Deduction of amount in recharge

When i topup for rs 500 in my sundirect account, i see only 440rs balance in the account. Y this is happening can u pls wts the reason. This is very bad we are unsatisfied. 👎👎👎...

Wrong dth number recharged on paytm

Hello,
Bymistake I recharged wrong dth sundirect num through Paytm..when I call Paytm told me to contact sundirect.when I call sundirect told me to contact Paytm..please help me....

Defective HD Upgrad Remote

Hi Team,

I have been trying to reach with SunDirect customer support fr past one week. Since I upgrade to HD connection my remote is defective I'm not able to get a replacement. I'm even trying to contact the vendor who came here to set up HD connection even they are trying to fool around. I need help in this.

Amount of Rs 1193 and 1151 was deducted from my account on 29th July 2021 and recharge transaction was failure...

I have not received the refund amount yet..

Not getting FTA channels other than DD

I have subscribed to the FTA base pack. In that, only dd channels are selected by default. I tried selecting other FTA channels in both website/sundirect android app. However, it does not have any effect.
I am trying to select all Telugu free to air channels but they are not getting activated. I am not able to connect to customer care. When I contacted the local Sundirect distributed, he was advising me to pay Rs. 240 for full Telugu...

Amount deducted from my account but not activated

I have done my recharge for sun direct dth [protected] via mysundirect app on upi mode twice but my amount for 199 is deducted for twice but the recharge is failed it shows that the money will be refunded in 7 days but I never get my refund till now

I done my recharge in 20 th july...

I have recharged 229 via https://www.sundirect.in/quickrecharge site for my neighbour. The amout deducted and showed recharge failed.

Recharged for add-on channels. But did not get activation

Re charged for addon channels. But did not get activation. Customer care service is very poor. All time they are in busy....

Recharge wrong

I have two sun direct connection last (21/08/2021)4 days before I recharged rs 1000 for my sundirect connection but I have mistakenly I recharge another account . Immediately I call customer care they are take a compliment register and I get a compliment no sr[protected]
I want to change my recharge which account I I need customer care executive told maximum 48 hrs your problem will solved but till ( 27/08/2021) not resolved my...

Recharge done twice because of transaction failure. Refund not done

Sir I had done a recharge for my relative. Since there was a transaction failure I had tried thrice and my account got debited all the three times. It was done on 24th July 2021. Recharge has been done thrice. I want refund for the two attempts. The smart card no. [protected]....

Amount got deducted

On 17 July we did recharge for Rs.1194 online in www.sundirect.in website and it came transaction failed, but the amount got deducted from the bank account.We did recharge for Tamil economy pack for 6 months....
