I bought a new Sun Direct DTH connection for about 2 and half months ago, I asked for mega pack(5 months, 3090 pack) but they activated Tamil world pack(5 months, 2940 pack). I raised the complaint on September 18th 2014, and my set top box number is [protected], the complaint number is 1-[protected], I called more than 10 times for this issue, but, till today they haven't resolve my problem. When I call them, every time, without absence they told me the problem will be rectified within 24 hours.

Updated by faranchand After I posted the complaint in this site, within 2 days, I got a call from Sun Direct DTH and they took about 15 days to resolve it. But I lost 3 months mega pack subscription, when I ask them they refused me extend my subscription, and one of the team member told me he will pay 100 rupees to me for tally my subscription. I never expected such a informal response from a well known company like this. I got a very bitter experience from them. Anyone who plan to go for this DTH, think twice before you buy.
