I had placed an order on 5th of may, 2019 via upi for rs 121 and the money had been successfully processed by upi, but when i got back to the swiggy app, it shows payment failed, but the money was deducted from my account.. I tried the payment again, it was processed successfully on the upi app and money was deducted again, but when i got back to the swiggy app, it shows payment failed.
I had lost 121 + 121 = 242...

I have ordered food on 17th may 2019. But i have not received my order.
I have contacted swiggy and they told amount will be refunded within 5 working days. But still, it's not refunded.

I have contacted them twice, they are telling the same. I have ordered from "momoz", restaurant.

I am a daily customer of SWIGGY. Important word is daily. Today my delivery boy was Somayya. This guy rang the bell at least 5 times within 2 minutes. When I reached the door and asked what was the issue he started shouting and arguing. When I said I will complain and closed the door he used slang for me in Kannad thinking I won't understand that.when I went back and asked what he just said. As mentioned above, I ordered 3 items from swiggy where i found a 3cm big cockroach inside fish pepper dry.As i request you to take proper and strict action againt the hotel as well as the swiggy as they say that they are not responsible for the food quality. I orderded something from swiggy today. It was basically a manchurian rice combo. What i received was rice and instead of gravy it was all water. And when i asked customer care service to refund me full or half for it, they said they can just give a token of Rs.50. Its 12 midnight, i ordered my food almost 1.5 hr ago, the dilevry person was assigned. He asked the address 2 times i explained him. But after 1 hour he simply refused to deliver my food. The customer care girl simply said we r cancelling your order at this time where i ll food again. So tonight no food for me. Very irresponsible and unreliable people are hired in this service. Very disappointed....

I had made an order on swiggy with order no.: [protected]. While making the order, i applied a coupon that gave 40% discount up to maximum of rs. 75. After the coupon my total was coming to rs. 158. On the arrival of the food, the delivery boy asked for rs. 233 and on checking the app i saw the amount had been changed to rs. 233 indeed. On contacting swiggy customer support via chat they simply repeat "no coupon was applied for this order"...

I placed an order at 08:22 pm in domino's pizza through swiggy. Order no #[protected] . The order was not delivered even after 2 hr but it has been updated as delivered in the swiggy site. When contacted, swiggy says they cannot talk to domino's as they don't handle their delivery. I have the screenshots of the conversation with swiggy customer service.

The order was placed through swiggy app and it just isn't easy to comprehend...

I had ordered veg fried rice having order id #[protected] from chinese kitchen (Karkardooma, delhi) via swiggy. On[protected] at 11:56 am. And i made payment through debit card. But i did not get my food, but when i open website of swiggy, it was showing, food has been delivered. I did not get my money and food too. Kindly look into matter and give me justice.

The delivery guy cancelled my order even after speaking to me and he tormented me at 4 in the morning i have had no food since morning this is inhuman and cruel they are jyst doing bussiness they have yet not refunded for my wrong orders also they just tend to repeat their fault again and again without remorse this is treachory people paying beforw they could consume food and these # people cancelling our only meal for the day...

I had ordered prawns from swiggy and they delivered me spilled food and when i complaint about it on facebook they called me and said that they can't issue me full refund and can issue me only 125rs. Coupon instead of 570/- rupees wgich i had paid for this order, i want my money otherwise i'll take a legal action against them.

The restaurant should deactivate an item if it is not available. This is the second time which has happened in the last 1 week.
Bbq ride india 2.0 saram pondicherry is repeatedly cancelling orders wasting customers time.
Many restaurants are not deactivating if an item is not available.
This has happened previously also.
Some action needs to be taken.
Looking forward to a positive action....

The worst food app ever, it's the 3rd time this has happened to me i have finally decided to delete the app the zamato people are so much better i placed the order of a cake in my office and in 2 min i just realized that the delivery address is of my home i placed the cancellation request and this executive named partha was not interested in replying back and closed the chat session attaching screenshot, i tried talking to another executive...

M from jaipur, the delivery executive behavior is worst he is not wearing his uniform and came in casual dress and even refused to deliver at location. I requested him to come to the location point but he refused and talk abusively.
What type of service is you providing to the citizens! Please take some serious steps while selecting your delivery executives....
