In mentioning about recent complaints, in this year 2020, i got 3 delay orders in swiggy. The resturant is 1km away from my home but they take 1hr to delivery food because they assigned deliver partner for two delivery. So he have to wait for the another person food also, what is the reason i have to wait. I filed lot complaints on swiggy customer support by directly through supervisior. He will say our team is working on. But till now, no resolution is taken. I mailed through by email also with photo proof. I have audio proffla speaking with customer support, they saying problem with head department, so they are not making resolution. I have lot of proof, i filed nearly lot of complaints.     1. On 04.12.2019 at around 2.40 pm, i ordered a black forest cake on swiggy vide order no. [protected]. (The cake was to be delivered from mitthan sweet shop (Tehsil camp), panipat. I made pre-payment and paid rs. 165 for booking the order from my paytm wallet, after offered discount etc. By swiggy. Got confirmation sms also from swiggy at 2-45 pm also that order shall reach in 39 minutes.

    I have ordered food from subway through swiggy on jan3rd 2020.in one of the orders, restaurant forgot to add the tandoori chicken filings in one of the sub that i have ordered. When i contacted the swiggy customer support through chat & call, they said, we will give 50 rupees coupon, which i said i don't want to accept and i have requested to replace the food iteam or initiate the refund.

    Swiggy did not even attempt to correct and deliver what i have ordered, and they are not ready to initiate the refund for that particular food item.

    When i have dropped an email, they said they can not initiate the refund. When i asked, why no attempt was made to re-deliver they simply giving answers which is not convincing

    I had ordered pizza from swiggy with order number[protected] for amount of rupees 1163.The order was delivered to me but the message was sent as your order has been cancelled and we have charged rupees 581.5 as cancellation fee applicable on your next order. The bill recieved has been attached for the order and payment has been made.

    I ordered Domino's pizza of 470 INR on 31st December, 2019. The money got deducted but order was unsuccessful. Please help me with this.
    I have shared the receipt as well. It is not small amount so please take care of this. The money has got deducted but the order on swiggy was unsuccessful.

    Hey Anusha, we are disappointed to know of this hassle. We see that this transaction was done on 31st Dec. Generally, it takes up to 4 business days for the amount to reflect in the source account for such payment type. As 1st Jan 2020 was a bank holiday and 5th & 5th Jan 2020 were again weekend-offs, we suggest you wait till EOD tomorrow. The amount should reflect in your account by then. For further assistance, feel free to write to us at [email protected] with your registered email ID.
    Yesterday I received two incomplete orders. In both the cases the app has a help button and further they ask you to press the incomplete order button.

    It opens a chat box and this leads to a chat box. After a conversation with the support they ask me to send a separate mail to the investigation team.

    I send them a mail and a dull automated reply comes. The mail reply has no trace of any investigation. There is no help I receive. I need a partial refund in both cases.

    The order i.d. for one of my orders is [protected]

    Firstly the app is deceptive so I will be taking them to consumer court.

    Secondly it is not a proper support they are giving to a costumer.

      international credit card charge

      I received a call from [protected] stating he is the supervisor from the escalation team. He sounded illiterate and was rude. All i was looking for was a refund for which he only had apology. He could not provide me with a resolution and at the same time he told me that he will email me the reference number for one one of the order #[protected] and assured me that i will get refund by thursday evening as it's been more than 2 months and swiggy failed to refund the money. When asked for the proof he assured me that he will sent me an email with reference id however i didn't receive any email from him. I wrote an email to ceo thinking he will get the right person to look in to this matter. Unfortunately the one who called me had no proper knowledge of the issue and gave fake promise. A strict action needs to be taken against him for calling him as a escalation supervisor of swiggy who doesn't know how to deal with the issues and stick to the words.       I received uncooked fish from homely restaurant. I called up swiggy. Spoke to customer care representative and supervisor to replace it with cooked one. They denied for replacement and refund with apology. They asked me to write an email to their escalation team who never bothered to reply to my email so had to finally reach out to CEO of the company as their customer service is pathetic and so is their response to emails. They didn't bother to connect me on a conference call with the homely restaurant, could not provide me contact number so that I speak to them and get it replaced. I ordered food from homely Vidya Vihar. I could not find their contact number in Google. Swiggy totally washed away their hands stating we only deliver the food and quality of food is not in our hand. I fail to understand when I told them I received completely uncooked fish why didn't they replace it with cooked one? They were not ready to help me in any manner and asked me to place the order again. Pathetic service from swiggy on order#[protected]. They promised me a refund on one of the order#[protected] and it's been 2 months no refund. Their support center lies stating that it's been refunded and asking to send bank statement but not ready to research. Finally receiving call from swiggy stating he is the supervisor of escalation team and giving me the assurance of sending me an email with the reference number that money will be credited as he confirms the money didn't get credited to my bank account is still lying in swiggys bank account but no such email received.

        Yesterday i place 2 order but not delivered any. My 1st order showing refund amount approx 50%, its big fraud to the customer because the delivery man comes to me and delivered food and after 1 min later he again calls me and requests to return food and pick up food from me due to order cancelled.
        The main issue is that if we are on call with the delivery man and active on chat via swiggy apps and we don't cancel the order so why order auto cancelled and the delivery man returns food.
        Its big fraud to the customer, if the same issue with 1000 customers each day in india, in a month how much amount collect company without doing anything or without delivered (False delivery)

          I live in barabanki, u. P.

          I ordered a cury named as kadhai panner from sai bhojanalaya via swiggy, and as you know if they don't have material to cook food or persons for delivery they shall not confirm my order but after confirming my order when it showed me that it is ready to be delivered. Also i saw the name of delivery boy whose name was dhirendra kumar!!

          They cancelled it, at the very end movement so that i wasn't able to order any other thing becuase it was 11:00 when they cancelled my order.

          Order date :- 05/01/2020.

          Order location :- barabanki, u. P.

          Restaurant name :- sai bhojanalaya.

          I've attached the screenshots of all the messages i received.
          First screenshot tells that my order has been placed and then after thr official time of swiggy delivery ends i recieved a message (2nd screenshot)

          Your order has been cancelled.

          What if there were a party at my home and they would have cancel led my order at the very end movement?

          What i want :- either cancel their contract eith swiggy, else i want a compensation for that mistake done by them.

            Vijayawada but the has not come from temptation but some other place and the food is not so good and the packing is not of the temptation but it is from some other place please refund the amount which we have given and please look in the matter as soon as possible. You should not cheat the customer. And we r the regular customer of swiggy and if the complaint is not resolved we will complaint to consumer court.

              I ordered food in swiggy on jan 5, 8.13 pm and i received a completely different order, the order id for the received food was correct but the item was different. I contacted customer support in swiggy app and they said that they can only send a coupon worth 75rs. I paid 152 rs for the food. I even asked them to take back my food since i haven't opened the package while filing complaint. but they are saying there is no option for refund. Pleas help me get my money back. I have attached a photo of the food i received.

                I have ordered food via swiggy on 12 dec 2019. They have served very bad quality food. I was told that they will process refund of rs 117/- and it will be cone with in 4-7 days. Its almost a month now. I have taken multiple follow up with them. Still waiting for refund. Every time i am asked to wait for 4-5 days but they never process the refund. Every time false commitment and cheating customers. It becomes a standard with swiggy now days.

                Swiggy — Wast Company, If you order for food, No delivery man come to you or not delivered foot to you and order will auto cancelled and company refund only approx 50% amount of your total amount cast like if you order Rs.320 company refund Rs.183.                   I belong to jain family and i'm pure veg. So i ordered pure beg food but they delivered me toatally non-veg items. After that i called them. He told me we will refund your amount but now they are saying we will not refund my money. We are students and last 5-6 days i'm totally mentally harasses by them. I'm am concentrate on my exam that is on 11 jan, 12 jan, 28 jan and 8th feb. So please help me. My total order was 2155+30 rs. I have already 15 times mailed them. And when i call to customer care they told me you mailed us then we will further enquirey. Every time i tell him i have done already 15 mails, they told me you should mail.                     This is to inform you that i order cocoberry frozen yougurt from punjabi bagh, new delhi
                    This restaurant is exactly 7.1kms far from my place. But from last 3-4 days this restaurant is unserviceable.
                    I contacted the restaurant they said we are open and delivering through swiggy. Infact they made me talk with a swiggy rider who was there to pick up a order. You can check my order history

                    This is a case of fraud nd cheating as you deliver from far places too.. Nd i have ordered from here many a times... I'm swiggy super member also.. If you want.. I'll pay the delivery fees too but i want the restaurant to be available for delivery. My application is updated and there is no problem in my gps and location. I have ordered many times before also on swiggy only from punjabi bagh outlet. Defence colony is far than my location.. Punjabi bagh is only 7.1kms.. Measured from google maps

                    I had ordered food on 23-Dec-2019 (Txn id:[protected] / 1.21 pm). However even by 3.00 pm the food was not delivered. The payment against the order for Rs.186/- was also debited from my sodexo meal card.
                    No response given to me till now!!

                      Swiggy is allowing restraunts to over price the customer yet cannot ensure the quality of food. Such service is not acceptable, the quality of food i recieved on my order #[protected] is a slap in the face. A bold statment by the restraunt and the delivery platform that i as a customer is entitled to nothing and nothing matters to the company or the partner in this money making scheme that jt is running. I will give you an example that the restraunt didn't even put effort to shred the cheese in the sandwich worth ocer 70 bucks, didnt even put enough cheese in a sandwich i would otherwise find for less than 50 buck. I demand an explanation and compensation.

                          There are two incidences i want to report.

                          1. I ordered food on 01/01/2020, order # [protected]. Got the incomplete order delivered after the estimated time. Tried calling restaurant, the rep of restaurant mentioned as he had requested to wait the swiggy delivery rep, but the person was in rush and didn't listen to him and left without taking the food parcel. Now that was a real inconvenience and utter upsetting...

                            I had ordered food on 26th dec via order id mentioned in subject.

                            The food was never delivered though marked as delivered in the app.
                            I had to follow for 2 hours on that day and then the internet services were switched off by the government in my area and could not follow more.

                            I have been following with swiggy support team since 26th dec but they are not providing any solution.

                            I hope i will get resolution through your help.

                              I had ordered for delivery of food (Donuts) for my son who is studying in pune. I did the same earlier as well many times using swiggy (So address is not an issue). Order was accepted and delivery time was communicated. However later (After 30 mins) i got call the order can not be delivered as address mentioned was wrong and you will be charged 50% of bill amount (I had paid 100% in advance). This is clearly a case of cheating the customer. Delivery might had been cancelled due to year end rush, but deducting customer money for their own fault is clearly nor good and case of forgery

                              I had ordered for delivery of food ( Donuts) for my son who is studying in Pune. I did the same earlier as well many times using Swiggy ( So Address is not an issue).Order was accepted and delivery time was communicated. However later ( after 30 mins) I got call the order can not be delivered as address mentioned was wrong and you will be charged 50% of bill amount ( I had paid 100% in advance). This is clearly a case of cheating the customer. Delivery might had been cancelled due to year end rush, but deducting customer money for their own fault is clearly nor good and case of forgery

                                On 02.01.2019 order no [protected] was made with atharva grand for total rs 479. Out of this, items worth rs 254 was undelivered. On calling the restaurant they admitted missing the otems. On escalating to customer care and email support of swiggy i was informed that money cannot be refunded for undelivered items.
                                This is pure cheating by swiggy as they will now use the email to not pay the restaurant and at the same time not refunding the money to customer.
                                Please help me get my hard warned money back.

                                  Yesterday i ordered sweets from agra sweets banjara through swiggy ([protected])

                                  I got spoiled sweets and burnted items.

                                  I attached the images and raised a concern in swiggy support they with our my prior permission they have initiated refund of 297rs.

                                  They have deducted 550rs from me.

                                  So kindly please take necessary actions against swiggy and particular shop.
