I placed an order for footwear on 2 March 2016 on streetstylestore and I already paid for the product but it's been 3 months now and I have still not received the order. Whenever I mail I get an apologetic mail and they say it will get delivered but all they are doing is lying. They are not even specifying the refund procedure. Please take necessary action against this site because many more customers are facing the same problem.

    I, like others have placed an order (Order # 654322) with street style store on 24th april. Till date i didn't receive a tracking number which means that the order has not been dispatched yet.
    I have written emails and they will reply with the same generic answers that the order has been prioritized but it doesn't look like.
    What looks like is that they have few template that they always paste as a reply for every email that they receive, i am sure with this kind of pathetic service they receive emails for every orders.
    On raising a concern regarding the goods not delivered i get a revert "its worth the wait!"
    Really? Am i getting expensive jewels shipped with my order as well?
    Well certainly not worth the wait.
    This company has the worst customer service, rather no customer service. If they cant manage the business someone has to take the responsibility that the organization is actually verified or is asked to shut down rather than scamming people to this extend.
    They will take the money and then this is what happens with more than 900 people who has registered complains
    This company should not be allowed to run the business online anymore as they don't comply to business policies.

    Please, for god sake just refund my money and i can use it in something more productive.

    And please ask your helpdesk team to stop sending replies without checking the order details. I wanted to be polite and did not want to come to this forum again and requested a query for my remaining order at your helpdesk email and look at the reply that i got - "As per your query regarding your order#717377, we will like to tell you that it has been "7 " days since you placed the order with us. And our site takes the time period of 3-21 days for the delivery." ---
    Are you even checking what your helpdesk is doing ?????

      I mailed them three times and every time they just respond with the same email. I am no more interested in the product! I simply want my money back as soon as possible

          I want to return the dress ordered from facebook. I placed the order on 21/5/2014. I received the oder on 26/5/14. But the dress i got is smaller than the original size. I have kept it unused with the price tag and the package. The oder num is 703102. It's a set of caffeine top with skirt size s-1. Need a larger size of this product as the size i received is not fitting me at all.

            I Have a credit of 1897 rs with SSS, I emailed them to adjust the credit against my order which i was unable to do on website, they asked me to place the order first and then email them the order number to adjust the credit and now the order is abou to get delivered and i have been emailing them to adjust the credit by i get no reply from them.I am so frustrating. I have even tried to contact them many tmes on their phone number butno one answers the call. I do not know how they are running their business like that. I would request you to please resolve my complaint As soon as possible, either get my credit adjusted agaianst the order I have placed or get my money refunded Please

              By mistake i paid extra amount of money. Its been more than a month i have received only one item out of four and there is no update on pending items as well as no refund yet for the extra amount i paid by mistake.

              This is absolutely ridiculous.

              Also i have observed that everyday there are new dresses uploaded on the website which are not in stock from at the first place.

              If the product is not in the stock what is the reason to upload it on the website? Earlier lot of time i had felt bad thinking i missed out on the dress so i started observing it and found this.

              Please dont fool your loyal customers.

                  Still awaiting the ordered. It has been over a month. I had mailed them before and have already made the payment. I tried calling them but the number is always busy. I have mailed them thrice and i always get tge same reply. I expect a little more professionalism rather than a generic reply. Also, there are no tracking details or anything. Even if they r calling themselves a startup, why should they take orders if they can't deliver on time. They can't cheat people like this after taking the money. Such scamsters!

                  I need the order ASAP as I am moving out of the city and the order will be of no use if it comes late.

                    The street style store consumer response is disastrous!!! I would not recommend anybody to buy shoes from this fraudulent website as it is not trustworthy at all.
                    I had placed an order for a shoe, order no #[protected], the size does not fit me, hence i placed a change size order but no body responds nor comes to fetch the shoe and deliver a different size or put the money back in sss account or something. Also, no contact number is available to respond to queries.

                      I had placed an order for two pairs of shoes. Boht the shoes I had received were incorrect. I would like an exchange for both the products. Also, there is no means of contact in any customer service which has to be fixed. I have attached a picture of the order. Please take a look at it and see how different it is from the products I actually received.

                        I have already raised this issue with the store customer support many times but to no avail.
                        I have an existing ticket # 184271 filed with them.

                        This order was placed in Oct 2015 and i have still not received the delivery or the refund. Everytime they just keep saying that they are processing the order.

                        Its been too delayed and i want my refund now.

                          I placed two dresses worth rupee 1398/- and its stated your order is successful. Payment reference no.[protected] amount is deducted from credit card. But when i checked my order history its showing "you have not placed any orders".

                          Please team help me this is huge amount and i didn't get any other messages about confirmation of order placed. I need my amount back or my products.
                          This is ridiculous service provider. It seems they do only fraudulent work. Customers trust you guys that's the reason they are purchasing from your website.

                          I am feeling crying this the worst experience i have till now while doing online shopping.

                          Please help me as soon as possible.

                              I have placed a paid order of 2 Sets of Crop top & skirt of Rs.1398 through my debit card on 12 Apr'16. Its been over 1.5months, I have not received the product despite of several calls and emails. From past 3 weeks SSS have also removed their customer care no from website and left with one email id from where I rarely gets any response. I have not received any response except for email which I received last on 6th May. I am getting worried thinking that have I done a right thing to made an order from SSS.

                              I am attaching the invoice which I received when I last paid order of the products from your website on 12th April 2016. From that date till today I have not received my product. Now you have change my order no without even informing me and say the product delivery time is from 3 to 21 days and again I will wait for my products for another 1.5months. Don't play this game with me I want my both products to be delivered to me with in this week. Otherwise I will go to consumer forum and complain against SSS once again. This time I will use social media to create awareness of your unethical and unprofessional behavior and the torture customer like us have to face. The money is not the only concern here the question of miss commitment and making people fool and wasting our time and energy following up and chasing for the products which will never come. The worst part s lack of communication from your end.

                                  I have been trying to contact them through mails but these guys are so insane, Customare care executives dont know what to reply to the customers . I want exchange of my 1 product . Pickup has been done already, I have shared the courier slip also, They have taken the product also and now now giving the exchanged item, I m following them through mail since last week . They are sending me unnecessary mails regarding exchange, I m writing something else and they are replying something else, I m fed up, Customare care number doesnt work at all. What to do now .

                                    I had placed an order with sss on 11/04/16 after which i followed up with them by email as well as social media to confirm if they would be actually shipping my order or not. I had twice previously placed orders with them, which never showed up.
                                    Once, i did get a response after which they went cold turkey, refusing to carry forward any communication.
                                    All of a sudden, after close to 45 days, i am suddenly handed over the parcel which i am told i have no option but to pay for, please note that i had already purchased my required footwear as neither did the brand send me my order, nor did they respond to my communication. I was told i can contact the brand to return it and get my full refund.
                                    When i put in my request for return on the website, someone finally bothered to write back informing me they do not provide refund to which i send in my views and once again the customer care has gone missing.
                                    To add onto all this, the parcel has the following problems:
                                    The product doesn't match its image online
                                    One of them is incorrect
                                    The quality is highly undermined
                                    The sizes don't have consistency

                                    So i don't understand why i am being forced to take store credit and not getting my refund.
                                    @sss please refrain from wasting my time.

                                    To begin with, you can't send a parcel to me whenever u feel like, that too w/o maintaining any communication as to when to expect it and to add onto it, you have the audacity to send me the wrong things and then force me to take store credit?

                                    Do you really think i'm stupid? And what kind of a customer care do you have, that you don't bother to respond at all? Do i have to run behind you for answers? I want a representive to contact me asap.

                                    And don't run a store if you are unable to handle it diligently.

                                    I have proof of all communications till date. You don't even provide a contact no. L, we keep mailing them and you just ignore.

                                      This website charged me 999rs. for 3 pairs of sandals which are not yet delivered, i would like to file a complaints for the same.
                                      I have send many emails but they are never replied, there is some silky kapoor who heads the customer support, but i guess even she is a cheat.
                                      Worst experience ever, please block this site so that people dont get cheated by such loosers.

                                      I have ordered Sandals on 11th Sep and it's 30th Sep today and yet I don't have any update about my order no. 942891. Can you let me know whether I will even get the order or are you guys going to keep delaying it. I tried calling the number given in the website nearly 20-25 times today but it kept on ringing and no one picked the call. The estimation time to receive an email as a feedback from you guys is 24 hrs but yet I have sent an email 2 days back without any response from your side. Let me know what you are planning to do with my order. Silky informed me that it will be delivered soon but I haven't received any update from her. I have sent an email to Silky, helpdesk and also the id prvided by you in this site, please let me know if I will be getting my order or not.

                                        I received a pack of 3 shoes which were not as i expected to mailed the sss team for exchange. They replied the process. I requested for the exchange on there site twice but the status of my request didn't get updated. They have a criteria of 7 day exchange and i requested for exchange next day after receiving the product. Then mailed them the same twice but they didn't reply.
