Base plan and news channels not activated

[protected] it is my sun direct smart card number, i have recharged rs 59 base plan but no channels are active . Then i activate some channels but not activated except sun new .
Why not active even i paid
Kindly help

Money deducted from my account

I have recharged 50 rs but money has been deducted and it shows something went wrong and money is not showing in my account...

Very very very late bad worst service

Sun direct is always a very very late bad worst service I have ever seen.
If I have recharged I would call a sun direct customer care service for my picture telecast.
If any price changed for any pack there is no notification with that pack in sun direct app.
Customer care service is very very very worst they can't attend the call or it says check the number u have dialled but it's the customer care number in sun direct...

No payment receipt provided for re-installation payments

Today on 14-Sep-2021, i called to Sub direct customer care to place request to re-install the my Dish, they have advised me to pay Rs.250 for re-installation, but when i asked will i get any payment receipt or invoice for the same, they said i will not get any sort of Invoice and that is what is process been followed in Sun Direct, as per the Law, i required Invoice acknowledgement for the services and if any installation...

Over charged for service

Address:Yelandur, Chamarajanagar,

Few channels were not coming on the current set top box, after a discussion with sun direct employee from local department he agreed to provide/replace the existing set top box with a service set top device (not new) with a charge of 150 rupees for adapter and I have already paid the service charge of 150, so for 300 rupees it was agreeded to replace the box.

But they collected 500 rupees from my parents when they came for...

Sun direct hd dish

I am facing problems on viewing the tv due to dish issues.. And told the person who has changed the set top box from normal to hd 2 months back.. But no response from the respective person.. And the other issue is the hd remote for my box is still not given.. This caused me mental agony.. Kindly do some needful..thank you...

Re-charge problem

I am a sun direct user and the validity of connection expired on 5/9/2021. On the same day of disconnection, ie, on 6/9/2021 I received a message from Sun Direct that I have an offer of 3 months pack for Rs.559/-. I tried to re-charge online, but failed. Then I tried the whole day to contact your customer care number [protected], but every time I was getting the reply, the number is engaged. Then again in the next day early morning I tried...

I recharged my Sun Direct account associated to mobile no: [protected], Smartcard/ CDSN No: [protected], CR-ID: CR[protected] on[protected] via sundirect.in through HDFC Netbanking for Rs.1782.

Amount is deducted from my bank account and got confirmation email & text as well. Narration is "kqrhk74kaj7klpgrcy-PAYUSUNDIRECT" and Ref no:[protected].

Reached out to Sundirect support like 8 times and complaint SR[protected]...

Tax on Top-UP

When I top up of 100₹ in my sun direct account only near about 85₹ credited in my account. I contacted customer care they told me it's tax. They are neglecting trai rule. My smart card number is [[protected]]. We are being cheated by this company....

We kept shop in gajalnaikenpatti. Kandili post. Here in anbu cell park they taken sun direct delearship. But they selling airtel also for customer. So most of people are confused to buy sun direct..and they buying airtel dish....
