This is to inform you that i order cocoberry frozen yougurt from punjabi bagh, new delhi
This restaurant is exactly 7.1kms far from my place. But from last 3-4 days this restaurant is unserviceable.
I contacted the restaurant they said we are open and delivering through swiggy. Infact they made me talk with a swiggy rider who was there to pick up a order. You can check my order history

This is a case of fraud nd cheating as you deliver from far places too.. Nd i have ordered from here many a times... I'm swiggy super member also.. If you want.. I'll pay the delivery fees too but i want the restaurant to be available for delivery. My application is updated and there is no problem in my gps and location. I have ordered many times before also on swiggy only from punjabi bagh outlet. Defence colony is far than my location.. Punjabi bagh is only 7.1kms.. Measured from google maps

This a serve case of cheating done by swiggy with me. I have also purchased swiggy super too then also this problem is coming.
I have placed orders through swiggy from cocoberry punjabi bagh only.. To my home address only dated-
7 nov 2019 (Order id-[protected])
24 oct 2019 (Order id-[protected])
14 oct 2019 (Order id-[protected])
9 oct 2019 (Order id-[protected]).
Mailed 13 times, still no response. And this is a case of cheating
I ordered a meal from swiggy whose order id was #[protected] . The delivery boy called me but he disconnected the call and delivered the meal but i didnt recieve it ... Swiggy refunded me but you should see over it

I had ordered food on 23-Dec-2019 (Txn id:[protected] / 1.21 pm). However even by 3.00 pm the food was not delivered. The payment against the order for Rs.186/- was also debited from my sodexo meal card.
No response given to me till now!!
No call no msg no email!

    Swiggy is allowing restraunts to over price the customer yet cannot ensure the quality of food. Such service is not acceptable, the quality of food i recieved on my order #[protected] is a slap in the face. A bold statment by the restraunt and the delivery platform that i as a customer is entitled to nothing and nothing matters to the company or the partner in this money making scheme that jt is running. I will give you an example that the restraunt didn't even put effort to shred the cheese in the sandwich worth ocer 70 bucks, didnt even put enough cheese in a sandwich i would otherwise find for less than 50 buck. I demand an explanation and compensation.

      For my order number #[protected] i have applied the given coupon code welcome50 and shown the price 320 when i compleat the order its took all 420 from my account i am attaching the screenshot for the same.. And on my another account it is showing 2 offers for 2 different banks when i am applies it not working but when i am proceeding with out offer its working... Its complete cheating

        delivery issues escalation

        There are two incidences i want to report.

        1. I ordered food on 01/01/2020, order # [protected]. Got the incomplete order delivered after the estimated time. Tried calling restaurant, the rep of restaurant mentioned as he had requested to wait the swiggy delivery rep, but the person was in rush and didn't listen to him and left without taking the food parcel. Now that was a real inconvenience and utter upsetting...

        Hi, i ordered food from swiggy order no [protected] on 31st midnight which was all pathetic. I called customer care person and also emailed them multiple times for refund but they denied.
        I want refund of 350 rs as food was pathetic and swiggy customer care people are all irresponsible and insensitive.

        I was mentally tortured for same. Help me in getting refund and take strict action against swiggy for being so #.

          I had ordered food on 26th dec via order id mentioned in subject.

          The food was never delivered though marked as delivered in the app.
          I had to follow for 2 hours on that day and then the internet services were switched off by the government in my area and could not follow more.

          I have been following with swiggy support team since 26th dec but they are not providing any solution.

          I hope i will get resolution through your help.

            I had ordered for delivery of food (Donuts) for my son who is studying in pune. I did the same earlier as well many times using swiggy (So address is not an issue). Order was accepted and delivery time was communicated. However later (After 30 mins) i got call the order can not be delivered as address mentioned was wrong and you will be charged 50% of bill amount (I had paid 100% in advance). This is clearly a case of cheating the customer. Delivery might had been cancelled due to year end rush, but deducting customer money for their own fault is clearly nor good and case of forgery

              On 02.01.2019 order no [protected] was made with atharva grand for total rs 479. Out of this, items worth rs 254 was undelivered. On calling the restaurant they admitted missing the otems. On escalating to customer care and email support of swiggy i was informed that money cannot be refunded for undelivered items.
              This is pure cheating by swiggy as they will now use the email to not pay the restaurant and at the same time not refunding the money to customer.
              Please help me get my hard warned money back.

                Yesterday i ordered sweets from agra sweets banjara through swiggy ([protected])

                I got spoiled sweets and burnted items.

                I attached the images and raised a concern in swiggy support they with our my prior permission they have initiated refund of 297rs.

                They have deducted 550rs from me.

                So kindly please take necessary actions against swiggy and particular shop.

J jalebi, kurla' using swiggy food i received was stale and was smelling rotten it was not edible had to throw it, on contacting swiggy the restaurant was not ready to change the delivery and swiggy denied a complete payment only half of my money was returned please take a look in to it on hotels sending such items just to clear their old stock

                    Orderd in swiggy money deducted from account but order is not placed in previous order also they do same thing and dont provide a instant always say we refund in 2-4 business days even i don't know they refund or not i dont receive any msg for my money is refunded... Most disappointed... Swiggy don't provide instant solution... They always says we will refund but i didn't know the they taken a step or not... Irritated lot...

                      Its been almost month but i am still waiting for my refund amount to be credited to my account. I have checked with bank also and they said they did not see any reversal amount to be initiated by swiggy for amount of 352 inr.

                      Would appreciate if anyone please let me know will ever get my refund amount or not.

                      If not do i need to file fraud for this kind of transaction? As it looks like fraud to me as how refund has not been processed yet.

                      Now there are 2 transaction lying on swiggy refund pipeline which needs to be refunded to me by any means be it same bank, or swiggy wallet or they ask me the bank details where they can credit the amount of refund.

                        I ordered a chicken varuval masala from dindigul thalappakatti on 24 december 2019. My order reference is [protected]. The food delivered was stale and smells bad immediately after opening. I complained on swiggy about the same and the response was irritating and irresponsible. I spend 246 rupees for the food item. But the person on the chat from swiggy keeps on pasting the same words like "the best i can compensate you with the coupon of rs.200/-". I don't want any alms from swiggy. I am asking my money that swiggy is responsible to deliver me with a quality food. But the response is so annoying and irritating. Also please let me know what type of action was taken on dindigul thalappakatti for my complaint.

                          I ordered for breakfast from anbuselvan iyarkai unavagam today morning and the order was handed over to your delivery partner after 40mints. You may refer to this in your office because i received a cal regarding the delay.
                          Later your delivery partner found it difficult to locate my location when your other delivery partners did not have any issues regrding this. You nay check my account to see how many times i have ordered through swiggy.

                          After all this chaos your partner delivers and collects the money of rs.123-00 and simultaneously i get s message that order is canceled and you dare to charge s fine on me.

                          If this problem is not sorted by today, i am filing a complaint in the consumer redressal forum.

                            I have made an online payment on swiggy for ordering a food but for some reason the restaurant was unable to provide the food so swiggy cancelled my order and said they have initiated refund of Rs. 375 for the same and again I made another order from swiggy for Rs. 274 and they provided spilled food. they have again apologized and initiated a refund but both refund has not yet received. whenever I try to speak them they just put all the blame on bank and say you enquire with them once again. it has been more than one month but yet no satisfactory response has been received from their end. many times I have requested to verify at their end whether transaction was successful or not but they smartly send same template kind of message we have initiated refund please contact bank. as they do not receive order on basis of transaction initiation then how can they just pull up their hand by putting all the blame on other end. this is just unacceptable. firstly they accept order and after 45 mins they cancel it and do not pay any compensation for the same as they do with the customer when they cancel the order in form of penalty. thereafter they do not give any refund for the same. this is just cheating their customer. I made both the orders on 23rd November and refund are initiated on the same day and after more than a month I am just receiving excuses. please help me for quicker and justified resolution.

                                I am a vegetarian and I was given non veg meal.. Now there is no refund, no replacement that is being done.. Who is to blame here?

                                Now the swiggy customer care wants me to pay for this food and not even resolve the issue.. They cut short my conversation in between and decided to close the chat.

                                This is so rude. I have asked them to return my money back or take the food back as I can't even keep this food in my house since I strictly follow vegetarian lifestyle.

                                  I was charged 295 & 407 for 2 orders. One of them was ordered but when delivery boy came he asked for cash and said that the amount is not paid. I paid him 295 in cash. I was trying to order another food item for 407 from pizza hut, but amount got deducted and no order placed. Now my bank is saying that transay is successful and swiggy says failed transaction. What should i do

                                      The order that i received from swiggy had basically none of these things that i ordered and on contacting i was told that it was none of the business of the executive and i should contact the email via which i was just told that they will look into it further and i was given no resolution. So basically i was scammed off my money and given no food and also provided with no refund aur any kind of help this is not the first time that i was a victim of swiggy malfunctions i really don't want to use this app now i just want my money back

                                      Mr. Pradeep If an order was a bit late, we used to give people a phone lane.Sir, I did not have any order, so I used to say that I had gone to the office to compile, so I stopped my money.
                                      My order was value was 581/-. The delivery was all spilled so I returned. The delivery guy booked the order as “ delivered “. On numerous calls and chats I was just refunded Rs 285/-. The customer executive expressed sorry and said thats the best they can do !
