to be no hint of delivery of the exchanged product. Its been 2 months since I have ordered the product and I've been waiting for the same. Are the customers expected to complain for each and every action to be taken from the other end ??? At first i got my all the orders within 1 month but then as the size was big so i requested for replacement ...and after that i got one of the three footwear in 2 week time...but i didn't got the other two and it's been 3 months now...i tried to contact them...they didn't pick their call and i mailed them so many times but i am getting the same reply evertime...my order number is #2209190...i want my order or just give me my refund...please look into the matter...

I received a call from a SSS representative supposedly (who has contacts) with people outside who a thieves. He said he would place my order since it’s not been placed but I had been charged for it. This particular agent gives the customers numbers to those thieves and they call up and threaten for money. One such number called me and blackmailed me for my card number ‭+[protected]‬ this is the number.

He threatened me to remove my complaint from here.

What has the store come down to? Shame on you people!

Return was initiated on 12th june but after that I hve got no hopes from this store, no help from submitting a query. There i no way I can contact them This is becoming too much How can they beso irresponsible after all I have paid for it. I want my product asap or I will take some strict action against Sss.
