Not connected after recharge

Recharged the Sun direct with 3 months coverage on today at 4.30 pm. But still now not connected the channels. I tried a lot of time to customer care but no one pig the call. This is a worst customer support from Sun direct. Pls do quickly. Otherwise I will switch over to other operator.

2 channels which is included in the recharged pack not working suddenly

2 channels are not working looks completely blank all of a sudden . These channels are already paid which is part of the package recharged till April 2022. When complained to the customer care they say it is because the set up box is old and has to be installed with new one, as some channels are updated with high frequencies, until you don't change the set up box with additional money it won't work. Being a customer since 2009 they are least...

Amount debited but transaction failed

I have recharged my sundirect with 240/- for Telugu economy plan through the sun direct website Portal but it shows transaction failed whereas the amount is debited.

Kindly solve the issue before my previous pack ends....

Refund request for wrong recharge done on my older sundirect setup box

I would like to request for a refund as my payment for the sun direct plan got mismatched for the older setup box number - [protected] ( MG Daniel - [protected] ) and payment of 653 plan was done on this Id.
This account was closed in November as the setup box had some issues and was replaced.

Hi, I have an sun direct hd setup box and I got an software update on 13/12/2021 time @ nearly 4:00pm..after software update my Setup box not working, I spoke to customer care regarding this issue and I didn't get proper solution for this issue and I asked to raise compilent and I got call from local sundirect office and they asked to share screen shot after setup box was on...they seen the screen shot and told the setup box should be replaced..and...

FRAUD in the name of OTA UPGRADE

This company named Sun direct has chosen a new technique to steal people's money in the name of OTA UPGRADE.

without informing us, they forcefully send a OTA upgrade to set-top boxes and make it corrupted, so that the set-top box should not work again...

Then, they will send a technician to change the set-top box and charge 1000rs... this happens as soon as your warranty...

Double tax taken by sundirect

Sun direct is taking tax while adding amount to the sun direct account. And they are taking tax again while we are subscribing the channels using the amount we have added earlier. This result as double tax .Need to stop this double tax on their consumers...
