Hello i ordered a pair of shoes from your website and my amount has been deducted but this order is not showing in my order history and i got this mail so please check if my order is confirmed or not and why it is not showing in my order history. If it is not confirmed then give my refund back.

      I have ordered three pairs of shoes from street style store on 25 april 2018 and already paid for it through debit card.
      Its been more than a month and i have not received the order nor have i got any information about the delivery or tracking number.
      I have raised the issue for which i got a generic mail on 18 may, saying the order would be dispatched but still no mention of any date or tracking number. Please help me in receiving my order.

They send me defected piece and i submit request for pick up, item was pick up by them but there z no action take place by them till now. Even they did nt reply my mails.. Except one times..         It's regarding order id #2191040 it's more than a month now but i have not received my order. Payment is already made and estimated delivery was 11th may but no updates so far.

          #2212029 my order id. I have received the product. I want to change size of the flats but there is an problem with the application which is not allowing me to submit the exchange.

            Ihv places my order today. It’s a prepaid order worth rs 4000. While transaction the amount deducted from my account but it was showing error in order placement.               I have given my product for replacement someone collected it from me but i didn't get any email or message regarding the order or replacement i feel this is the worst website due to the worst customer interaction please make it fast as the ordered products as mandatory for my routine life so it's very hard for me to continue something daily please be good at intimating customers regarding the order.

              i have received the product within 2 days after i placed a complaint if it is possible for you to do so then why are you refusing to do it before are you expecting complaints and till know there is not even a single message to me from your company or website regarding the order i'm just having the message of the delivery boy just try to focus on your customer satisfaction every customer like me expects a good interaction with a good customer care service.your products are up to the mark and there is no doubt about it but waiting for those for more than 20 days is not at all satisfactory.

                    This is regarding order reference jrwiduizv - placed on 04/12/2018 which i received on 15th may 2018. It took more than one month to deliver my product.

                    Now due to size issue of fauna in focus heels - shoe size : 36 i am not able to give return request as it is not showing at all. As i am trying to give from 16th may 2018.

                    Either you return my money let me choose another product of same cost.
                    Also i have given size exchange request for one product but no information about that also.

                    Your customer service is very slow. Your product quality is very good but i am really disappointed with your service.
                    I really don’t no how much time you will get to reply & exchange of product.

                      I had ordered 2 pairs of sneakers which I received on 21st May, 2018. Out of two, one of them was completely wrong pair of sneakers.

                      I've written to them a bunch of times through their "query" on the website which is the only way to get in touch with them. But no response whatsoever! The only response I received are the automated acknowledgement emails of my tickets.

                      The contact number does not exist anymore and no help desk email address provided anywhere.

                      Hope they respond soon!

                      I had ordered 2 sneakers which i received on 21st may, 2018. Unfortunately one of those pair was wrong product. I have been writing to them everyday through their website since the day i received the sneakers but no response whatsoever. The customer care number provided online does not exist and there's no email address mentioned anywhere.

                      Now i'm stuck with the wrong pair of shoes and i'm fed up of writing and raising tickets everyday.

                      Hope this helps and they initiate the procedure asap.

                      I received an automated email from SSS this afternoon. They will exchange the shoes and have arranged a reverse pickup of the wrong product which will happen in the next 3-5 business days.

                        I have placed an order of footwear with them on the 24th of March. It was showing out for delivery on the 30th of April but now the status shows as lost . I spoke to the courier company and they said that there delivery boy has fled with all the parcels of that day . If this is the case, they should send me a replacement new product or refund my money but I still haven't received anything . I have sent them continuous mails with regards to this but nobody responds. I want a refund or my product to be delivered to me.

                          2 months ago i ordered clothes from street style store. After lot of pain and efforts i received after a month. I opted for return of one of the product but i still didnt get any credit. Next my second order arrived but of total waste. It was so inferior in quality. The material is all plastic and unwearable. I asked for exchange but only a got a mail from them saying that they will do something about it. I even called them and texted them but they didnt care to reply. These products are of no use. I desperately want to return them and want my money back. They are with me intact. Please i want someone from the company to take care of the return and full refund of the money for bad quality and used clothes. Even the orders do not match with the image displayed. I am mentally exhausted by this site.

                            It’s been almost2 months my order hasn’t arrived yet!
                            This website has highly unprofessional behaviour, already issues two complaints haven’t even received a single reply. They have no customer complain email address provided or any number.
                            High unorganised website and super disappointing behaviour.

                            I wanted to order so much from this website but after looking at the service i highly doubt i’ll ever use it, infact they’ve forced me to discourage my friends and family from using this website.

                            Again it’s noteworthy to mention highly unprofessional behavior.

                            To whoever reading this if you plan on ordering from the website do not. They might not deliver your order ever. It’s funny how they promise to deliver in 15 days but have failed very pathetically.
                            I hope they don’t compromise with the quality to this extent

                            Such websites that only promise and don’t deliver must be shut down. And the worst part is their so called customer support system doesn’t even reply.

                                I placed the order with www.streetstylestore.com on 30th april for about 1700. I paid through my debit card. My friend had warned me about the delay. Also it was mebtioned that they will take around 3-21 days to deliver. However
                                It's been 27 days n i dont have contact at sss to enquire about my order. I raised multiple tickets however they did not even ackowledged the request. I am shifting to another place and i want my order before 31st may. But there is no one to communicate this. When i see other e commerce sites going out of their way to deliver before time these guys are just pathetic. I am hopeful that atleast from here they will take notice of my complaint and reach me. Extremely horrible experience. If anyone thinking about placing order with these guys i hope my complaint finds you.

                                Regarding the order #2205285, This cancellation was due to some operational problem on our end . We have initiated your refund request to the accounts department. It will take "5-7" days for the refund to complete.

                                    Order no: 2212287 was received but the shoe size was "34" which is too small for me. I want to get it replaced but there is no replace button on the site. Kindly help. I want the size as"36". At first the product delivery took so much time now you dnt have a replace button. What shall the consumer do? Kindly get it replaced as soon as possible and provide me with my requirements or i shall have to think twice before doing any further business.

                                    The pick-up will take "2-4" working days. Once product is picked up from your address, you may revert us on the same email confirming that the pick-up is done.

                                    Once the package will be received by our warehouse, we’ll dispatch the replacement order quickly.

                                      His is regarding order reference jrwiduizv - placed on 04/12/2018 which i received on 15th may 2018. It took more than one month to deliver my product.

                                      Due to size issue of i have given exchange request. As per that they just collected 1 product & another not ready to pick up. I am following for exchange product since 16th may but till date no reply.

                                      I am following up with them daily but no reply at all till date.

                                        I had ordered 2 pairs of boots and there was some challenge with the size i had ordered hence requested for an exchange of the correct size. The products were picked up for exchange however i never got the correct products delivered yet. I am written quite a few complaints on their site and to that there only reply came to allow them 48 hours time to figure out the same. Still no reply or update with regards to the same. I have ordered from this site innumerable times and never faced any issue but this time it's really disheartening with this happening plus the weird response from the team. And also how come a online shopping portal doesn't have a contact number???!!!???
