They have not refunded my money from past 2 months .for order no.: 2183432 and 2183122. Firstly they dont have a contact number on which you can call and then they dont care to resolve queries .this site has given me worst shopping experience. quality of products is also very bad and they are not even serious about there business. They should shut their business if they dont know how to do it.

Still they have not given refund for 2nd order . They have given refund for only one order .they just cannot do anything right at once even after i mentioned both the order id still they didnt do it completely .so unprofessionalism in this company i just cant believe it.

This isnt what your Selling... there is no customer Satisfaction and plus there is no... particular after sell service. Kindly improve your Service... otherwise you will definitely be loosing your Customer.

    Please provide your customer care number. Asking questions in your contact us section in your website does not make any sense. I know its your start up n all. I like your products too but your irresponsiveness may lead you to loose your customers.
    Plz work on it.
    I have ordered a dress which came within 10days and expecting the same I ordered 3more dresses whose expected delivery is too late. I wont be available to recieve the product as I am moving to another city. There is no cancel option, no address change option in your website. Its very difficult to build trust with you.
    No customer care number nothing very irritating.

      Order id : 2235043
      I ordered two pairs of shoes and heels from the website and they were supposed to be delivered after 21 days (Maximum)!
      I ordered them as a gift for somebody and the order has not even been shipped yet, it’s been more than 21 days. I raised queries regarding the same. The website is not replying to the query messages also.
      How does a person get to knwo what’s going on!!

      i ordered from streetstylestore on 21st October and haven't received my order yet.
      i was raised a query 4 times and tried to call on the complaint number but there was no response from them.
      taking 25 days to deliver a pair of shoes should not take that long, moreover i do not live that far away. i regret not opting for the cash on delivery
      Oder no. 2652394 and 2667244. I want to exchange both and have raised the complaint but haven't gotten any reply yet. I am unable to find the option to replace. Please resolve it asap.

          I have ordered 3 pairs of sandals from street style store on may 5, 2018..the expected delivery date has passed and they still haven't shipped it..also i raised query so many times but never got any meaningful response. in past also i have faced same issue whenever i order stuff from this site, the products are good but the delivery is always extremely delayed.

            Look this is 3rd time i am messaging you - i have return 3 products for the exchange, i got exchange only for one product and i want the another two products also... I have paid for all three of them.. I am trying to contact you, in return i am not getting any response from your side. After a struggle i got your contact number, where i got no response. I dont understand what kind of service you guys are providing. I did not get any product in free, i paid for it and as i paid your website its your responsibility to ans your client. This is 2nd time happening with your site, where you are not answering me.

              I placed an order today 10th june 2018 at 12:55 pm order number 6671359, the payment has been deducted from my card but the order hasnt been placed successfully due to ccavenue payment order cancelled.
              What do i do. How do i get my money back.
              I received a mail from ccavenue regarding the transaction being completed but the site shows that the transaction has been aborted.

                Dear sss,

                I am so angry at you guys. You are unprofessional. You wont last in business if you continue to do the same that you did to me. How much patience do you want a customer to have.

                I ordered clothes from you on 4 april. You delivered the product. I requested for an exchange and you sent someone to pick up the clothes for exchange. It has been more than 1 and a half month that i have not received the clothes. I wrote several emails but no response. On fine day a see a response on may 16 that we have received the product for exchange and we will get back to you in next 24 to 48 hours but as you have been lying to customers you did not get back to me. After a week i wrote another email asking about the status but response. Then on may 31 to my horror i get an email that we have delivered the product. I have received the product i order till this date. I go and check in the my account section for tracking numbers and i see that it show the old status with no tracking numbers. I know i am wasting my time on you. I will never get the product back or my refund. Even to this email you will give a custom reply and will never get back to me. I have attached the screenshot of all the email conversation. Case no 2162672

                The pick-up will take "2-4" working days. Once product is picked up from your address, you may revert us on the same email confirming that the pick-up is done.

                  #2228560! The shoe i ordered was not of my size so i requested an exchange of product! I got an email on 26th of may that my products will be picked up within 3-5 days! Since then am sending continuous mails @[protected]@streetstylestore.com but i get only response that the mail could not be delivered as recipient's inbox is full! I tried calling so many times but got no response! I also messaged them on instagram but they wont reply! They have time to post pictures but no time to respond to their customers! Everyday i send them a message but got no reply yet! When will you guys pickup the products? And then when will you guys give me the products again after exchange? Its high time now i want an immediate response to it.

                  One problem does not ends that another problem takes place again.
                  The person came and took the shoes on 16th of june. Today is 27th of june and there is no update about my shoes. I also mailed them but got no response. I have literally no idea of when am i going to get my shoes. I am tired of calling them again and again. I need my shoes at the earliest. Atleast update me about it. I want it soon.

                    Order number - 2230238; reference no. Twihccarg; order date - 17.05.2018. The shoes were too small for me and i had raised a request for pick up and exchange. The company has neither sent someone to pick up nor responded to my queries. There is no way to reach them on phone nor is there any real-time chat option. I need the pick up to be arranged at the earliest and the new sizes sent.

                      I placed an order yesterday with streetstylestore and the payment is deducted but the items are still in the cart, i again order it payment again got deducted but the order is still in cardt and it doesnt even allow to raise complaint on the website
                      Please process the order or refund money
                      The offer was promoted. On facebook, it was the 999/- and amount deducted is 1469 twice.. Total 2938..

                        One is too small for me and the other is not same as shown in the picture
                        Kindly tell me the procedure to exchange the tops!
                        First of all u guys take 20 days to deliver a product and when you send the product is not up to the marks

                          The time period they mentioned got extended, been sending them mails time and again. Have got no courtesy to respond back nor call the customer. These people are mere frauds. While talking about the customer service i am so disheartened to mention that the dont give a damn about their customers and service is pathetic. This is the only disgusting website where the contact information is not given
                          After doing multiple followups for more than a month now, i am all ready to take legal actions against these frauds.
                          Never would i shop again, nor will i recommend anyone to do it. Cos these people are utter crap and they provide cheap and third class service.

                          Registering a complain tomorrow as i have the address of these fraud people. Shall meet them in a legal way now. Cos they asked for it and would request all of you to never shop with them again. And please spread the word that these people take money and dont deliver the products nor respond to the customers.

                            What the hell you guys just delivered, the product quality, the size both are extremly disgusting, everytime i buy something from this site i have to complain about it, it has became the ritual now, why cant you guys send the good quality product at once.
                            First and formost thing is that you guys are not my relative or something, its obvs you r not giving me anything for free, u do charge for your products right? Then why cant u do delivered the good quality products without any defect?

                              My order id #2216026 which was placed on[protected] worth RS.1573/- haven't been delivered to me yet. I tried contacting the website but in vain as the customer service number provided by the website is a wrong number. There is no way to contact the website or merchant regarding my order issue. I also called the delhivery (www.delhivery.com) to enquire about my order and they said it would be delivered to me in 2 days but it didn't. Then I called them again and they again said it would be delivered to me in 2-3 days. But again, it didn't. When I called them third time, they said that my order is delivered back to the seller in Delhi. The contact number they provided of the seller was also switched off. Since then, I have no clue about the status of my order and its been a month now. Also, the seller did not even refund my order amount. I hereby look forward to Indian Consumer complaints forum in the hope of solving my query.

                              I still haven't received my payment. It's been two months now since I placed my order. SSS is the worst. Other websites immediately transfers the money back in 2 days in such cases. Just refund my amount to me.

                                I have ordered shoes from SSS and there is a size issue..i want to exchange those shoes and want a bigger size i have completed the exchange process since 15 days and till date I have send them many mails but there is no reply nor the shoes are exchange..the process is shown pending in my SSS account

                                  Even after daily follow up and even after lodging several complaints with customercomplaint website i still haven’t got my problem solved.                                     I placed an order for shoes from street style store-order reference zttljzugn on 19th may, 2018 and the size doesn't fit me so i initiated exchange request on 25th may, 2018. It has been more than 10 days and they haven't picked up my product and i did not receive any information regarding the date of pickup and delivery of replaced product.                                       I had ordered shoes but it is not having any tracking record till it is 16th day of order. It is not shipped or any response from vendor. There is no response is given from streetstylestore. There is also no complain number to call. This website having too mach manipulating policy. So please take hard actions on this firm who is making people fool like me.

                                      this is the fake firm which is asking money before delivery of product. there is no record of our order is shipped or when it will be delivered. there is no tracking number for product ordered. after too many days there is no response from team for product delivery. this is the manupilating policy from this firm.
