Order #[protected] placed on June 16, 8:28 PM, for a restaurant which is within 1 km distance. Executive picked up food from restaurant around 9 PM. When I called delivery executive, I came to know that he was assigned with one more order after he pick up my food from the restaurant so he was waiting for that. Opened chat help at 9:15 PM unfortunately I have been assigned customer support execute only by 10:02 PM. Finally I got my order delivered but do I need to wait for 45 mins to get help? What is the quality of your service? Not only this, in June 2019 alone 4 out of 6 orders gave me a lot of trouble. What is the solution for this? Will a coupon solve the dissatisfaction and also how many coupons will pile up? Should I use offers coupon or these appeasement coupon for my orders? Do i really need to renew my Super membership? will that help me anymore?

    Hi,
    I had placed an order on June 8, 2019 from swiggy but The icecream delivered was freezer burned/over frozen. It tasted like funny like ice and water mixture.

    I asked swiggy on email to take the appropriate action and do the needful and mentioned I would very much like the full refund for this order coz it tasted like not icecream but the taste anyone would never want to experience on his/her choice of icecream and as this was not worth my money.

    Really disappointed as they are saying they can’t do anything and they will take care of it in future. Most of the times they will keep saying this only and keep messing up with customers.

    Please help me to get back my refund for atleast this order.

      I had order on swiggy via yonosbi but the order was not placed successful and amount deduct from my account on 30 april 2019.I had also talk with my bank they told me that the amount credited to swiggys account so u can receive your money back only from swiggy. I cant receive the order or my money back to my account.

        On my first order, i asked for aalo paratha but later i cancelled the order and placed the order for maggie
        Loved the service provided but the very next day when i placed some more orders, it was shocking that i had been blocked from placing orders via cash on delivery. I was suggested to do some online payments but still the issue is not resolved.
        Being a student, it matters a lot and i hope that you are gonna seek this issue as soon as possible

          On 16th June I ordered for dominos Pizza through swiggy. The order was placed at 8.30 and dint come untill 10.15 ...also when came was just half the order and complete cold ... Swiggy was not available for any assistance and dominos number provided by swiggy was not a functional number ...I called dominos they never took any ownership of the situation..I had to call them again and again leaving my family time to see if I can get food for my guest and family ...instead of watching India Pakistan match ..I am watching swiggy and dominos playing with me

            I ordered food from swiggy(shah ghouse towlichoki) and we found a cockroach in that biryani and informed swiggy coustomer care executive (suman) about this issue. They were least bothered about the issue even after sending the pics. I need you to take severe action on swiggy for providing us this type o[censored]nmonitored and unhygienic food to coustomers

              I ordered Biriyani on 14 June from bahar cafe restaurant, as I got hospitalised I was unable to rise complaint and I did't had any confirmation on food poisen so I waited for doctor report. then doctor says its Food poisen affect in my stomach, I asked swiggy for compansation they said I should give complaint before 24 hours but I was in hospital how can I raise a complaint now I'm thinking to complaint against swiggy please help out in this I'm not gonna leave this issue .Because I suffered a lot I lost lot of money who is going to pay for it .I need justice

                Its about the Fraud and Mislead by Swiggy Delivery Boy.
                Yesterday was my Birthday and due to small baby kid we thought we will order from The Restaurent. We ordered through Swiggy for Radha Krishna Hotel Hinjewadi Pune @ 9:30 PM and the Delivery boy was in our area around 10:10 PM, we have called him he said i will come in 10
                Mins but next 30 mins he did not come then again we called him he was misleading us as he has the address but mockry of location. Later he switch off the phone and change the status as Delivery has done. What the [censored] of Swiggy and its Team.
                I really want to sue Swiggy this time as i believed in Swiggy much more than Zomato and Uber Eats.
                Please let me know the procedure.

                  My order no. #[protected] and delivery boy name Vicky kasana and ordered restaurant chatorey on 9:45pm on 16.6.2019 and delivery boy call me and said cancel your order I am refused to cancel my order then. I got a msg your order has been delivered but I am received any order by swiggy .
                  And try multiple time to contact swiggy customer care but not getting any response from support.

                    I ordered food around 9pm and i was informed that food will be delivered within 42 minutes approx. I also got the message that 'your food is being preparing'. But when the delivery agent reached the seller then he called me and told me that your food is no longer available and the shop is getting closed. So my complain is:
                    1. If the food was not available then how would i got informed that my food is being prepared and also i got informed by delivery agent at the end of estimated time.
                    2. I paid the amount through amazon pay and i got the cashback for the same. But when i got refund from swiggy then the refund amout has been adjusted with the cashback. However i didn't cancel the order so how the amount got adjusted with the cashback.

                    They are making fool to customer by providing wrong information on the app. It was the mistake of swiggy then why should i suffer.
                    I ordered for food and put a wrong location, I told the delivery guy to bring it to my location but he refused and canceled and I was charged cancellation fee which is 198₹ please help me cancel the cancellation fee

                      I had placed an order # [protected] on 16.06.2019 at 08:36 pm which is not delivery till now. They don't even have a courtesy to call back customer and inform about delays. I have been chasing their customers care for delivery of the order but there was false commitments given by them. I am dieing for for almost for 2:30 hours now. Please take necessary action against this complaint.

                        I had ordered Two ice creams from Tender Fresh using Swiggy app. Order # [protected], 16th June 1:24 am for ₹595/-, i had ordered for Choco bite chips ice cream half kilo and Blueberry Ice cream half kilo.
                        Instead of Blueberry ice cream they sent me Kala Jamun ice cream.
                        I sent multiple chats to Swiggy, but thy are not ready to replace the Kala jamun ice cream with Blueberry.
                        I want to log in the complaint because if i am paying for some product and they have sent the incorrect one, it is their duty to provide the correct product, they are simply denying thier duty.
                        I just want the profuct what i have paid for.

                          My daughter Madhuri [protected] had ordered vide no.[protected] dated 16 th June 2019 at 04.55 pm. Specific location was given but the delivery boy went to wrong destination.Despite again informing the correct location he came to our apartment after one and half hour approximately.My daughter asked him to use lift and come to third floor but he stood fixed on the road itself. I went down and asked him to deliver the food items. He firmly refused to deliver the items. He went on arguing unnecessarily without any ryme or reason.My daughter came down and asked him to deliver the items. He misbehaved with her by hurling unprintable abused and threaten her with dire consequences and at one stage he advanced menacingly towards her. I had to prevent him physically but he hit me. The passerby people had to intervene and made him to deliver the food items. What is Sir? Why are you keeping such delivery boys who don't know how to behave with customers.The public prevented me from giving the police complain.
                          You are requested to identify the delivery and make him to aplogise to us.

                            I had placed an order with SWIGGY on June 7th, order id being #[protected]. For the same order, a refund had been initiated due to some loopholes from the merchant's end and the CC executive said it would be credited in my account in 2-4 days.
                            I have not received any refund and whenever I contact the CC team they have no ethical value. I do not know how a company can tolerate such employees and no wonder it's because of some people who are not doing their work properly a company suffers.

                            1. When I ask the executive for the reference id for the refund, they share the date and time. I do not understand are these people sitting there are not well trained before they are allocated to serve the customers and are getting paid.
                            2. The CC executive do not have normal conduct and close the window without solving the query.
                            3. I have consulted my respective bank and they have said that no refund is initiated till date.
                            I urge whosoever working on this to go through all the thread of the conversation I had with the executive to visualise the kind of support those people are offering. I do not wish to highlight the name of those people.

                            There would be so many people investing their time and money to order food and wait patiently to enjoy a meal and suffer these kinds of results.
                            The most uncouth, uncivilized delivery executive I have ever seen in life . Argued and cussed at me! Please take action against such ruffians! I want him removed from the swiggyit delivery service as I found him to be utterly disrespectful, and rude and down right offensive.

                              Delivery boy giving threat to visit home and will beat us.. he used abusive language and faul words.. later while talking with customer care executive the delivery boy refused to apologise and denied to deliver the food. This all started as he was unble to locate the address and so we were confirming the same. As the order from particular outlet was only 130 rs. He used faul language and said y r u ordering from swiggy for so small amount . I was shocked to see swiggy boy trying to teach me what to order and how much to order .. the executive on the phone was requesting the delivery boy to apologise and he was not ready for it.
                              Dear swiggy team

                              I referred my friend he ordered 270rs above I got message you got 100rs for referring but when I opened my account I did not got 100rs kindly cross check and put referral amount
                              Actually I he'd seen a 4 to 5 time
                              Local shop manu and it's food price list on their shop
                              And if you will be order a some food on swiggy
                              Price is high ??
                              Why it's so different
                              And some delivery boy is so sazy to delivery a food and food parcel is not packed properly and delivery boy comes without swiggy dress code
                              I faced the same situation. Has Swiggy taken any action at all with regard to your complaint?

                                There was an order for mix veg placed yesterday from my husband's number [protected]. hec larified that there should be no Milk products in it at all.
                                After getting the product too I felt it had Milk products hence I call swiggy again and clarified and they told me that here are no Milk products at all.
                                today I called the restaurant and clarified and they said there are Milk products.
                                this has costed me and hospitalization because of milk allergy please contact me immediately or I will file a case against swiggy
                                I ordered the food and i applied coupon.after discount it was showing 94 and bill was deducted 157.
                                This is terrible experience.
                                I have taken the screen shot as well.

                                  I ordered breakfast in swiggy and made a internet banking and then got a message that transaction was successful but den within 5 minutes again I got a message that transaction was not completed if any amount deducted will be refunded within 7 days but it’s been 2 months I dint got my money back..complained for bank also they told its atom Technologies company got your money you should ask them..is this the way u people are cheating.if this problem not resolved I vl go to consumer forum.payment for order number #[protected]

                                    I ordered one food on 15.06.2019 but later it was replaced by another food as it was talking too long to deliver because of traffic and the second order was also facing the same issue and that's why I cancelled the order. But my money has not been refunded by swiggy. I talked to the swiggy executive but they are refusing to refund my money. When i have not received any food then why I should be charged. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                      Your customer service called after 40 mins saying order will be delayed by 30 mins. But after 90 mins swiggy shows order cancelled.

                                        I had cancelled the order when I saw that the delivery boy was going to take too long to deliver. I had to leave my house urgently for which I needed the food to be delivered within 40 mins. When I wanted to cancel, which i tried to do as soon as possible, swiggy threatened to fine 200 rs which was ridiculous because the cancellation ISNT MY FAULT. The delivery boy hadnt even picked up the food and was way too far from the restaurant! I had to cancel since I had no choice. Poor customer service and on top of that threatening to fine me such a high amount! Might as well just delete swiggy and download other food delivery apps.
