My name is gouri.. I have cooked a biriyani from cookdoor biriyani corner kerala. Swiggy order no. Is #[protected] i ordered it for rs 200 and haven't received the order yet but in app, it's shown that it got delivered. I think it is wrongly delivered to somewhere else. I have called swiggy 2times and they told that they would call me after 2minutes. But i haven't received their call. Pls help with this issue. I want refund of rs.200 as soon as possible

I have ordered an two milkshake on 15.12.2019 at 05.02pm. We recieved a completely damaged packing when received. We need a reorder for the food ordered. We have a complaint to the hotel packing not the delivery boy. The packing was damaged.

    spilled damaged birthday cake

    Today on my mom's 70th birthday ordered a black forest cake on swiggy app. The one delivered was spilled and broken. Showed the delivery boy and to customer chat immediately and both advised to send email to [protected]@swiggy.in swiggy which i did. But
    In response they didn't replace the cake and they took it as feedback.in process i lost my rs 400 against the spoiled spilled cake. Need a refund or replacement....

    For order number [protected] was cancelled and the amount charged was 50% of the cancellation fee which is 222.5. The total amount for the order was 445. Order was cancelled within 7 mins. Now if they are saying there is a wastage of 200 rupees in 7 mins which is unacceptable.
    What are ways which we can ensure that they do not charge such amount and i get a refund.
    Also there should be a way to make them accountable if the food served is not hot. They should be charged a fine if they do not deliver on time. There is no way to make them accountable and i feel helpless.

    Although this is not a big amount but they do not meet up to the standards they have set to meet.
    The subject order number had not completed by swiggy more than 1 hours and cancelled the order due to delayed by the hotel. Normally Swiggy charged me 50% of order amount if I cancelled my order.

    In view of the above, Swiggy may also penalise for not serving in time and cancelled the order due to their internal reason.

      Today morning i placed an order. I wrote to them and informed to contact on an alternate no. As well. I never received any call on the alternate no. They just cancelled the order and gave me a partial refund. Order no #[protected]. I don't know if they even tried calling once. What is the point of giving the address then? I tried chatting with them. They kept repeating the same thing, sorry for the unpleasant experience. Seriously? I need the full refund. They just can't cheat customers like this. Just because you don't get confirmation on call doesn't give you any right to cancel the order right away without any intimation. Could they not chat with me? They will go and give the order back to the shop and pocket the non refunded money. Shame on you swiggy.

        I ordered half plate of matar mushroom and paneer butter masala and 4 tandoori rotis. I received the delivery on time, but the moment i opened the packet it was all spilled with oil and when i dipped my spoon to eat matar mushroom it was wholly filled with oil and tastes so bad, i had hickups due to the massive amount of oil present in the matar mushroom when i had just two spoons of it. Sir, i request you to please take back this order or give my money back. This is very unhygienic for me and my mother who orders from swiggy regularly.

          Hi.. Today morning we ordered from swiggy. We entered our location and order got confirmed. Later on they called up to inform that the location is different and they will not come to deliver and they cancelled my order and charged 50% on my order. Again we ordered from someone other restaurant through swiggy we entered our correct location and order was confirmed once again., same thing happened they once again cancelled my order stating location is different and they once again charged 70% form my order. How can they charge so much from us we need our refund back. Kindly help.

            I ordered on the swiggy app from mcdonald's baga calangute in goa on dec 10, 2019 3:23pm for the amount of inr 1, 057. My payment was processed via paytm. I ordered multiple food items. The delivery boy missed bringing the mcveggie burger in the order. The first time i contacted the customer service, all they had to say was they will take the feedback and ensure it won’t happen again in the future. I was shocked by this response. I called up the customer care again and this time, customer rep from swiggy had the audacity to tell me to take this issue to the consumer court as according to swiggy’s compensation policy, missing items are not eligible for a refund!
            This is sheer daylight robbery. They have outright refused to give me my money back for an item which was never even delivered to me! Swiggy has been cheating customers. Someone has to be held responsible. I have been back and forth on email with them for the last two day but no resolution so far

I have attached the image of the cake, it can easily explain that how Swiggy associates works on their orders.I want my Rs 200 that i spend on this order.

              I had ordered 2 pizzas and 1 chicken wings from dominos through swiggy app. When the delivery boy delivered there was one item missing(chicken wings). As online payment was already made delivery boy informed that he will let the required team know to refund the amount for the item that was not delivered. I got in touch with swiggy, but the call center executive who called back had no clue what to do about it. And she also denied to transfer the call who can help her figure out what is the issue. On the chat with anyother service executive she asked me to contact dominos.

              I don't understand why should I talk to dominos when I have made the purchase from swiggy app.?

              I have not received any refund till date. (119 RS)

              I'm disappointed with the service provided by swiggy.

              It is swiggy as a service providers responsibly to get this issue sorted and refund the required amount back to my bank account.

              I also want to clarify, I don't want the money going to any swiggy wallet or dominos wallet.

              I'm making my point clear " I want the amount credited back to my bank from where the amount was debited" for the service that was not delivered which was promised.

                I ordered for a keto baked chicken from fresh menu through swiggy. After receiving the product, as i opened it there was a very bad stale smell after which i checked and realized the food sent was spoilt and uncooked chicken pieces were there in it. Immediately i contacted swiggy with my complain to which this guy name Gautam is telling me that he will give me Rs 50 coupon. to which i said i paid Rs. 175 for this meal so either send me a fresh one and take this back or refund my amount.. but he just did not listen to my plead. After requesting umpteen number of times all he could reply was he cannot help me. This is an act of thugging( Thieves). How can they send spoilt food in the first place and if they did then how can they not give us a replacement or refund..i failed to understand. They are just looting people.I NEED YOUR HELP!! ALSO THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. BUT THIS TIME I HAVE THE PROOF AGAINST THEM

                  I have order chicken biryani with coupon applied of 82rs then i wait around half an hour i didn't get any call from delivery boy of swiggy when i check what happend they refund me 42rs telling me that i hv cancel it, i talk to customers live care with guy name rohitnh about this he told me i didn't picked up the call of the delivery boy but i didn't get any call from delivery boy, i told them but they didn't help me at all please do something with this scammer swiggy

                  I have downloaded the invoice using the download link provided in the auto generated email, but the pdf file was blank. I already raised this concern on 10/12/19. I haven't received the invoice yet and I am keep getting the status as "we have shared the invoice manually to your registered email", but I haven't received any email yet.

                    1. On 04.12.2019 at around 2.40 PM, I ordered a Black Forest Cake On Swiggy vide Order No. [protected]. (The cake was to be delivered from Mitthan Sweet Shop (Tehsil Camp), Panipat. I made pre-payment and paid Rs. 165 for booking the order from my PayTM wallet, after offered discount etc. by Swiggy. Got confirmation sms also from Swiggy at 2-45 Pm also that order shall reach in 39 minutes.
                    2. But, on checking the delivered item it was found not to be a Black Forest Cake, but vanilla cake, so I checked with the support options on the app. Since I needed to buy the Cake so only had booked the Order, when I found option of replacement I went for that which was accepted. I got confirmation of Replacement Order No. [protected] by Swiggy at 3.35 PM apologizing and that the replaced item is on way.
                    3. However, to my surprise and also of the delivery person that item delivered was again not a Black Forest Cake, but some vanilla cake, which the delivery person accepted. I raised the issue and the same was recommended by the delivery person and finally I was informed by support executive on call that the order will be cancelled and I will be refunded the amount. I may then order from else restaurant. I agreed to the same. The delivery person left with both the cakes. I got sms at 4-33 PM that my order No. [protected] has been cancelled.
                    4. But to my shock, when I was checking about the refund on the app, I got call from some support executive of Swiggy that against refund money they have issued me some food coupen of Rs. 150/-, when I asked about its being less than my refund amount and usage. He said we are also adding another coupen of Rs. 25/- and you can use the coupens as per your choice.
                    5. However, when I tried using the coupens they can not be used as I can utilize my money for availing benefits/discount/offers, if any available in my nearby. Therefore, those coupens are literally of no use to me, and not at all the refund of money.
                    6. I immediately tried options on Swiggy app, carried on conversation with different executives, like some Magha, Bakhim etc. (details available in my account linked to Mobile No. [protected]), but with the replies that your order was COD, we have compensated you, rewarded already, this is our policy, nothing else is available.
                    7. I want to clarify, I only need to be refunded my Rs 165/-, the way I can use my money, not the restricted food coupens of Swiggy. I will not be looking for any rewards from Swiggy but only money I paid for an order, which Swiggy could not deliver and cancelled to its own accord.
                    8. I wasted 4-5 hours in this bad taste episode with Swiggy, then I had to go market and buy the Cake from Some shop and now also putting in whole of it for some resolution with the hope that Customer Grievance Redressal Mechanism, if any, at Swiggy gets activated and do the needful.
                    9. It’s so tormenting to keep on trying some positive solution for something which is not your fault. I may be given the refund of my due amount

                    I appreciate the response I got after lodging the complaint on this website, as a result I received call from Swiggy Female Grievance Executive from No. [protected] on 12.12.2019 in evening, during the conversation I detailed my experience with the Swiggy and my Grievance. I was assured by the Executive that the amount shall be refunded in my PayTM wallet within 48 hours. I waited for quite a period. However, I have not been informed of the further development till date...nor the amount has been refunded. On trying the said Number, that comes as Not-available.

                    Please provide me support in this regard, where even after assurances the amount is not being refunded to me

                      On dec 8, 2019 at around 2:40pm a swiggy delivery guy jumped the signal from the other side of the road and comes and blocks me by stopping just in front of me even without looking at his side mirror when i was in 40-50kmph speed, which resulted in me skidding and falling. This incident happened in neeladri road, electronic city phase-1. And the swiggy delivery guy absconds from the scene even without bothering about me to a nearby kfc. After basic first aid, i go into the kfc where the driver was and found him and started questioning him. He had no answer for what he had done and wasn't even ready to compensate either for the bike's damage nor for my injuries. He later left the scene after sending me rs.1000 via gpay when i told him that i'll be booking a case on him. I have his contact number. The money that he sent will not at all compensate for the expenses that i incurred. I fractured my ankle and wasn't even able to walk at that point of time and that was the reason i let him go at that point.

                        We had ordered dinner last night, paid on line but the parcel was not delivered. The delivery person who took the delivery was not reachable after he picked up the order from the restaurant. When we called the your call center they said they do not have the mechanism to track the person. This is nonsense. We did not get the parcel nor the money. I want this sorted out by the have the refund of the money.

                        h through SWIGGyt on 15.11.2019 . The order was for two parties mulch costing Rs 120/_. But my card was debited

                          2 items were ordered. 1 item was not delivered. When asked swiggy, executive promised to offer full refund yesterday night within 1 hour. However it was not done. When followed up today morning with swiggy executive, i'm told will not be offered with full refund and if crossed more than 24 hours that also will not be done. My mom is a sugar patient and had to starve yesterday night.

                            Food was ordered on swiggy app, after 1 hr delivery partner vanishes after collecting food from restaurant.. Filed a complaint with call centre, they say they don't have a tracking system to know where the delivery boy was. Second order taken after 1.5 hrs... Again after food was handed over to the second delivery guy, he vanishes. We get the message that food has been delivered, bon appetite. We waited for 2.5 hrs but no food was delivered and the worst was call centre telling that they did not have any information about it. Swiggy is not able to manage thier business. Worst customer care system

                              non-veg food delivered to my vegetarian order

                              I had placed an order from swiggy - (Subway) for a veg shammi kabab and pepsi. Firstly, the order got delayed by 40 min and adding to that the have delivered wrong order which is a non veg item. I am a vegetarian and i had taken a bite of it as i was not aware. This has hurt my sentiment and these guys have nothing to say other than saying sorry and refunding my money in the form of coupon....

                              Today i ordered food from haldiram civil lines allahabad. I am old customer of swiggy. He picekd food from there and called me once only for address confirmation. I waited for him, then got a call from customer care. Delivery boy complaint there that my adress is incorrect and he will be not able to got my place. I talked with cc executive that my adress is correct. Cce taked that person on cofrence call, he shouted on me that i am not able to deliver food. I am very dissapointed from his behaviour.                               Swiggy is charging Almost 10% of total ordered Value for packing.

                                I ordered one they delivered one, at the time i asked them to replace they havent listened disconnected my call, the food has wasted nobody eaten taken the photo and sent them as well. Iam keep on calling them they are not responding, they asked me to send an email i sent many emails no response, one of the worst experience i have ever had with this. Other plaforms far better

                                Sir I ordered one deluxe thali but sorry to say that executive thali was delivered. The missing items were nan, one sweet, lassie, mix vegetables
                                and . For which 220 R's were charged.this appears to be a mark of great negligence on your part . So please try to resolve the issue so we may feel free to order once again. Thanks

                                  I was working in swiggy as an delivery executive for last 4 months in kothrud area it is in pune city.in this period i had delivered thousands of orders. Yesterday i receive order but the customer gave incorrect location i was tried to call the customer but customer was not reachable so i raised request as incorrect customer location i was waited 30-40 minutes for customer care help. My request get closed for two times i raised third request again after that customer care called me and said this request is invalid please raise another request. I said okay i was so frustrated for waiting so long time after that i raised the request again and fleet manager called me and said delivery that order i said i was waiting here for 30-40 minutes i'm not gonna deliver this order. He said come and meet me i was going to swiggy hub to meet him and still he deactivated my account for no reason. I was saying him i was going through rules only i had raised issue for three time i was waited on location for 30-40 min.in normal case if customer is not rechable then order automatically get cancelled. Still i'd waited for 40 min. Swiggy is reputed company swiggy should fire such fleet managers. Fleet manager name is santosh pawar

                                    Resolved Payment is refunded 30 rs refunded against 25 rs thanks to comsumer forum Company Called me from number8045672822 and feel sory for inconvenience and said for money will refund in 2-4 days but money received in few minutes again thanks to consumer forum
