    Hi,

    I have recharged my sun direct Rs. 199/- pack today. The amount was debited in my account but i didn't received any confirmation sms and also I could not see recharge history of my latest. I recharged through UPI.

    For you reference attached my recharge details via UPI and transaction details.

        My name is teja from nellore district, sydapuram mandal, pothegunta village, iam sundirect customer i have small problem in my set up box it showing error (E52-32 no signal pls contact service provider for futher information), i will call your customer agents in last two weeks but any one no response, one agent will be received complaint, he talk to me with in two days one machanic is come to your village and repair the all solutions and you pay 150 rs /- service charge, i will answer ok sir, but till now my tv is not working with your sundirect dish iam also pay my reachareg with rupees of 280 but tv us not working what is this...? I have suffered and un satisfied by your service

          Sun directs won't Provide Zee Kannada HD in their entire DTH services, because they want see their own Sun network channels. In their all kind of packs bundel of Sun networks channels will be there. They won't allow other competitors. If contact customer care they say us that they have taken a feedback.. Wts the use of it.??
          Sun DTH afraid of Zee network.

            I had call 5 time to ur customer care they are not responding properly in call very disappointing not giving proper rebettel to customer I asked the agent y do u charge for the technician comes home no answer immideatly dis connected this is how it happens in rest 3call they disconnect, no response, pls check with ur call history and I kindly request the quality team to audit and give warning to the team this is going to be my last recharge in sun direct and I suggest my family member and my frend to not to go for sun direct such a worst experience.

              I have recharged my base pack with my fta. I am not able to put add-on channels it says the base pack is expired even though i have recharged upto 7-aug-2020. I called the customer care regards the problem there was no proper response from them and the problem is not yet been solved. It has the worst customer care service. Each and every time there is a trouble with sun direct recharge. Android application is not working proper and the is no sequence in the app. I was to add add-ons because we just watch the add-on channels, not the channels that are put in the base pack so it's important that i put add-ons before the base pack ends else the money put for the base pack is completely waste. For further reference herewith i have attached the images.

              We are not add subscription channels. Even after recharging the base pack it is not showing in the account. The app is still showing the base pack is expired. This is a very serious issue and even the customer service is not responding to our calls . We are trying to contact but nothing is happening.

                My smart card number is : [protected]. I have recharged subscription pack twice for tamil dpo pack 2 at rs.639 each time (Rs.1278 in total). Since the account has been credited with amount for two times, i requested sun direct to refund the amount of rs.639 that has been done for the second time. It's been a month since the complaint has been made and there is no response even after i called for more than 4 times and each time the complaint was filed newly with no response taken. I want my refund back. Sun direct is worst in customer care.

                            I got sundirect on 4-jun with cdsn [protected], but within few days i got a hd settop box with cdsn [protected]. I logged into sundirect website on 30-jun-2020 and made a payment of 199rs. But i got message saying that my subscription is about is expire, i called customer care and asked for this, they said i can view cable tv without any issue. But i can't able to view cable tv from 5-jul-2020 onwards. Later i came to know it got recharged to old cdsn, since sundirect team failed to update my new cdsn number.

                            I chatted with more than 20 people, called the customer care, mailed the customer care... Everytime i get new sr's saying old one is incorrect. Few are cw[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected]. When ever i ask customer care executive, he/she will respond saying the issue will be resolved in 48hrs/72hrs.
                            Today when i saw the complaint status in sundirect site it says closed for all tickets except the new one. So sundirect team meet the sla deadline of the tickets but without actual resolution and without notifying me the tickets are closed.
                            Till now the outcome is zero and sundirect robbed my money.

                            There is no response for my chat and no reply to my last mail i sent to customer care.

                                Recently the channels list changed as alphabetical order. Its more horrible to change channels one by one. Also irritating to seach each time. Numbers also still not memorized as it was changed some weeks before only.
                                Please fix this problem asap.

                                I am recharging tamil dpo 1 pack for each month. Almost i am getting most popular tamil channels with some unpopular channels. It would be helpful and more economic if you include zee tamil and polimer news also in that pack.
