On 17 december 2019, i ordered a subway meal on swiggy at 7:58 pm. I have complete order details if required. The service and quality of food were extremely disappointing and shocking. After delaying the delivery by almost one and a half hours, i received extremely soggy and cold food. I was given the excuse of there being a rush, but being a tuesday evening in navi mumbai, one could only imagine about the same. This has been a case with swiggy for a very long time and is not the first time. When demanded a reason and compensation (Considering the food and service was horrible), only a short "we apologize" was received. If swiggy is not capable of delivering orders in a proper state on time, please don't accept them. Compensation demanded.
