2230238 is the order id. My pickup request has finally been serviced on june 23rd. One month after request was made. However, website still shows stale information of "pickup request sent". If you guys don't have updated information, how do you expect your customers to know what's going on with their order?? There is no way to contact you guys other than submit a complaint on consumercomplaints.in

    Hi i had ordered two pairs of shoes on street style store.com amounting to inr1099. I have received both wrong products. The colour i had ordered is completely different and i cant see any replace option on my account. My order no is 2273971. I havemailed them but they are saying that they do nit take complaints via email and on site i am unable to put a replace request. There is no contact number provided by them. Kindly take an urgent action as i had paid 1099inr

      Sorry but i have to file an official complaint against street style store as this is a cyber crime where you have taken money from the customer & still didn't deliver the product. I've been complaining about my issue since past week & still haven't received any reply. I've booked 2 tees on 13th june & by mistakely after i made the payment by credit card back button was pressed form my phone. & after that i got a mail where it was mentioned that 524 rs are transferred from my bank account to ccavanue. I've attached the ss of the mail which i had received with this message. I've been sending mails since past 1 week & still haven't received a single reply on this issue. Such a poor customer service. I've paid for the produce & i'm not able to see it in my sss account. I'm not able to track it nor i've received the product it's been so many days. After that i had ordered 2 more tees on 17th june i've received them but these 2 tees which i had ordered on 13th june i haven't received it yet despite of the payment made & worst part i'm not getting any single reply from your company. This counts under cyber crime. I'm gonna complaint & wont leave this matter so easily because this is so wrong. You're legit cheating your customers.

        It had been over 2 months and no one came to pick up my red top its big in size i tried to connect to you many times but no one replied and no one came till date. What do you want? First i ordered it came small then i replaced it came big i wanna a medium size how much time kindly look into the matter or i need to take very very strict actions towards it how much how much? Now i'm fed up seriously and going to complain in consumer court about your fake company. Directly look to you in consumer court..         We regret we cannot arrange a reverse pickup as we have a 15 days exchange policy and it is mentioned on the website. We could not find any mail from your end as well within that 15 days duration. Hence, we cannot exchange this order.

          I ordered two pair of boots on 28/04/18 and its been two months that i have no details about where is my product? Will they deliver it?
          I have left tons of queries but the customer support doesn't respond. Please help me get those pair of shoes. I want them so bad! My previous experiences of shopping from this site were good though but this time i am really disappointed by their behaviour. Please help!!

              2217672 is my order number and it has been more than 45 days since i ordered and there is no customer support even after trying to contact through various mediums as through their website and many customer care numbers but all are invalid. Help me out here guyz.
              The company policies says every order becomes priority once it has crossed the estimated delivery date but this doesn't looks so prior when it comes to implement their own policies.
              How can one recommend anybody when they get such ssrvices from the company?
              Some urgent actions must be taken regarding this as they dont have any information about customer care number or cancelling the order on their website.

                I have ordered clothes from this website and since they were not of proper size
                I have sent them for replacement.
                The order was done a month ago on 17/5/18 and the replacement request was done a day after the clothes arrived on 3 rd june.
                But now its been 21 days and my product have not been replaced yet.
                Order no 2228974, do look into this matter. I either want my money back or the product as soon as possible.

                    I have ordered shoes on your site i received them very late upon that they dint fit me i requested for exchange and that also took very much time and during exchange i was just given a receipt i still dint get my shoes of my size back i have requested for same shoes with other size my money is also with you how much time do you take. Customers can't be more patient than this there is no garnety. Will i even get my shoes back? Its matter money do it as soon as possible if it continues like this this will taken in a strict manner and strict actions will be taken very disappointed.

                        I am neelotpala sahu and my sss id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have ordered 3 pair of shoes from sss i. E. Street style store twice. The 1st payment on 9th of june through mobikwik wallet, amount of 1049rs. Trans id is 6674445. The payment method was proceed but at the mid of trans it was failed due to poor internet connection, and i have not received any order from merchant side but my amount was deducted. So i want my money back for my 1st payment which i have not received any order but my trans gone through. I have contacted to mobikwik but they stated they have already sent to merchant for review and it take 7 days. But its been already 12 days, still i have not received any money.
                        You guys atleast provide your customer number or mail id so that if in case we have some issue and want to raise any claim so you can help us. Also when i place an order for 2nd time it was showing error that your order has not been loaded, otherwise you have already paid for your order. But in sss account there is no order but my money was deducted for my 1st payment. No doubt your products qualities are good but not satisfied with your sevices.

                            Street style store gave me 2 pair of shoes which were unfit on feet. Then i have requested to exchange the product. And they respond and they came and took the product. Even i have paid the full money. But it's been 2 months and they didn't give me the exchanged shoes and most of all i am sending them mails but they didn't answering us by sending mails. Kindly send me the shoes..

                                  I placed an order for nile river dress (Image attached for reference) and made the payment using my debit card first time and then met banking. Both the timed the amount was deducted, never received any message from sss. Amount was 629.00. This happened on 12th june 2018. The order still shoes in my cart. I raised a complaint to the bank saying the amount was deducted but they confirmed saying the store has received the payment.

                                  I lodged a complaint earlier regarding my product... I have to exchange that sleeper but nobody responding for that. They don't reply if customer are getting problem in their product... This is so irritating..

                                    I have requested for exchange when will you approach me it has been so long and will my new size shoes given to me on the same day i return the old ones? And pls do it as soon as possible you are taking a lot of time. And the size docent fit me the day i return my shoe i want the other pairs back because you will again take a very long time and no garrrenty of money

                                      Hello

                                      This is to bring to you notice that i have ordered shoes from sss on 4th june 2018. I have already sent an email to the team as i won't be able to wait until 25th june but there is no reply from sss. Th expected delivery is 25th june. Now they have sent an email that stock is depleted and it might take time. Its already been 15 days, i have not received my order and i cant even cancel it due to your stupid policies. I am travelling on 22nd june and i need my order to be delivered before that otherwise cancel my order and refund the amount. And i am sorry to say otherwise i have to file a complaint against sss or raise pil.

                                        I already complain change my size before 7 days but till date no one come to take my item from my house call me [protected] and already 15 days left so my acceptation u will provide service immediately and delivery also was late so i was not satisfied for that and after not receiving my complain and u take lightly this
