I ordered three flats worth rs.1100.. They delivered me the wrong size.. After asking for a exchange in size.. They picked up the order the very next day but didn't delivered the new size yet.. Its two months now.. I want to receive my product as soon as possible and be notified about it beforehnd.. Or else i will have to file a compaint against this site for doing fraud with their customers

I had ordered 3 shoes from the site for 1000. Out of all 3 only one fits me, two of them are not my size. The site says size can be exchanged. It has been 15 days i have wrote them, but it seems they have turned a deaf ear toward their customers. If you send them mail, it bounces back. I cannot use the two shoes, do they want me to waste my 700rs!?
Return my money if you cannot exchange.

I placed the order on 10th may, 2018. According to the website the order takes minimum 3 days and maximum 21 days. It’s been more than 25 days and i have still not received my order. I have placed several queries also regarding the same and there has been no response from their side. I at least need to know weather they will deliver the order later or not deliver at all!

Regarding the reference number "#2049911", it has been nearly 3 months from when the refund was approved by you people. It is unbearable as nobody turned up till now. I have not got a reply to any of my emails. I think the least concern should be at least replying. I thought the refund might be late but i now know this will go never ending. This is not the way a customer can be treated. There is no track of my money. This is disappointing for me being an old customer of yours. U can check my order details, i have purchased a lot of items in sss. I have now decided to go to customer court as i don't want to lose my money paid if i do get a response to this mail. I am expecting a reply from you as soon as you read this mail and refund me as soon as possible.

I wrote a complaint about Sss before. Today finally I recieved my order the quality of orders is as good as said. I've shopped from sss before n never disappointed by the quality. The only problem I faced this one time is the delay of about a month in the delivery. The store quality is great the basic problem is that the customer service contact number is unreachable and the delivery is slow.

Product got delivered after 1 and half month and i have already gone through the procedure which just shows the size change policy, but i need my product to change and replace as its not at all as what the pictures shows, the quality is too bad, worst than footpath shops and its old and defective.

I have placed the order from sss on 04/13/2018 and order reference is. Wwvggpwaz and i have already paid the amount online for rs. 1049/-
Its more then 2 months i have not received my order. I have sent the e-mails many times to them only one time they have responded and now they are not responsing to my e-mails. It was my fourth time that i have placed a order on 05/07/2018 on sss and received the message that i will get my order by 27/05/2018.
But till yet i haven't received any mail/message regarding my order delivery. Neither i have received any tracking number on my portal.
For me, sss is leaving a bad impression, as generally other sites used to take max 1 week to deliver their product and also used to provide tracking detail at same time. But sss is really disappointing in this case.
