Hi, I Recharged my Sun Direct DTH account through Sun Direct website for 1100 Rs. But according to the offer I didn't get the PROMO CODE of Rs.1000/- for online shopping from Myntra.com. I called 17-18 times to Sun Direct Customer Care but their responses are not satisfactory. They told me to getting promo code within 48 Hours after raising complaints. But Still i have not received promo code. I complained 17-18 times to Sun Direct Customer Care Executives and Sr. Executives (Supervisor). Senior Executive told me to wait for 48 Hours but 6 days completed and there is no RESOLUTION of my Complaint. I think The Sun Direct company makes fool their customers just like as PROMO CODE.     I have raised an Service Request against Sun Direct DTH about issue with the remote which was not working on 10th November. Till now, nobody responded in spite of repeated calls to their customer service. They are making false promises and causing so much of inconvenience. Though I have paid all the money I am unable to utilize their DTH services.

        Sir I Natarajan had recharged my DTH no- [protected] today through online recharge of sun direct hd - Package Tamil Cinema + Sports (HD), All South channels with a sprinkling of Hindi channels covering news and entertainment. 179 Channels Subscription Period: 6 Months @ ₹ 1799 . i paid through my debit card central bank of india from chidambaram. but amount has not added to my account. but from my bank i was debitted amount ₹ 1799. i want to refund my amount as soon as possible.My account No is- [protected], account holder name meena.n. please refund my amount at the earliest. thank u sir

            I had given a complaint on october 10th, 2014 and henceforth many complaints. NO ACTION is taken till now. At last, one retailer send a technician with a set top box(replacement) and demanded Rs. 500 wherein it actually costs Rs. 350 only. when we were not ready to pay Rs. 500, the retailer asked the technician to take it back and spoke very rudely and inhumanly, irresponsibly etc.etc.SUCH A WORST SERVICE PROVIDER. What should we do now?

              on 28 oct 2014 I had placed an complaint in which they said it will be resolved with in 48 hours and then again on 30 or 31st of oct 2014 I had again enquired with them through online chat then they said it will be resolved with in 24 hours but till the complaint is in open status and again on 2nd nov 2014 I had made a call to the customer care of sun direct at this time they said that it will take 3- 5 days from 2nd what these people only don't know how many days it will take and are confusing the customers and will in chat room with out any prior information they are leaving the chat room

                  hellow sir i have registered a complaint regarding the problem that our tv is just displaying as searching for signal without the telecast of programmes.i have got the confirmation that problem will be rectified within 48 hours.now u say how many hours have been completed.i could notn see any technician here at my home.pleAase take it as serious issue.we r the customers

But till now no technician has visited my house to check the complaint.They also don't have working telephone to enquire about my complaint .Even no intimation about the progress of the complaint via message or call

                      I bought a new Sun Direct DTH connection for about 2 and half months ago, I asked for mega pack(5 months, 3090 pack) but they activated Tamil world pack(5 months, 2940 pack). I raised the complaint on September 18th 2014, and my set top box number is [protected], the complaint number is 1-[protected], I called more than 10 times for this issue, but, till today they haven't resolve my problem. When I call them, every time, without absence they told me the problem will be rectified within 24 hours.

                      After I posted the complaint in this site, within 2 days, I got a call from Sun Direct DTH and they took about 15 days to resolve it. But I lost 3 months mega pack subscription, when I ask them they refused me extend my subscription, and one of the team member told me he will pay 100 rupees to me for tally my subscription. I never expected such a informal response from a well known company like this. I got a very bitter experience from them. Anyone who plan to go for this DTH, think twice before you buy.
                      After I posted the complaint in this site, within 2 days, I got a call from Sun Direct DTH and they took about 15 days to resolve it.                         This is Praveen Sivaprakash residing at sakinaka, khurd mahal, Mumbai 400072. I've taken a Sun Direct Connection, for 7 months subscription. The smart card no. is [protected] For the past 3 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E52, E48, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 2 weeks[protected] they told that they will fix the problem but till now they don't even send an service technicians and they told that if they send the technicians and they will give us a call when the technician will come . While I enquired the dealer he then took my set top box and told me that he will fix the problem but till now they did not returned to me. From the second week I got the direct consumer service line and I have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 20 calls (both from my land line and Mobile). Also, I've informed them that I'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same? Thanks Regards Praveen

                          My DTH connection no- [protected], signal issues of most channels have been constant complaint from the time I installed this wretched DTH and its a pain in getting customercare support from Sun DTH. I have become another unfortunate customer, to have foolishly gone for this DTH so called Sun direct. This company's license itself need to terminated, not allowed to operate and keep on fooling or exploit the poor consumers.

                              I accept that sun direct has gained huge popularity with time which I too think it deserves. But the question is isn't the complaint department of such a popular company too needs to be improvised as per standard? I registered a complaint on 15 October 2014 regarding removal of dish antenna from my veranda to terrace, which has not been solved till date. My complaint number is 1-[protected]. Once on 16 October 2014, a person called from sun direct and told that the procedure would cost Rs 400 (whereas the customer care executives during lodging of complaint told me it will cost Rs 250). When I told that person about Rs 250, he apologized and said that he will come in half an hour and solve the problem. But now its the 5th day after i registered my complaint, but no action has been taken so far. Kindly do the needful. Pls.

                                  This is sreedhar residing at Electronic city, Bangalore. I've taken a Sun Direct Connection in 2013, for one year subscription. The smart card no. is [protected]R. For the past 3 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E16, E48, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 2 weeks. One technician came and told that some issue in dish(Top) he fixed something he charged 650(including service charge). That day connection worked properly after one or two days again same issue signal not found. Again called to customer care service then one more technician came and took 150 charge and he old that wiring problem you have to replace entire wire, Wire cost per meter 15rs. I said i need some time after one day it rained heavily here all of a sudden then connection up (How come internal wire started working) this clearly indicates that problem is existing on top of dish. Then i called customer care they said technician will come and repair. That guy called me and told you have to replace entire wire else it is problem with setup box. So till now it is not repaired. Funny thing is my complaints are getting resolved with out solving. I don't know what kind of quality they are maintaining. I don't know whom to escalate apart from customer care. My sincere advise please recruit proper technicians and customer service team else your reputation will hit badly.

                                      COMPLAINT AGAINST SUN DIRECT Respected Sir, My name is Priyanka and i am working as an Officer with Karnataka Bank Ltd. i am holding a sun direct connection with smart card no[protected]R. For the past two weeks, I am not able to view few channels properly, and so I Lodged a complains with customer care center, stating the same.A technician named Mr.Souas phn.no[protected] had visited house, and he said the channels are clear.I showed him the problem, and he asked to call him if further any problem with the channels.I paid him Rs.150, and he went.After 10 minutes I found all the channels are blank.I called the same technician, who replied that he is not able to attend now, since he was somewhere else.and assured me that he will come Sunday morning 05.10.2014.I had lodged a complaint again, for which they assured me that, i need not pay any more visiting charges, only if any equipment to be replaced, i need to pay for the same. now every now and then i get call from customer care center, asking for the same details again and again, and it is really embarrassing.The customer care promising that I need not pay any visiting charges, only device charges.Clearly they explained to me that, if setup, box to be changed, total charges i need to pay is only Rs.200, omitting Rs.150, visiting charges.But the technician who have been assigned the task, don't even know about this.They are demanding Rs.150 plus device charges.And I find this really ridiculous, for the past three days I a not able to view any channels, in spite of recharging for Rs.300.now I am getting frequent calls from customer care centre asking for the same details again and again, and false promises and assurance that I need not pay any visiting charges.And they are not communicating the same to their service outlets, who demand for the same.I have already paid the charges but my problem remain unsolved. Today i had called to customer care center again, to get rid of this headache somehow by closing the connection, after getting refund of the recharge what i have already paid.And the executive said, its not able to refund since already pack is activated.I felt like he is mocking at me.My channels are activated, but Im not even able to view channels..what an irony The respond to my query was fantastic, he said two reasons for my problem, not attended.First thing, in the data base, the problem is mentioned as customer is refusing to pay visiting charges.Its the same customer care center who assured me that I need not pay any visiting charges anymore.I had spoken in this regard with, Ms Anjali and Mr.Manoj.They only told that I need not pay any visiting charges.Second reason stated by the executive was, technician are not able to find my locality and that was realy insulting.My area land mark is Bhel Circle, behind Hp Petrol pump, Mes road, Muthyal Nagar, and its not in. rural place.It is very near and accessible to all transportation hub. I really have no clue to whome i should approach, How can a service delivery team could be so irresponsible towards customers?. are they not properly trained for it?, or is this types of incidents are only happening with this service provider only, besides they are treating me like a defaulter, its totally of zero tolerance. I have been wasting my time since few days for attending their use less calls, and the problem still remains unsolved I am holding a respectable position in a bank and handling customers daily, and i know the importance of it.As a citizen of India, i have some privileges, I am only asking justice, services for the amount i have paid. I really believe in this country we ladies has certain rights and considerations. Kindly act upon this and help me.also make necessary actions for the DTS services to render good services to customers.
