Its now high time no one is responding from your side... Its been more than 23 days i had placed order... There is no proper support system.. No customer care number... I am feeling helpless... And you should stop fooling people by making this type of fake website... At least email me when i will get my order delivery.. Pathetic website...

I have placed order on 6th june which included 3 tops after i didnt get any confirmation from there side and no further details of the order. Even customer support system is not addressing my concern. I have reported my problem 5-6 times on their website but did not get any appropriate response. Now its almost 1 month after i had placed my order still there is no update from the website neither on email nor on contact number

2230238 is the order id. My pickup request has finally been serviced on june 23rd. One month after request was made. However, website still shows stale information of "pickup request sent". If you guys don't have updated information, how do you expect your customers to know what's going on with their order?? There is no way to contact you guys other than submit a complaint on consumercomplaints.in

Order reference no. #2293388 is not delivered yet which was placed on 28 june 2018.
Order tracking shows preparation in progress and moreover no way to contact the company. I don't even know if its shipped or not.
I had no such issue like this the last time i ordered from here.
Their standards are definitely going down.
This is a very bad and inappropriate behaviour from company. If this issue does not get resolved than i would have to think for any further business with the company.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of lead the way wedges today (01/07/2018) blue color in size 38 both and made the payment using my mobikwik account.
However, the payment was successful and an amount of 1249/- was deducted but the order did not get placed. The pair is still showing in my cart. I did not get any confirmation email nor any order id details are provided to me.

One problem does not ends that another problem takes place again.
The person came and took the shoes on 16th of june. Today is 30th of june and there is no update about my shoes. I also mailed them but got no response. I have literally no idea of when am i going to get my shoes. I am tired of calling them again and again. I need my shoes at the earliest. Atleast update me about it. I want it soon.

Horrible shoes. Neither size is good nor the chappals are. I want a full refund.
So i ordered 3 chappals. All the 3 chappals were of differnet size (I ordered the same size) and not at all comfortable. Is this what we have paid for? I think this is totally wrong

And i feel it's a breach of my trust. I have mailed them but receive nothing from their end. So i have to take this step. Sss should maintain their site and update it. I have suffered a loss and want a full money refund back.

Y shoes are picked up for size exchange I still dint get the exchange requested shoes .my money is also with you when will I receive my shoes how long it will take you are testing customer patience.will you even give back my shoes send the required shoes as soon as possible otherwise serious action will be taken plsz return my shoes as soon as possible you can't test customer patience like this.really disappointed with this if you want to be really good in business change this attitude send my returned shoes as soon as possible

I was trying to make an order for 3 shoes for 1149.00 on 20/6/2018. Money has been deducted while trying to make payment using card. But my order got aborted. Though payment is made, order is not placed. Still my money is not returned. And the company is not responding though i submitted complaint in their site. Its been 8 days my money is not returned. I want my money back.

Order no-[protected] (Reflecting in mobikwik ac from which payment was made) i had made payment for my order on 26th but have not received any communication from sss, neither mail or call stating that prder has been placed!! Nor its reflecting in my sss ac. After initiating so much of mail no revert from the same yet!! Pathetic.

After intiating ticket for complain i had received the mail stating “ we have forwarded your concern to concern dept!! Nothing else we can do” is this the way of working!!

Due to technical issue money of rs 1149 got debited twice from my account on 4th of june while placing one order with street style store. Only one time transaction was successful. After lots of requests, messages also this website is not returning my money back and not even replying about returning the money. This website does not even have their customer care or contact number to contact.
I had already raised a complain in hdfc customer care but they came up with conclusion that when they connect with this merchandise regarding this issue, merchandise said both the transactions were successful when it is clearly visible in my sss order history and hdfc bank statement that order has placed only once but money debited twice. Customer care can do only in legal method not more than that.
Now this website neither returns my money back nor replies to my messages or tickets.

I placed an order on 04/29/2018 with order ID #2204548 for 3 pairs of shoes with offer of 999 for 3. I received a parcel 10 days after with 5 pair of shoes none of which where mine. I requested for a replacement pickup which is already done one month back and still there have been no response from them with delivery of my original product or any refund of my money.

I want my original product to be delivered asap. I have my my money stuck with them from past 2 months.
