I am not getting any information about my products. It's been too long i had ordered them and still not receiving any kind of information. And i had done online payment for them. If i get information about the delivery within 24 hours then its fine and if not then please cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible. Its the worst experience i ever had with any online site. I have attached my invoice.

I placed an order of one pair of black flats but by mistake, the order placed has a quantity of two. I tried to edit my order and even cancel it but nothing happened, so i tried contacting the store and i was told that i will be contacted by them within 24 hours but i've not been contacted yet. I tried making complaint on their customer care but it was not getting submitted. Now, i want my order to be edited or cancelled at any cost within 24 hours.

My order has been cancelled. Without any notice and without my knowledge. Although I paid the fee on the platform, my products were not shipped for about two weeks.bad experience

I want to cancel my order on streetstylestore because i dont want it anymore they are taking so much time to delivery and want my payment refunded. I have done payment online. Please take action ASAP.
I did also mail for cancelling my order but there is no reply accept address not found.

It's been a long time that I've ordered a heel from SSS. The order date was 3rd August and seriously I'm shocked the way they treat their customers. Firstly they were showing me 15th August as the dispatch date for my product and it's been a week that every single day they're extending the dispatch date for the ordered product. Now even it's more than 21 days and as per their policy they assured that if the order is not dispatched within 3-21 days, customer can self cancel the order and return will be initiated. But there is no such commitment as they've said. All is wrong. They don't offer any cancel option even after 21 days. But this is utterly wrong. Seriously disappointed from SSS. One should not scam like this with innocent customers.
