Hi, i have ordered 3 pair of shoes on the offer of 999/-. On 8 may'16. The footwears which i received were too small in size as per the description. So i placed a exchange request on 11 may'16 for the same, it has been processed after one week (20 may'16) that also after a reminder. It is over one month now, i am not able get any response after various reminders.

Kindly credit my amount back in my account, i don't need any exchange as of now.

I don't need any replacement now, because in a case that size is also not fit.Again it will take months to get a revert from your end.

So, please credit my money back in my account.

Your order is ready for dispatch from our end and has been lined up for the courier company to take away for the delivery.

This means that we will ship your order in next 1-2 business days.

Once it gets ship out, the tracking id will be generated.
