Sir need to get them serviced at the earliest.
The four burner is troubling me with low flame and smells. Needs to be resolved at its earliest to guarantee me and family a safe home as confirmed by you when you sold it to me

The otg needs to be serviced as temperature fluctuations happen. Also many times it stops working.
Should i make it more lengthy to get issues resolved?

    I have registered complain on 29th dec 2018 regarding my gas stove having leakage i was informed technician will come on Monday to resolve my query.As it is leakage it is really very urgent but due to lack of poor service i am suffering problems.Now my calls are not being answered.I was informed to call on [protected].I strongly recommend dont use sunflame products.

      Hi

      There has been severe incident in my home when suddenly while cooking Sunflame cooktop of 4 burners got highly blasted and it resulted in tear and wear in the kitchen as well as I got injured in the process.
      It is very shameful that such product which is ISI mark is subject to such a big damage and loss to the customer.
      This cooktop was purchased from authorized shop where bill has been attached as well as the picture of the cooktop which shows how harmful it has been and there could have been big incident.
      I need refund of the amount paid for buying this branded bomb as such horrible incident cannot be ignored where injury of permanent disability or even threat to someone life could have been taken.

      I have got a call where glass was asked to be replaced by paying for it. However this is not about repair which anyways we can get it done by any near buy shop. It is more importantly about safety and quality issue.
      What is the accountability of company if any incident happen. Can you see the amount of damage has happened what is point of ISI mark and other safety measures. I have children in my home and old people who could have got severely injured.
      I want refund of my money as this product is not worth and there is life risk. I will post the pictures in all social media Facebook, Twitter, Google. etc and will make sure that no one does the mistake of buying this product if they want their loved ones to be saved.

      Provide me compensation ASAP or I will file case against your company where you will have no resort but to compensate many times more than compared to what have to pay now. Share me your contact details as well.

        Hi, this is manikya rao lade, hyderabad, mob: [protected]

        I complained about my sunflame chimney to the customer care ([protected]) due to non working and they registered complaint nbr 4000 on 14th nov 2018. The service boy ([protected]) visited my house on 17th nov 2018 and checked the chimney and taken some photographs of chimney and the photos of purchase bill and told me that there is a motor problem and that will be replaced with new one (Free of cost, as it is under warranty) on 19th nov 2018 (Monday). 20 days passed but he did not come and replace the motor. I called so many times customer care ([protected]) with my complaint nbr 4000 but they are not at all responding.
        Don't know whom to contact our family facing lot of problems during cooking because total home spreading with full of smoke.
        I afraiding about my 11 months girl, because of this smoke something is going to happen.
        Could you please help me on this.

        Desirable resolution: replacement with new chimney

          We bought 4 burner gas stove in april 2018 and since installation, we have been complaining about poor workmanship. The service provider never picks up the phone. A few emails to customer service give standard reply that we will look into this. The last follow up complaint was in oct 2018 and except an acknowledgement, no one ever visited or called us.
          The grills of all 4 burners on which utensils are kept, are all tilted on one side. The utensils are therefore not straight and impossible to cook because all oil etc gets collected on one side.
          We regret very much having bought this sunflame product.
          Extremely poor workmanship and equally bad bad after sales service. Complaints are never attended.

            On 4.11.2018 i have purchased this gas top from day one it is not working properly 3technician visits and part replacement already done the new gas top has already been repaired thrice but still it is not working properly many complaint via mail and and costumer care no. But reaponse is so bad the technician who are coming are not able to solve my probelm worse services sunflame

              Bought a 3 Burner stove just five months back. There is a gas leakage from one of the burner and complaint is been registered on 24th Nov vide No. ALL[protected]. Got an assurance that even though it take 48 hours to rectify, as a priority basis of the complaint, servicing would be done within the same day. Sorry to say that in spite of calling many times, you people are not bothered to come and rectify the issue. I have not seen such a pathetic service.
              It is a gas leakage and me and my family is very much afraid o[censored]sing the same. I tried explaining the same to the call center but for them life our life is not at all important.

                This happened today morning when my mother was cooking. The glass top blasted with a loud noise and broke into small pieces. Thankfully no one was injured but this is a life threatening incident and the company should take this with utmost seriousness. I am awaiting the technician to replace the glass. Borivali east

                The glass cooktop replacement agency is not giving proper answers and is stating that they will look into the matter in a few days. This is extremely unethical on sunflames part given the severity of the issue. Moreover the glass top replacement charges are rs.3000 which are not acceptable as the name suggests the product has toughened glass which is not supposed to break in the first place. The staff is least bothered about the replacement

                  Respected sir/ma'am,
                  My sunflame chimney which i bought recently on 10/08/2018 got burnt today on 4/11/2018 and a bowl of milk was kept for heating under it on the gas stove after a few minutes when i went to the kitchen the whole chimney was burnt and there occurred a huge blast in it. Due to which there occurred a severe harm to the chimney it is completely burnt and it was under 1 year of warranty which is not completed yet. So, i request you to please take any action so that i can get recovered from my damaged chimney.

                    Please refer to above i am to inform you that i purchased one sunflame 3 burner spectra gas ovens on 05/09/2018 from g. P. Trading, 212, r. B. Avenue, gariahat market, new complex basement, stall no-b -41, kolkata 700019 (Ph no[protected], mob no-[protected]). It is very sorry to inform you that from the day of purchase i am facing many problems for operating the ovens. The knobs are frequently becoming very tight and becomes very difficult to move the knobs and there is always possibility of breaking, the small middle burner is so tight that it becomes very difficult to open the burner for cleaning. I requested m/s g. P. Trading for changing the oven before i used that but they declined and told me to contact your service center, i contacted your service center twice but iinspite of their best effort they could not solve the problems as as per their opinion it is a manufacturing defect and not possible to rectify. So i request you to look in to the matter and immediately arrange for replacement.

                      I purchased gas stove glass frame on 1st September 2018 from sunflame service centre, Hyderabad. At the time i received damaged piece and same has been inform to them.
                      They told we replace the piece. Today 3rd October they didn't replace the piece.
                      I called so many times every time they say replace the piece.. but till now it has not been replaced.
                      Gas stove is highly useful thing in daily livelihood. They should not understand customer's problems.

                        Last year i have purchased three burner automatic gas chulha with five year warrenty. One of its burner is not working properly. I have already complained about this to your customer care on date 05.09.2018 with ref no. All[protected] but no technician visited till today. I am very disappointed with your service center customer service. My wife is suffering alot in cooking. Now i am regerting for chosen sunflame at time of purchasing. Your customer is worest.                         We have purchased a 2 burner stove and its not at all working properly if kept in simmer it will be turned off I bought the stove just 2mnths back from flipkart ..gas is leaking and at the regulation button it caught fire suddenly its high risk for life ...kindly take immediate action.if this is not taken proper care it can cause major accident.

                          We purchased 3b - 3 burner lpg gas cooktop on 10/6/2018 from m/s vayu rakshak station canteen dehu road pune. During installation from your m/s gruhini kitchin service pune, middle position gas burner (Small burner) found leakage. After repeated follow up also not giving the service and problem is not resolved till date. Now almost 2.5 months over. Now what should we do?                           I bought Classic 3 burner Black on 04/07/18.
                          first its 1 of the front burner was not working properly since day 1, we lodged a complaint ( ALL[protected]. Your technician who came was unable to rectify the issue, i don't know what he did, now frequently the flames are coming out from the knob. New complaint no.(ALL[protected])
                          Rectify it Asap.

                            My name is sunita agrawal. I am from mathura. I have purchased a sunflame kitchen chimney on 13/08/2017. When i installed by concerned person, from that day it is producing a very big sound continuously. I am feeling a lot of inconvenience. When i called toll free no. [protected], it is not getting connnected every time from every mobile operator. Before it, i have written complaint many times. But no response is there.

                              Our sunflame chimney got repaired 3 months back. We contacted the toll free customer care no and they provided a technician no from coimbatore. We contacted the technician and said the complaint. They visited us after 10 days and said the chimney ic board got damaged and has to be replaced. We said ok and the technician went. After one week we contacted the tech to know the status. He said its in transport and once we receive the board we will come. After that we contacted several times and he said the same reason. I reported this to sunflame facebook and twitter page but they didnot respond till now. Its been 3 months they didnot even bother about their customers. Its a worst service i hve seen ever

                                I purchased sunflame crystal 4 burner plus DX bk gas stove from Gupta kitchen appliances Rae barely on dated 01_08_2018 and connected to gas cylinder on Dated 02_08_2018. When I use it after 5 minutes it caught fire I got surprised to see it. Such type of irresponsibility which could lead to dead accident from such a big company is dangerous . License should be cancel for such type of careless and irresponsible business nature. Life is precious.

                                  I have taken amc for one year from september, 2017 for 6 services in a year from authorised service centre, hacc agency, a-1/40, sec.-4, rohini, delhi-85. The service centre has provided only 3 services till 2.8.18. I always telephone the service centre for these 6 services but he don't bother. Every time, he told me over telephone that he will give all the 6 services. Please take strong action against this service centre and the remaining 3 services should be given to me for the sunflame chimney.

                                  I have purchased qty.2 above mentioned fans . After operating it in the 11*12 ft room, the performance of air flow is totally negligible and far from satisfactory.

                                    I bought a Sunflame 4 burner cook top from Big Bazar Ambience Mall on 14 November 2017. On bringing it home & connecting it i found there was a gas leak & it was a very strong smell. I called the gas company & they checked the inlet valves but they were all perfect. Then it was found that the two burners on the right had a leak even when the knob was switched off. In the attached email screen shots you can see that i have contacted them from 27 November 2017 & till date they have not responded

I was given a number to call but even that man refused to help.
                                    This is a serious matter as the cook top came with 2 years warranty & here am not getting any after sales service on a brand new product at all. Leaking gas in the house is a danger to my family and well being of my house.
                                    Please take necessary action for such an inconsiderate organization who manufactures below standard products.
                                    I have had to ask a third party vendor to come & do the necessary repairs as it was mental harrasment & inconvenience for me all along.

                                      I had purchased "sf ss gas stove spectra 3b ss" from sangeeta steel house (surat, gujarat) on date of 27 june 2018 after using 13 days on 11 july 2018, stove is burning from bottom, most part of the stove get burned. There might be some big accident could happen, so i approached to company for replacement but the seller denied for replacement .

                                      So i request you to consider my problem regarding replacement of gas stove. As soon as possible.

                                        Bought new gas 4 burner on 18th june. It’s not working since the day i bought. Did 100 calls till day no proper response. First no one lifts the call it’s goes on ringing then if someone does they transfer your cal without listening to u and it’s goes on hold for more than half hour.
