            Sun direct is always a very very late bad worst service I have ever seen.
            If I have recharged I would call a sun direct customer care service for my picture telecast.
            If any price changed for any pack there is no notification with that pack in sun direct app.
            Customer care service is very very very worst they can't attend the call or it says check the number u have dialled but it's the customer care number in sun direct app.
            Chatting service is also worst it's never be a attention for a customer question and at first they not connected with customer.
            If I subscribed any single channel from sun direct app that's also not been picturised after a long war between customer support service then would be channel be telecasted.
            It's a very worst service.
            If I want any process in sun direct service there is a great war to gain that process.
            Very very bad worst experience with this sun direct app.

              Hi,

              Today on 14-Sep-2021, i called to Sub direct customer care to place request to re-install the my Dish, they have advised me to pay Rs.250 for re-installation, but when i asked will i get any payment receipt or invoice for the same, they said i will not get any sort of Invoice and that is what is process been followed in Sun Direct, as per the Law, i required Invoice acknowledgement for the services and if any installation parts (new cable or some electrical things ) been replaced. because last time when i place this request, customer agent said i can collect the payment bill from Field engineer, but he refused to provide bill for Rs.250 for reinstallation and replaced the good working cable with new cable and asked me to pay Rs, 350, for which also he didnt not gave any invoice or payment receipt, So totally I paid for Rs.600 and never got the payment receipt from the fielded engineer or from the customer care.

                  Few channels were not coming on the current set top box, after a discussion with sun direct employee from local department he agreed to provide/replace the existing set top box with a service set top device (not new) with a charge of 150 rupees for adapter and I have already paid the service charge of 150, so for 300 rupees it was agreeded to replace the box.

                  But they collected 500 rupees from my parents when they came for replacement. So in total 650 rupees was paid, I don't this is fair. Because the new itself is 500 rupees if I upgrade.

                  Please settle the extra amount collected.

                        I am facing problems on viewing the tv due to dish issues.. And told the person who has changed the set top box from normal to hd 2 months back.. But no response from the respective person.. And the other issue is the hd remote for my box is still not given.. This caused me mental agony.. Kindly do some needful..thank you

                          I am a sun direct user and the validity of connection expired on 5/9/2021. On the same day of disconnection, ie, on 6/9/2021 I received a message from Sun Direct that I have an offer of 3 months pack for Rs.559/-. I tried to re-charge online, but failed. Then I tried the whole day to contact your customer care number [protected], but every time I was getting the reply, the number is engaged. Then again in the next day early morning I tried to get same number and got it luckly and I was directed to make the payments in three parts ie, Rs.500/- Rs.50/- and Rs.10/-. I did so and then again tried to contact the customer care number for activation. But there was no response for more than 3 hours. Continuously I tried and finally I got the number and I explained the situation to the lady who attended my phone. She told me that she will give the direction for activation and I will get the channels after two hours and I have to keep the TV switched on till I get the channels. I told her that I am alone in my home and I have to go to my works by 9.00 AM, but she told that it will take time to activate my connection. Now my questions are;

                          Why I should wait for such a long period for getting the connection after paying the amount you asked ?
                          Why there is no response from your customer care number ? Any Officer from Sun Direct may contact your customer care number to know their irresponsibility.
                          If you can deactivate my connection within seconds from the time of expiring validity, why you can't activate my connection on my payment ?
                          Why I should contact your customer care for activation after payment of amount, though you are offering me concessional package through mobile messages.?
                          In the morning by 10.38 AM I received a message stating that my complaint is registered vide No. SR[protected]. Again in 04.03 PM I received another message that my complaint No.SR[protected] is resolved to my satisfaction. I don't know what was my complaint and who resolved it and what satisfaction I got from it.
                          If any responsible officer is there in Sun Direct, please give the reply to my email ID : [protected]@gmail.com.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have registered a complaint on 05/09/2021 thro customer care phone number. My complaint Register No is SR[protected].The cutomer care person told that Rs.175 will be charged for attending the complaint and if any parts found defective will be charged extra. But I asked him him that providing proper signal strength and picture quality should be your responsibility because my TV is working properly otherwise. Then he said he will forward the complaint and they will talk further Subsequently I received a message that an engineer Jothiraj.R has been assigned to attend the complaint. on Monday i.e.06/09/21 i received a phone call around 1215 PM and he asked about the problem and then was asking for whether i am told about the charges. I told the same as i told the customer care executive. Then he said he will talk to his office and come back again. Where as I got a message around 1640 hrs saying that my complaint is resolved as resolved over phone to my satisfaction. When i Checked in customer care website against the complaint number it shows Closed.
                            I was back from my office and switched on my TV and found no signal. I am really upset with the way your service engineer and customer care executive who have closed the complaint without resolving the problem and explaining about why the complaint was not attended. Also before registering the complaint i had few channels picture was breaking and many channels were working. But after complaining no signal is coming. This makes me more upset.
                            Hope you understand the problem and expecting proper explanation and solution to my complaint.

                                  Amount is deducted from my bank account and got confirmation email & text as well. Narration is "kqrhk74kaj7klpgrcy-PAYUSUNDIRECT" and Ref no:[protected].

                                  Reached out to Sundirect support like 8 times and complaint SR[protected] was raised. However, no resolution yet after 3 days.

                                      When I top up of 100₹ in my sun direct account only near about 85₹ credited in my account. I contacted customer care they told me it's tax. They are neglecting trai rule. My smart card number is [[protected]]. We are being cheated by this company.
