I have ordered two tees on 03/06/2018, its being more than one month now but you have not even dispatched your order and not even replying the mails properly. Your policy is to send within 21 days. Where is the product now? Atleast do respond about any issue. There is no contact number to call. What I should do now?

2230238 is the order id. My pickup request has finally been serviced on june 23rd. One month after request was made. However, website still shows stale information of "pickup request sent". If you guys don't have updated information, how do you expect your customers to know what's going on with their order?? There is no way to contact you guys other than submit a complaint on consumercomplaints.in

I ordered the product on 7july with the order numbers#2309841 #2130905 the payment has been done through paytm and is deducted .Its been almost a month neither i get any update on my order nor they inform the exact status.p lz refund or deliver the product.

I have received an order of shoes, but of wrong size again.

But i haven't receive any reply from this site.
Really unbearable.
First i have to wait for 2 months and then i receive your bad product. Pathetic!!!
I want a size replacement or my money back.

Order reference no. #2293388 is not delivered yet which was placed on 28 june 2018.
Order tracking shows preparation in progress and moreover no way to contact the company. I don't even know if its shipped or not.
I had no such issue like this the last time i ordered from here.
Their standards are definitely going down.
This is a very bad and inappropriate behaviour from company. If this issue does not get resolved than i would have to think for any further business with the company.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of lead the way wedges today (01/07/2018) blue color in size 38 both and made the payment using my mobikwik account.
However, the payment was successful and an amount of 1249/- was deducted but the order did not get placed. The pair is still showing in my cart. I did not get any confirmation email nor any order id details are provided to me.

The person came and took the shoes on 16th of june. Today is 30th of june and there is no update about my shoes. I also mailed them but got no response. I have literally no idea of when am i going to get my shoes. I am tired of calling them again and again. I need my shoes at the earliest. Atleast update me about it. I want it soon.

Horrible shoes. Neither size is good nor the chappals are. I want a full refund.
So i ordered 3 chappals. All the 3 chappals were of differnet size (I ordered the same size) and not at all comfortable. Is this what we have paid for? I think this is totally wrong

And i feel it's a breach of my trust. I have mailed them but receive nothing from their end. So i have to take this step. Sss should maintain their site and update it. I have suffered a loss and want a full money refund back.

Order no-[protected] (Reflecting in mobikwik ac from which payment was made) i had made payment for my order on 26th but have not received any communication from sss, neither mail or call stating that prder has been placed!! Nor its reflecting in my sss ac. After initiating so much of mail no revert from the same yet!! Pathetic.

Order no[protected]-6657894 delivery of the order was expected on 27th june but haven’t recieved my order!! No tracking no has been provided!! After intiating ticket for complain i had received the mail stating “ we have forwarded your concern to concern dept!! Nothing else we can do” is this the way of working!!
