I made an order yesterday for 1154 rs payment has been deducted from my account but i didn’t receive any confirmation from sss and also doesn’t show on the account that order has been placed. They don’t seem to have any customer service number to contact. Even if i didn’t receive a confirmation email it should atleast show that order has been placed with some confirmation or reference number on my sss account.

I had placed an order at the street style store on 25-5-18 and i paid for it! And i never got a tracking number until now! I tried to contact them in both numbers but one is switched off and the other is not reachable! If they can’t deliver the products means then i need my money back! They are actually trying to prank others i also had send them 2 mails regarding this but they never replied for it! And my order reference no is 2240916

I wrote a complaint about Sss before. Today finally I recieved my order the quality of orders is as good as said. I've shopped from sss before n never disappointed by the quality. The only problem I faced this one time is the delay of about a month in the delivery. The store quality is great the basic problem is that the customer service contact number is unreachable and the delivery is slow.

Hi,
Product got delivered after 1 and half month and i have already gone through the procedure which just shows the size change policy, but i need my product to change and replace as its not at all as what the pictures shows, the quality is too bad, worst than footpath shops and its old and defective.

Please check the attached pictures and refund or exchange the product.

You have taken my money also and haven't delivered the right product and i have been messaging you on instagram also but there's no reply from your side. The streetstylestore is not at all good at its services and there's very much of confusion with the products. Due to size issue of fauna in focus heels - shoe size : 36 i am not able to give return request as it is not showing at all. I am trying to give return request for another product from 16th may 2018

Either you return my money let me choose another product of same cost.

I purchased two pair of footwear.

I am trying to give exchange request for both products due to size issue. Out of that only pair is accepted for size change. For another product fauna in focus heels - shoe size : 36 i am trying to give exchange request from 16th may is not accepting at all. Why is this? You don not have any contact no you people dont even reply mails on time.
Then how you will resolve the problems??

Either you exchange that product also or return my money.

I have placed the order from sss on 04/13/2018 and order reference is. Wwvggpwaz and i have already paid the amount online for rs. 1049/-
Its more then 2 months i have not received my order. I have sent the e-mails many times to them only one time they have responded and now they are not responsing to my e-mails. I request you to please do the needfull or return my money in my account. They are faking me that the order is delivered after they said that it was by mistake they have mentioned delivered. Please refund the money and this was the worst experience from this site.

Hi,
It was my fourth time that i have placed a order on 05/07/2018 on sss and received the message that i will get my order by 27/05/2018.
But till yet i haven't received any mail/message regarding my order delivery. Neither i have received any tracking number on my portal.
For me, sss is leaving a bad impression, as generally other sites used to take max 1 week to deliver their product and also used to provide tracking detail at same time. But sss is really disappointing in this case.

My order reference id is #2215110. Can anyone from sss look over this and assist?
