Order #[protected] placed on June 16, 8:28 PM, for a restaurant which is within 1 km distance. Executive picked up food from restaurant around 9 PM. When I called delivery executive, I came to know that he was assigned with one more order after he pick up my food from the restaurant so he was waiting for that. Opened chat help at 9:15 PM unfortunately I have been assigned customer support execute only by 10:02 PM. Finally I got my order delivered but do I need to wait for 45 mins to get help? What is the quality of your service? Not only this, in June 2019 alone 4 out of 6 orders gave me a lot of trouble. What is the solution for this? Will a coupon solve the dissatisfaction and also how many coupons will pile up? Should I use offers coupon or these appeasement coupon for my orders? Do i really need to renew my Super membership? will that help me anymore?
