Pathetic service and irresponsible behaviour of staff. We placed the order on 23rd june and since then we haven't received any communication from them. The payment has been already done online while placing the order. As we haven't heard anything from them, we emailed the helpdesk and as per the agent the order has been prioritize. We waited for another 2 weeks and still there is no communication. I dont know how much time they take for order which has been taken on priority.

We would like to get our money back and cancel the order. I would not recommend this to anyone as this will be waste of their time and money.

Have placed the product on 6th july and got to know that the expected delievery would be on 7th july.

now its 15 july and not received any information of the product nor the customer care of SSS used to pick the call.

    I ordered a sandal from StreetStyleStore more than a month back and made online payment of Rs 500. Neither the product arrived nor my money back.
    On asking them about the delivery, they showed me a fake receipt stating that delivery of the product has already been done.
    I'm attaching the e-mails we exchanged as a proof of ordering the product but never receiving it.

      Hi!

      I order 2 shoes from them. Didn't find them worth as the quality wasn't as shown in the displayed pictures on website. So, returned it and they received it too. I received a credit note and i made another purchase for the same amount. After placing the order i cancelled it by mistake and tried placing the order again which it didnt let me as a credit note couldn't be used again. So, i dropped an email on [protected]@streetstylestore.com with below mentioned content.

      "hi,

      By mistake, i cancelled the order where i used this voucher"l84jbile"now when i am using this voucher then its saying

      "there is 1 error
      This voucher has already been used"

      Can you please lemme know what should i do."

        Hi,,, i initially placed my order in may wch i recd in approx. 25 days... Since d shoe size tht i recd ws smaller so i orderd a bigger size... Nw d exchange order was also placed smwre in may end nd ths z mid july i hv yet nt recd my order...
        D entire payment was made under cod.. Along wd shipping charges..
        I hv bn calling up on thr hlpline no. Bt all in vain,, all they say z its going to tk anothr 48hrs fr me to rec d delivery...
        To my utmost rage nw evn my call z nt recd. Lest they shud shut dwn thr dukaan if thr consumer satisfaction z sooooo low... Its nt a poor bt a shameful performance... M nt dying to wear ur shoes,, atleast retrn me bk my money!!!

        Have placed my order one month ago.. still not shipeds n when mail them about it they just create tickets.. n no replies..

          Sir, firstly i got shoes after 20 days with so many reminders but at the time of receiving the quality of shoes are not good then i return it back and called the street style shore custyomer care for sendfing the same shoes with good finish after 17 tadays still not got any info for delivery this again i am just fadeup o[censored]sing this site as they are not taking care of customer issues. Please keep this matter in priority and do as early possible action for him.

            I have ordered two products from street style store with order number #756636 and #807705 on 20th of june with pre payment. The tat mentioned on the site was 3 to 21 days but now it's almost a month and i haven't recieved any update despite of multiple reminders on mail.
            Revert me asap with delivery dates else i am going to file a complain about your organization.

              I placed this order more then a month back, i had already made payment for this but still i haven't received it yet.

              Moreover, i checked the tracking details it states that the order has already been delivered on 16th july, neither was i called nor received any delivery then why does the status states delivered.

              I have been trying to get in touch with you guys, but your customer service is pathetic, nobody is answering my calls & mails,

              Are you guys fooling me around? I want instant action on this otherwise i am going to file a complain about your organization.

              This type of behavior is seriously not acceptable, i have waited for my order since more than 45 days and i have paid for it too in advance.

                  You are not givinh time to time information about the orders to the customers, i have order my dress before one week, dress is not delivered yet... There is ant time limit or not... Atleast in one week it shoul be delivered... Or either company should give information or tracking details of the order time to time by emails or by sending meseg on registered mobile number...                     My order id is #762022 i placed my order on 23 june and i have been constantly asking these cheaters about my order update all i got from them is my order is marked as urgent dispatch and priority dispatch blah blah all sort of lies but no information on when my order will get delivered to me. i have been nothing but polite to these people in my mails to them. it has been 5 days since my last mail which was sent by me hoping that they would understand my problem but all my efforts went in vain. i didn't want to go for a consumer complaint but they left me no choice. i cannot waste my 899 rs like that. i am all scared to see so many complaints against them wish i had seen them before placing my order. i just want my order to be at my doorstep asap with proper details of dispatch and tracking. and i don't want to go for another round of this so pls make sure the size u send is appropriate or else that time it would be a consumer court for real.

                      I am really feeling disappointed by ordering 3-4 times from street style store and every time i had complaints with them. i have ordered 2 shoes from 2 for 999/- and i have replaced one and one guy came to pick up at my place but i dont know whether he has updated it to u or not but again 2 times another guys came to pick that shoe again how can i give another shoe to them if i have already given it to that first guy. see if these peoples are not able to pick the calls not able to solve the query then why are they running this store. either you replace my shoe within 5 days or please give me a refund of that. as soon as possible.

                          This was my first experience with sss and unfortunately it was horrible. I ordered 3 shoes from your site. First of all one of the shoes didn't get deliver and you delivered some other shoe instead that i didn't order. Secondly, you packed all the shoes in one and i guess because of that it has affected the shape of the artificial leather. Lastly, the third shoe is of my size but the strap at the back is too loose. So please help me since i have paid for those shoes and now i don't know what to do.

                            I have ordered an order on 23.04.2016 having order no. 653944 from street style store website & still i am awaiting to receive it.
                            I came to know that this website is fake, the prepaid order is never shipped by this website.
                            If you are ordering a cod order you will receive the order & that too of wrong size or wrong product.

                              I haven't received any update on the shipment of this order and it has been over 4 weeks since this order has been placed.

                              The second complaint is about a pick up request for an exchange.

                              I still haven't received any update on the reverse pickup of this order for exchange to a larger size product.

                              This is to inform the ridiculousness of the reverse pick up arranged by your organization.
                              The supposed reverse pick up order no 1141343 is apparently being attempted for the past 4 days, and according to the website GoJavas, I haven't been available for the reverse pick up. I have been receiving messages from GoJavas that the reverse pick will be attempted since the past 4 days.

                              However, I have been staying at home for the past 4 days to ensure that I am available for the reverse pick up, and yet, no one has shown up to collect the reverse pick up package.

                              The gentleman (Ph no.: [protected]) from GoJavas who was supposed to come for the pick up answered my call once (and assured that he will be here today by 12 PM to pick up the package for reverse pick up) and then went out of coverage area since then.

                              I hope this is not another sham to ensure that the exchange is not implemented.

                                  I ordered 2 products from this site. Both the products i received after one month and the normal size which i wear is 37 but sss have their own sizes, so because of that i had to return it back. After that all crap started, i followed up for 1 and half month, nobody cared to reply back. Then they started mail games that they have product availability problem and this and that. After a month i received my order in which only one product was there and that too be defected product. One of the heal soul was missing but still i managed because i dint want to mess up again. Disappointing!

                                  Then again we started exchanging mails. Most of the times they dont care to reply and i understand because they are keeping too busy.. Not in delivering products but in receiving complaint mails. They are too useless, that everytime they have same saying that" sorry mam we have product availability problem and all. They blew my mind to the core
                                  At last i decided to select one product from their site in replacement of my old product which they were unable to deliver. But the site is so bad, i dint like any product of 699. I selected product of 899 and asked them to deliver it and adjust it with my old product.
                                  And the response was - sorry we cannot do this because there is difference of 200
                                  Really? 200 they are pointing out. What about my 2-3 month, i spent on these terrible people and money my money which is lying with them for 3 months. They tortured me to the core. They never came to me with any solution or alternative. I only thought of a solution but 200 will affect their turn over.
                                  Atlast i agreed to pay the balance amount and asked them to send me new product. Now there is no response... Nobody is replying...

                                    I had exchanged a pair of slippers to a pair of shoes order number 190566. but the shoes that sss has sent, one is 2 inches longer than the other, but same size is written on both of them. i tried to contact sss for refund, but dint get any response. also raised ticket #63063 and also have mailed the support team regarding the same with photographs of the pair of shoes they have sent. pfa photo proofs of shoes and the order.

                                      I have already registered 1 complain regarding money not refunding that is not yet resolved then how can you people marked it resolved. i have placed order and i received that order after a month abd then the product was not as per expectations so i requested to return then sss said that send the product first then we will provide you another product. now i sent back the product and ordered another that too is not as per expectations now i have requested them to exchange it from last one month i am waiting for this but no response.

                                      Seriously pathetic services kindly exchange my product or refund my money. i have placed my 1 order of this chain on january 2016 and it has been 7 months.
