[Resolved] Street Style Store — Product is not delivered yet, need it soon | |||||
I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 11 april 2016, order no. #628902, from the http://streetstylestore.com/ and have already paid to online. They have policy of maximum 21 days of delivery but it is more than 32 days i have not received the product. This company is fraud and need to be officially closed, a strict action need to take against it. No clear response to customer & no customer value. I want my money back & i ll suggest my nearby people not to buy from the sites like street style store. Cause of like these company, i ll not going to do online shopping ever. Hi Saloni, this is standard reply by style street. same reply you can reed in my complaint . my order no. of 5th april no. 617335. they are just collecting the money . it is a fraud company. regards rakesh bhutani
If a company product is not available, they need to show a pop up that Product is out of stock. Why they are simply collecting payments, when they are not have particular product with them at that time. Or else they can Mention a clear duration of that it might take 1 year also to dispatch your product. This company need to be shut down officially.
