delivered uncooked bad quality food but refused to give any refund

I order food from swiggy regularly and recently their customer service has become very poor. I am being blocked from chatting from customer care and even when uncooked bad quality food is delivered to me, they say they cant give any compensation. The company is doing very poor in customer service and altogether poor in everything. The delivery guys are being lethargic at night, one delivery guy told me he is # and will go pick up the order...

food delivered, inflated charges on order by swiggy.

I ordered tandoori schezwan chicken from a restaurant in mumbai, in the swiggy app the amt showed was rs 452 at the time of placing order. However when the order arrived the bill was of rs. 492. Which i refused to pay. How come while ordering the amt was different and on arrival the deliverycharges were applied. As a result swiggy has charged fine of 246 rs for what??? Uninstalled this app never ordering again. Resolve this issue at the earliest....

I have placed an order of veg combo and they delivered me a non veg combo

After contacting the hotel they said swiggy will take the responsibility... Swiggy team is not even replacing and nor providing any refund

Why should i take a 75 rs coupon when my whole money got wasted becoz of their wrong order.. How shameless can the senior executives be to disconnect the call

no refund provided for spoiled food

I had ordered food from one of the restaurants in swiggy and it turned out to be spoilt. I have been refunded money before but this particular time the amount was not refunded. Even after raising many complaints the issue wasn't registred and the agents were very rude in terms of providing a solution.
The escalation team also sent the same complaint saying that they can't refund the amount. We work day and night and when we order food...

product packaging and spillage issue not resolved

not receiving food

I ordered at 9 pm on 18-12-19 on swiggy. i payed online.but i didn't receive any order.firstly they do not receive any call and if they receive then they do not reply properly.
They always say that they will refund money.my question is that we people always suffer because of their unprofessional behaviour.i m a doctor, i was so hungry that time.
Swiggy do not compansate this any time....

missing food items from swiggy

I ordered delivery online using Swiggy. The order number was [protected]. The amount was prepaid and while the order was delivered, one of the items was missing. I complained to the customer care but they refuse to compensate me for the missing item and they say they won’t replace that item either.

This is just one of the many issues I face while using Swiggy. Most often, orders aren’t delivered at all....

payment not refunded for my order

I ordered some food online for delivery and paid through debit card. However their delivery executive refused to come and canceled order from his side. And now Swiggy refuses to return the paid amount as well. Their customer care service simply keeps repeating that they cannot process a refund without giving any reason as to why not.

swiggy delivery boy in bangalore - require counselling.

Need to bring to your concern that one of your delivery boy dated 17th, december, 2019 around 10.00 pm on cmh road in a hurry to delivery bumped his bike to my son`s bike in a wrong full manner causing him serious injuries on his right feet middle finger, fractured and skipped the place instantly not bothered to check what happened to the victim.

complaint regarding order

I ordered on last Thursday i.e. 12/12/2019 but the items were missing from both the meals. I made a complaint and they replaced the order which i have not received yet. Delivery boy called me and informed me that restaurant is closed due to which he was not able to deliver the food. He then recently informed the swiggy about the issue and swiggy people has marked it delivered automatically.
There is no fault of the delivery boy but...

This is the second time i am raising the same complaint. Someone from kochi is using my email id to order food through swiggy. The order summary is regularly sent by swiggy to my mail id. incomplete order and no refund

I ordered 13 cakes and they delivered only 5 and there was no cod option and i had already paid the entire amount. When i complained to the customer care they said the refund is not possible and we will take care that no such issue reoccur. I am asking to refund for only the 8 items that were not delivered and they are not ready to do it.
