I got offer from sundirect 332/2 months, so i contacted our distributor regarding offer and told him to recharge, but he had done 322 instead of 332, we have noticed that after one month, when we asked him he gave rude answers, then we contacted chat support and call support of customer care, even they didnt respond properly, really this was the first company o have ever seen as irresponsible with customers, they are ending their conversation while we are asking for resolve, really i will never refer sundirect to anyone, because they dont bother customers, poor service, poor customer representatives, i hope i can get good service with another dth.
