missing items from order...

Ordered murgh afghani with tandoori roti from
Pista house restaurant under swiggypop for rs 149 and kadai mutton with butter naan for rs159. Did not receive 1 tandoori roti and butter naan. It is a combo and according to the picture shown in the website it is 4 half pieces of tandoori roti and 2 pieces of butter naan. Chatted with ms priti from swiggy but she was not able to help and she constantly asked me to send mail regarding...

Hello,
I placed an order at 10:45 am [protected]. Supposed to receive it in 52 mins, received it 90-100 mins. Specifically mentioned no onion, but it had onions.
I ordered food and what i received was trash. All drinks were spilled and we're half empty. The liquid was absorbed by the paper bag and all food was soiled. I had to throw away the whe order and stay hungry. This is atrocious and pathetic customer service. I need a full refund for this mess.

    I have ordered food from swiggy on date 24 jan 2020.

    It has order number [protected].

    I received food, but it was of bad quality and smelling too much.

    I contacted customer care but they not given resolution to problem nor refunded me for such food.

    Its totally cheating. They are just telling about giving bad feedback for order and saying that we will improve service in future.

    But what about money i wasted in my food order.?

      Hi.

      Please look into this order number [protected] from metro spice, guwahati. The delivery boy would not listen to what i was explaining about the address and argued with my mother. He was very rude and arrogant. He also rudely said that the ten rupees was very old and yelled he would accept it. This is not an acceptable behavior. Kindly please look into this. All the other delivery boys were so nice. I sincerely request you to take action for his behavior. Today it was with me, tomorrow it might be with someone else and so on.

        I am a regular customer of swiggy but later these days i am having multiple issue with the delivery.
        Within a month i faced two issue which are not at all acceptable and i dont understand why is there a delay in rectifying it all i get is apologies.

        I paid 920 rupees and the order which i received was not mine. Complained about the same immediately that i received wrong order and shared the images then i was advised to drop a mail to support team since then i am waiting for a refund for that all i got is apologies. Kindly justify why should i pay for what i didn't order.
        Last night i ordered again and one item was missing reported that too and asked them to get it delivered again i was told to e-mail for that and result was same apologies.
        Please justify why should i pay for these order.
        I am going to file a case if this is not taken care of instantly else i will file a case in consumer court as this is a pure cheat.

          Order # [protected] - Ordered for Full Pepper BBQ chicken but Half only came I took photo of it and sent to swiggy live chat, But they only said deep regrets and no replacement or refund, When asked again in mail no actions were taken.it was a missing order and there was no refund and no replacement provided by swiggy inspite of sending many emails to them.kindly help

          He is anware of main area location of Surat athwagate & he misbehaved & abuse me on phone call bcz he was not able to find the address. & than he cancelled the order even though i send her my location in personal.. he himself cancelled the order & that cancellation price charged me 146rs which I’m not going to pay.

            Sometimes swiggy supplying worst quality of food to maintain its profit.
            I ordered many time food from swiggy but sometime food was just insipid i thought that my taste can be different from others but this time i ordered kadai paneer on 23rd january 2020 and the food was worst in quality full of coriander seed that nobody is able to eat i throw it into dustbin and i think that company is just making fool us by giving discount and it has done an agreement with restaurants that sometimes they can reduce the quality of food to balance or maintain its profit. So i want my money back which i earned with hard work. My order id #[protected] screenshot is enclosed below.

              Hi there
              I had an order running very late and then the valet eventually pitched up. He gave me the food, took my phone and cancelled the order and then still took the money and left. I explained the situation to the customer care representative but she just kept telling me i cancelled the order. I told her the valet stole but she would not listen.

                  My swiggy order #[protected], which was veg biryani, was stale. The order was done by cod and when i connected to the customer service, instead of refunding the full amount, i was refunded a coupon of 75 rupees but my order was of 145 rupees.

                    The address is purva venezia, any block, any apartment from udupi grand dairy circle both in yelahanka new town, bangalore 560064
                    In the order the address is correct.
                    But he map shows a different place. Hence the delivery boys, some of them blindly follow the map and find that delivery address is not there.
                    Please ensure that correct map is hwon for the delivery boys to guide.

                      I don't remember the name of that guy but his behaviour was very rude during the call. I missed to take his call as i was in washroom but after that i when he called me he behaved very badly and started talking in a rude way i tried to explain him that i was in washroom that is why i was unable to pick your call but still he didn't understood and continued his rude behaviour. Please take action against these kind of people.

                        food spillage and still no refund

                        I had ordered from Jugadnight hotel Ahmedabad at 12 jan around 1-2 am and i got comoletely spilled order, so i complained and claim for refund, subsequently i talked on phone with their customercare, they assured me that i will get refund but its 1wk i got nothing...completely pathetic!!!
                        And now they are telling me that 24hrs have been passed so i"ll get nothing!!!

                        I placed an order tomorrow and i received uncoocked food from swiggy and when i send a message and email to customer service, they said to me we are sorry for this inconvenience but we unable to process a refund or replacement for this. His service has gone pathetic, and the customer service executives are just taught one reply to every problem - we are sorry, it won't happen again.
                        These are the pics of my latest order from swiggy, and when contacted customer care for replacement or refund, the reply was just a long email saying sorry. Is this your kindness you brag about??

                          I ordered a biryani from a nearby restaurant through swiggy. The delivery was getting delayed much more than the usual time. The track order was showing the stable location of he delivery guy. When i contacted the customer care, it was useless. There was still no movement of the delivery guy. It took an hour, then two hours and then three hours. No delivery or notifications at all. Neither from the delivery guy nor from the customer care. They didn’t even refund my money. Please look into it seriously!
                          Swiggy deliever to me stale patties from mio amore..they are refusing to refund or replace but only apologizing for the same..

                            I have not received call from swiggy agent as soon as he called me its been late by one hour and cx care promise me to give me free delivery, but neither free delivery nor fund has been refunded...

                            I want to be assisted with free delivery and charges
                            My order was cancelled due to very late in delivery, order cancelled by swiggy and said that i will receive this order for free. But till date no refund is received and no free order received. Order #[protected] i have spoken to my bank also they said no money is credited in my account or any amount came from swiggy. So if you can help me to get my refund.

                              Its been 3 years i am using swiggy.. But from last 3-4 months.. Swiggy is pivking wrong address evrytime.. And customer care is not all corporative and charges extra for that.. Today also.. The addess picked was of peer mushala and the address was givwn was of railvihar.. Currwnt address is around 15-20 km from restraurant... And desired address is 3-4 km.. And for that wsiggy is asking for 90rps cancelation charges..
                              Dont understand what you guys are doing.. I will not recommend this to my friends.. And even i will remove swiggy form my phone..

                              Please inprove your quality...
                              I need your response.

                                First do something about your service if you care about loosing customers. You are c h e a t s. Yesterday i ordered for stuff from mcdonalds. It took 50 minutes for you to tell me order was "spilled" then the replacement order got "cancelled" and in the process you did not refund my money as well as keeping me hungry for 2 hours till i ordered from somewhere else. And customer care tells me do whatever you can we will not refund.
                                You have lost me as a customer and i will ensure to sue you for this blatant deficiency of service already paid for
                                If you want to avoid this refund me 390 rs + 5000 rs as compensation + 70 rs i lost on the next order because swiggyit coupon can be aplied only once in 2 hours

                                  Yesterday i got insect in the food problem. I have called to customer care no response they will my team will contact no the hell team is contacted they are playing with people life 😡😠😠 😠 if any insect is there we don't then what our life. Playing with people looking for and money no response from swiggy. Frdz they are ready to give worst food. They will kill us people are ordering daily for food where we can eat good and healthy food but they are providing dangerous food friends. Please i request this kind of incidence shouldn't happen with you. Coustmer care will never call us they fake person.

                                    I had ordered veg pineapple tofu hot & sour soup x 1 from cit café, kolkata through swiggy app on 18th january, 2020 at about 21:30 hrs and paid rs. 244 /- for that.
                                    However what i received is packet of fried rice. Upon receipt of the product i immediately contacted swiggy customer care through their app and customer care number along with picture of the product received where it can be clearly seen wrong product was give but instead of resolving my concern they redirected me to their email support as usual al without resolving the issue.
                                    The customer care supporter stated me with their standard answer of "this rarely happens and we'll provide the feedback to restaurant"
                                    The question here is not so much of money as much of the hassle one has to go through to report these issues and of basic business ethics and morale.
                                    The authority of swiggy show the item veg pineapple tofu hot & sour soup x 1, i had ordered veg pineapple tofu hot & sour soup x 1 from cit café, kolkata and paid rs. 244 /- for that but received is packet of fried rice, the activity of responsible persons of swiggy is a criminal offence as they dishonestly induces the customer to paid item cost showing original item but after paid amount they intentionally supplied wrong item of food.
                                    You are requested let me to, who or whose mistake deliver wrong food in place of my order. Also let me know who are responsible persons of this offence. As i want to lodge to complaint against them
