i still haven't received anything, neither my ordered merchandise nor my refund.On 8th march 2016 i had posted my complaint and today is 21st March 2016. I cant understand what is happening. its almost 3 months you cant imagine the frustration level i am going through. its not about the money its about the kind of service which these people are giving to the customers.its horrible.

Im complaining about wrong order getting delivered and no news of refund or exchange

Initially ordered 4 pairs of sandels which came after a month and a half that too wrong order all 4 which I hadn't ordered and now no news of refund or exchange no reply on mails too

Product not delivered with no Customer care response over mail

Its been 1 month 16 days I did not received my order (#668695). Sending the mails asking the expected date is not answered by the team. There is no communication by the team on the expected delivery. This is seriously very annoying and frustrating.
