I have ordered2 pairs of shoes and i have requested exchange request from last 1 month but no action has been taken kindly look into matters otherwise i need to move to consumer court how many days approximately 1.5 months is over and what's the use of small size shoes to me very poor services i need your reply as well as your contact number asapok

I placed an order for nile river dress (Image attached for reference) and made the payment using my debit card first time and then met banking. Both the timed the amount was deducted, never received any message from sss. Amount was 629.00. This happened on 12th june 2018. The order still shoes in my cart. I raised a complaint to the bank saying the amount was deducted but they confirmed saying the store has received the payment.

I have requested for exchange when will you approach me it has been so long and will my new size shoes given to me on the same day i return the old ones? And pls do it as soon as possible you are taking a lot of time. And the size docent fit me the day i return my shoe i want the other pairs back because you will again take a very long time and no garrrenty of money

This is to bring to you notice that i have ordered shoes from sss on 4th june 2018. I have already sent an email to the team as i won't be able to wait until 25th june but there is no reply from sss. Th expected delivery is 25th june. Now they have sent an email that stock is depleted and it might take time. Its already been 15 days, i have not received my order and i cant even cancel it due to your stupid policies. I am travelling on 22nd june and i need my order to be delivered before that otherwise cancel my order and refund the amount. And i am sorry to say otherwise i have to file a complaint against sss or raise pil.

I already complain change my size before 7 days but till date no one come to take my item from my house call me [protected] and already 15 days left so my acceptation u will provide service immediately and delivery also was late so i was not satisfied for that and after not receiving my complain and u take lightly this

The delivery person called me and i was anable to pick a call as i m working and was in meeting.. When i call backed him he was using agressive words and said-aapka parcel cancel ho gya. Phone kyu nahi uthaya. Ab nahi milega..
Disguisting service.. Plz appiint atleast person have ettiquette.. Or else he should know gow to talk to their cystomer..
When i said i will complain.. He replied..-"usi site pe ja k karo dekhtein kya kar loge"

Placed the order on may 29th and even after 21 days no updates on my order, i want to get my order delivered in 3 days. Its a pathetic website and very very unprofessional guys, they don even respond to the queries and don even have a email id and contact number to call. Such a horrible team and company and i will never recommend this site to my friends and will never shop in this anymore.

I have received one incorrect product out of 2 pairs of shoes i ordered. I want the genuine one as soon as possible. Products are not same as shown in the pictures on website about their quality. That's not the matter anyway. Return me the pair of shoes i ordered. If replacement is not possible, please refund my money and take both the pairs back. Disappointed. Irresponsible service. Take any action soon.

Cancellation of order #2169367 and refund of money or exchange of products

I had placed an order on 4 april 2018 and till date i didn't receive my order.
The order was shipped in the month of may and was never delivered to me, later after raising an issue on this, they send a mail in june saying that my order wasn't delivered and hence gone back to sss, which needs to be shipped again. I have already paid 1200 rupees for the order in advance. These people are cheaters and frauds and robbed my money, i want a refund of my money or replacement of delivery.

They are awful not worth the price.
I want to return.
I emailed number of time's but there's no reply.
It's a disgusting site.
No support for customers

I want to return and i want my refund asap.
I want a call to be arranged to return the stupid product that they sent.
The images are all false.
Whatever if want to return the product they should allow.
There's no updates as to how we can return.
Such a pathetic service.

I ordered 2 footwear from streetstylestore on 13th may and have not received the order yet. It is prepaid order. Order reference : yygkwkjhm. I have tried contacting them and mailed them multiple times but have not received any response. I don't even know that whether i will receive my order or not. They have took my money and now doesn't care to deliver the product. These guys are pathetic. Worst customer experience. I want them to deliver my product asap and give me a confirmation or simply return my money. This is really frustrating and i am so much exhausted chasing these guys while there is no revert back from them.

I want to exchange my flats on 14 of june i have sent the request to pick up my flats for exchange because the size does not fits me but today is the fifth day after sending request no one comes to pick up and after pick up i want my flats as soon as possible plz respond to my request and work on it i am calling you but no one is ready to pick call

Secondly if you guys are so incompetent in handling issues please do not give random offers if you cannot deliver it and stand up to the expectation. Absolutely pathetic customer service

I ordered things on 29/04/2018 but i still havent recieved the items. Iv raised queries to the concerned retailer but they have not responded to me or even explained why there is such a delay. The service is so poor. This is modern day theft and fraud. If they cant give me my order on time, then i want my money refunded but they have a no refund policy.

Order no: 2226429- the pair of shoe was return picked long back but i did not get my replaced pair of shoe yet. I have raised query multiple times but no response from the sss. I want my correct pair of shoe 39 number, if it is not available, refund my amount

Order no: 2195526- i want to replace this pair of shoe 40 number with the smaller size i. E. 39 number. I have raised replacement/exchange/return pick request long back. Several followups are done, raised query multiple times but no response. This is very disappointing. I want my correct size shoe 39 if not available, refund my amount.

Payment was done for 3 shoes worth 1000.. The products due date was long gone and calling/messaging/emailing these guys dosent help. Absolutely horrendous customer service and absolutely incompetent and pathetic response and core team. A legal action needs to be taken against these people for fooling others. It would be kind if i can be updated about the status at [protected]@gmail.com.

I ordered two pair of shoes on 6th april 2018 from street style store website. I immediately received an email regarding the confirmation and that it would be delivered within 2 weeks. I kept waiting. By the end of april i again emailed them that i haven't received any more emails or msgs regarding the delivery date.. And when am i going to receive my order. They replied they will dispatch at the earliest but still didn't mention the delivery date. I again waited the entire month of may.in between i have sent them more than 20 emails. To which they didn't care to reply. A customer is trying to get in touch with them and they are not even bothered about it. Today is june 16th. And it has been more than 2 months. They haven't replied to my mail n neither i have received my product. What kind of rubbish service are they providing. I was in need of those shoes. I will be out of station the following week so i needed it urgently. I have had the worst experience with street style store. If they can't deliver orders on time because of whatsoever reason then they should shut it down. They are just disrespecting customers this way. Please please look into the matter and hopefully i get some response this time

I did payment through ccavenue but i haven’t received any confirmation email or text messages. Even the details of my order has not been displayed on my order and history list. The payment of ₹1364/- has been deducted from my babk account. Kindly send the confirmation of my order along with tha dispatch details.
