I have ordered 2 shoes worth 1258/- on sept 07 2017. And there is no tracking details mentioned in the order history. There is no way i can get any info regarding the order status. Please let me know the status of my order and when i can receive my orders.

Both of the product status in the website says payment accepted but i want to know when i can get them. Its very very disappointing that you have not provided any tracking details. Very bad customer support as well. Insane!!

    I ordered ladies footwear on dt.[protected] from www.streetstylestore.com i already paid 845- using online payment method to this company my order no: fvjbhwrva and invoice no: #1659797. Yet they didn’t delivered my product at my doorstep and they didn’t give me any single answer regarding refund or delivery i often done too many mail & phone calls and didn’t get single answer of my calls so i request you all never buy any single item from this company they are big cheaters and please grahak suraksha get me out of this cheaters.
    Also they give me wrong status of my delivery wrong tracking number and wrong order reference too

    I have received an order of order id 1727839 today. But in your site its only showing that the order has been shipped. But i want to exchange part of my order. I have received an item naming "good as bold sneakers grey" of size 41. I want to exchange it for size 40. Please help As soonas possible. the exhange option is not showing in the site.

    On 3rd of Sep I gave order of boots and collectif cherished trousers, and I just have received the boots but not the trousers ! The order number is same! Payment is done if both!

      Hi i bought a shoe from sss and the quality is really poor. Very bad. Looks different frm what i say n nw thy hv a new suppprt system in which we can only raise tickets and wait fr thm to rply for days. There is no specifiv time. They dont reply for so many days. Thr is no phone no. To contact thm. There is a phone no. Which i found from google it is never answered. There is no live assistance its a very poor working operation.         Hi have ordered three pairs of flats @ 999/- offer. On 21st august'17.in total i have paid 1049/-. The order id is 1733677. Order invoice no : 1700717. The payment method : mobikwikwallet. I was supposed to receive the product within 21 days, maximum. Till today i have not received the products. When i check in the website i see only the order number. No tracking number. There is no phone number as well.

        These guys are cheats. They just flick money. I am taking this to all the public forums as well. Either return my money or send me my ordered products.

        I am hereby attaching the invoice copy as well.

        The response with the reasons are unacceptable. If you cannot deliver the products on time after giving a range from 3 to 21 days, why do you update that in your website?
        There is no phone number to contact in your website.
        When a query is raised there is no response from your side. This is totally unprofessional, unethical and unacceptable.
        If you cannot deliver within the mentioned time please refund my money.
        My I have any ETA of delivering the product or my refund?

            Order was placed on 17th aug 2017, but till date not received any response. They provided the coupon code yesterday, but it is also not working. There is not contact with any of the support team. And, got a number of the owner for some source, but no one is interested to hear the concern.

                    Shoes that i received were of small size. I placed an exchange request on 14.06.2017. But did not received my shoes of correct size yet. I've been asking for a refund since a month. No updates.

                              Its been a month, my order number #144821; #143129, is placed and no one is bothered to reply to my query about where is my order, they are ready to take away the money from customer before the order is placed how ever after several queries there is no reponse from the team where is the order.
                              Pathetic part is there is no customer care number to call and check even, where you can only email and that is even not monitored.. Been a month where i have not got any replies to email!

                                At first they will attract you with low prices shoes and dresses and assure you with quality and after sale service thing and once you place the orderbaaamm you are no one to them.

                                I had placed an order for a shoe. I got the wrong size. I put an exchange request. They replied in 2 months saying the product is out of stock. They gave me a voucher. I ordered another shoe. They were damaged. I had to put a exchange request again. Again they gave me a voucher, this time after 3 months. So after all this drama, i thought i'll just call for mugs. The order was placed on 12/5/2017 and till date i haven't received the product. I have raised thousands of queries, theyjust dont bother.

                                Sss is fraud. Please do not order anything from them!

                                  Such a useless website yours is. you people are so careless regarding consumer services. you just take make by fraud and then you neither deliver the product nor you refund the money. i sent 25-30 complaints in this whole one month, still no action has been taken. now i am going to file a complaint in consumer forum for your negligence.

                                    The cloths i received are horrible with no fittings. I've been asking for a refund since a month. No updates.

                                    Shoes was supposed to be revived on 15.08.2017 and it's 8.09.2017. Product not received after multiple complains. Return my money or deliver the product.
                                    Please ensure i receive the products and refund or just refund me the whole money.
                                    It's been almost 2 months i have placed the orders.
                                    None picks up with customer care number

                                      I ordered shoes (4 pairs) on date 4-7-2017
                                      And my order id is -1634268. When i tracked the items it was shown as payment accepted and its been 2 months already, why do they take money and hold the product for this long!!
                                      The ordered i made was total rs.4283, i want the product immediately or else they should send back my money. They are stealing peoples money. I am waiting for so long when in description delivery time seems to be jas 2-4 weeks. Now its 2 months already. They are cheaters

                                        Hi!
                                        I placed an order (Vngkleggt) on 06/25/2027 from sss ie streetstylestore. I ordered three pairs of flats out of which one had a tattered lace. I immediately tried to contact them but there was no way that i can get in touch with them. They have the worst website i have ever seen in my life. They have given return button but when you click on that it tells you the steps and when you try to follow those steps you wont find that option on the website. Its actually not given on the website. Like they tell you to go to "order history and details" then they say you to click on "replace" but there is not replace button over there. It says "select you order" but there is no option.. To select.. Nothing to select and that wont even let you enter manually. I want to exchange that piece.

                                        Out of the 3, not just 1 but there is one more which doesn't fit..its defective too. So out of 3, 2 footwear is of no use. I want a different one instead of that one. i mean i want to exchange to a different one.

I requested for an exchange, beacause one flat was broken..They did the exchange but that too with another broken pair! and guess what is changed this time, previously in an pair it was one flat, this time both the flats are tampered!!! i mean what a company! what a pathetic service and top of that cheap quality goods! i do not want to wait for another 30 days! i want my money back!!!

                                        I ordered three pairs initially, out of which two pairs were defective, i got to know the other one later on. they exchanged only one! and the exchanged good they are sending that is defective too! whats the point of waiting that long!!

                                        OMG!! Is that what my solution is? For your Information, I already know the steps to exchange if you read my complete message, i have mentioned that. The Problem is your website which doesn't work properly. They tell you to go through following steps:
                                        1) My account
                                        2) Order History & Details
                                        3) Click on Replace.

                                        So thats like, go to my account first.. You will first option there "order history & details" and then you are supposed to click on Return.

                                        In my case, when i click on "order history & details" it says "you have not placed any orders" and it doesn't show any replace button!!!

                                        So, i hope now you get what my concern is and wont send my such stupid link again!

                                        You better send your courier person to collect that damaged product you have sent me and give me a new one!!
