I have subscribed to the FTA base pack. In that, only dd channels are selected by default. I tried selecting other FTA channels in both website/sundirect android app. However, it does not have any effect.
I am trying to select all Telugu free to air channels but they are not getting activated. I am not able to connect to customer care. When I contacted the local Sundirect distributed, he was advising me to pay Rs. 240 for full Telugu package. Please resolve this asap. I am not able to watch any FTA channels for which I paid.
