Dear swiggy..

I had ordered food from a nearby restaurants through swiggy and i made a payment though upi but the food i received is rotten so technically i paid swiggy for nothing so i demand full refund of spent account into my upi account from which payment had been made earlier and nothing else
My order id is #[protected], i have already sent a email to swiggy but they are saying that they cannot refund me, is this what i get for being a loyal customer of swiggy

    I want to file a complaint against swiggy.
    I placed on order today of amount 2435, it was prepaid.
    They cancelled my order without calling and deducted my half amount and updated that remaining half will be deducted in 2-3 working days. They deducted as half amount and said it was cancellation fees.
    They did not even give food not even refund my fees. Their customer service was not able to give any solution and there was no senior manager to handle the case. They don't even listen to yo customer. They are just making fool of customers

      unable to login

      Two days ago I tried to order food from swiggy but in "my cart" section it said that "the login session has expired" but since I couldn't login from there so I logged out completely and tried to login again and now whenever I try to login with the otp it says "too many login attempts detected on this device. Please login from an account used earlier". Please fix this asap....

      Hello sir/man,

      I ordered a veg fried rice + veg manchurian gravy yesterday from swiggy (Kc restaurant), while eating the food, i got bird's wing in the manchurian, it could be of hen or cock or anything else.

      It is totally not acceptable for me as i am pure vegetarian. I have kept that manchurian box with me and willing to send it to laboratory.

      Kindly take this seriously and please help me on this asap.

        I was ordered mutton but swiggy delivered putrid chicken.

        I many times requests to swiggy again and again but swiggy didn't properly solution to give me

        I want all amount refund or replacement.

        I never eat chicken and this putrid food very bad smelling.

        I humble request to you 1st thing wrong food with putrid smelling food then what i can do.

        Whose hear my problem.

        I never believed and never order from swiggy.

        I feel regret on own why ordered from swiggy.

          Hello,
          Avi this side.
          Swiggy order id - [protected]
          Ordered 3 items from the restaurant food atm on 24th december night. After ordering delivery partner assigned quickly, but all drama started from there, swiggy courier boy picked up the order from the restaurant and he switched off his mobile device, immediately contacted restaurant and they also shared same issue happening with the courier boy, they were also not able to reach them. Then called swiggy 4 times, as well as chatted with them over chat channel. First of all all swiggy first level customer care people basically uneducated, illiterated. They dont understand anything and comment they are taking feedback "so called feedback" and loots customers money and close the chat without any permission in front of customer's face. Atlast someone i reached who is bit professional and told as swiggy also not able to reach courier boy, they are marking the order delivered manually and he confirmed after marking delivered the order he would place a replacement order of same items from the restaurant. But that day restaurant was early closed so replacement could not possible, he assured me in this case refund would not possible only replacement possible so i will get the replacement within 24 hours by calling them and they will do the needful. Then i called them around 10pm on 25th dec, that day restaurant was fully operational even i called the restaurant three times they were ready with all available items in my order, but swiggy people are saying restaurant not accepting replacement, so i need to wait again 24 hours because senior escalation team working on my case and fixing the matter why restaurant is not accepting my replacement order. Well another night passed. Now last night again i have contacted swiggy escalations over chat and call, again restaurant was open and fully operational, restaurant confirmed all items are available and also shared that they did not receive any replacement order from swiggy, so swiggy escalations are sharing misleading information in this case, its now crystal clear. After wasting another 2 hours last night on the same one guy from swiggy escalations called me with full attitude and forcing me to take the refund back to source or some rs.200 coupon as compensation (My foot - its my money guys, dont give me donation and call you gave compensation). He was started misbehaving over call and said if i dont take refund the case would be closed, and i won't get any replacement neither refund again. Now listen all crappy people from swiggy, already wasted 6 precious hours since 24th december night, it was my mistake i have choosen swiggy first time, i have order rs.305 in total amount of food, used first order promotional discount and paid rs.198 online. After wasting this much amount of time you are giving refund? No need of that guys, i wont take refund. I want food replacement of all items i have ordered from the same restaurant. Is that clear? Enough you guys looted general public, here you faced me an govt official. I wont let you close the case unless until i get replacement order and compensation and apology for this kind of harrasment.
          Hope you will solve the issue asap.

            Ordered coffee craze ice cream from creamstone gachibowli hyderabad - with specific instructions not to include nuts and followed up with a chat session with an agent to ensure that nuts weren’t included.

            Order was delivered — full of nuts and no brownie which is an essential ingredient. It was no less than a nightmarish experience chatting with the service folks at swiggy who kept insisting that they cannot do anything since the order has been delivered.

            It’s a shame that swiggy won’t take any responsibility on their orders inspire of instructions and are extremely rude with loyal customers. Have decided to never use swiggy ever again!! It’s a shame.. Not sure how they will survive with such rotten service.

              I made an order for rs. 995 using the swiggy app. Within 3 min, i realised that i made a duplicate order so i submitted a cancellation request, i was charged rs 500 as cancellation fee. I was informed the rs.500 was charged because the restaurant already started preparing the food. So, i requested customer service to restore the order because rs 500 was too steep. I'll instead eat the biriyanis, they said they can't do that either.in a matter of 5 min, i lost rs. 500. 50% of the bill. Is this justified. If returned the food that came home then i'd feel nobody in bangalore would order biriyani so rs. 500 is a little justified. But, this kind of ruthless business model is unacceptable. They are market leaders and find it totally their rule.
              This is plain 'daylight robbery'. They charged for me for no service. I wonder how far they went in making a biriyani in 3 min that rs 500 as cancellation can be justified. Ruthless and savage business policy.

                I have taken a delivery service from swiggy for birthday cake of rs 500. The cake was totally distorted. I raised the complaint with the customer care. They were very rude and said we cannot do anything and can give you coupon code of rs 250. The cake is of no use to us. The customer care is also not giving us the contact details of its higher authority. I have tried to reach them in all the platforms telephone, facebook, twitter and mail but there is no help, just diplomatic answers. I want to sue swiggy. Their role is to make a proper deliver which they are not doing and then also not giving my money back.

                  I was charged cancellation fee and my order was self cancelled by swiggy with this excuse that my number was not reachable. This is how this company is befooling customers by self cancelling orders and charging fee after making them wait for hours and taking food for themselves. I asked them if my number was not reachable then how come i recieved sms instantly! After cancellation and delivery man was waiting outside at that time.

                    We ordered food at 8:21 am from malleswaram dosa corner via swiggy. But we did not received the order till 9:30 am and the swiggy stated as delivered. We tried to contact the delivery boy but his number was out of reach. I called up the swiggy support and they told me that the delivery has delivered successfully but where as i have not received the order. I took the ph number of thh delivery executive from swiggy support person. When i tried calling he kept saying i will come in 5 mins, but never came till 10:30 am

                    The delivery person is playing around here.
                    I would request you guys to take action against him.
                    When we are playing full money online and we don't get the refund and refund as well.

                    Now when we ask for full refund of rs.300 i get in return of rs 175 food coupon.
                    But what was our mistake here we have ordered food paying the full amount and we don't receive the food and money.
                    I agree if it's our mistake of not picking the delivery person phone call or misleading of address, i didn't even receive a phone call.

                    Please kindly look into this at the earliest.

                      We placed order and were waiting for delivery for one and half hours. The delivery person did not come. The contact no of the delivery person given on your app was switched off. Your customer care executive spoke to me twice. He too was not able to contact the delivery person and kept me on hold for 3 minutes. He too gave up. Since i had to go out for prayer, i told your executive not to deliver and cancel the order. We wanted the food for party and due to your unprofessional service, we had to suffer.
                      I received sms saying we are charging rs. 242 for cancelling the order. This is nonsense.in fact you should compensate me for not supplying my order.

                        We ordered food at 11:20 pm from urban dhaba via swiggy. But we did not recieved the order till 12 o clock. We tried to contact the delivery boy but his number was out of reach. The no. Is [protected] and his name is vivek. Now when we ask for full refund of rs 137 but they are giving only 68 rs as redund. When we asked them the reason, they justified that they made contavt with us but we did not respond. But we did not recieve any call. Kindly look into thus matter.

                          I have ordered food today it was from restaurant karahi kitchen kormangala bangalore. The food was full of oil and one small chunk of chicken and i have paid delivery charge 52 rs total food was after coupon code 152 rs. May be its nothing for swiggy but its something. These ppl denied to take complaint as well. They haven't refund money.in the end i went to have food again its charge me again.

                            I ordered a dosa at around 8 p. M. And the delivery did not come till 9 p. M. The delivery executive kept telling me that he is on the way and then finally around 9:20 p. M. He said the order has been cancelled. We kept explaining the way to the executive but it did not help and my mother who was hungry had to wait for us to go to another outlet to get a dosa for her and finally give it to her at 10 p. M. The customer care of swiggy also charged me cancellation charges for no fault of mine. The delivery executive informed that we didn't answer his calls inspite of speaking so many times to us.
                            Really disappointed with this whole thing.
                            Have been a very regular customer of swiggy and now won't use swiggy at all.

                              spillage in the order

                              Order was placed on 24 dec, 2019.
                              I have received a spilled pizza. I have attached a image with this email. This pizza is not edible anymore. I want a refund for this incident. This is most probably the fault of the delivery agent of swiggy and i have not gotten any satisfactory response from swiggy team....

                              Swiggy has blocked my number citing that i have made financial frauds with them. I have asked them to give me the details, they could not give. They are not reinstating my account and asking me to change the number and email id to register. I don't want to change my mobile number just to create another account with them. The last conversation from them is on dec 20th 2018 and they did not respond to it after that. I have attached the screenshot of the last conversation i had with them.

                              My account has been reactivated now. Even though I was told that it is impossible to reactivate my account, I am quite sure it can be done because it's not some rocket science. And also as they are not at all able to find out and give me any evidence of the security threat I have caused to them, they have to reactivate my account and they did it. I appreciate their efforts, even though it is very much delayed. Better late than never. I have got responses from [email protected]. I am not if I can give the person's name here. And also I have lodged a complaint in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ after which I have got the resolution.

                                We ordered 19 boxes of biryani from behrouz for our christmas party in office at 12:00pm. The order was ready by 12:20pm as confirmed by the restaurant but the swiggy rider was unable to carry them as it was a big packet.

                                Issue was raised to swiggy at 12:30pm, and for the next 2 hour, they just kept on changing the rider, without understanding the issue. After the 4th allocated rider denied the order quoting the same issue, i talked to him directly and requested him to take a three wheeler and deliver the order. He agreed and i paid him additional rs 200 in cash and finally we got our food at 3pm. The same, which was packed at 12:20pm. Needless to say, the taste was ruined, and so was our party.

                                During this period, i interacted with 4-5 ppl from swiggy, on call as well as chat, and all were a bunch o[censored]seless ppl with scripted answers. When asked to connect with some senior, the response was that there was no senior on the floor.

                                Great services swiggy! Keep doing the same and you would be doomed sooner than you would know.

                                    I received order completely spillage and packaging .
                                    Hence other items are impacted badly and It was not able to eat. as consequences i did not have food

                                    PFA pic of effected packaging.

                                    I need immediate resolution on this .. while i raised this concern to Swiggy support they are denied for any compensation. i have beard monetary loss due to leakage food and food not used so i should get refund my amount.
