I am divya thakur and order order #[protected] concern abount wrong item deliverd to me its very wrost service i have been faced i hav orders so many times i never beien sufferd like this order its totally diapponted me i request you to take your item back now only because i have been order chiken biryani and they have been deliverd jeera rice istead of my item they deliverd wrong item to me i have been paid...

I have never seen this kind of service swiggy is providing. I started chatting with swiggy team and they rudely ended the chat by saying we will make every effort to see that this never happens again. Blah blah.

Food is stale, cold and unwanted ingredients. Just wanted to get my money back or replace the item. They said, they would pull up their socks next time.

I ordered two burger but due to some connection issue of mobile they cancel my order and there told me that we make a many calls. To me but i can not received any call. If you are not connected a call can you can message me email me you have all the email address and messaging mobile number so they can not message me or email me at the time of cancellation they refund only half money as i paid so it last i want my money back....

I ordered food from 'mandarin oak' located in kamothe, navi mumbai on swiggy at 1pm today. At 2pm i got a call from delivery partner. (Tracking order map showed the food is 10mins away). I order veg schezwan fried rice for my spouse as i was not at home. Usually i order food when i m not at home.

I ordered a mysore masala dosa today from singla dwarka through swiggy. I am a prime member. The delivery boy picked up my order as the food was prepared in just abt 5 to 7 minutes. The order was picked up as per the status in swiggy app. However the delivery boy status was still showing that he was still at singla even after 12 minutes. My mail id [protected]@gmail.com is active for more than 14 years. Now it is used by another person from kochi, kerala to buy food through swiggy.
Because of this i could not log in swiggy with my mail id. Whenever the other person buy some food items, swiggy forward the details to my mail id.

The delivery agent assigned to me was terrible and ill mannered. He called me asking for address in kannada... I gave and as i am not from karnataka, i spoke in hindi and english and even told him that i am not able to speak in kannada... He rudely spoke and hung the call up...

I ordered food from momoman using swiggy app, the food i got was so damaged and i was not able to eat it as whole soup was spilling out and momos were also squeezed.

I notified swiggy via email and also via social media twitter. But company didn't respond me on email and on social media they refused to compensate me for the loss that i have occured.

This happen twice to me and both of time they told me the same...

I was expecting food after 41 minutes as shown by your mobile app but instead of that i got cancellation massage with deduction of 200 rupees as cancellation charges.
Delivery boy didn't contacted me while i was online and i was tracking him even he didn't reached...

Today on 26th Nov 2019, i have order the 4 nos food items from swiggy, the Delivery boy delivred only 3 items and balance one item not delivered it is (Milk kalakan) i have paid full bill amount of Rs 440/-, i have made complent at customer care they have issued a coupen of Rs 150- but i have paid Rs 270/-, i am requesting to refund Rs 270 which item is not delivered to me .

Clearly, swiggy is overcharging consumers in the disguise of delivery.
Why are their so many hidden charges?
Including delivery charges, packaging charges in addition to already overpriced food items?

Swiggy delivery boy took delivery from door and swiggy executive misbehaved and automatically canceled my order.. The delivery boy kedarnath behera canceled the order and left from my house...
