Its my continuous 4th to 5th order in swiggy that is being delayed without any reason. And delivery executive is not receiving calls and when he accept the call then he is being rude as usual. I have swiggy super and my orders are keep delaying. No one is giving me positive response. And whenever we call swiggy executive they only say that your order will be delivered soon.

    Hello, avijit this side. My order id #[protected].
    First of all i am swiggy super member. And thats why i am facing so much harrassment with swiggy.
    I had ordered two chicken biryani from zam zam restaurant, kolkata. Courier person marked it delivered but in reality that person stopped receiving my calls after marked it delivered. I had paid rs.321 via amazon pay for this order. Now coming to main part, contacted swiggy on the same day within an hour regarding this incident, they clearly told they would not be able to process any compensation as their policy restrict to do the same. After 6-7 times of contact over chat & voice channel, they registered a complaint regarding the same. But then they started delaying and eveyday giving excuses that relevant team investigating this issue. Almost 40 days passed after the incident, no yet received single resolution, neither replacement food or refund from swiggy. What a disappointing service, utterly disappointment. Perfect example of scam. Beware guys.
    Today i have ordered kerala poratta and paneer, i got poratta with a bad smell. I think it was cooked yesterday

      I ordered two packets of behrouz biriyani and a lady came for delivery. First of all, she didn't find the location whereas i gave correct address itself. She tried in google map and went to marathahalli as google map was showing that address.
      Its not my mistake nor her mistake. Still, she argued with me that i put wrong address and she was talking in bad manner. Whereas i also ordered chicken fried momo and that person spoke nicely and came to my address.
      Then this lady is asking me to come to her place and take the food. What is this?? She kept on fighting like anything and finally told that she will complain against me. At last, she came to the right location but in between of the road she started fighting and told me "take the food and get lost".
      Is this the way your delivery people should talk to others?? I didn't speak bad to her as i can understand that google map is showing wrong address.
      Now i can understand why people are moving to zomato.
      We order chicken biryani but delivered mutton biryabi
      I order 2 box of Punjabi dahi but dilevary 1 box
      1 box is 500 gm waight

        2. Juice 2 was bitter as poison
        3. Upma was one scoop o[censored]pma for a full plate for which i paid for

        I reported this to swiggy 4-5 times

        They have only wasted my money and time

          I been order food in swiggy dated[protected] @12.05 pm for the amount of rs 377/-. Amount deducted from my account. But no confirmation from restaurant side.. After that i raised complaint in swiggy app. I been told that the payment may got stuck up with payment gateway. It will automatically get refunded.. Hence i re ordered the same, and paid through online again.. This time my order successfully processed. But my first failed transaction amount not been refunded as of now.. Even i checked with my banker side, i been informed that my transaction got successful, and i need to check with my merchant for my failed transaction.. As of now no response from swiggy.. Kindly do the needful.

            Hi team,

            On 24th may 2019, i placed an order, my money was debited and the order also says order received and purchase complaint but my order was no placed in the application. I had to place the order again. Since the order was not placed, the swiggy customer services isn't registering my complain though i have submitted the transaction details where everything is mentioned clearly.
            They aren't taking any actions.

            Yesterday i ordered muttor mushroom full portion but they deliver muttor paneer and portion is also less. Food quality is very bad. And there is a piece of plastic inside the gravy

              On 31st may i tried placing an order for vasudev adigas around 9.27pm for rs 241/-. Order was not booked but amount not credited. Swiggy chat agent are not tell me anything clearly. No complaint is taken. My bank says amount is already sent to swiggy. But swiggy team is just saying will take your feedback.
              No proper response.

              I ordered a burger from burger king of 2 crispy chicken for 79 + fries and a pepsi can . I received the burger but I didn't receive the fries and can . Very upset with swiggy . Worst delivery ever . Worst decision to order from swiggy.

                Hi, i placed an order yesterday - and i eventually had to cancel the order after waiting for more than 2hours, where-in it usually takes around 20-25 minutes. The delivery person certainly went off-route from the standard delivery route showed on map. When called the delivery person, his attitude was really horrible while talking to on the phone - i have also taken a screenshot of the delivery person whereabouts on my phone. After chatting with swiggy customer service, they offered me 100 rs coupon over my order of more than 300 which eventually didn't get delivered after waiting for 2 hours or more. This isn't the first instance this has happened - swiggy are dealing with customers food and this shouldn't be the way they deal with customers - this needs to be fixed and reiterating this isn't the first this has happened.

                  मेने आज आपके swiggy से खाना आर्डर दिया जिसकी पूरी डिटेल आप चेक कर सकते हैं। आपके डिलीवरी बॉय का कॉल आता है कि में लोकेशन पे आ गया हूँ तो मैने कहा कि लोकेशन में कुछ प्रॉब्लम है आप किसी से बात करवा दो और मैने विनर्स पब्लिक स्कूल जो कि एक लैंड मार्क है उस जगह आने को कहा। ऐसा मेने डिलीवरी बॉय को ही नही आपके कस्टमर केअर एग्जीक्यूटिव को भी यही बात कही and आपके एग्जीक्यूटिव ने भी माना कि लोकेशन से आपका घर 450 मीटर दूर है, हम डिलीवरी बॉय को भेजते हैं। ये सारी बात रिकॉर्ड है आप चेक कर सकते हैं। उसके बाद 5 मिनट के बाद में खुद विनर्स पब्लिक स्कूल गया तो वहां भी आपका डिलीवरी बॉय नही पंहुचा था। फिर आपके कस्टमर केअर एग्जीक्यूटिव का कॉल आया और मुझे कॉन्फ्रेंस में लेकर डिलीवरी बॉय से बात की, डिलीवरी बॉय कहता है कि mps school पे खड़ा हूँ जो कि लोकेशन भी नही थी और मेरे घर से 1 किलोमीटर दूर है फिर भी में इस 45 डिग्री धूप में वहां गया। जब में वहां पंहुचा तो आपका डिलीवरी वहां से गायब था। मेरी दुबारा आपके कस्टमर केअर एग्जीक्यूटिव से बात हुई तो एग्जीक्यूटिव बताता है कि डिलीवरी बॉय resturatant जा चुका है तो में कहा कि ये क्या मज़ाक है। में लोकेशन से भी आगे तक गया लेकिन आपके डिलीवरी बॉय तो मजे लेने घूमने चले गए, डिंक करने गए। वो आपका डिलीवरी बॉय कस्टमर केअर एग्जीक्यूटिव के कहने से कॉन्फ्रेंस पे भी नही आया। जब मैने उस डिलीवरी बॉय को कॉल किया तो वो कॉल करने के 20 मिनट बाद mps school आया और इस से 20 मिनट पहले से में उसका वेट करता रहा। जब वो लड़का वहां पहुंचा तो खुद की गलती मानने की जगह मुझ से ही बदतमीज़ी करने लगा। जब मैने कहा कि में swiggy में कंप्लेन करूँगा तो बोलता है जो करना है करलो, में एक साल से हूँ ऐसे ही काम करता हूँ, swiggy वाले मेरा कुछ नही कर सकते और ना ही तुम जैसे कस्टमर।
                  में इस तरह की हरकत देखकर इतना परेशान और दुखी हुआ कि मैने आने वाले भविष्य में आपके swiggy से किसी भी तरह का कोई भोजन ना ही लूंगा और मेरे सभी परिवार वालों को, दोस्तों को, कंपनी वालों को, पड़ोसियों को, समाज वालों को आपके swiggy के इस तरह के व्यवहार से अवगत करवाऊंगा।
                  मुझे जो इस घटना से मानसिक तनाव पंहुचा है मेने आपको इस से अवगत करा दिया। अब मुझे क्या करना चाहिए क्या आप लोग बता सकते है?
                  मेरे पास अगर कल तक कोई जवाब नही आता आप लोगो का, अगर आप लोग उस डिलीवरी बॉय पे कोई एक्शन नही लेते तो मुझे मजबूरन consumer court जाना पड़ेगा और मेरे साथ हुए मानसिक तनाव का भुगतान वही से लेना पड़ेगा।

                    Please note that there was a failed order from swiggy on 24may2019, as did not receive confirmation of order after bank transaction, but the amount of 593 was debited from my account. I immediately contacted the help centre & was given a response that it may be due to technical faults & refund will be initiated.
                    Even after 10 days, i did not see a refund & when tried to speak & chat with the issue, no proper response was given, & they insisted me give my order id... Which was not given to me at all..

                    Bank says amount is debited, swiggy says we don't have id, then where did the money go. Then why did they tell me that refund will be initiated??
                    I am a regular customer of swiggy, it is such a bad experience...

                      Hi,
                      It is really disappointing to mention that the customer service which you should be mastered at, is deteriorating day by day.
                      Today, i ordered food on swiggy from faasos (Andheri east) which is hardly 800mts away from the place where i stay. The order was successfully placed at 10:10 am but the same was delivered to me at 11:22 am. Order number #[protected] fyr.
                      Even after so much of delay, the package of food which i received was not carrying any sign of authentication on it. As i didn't receive any bill along with it so, i don't know whether it was really from faasos or it has been purchased from any road side vendor.
                      The quality of food was also not good at all and the rice weren't even fresh.
                      It was complete waste of money for me. Instead of satiating my hunger it just spoiled my mood and my day.
                      You cannot compensate for the experience you have delivered, but i want my money back.

                        I have ordered food on swiggy and paid. Aftersome swiggy updated the status saying that food is delivered and food was never delivered and there is no response from swiggy.
                        Swiggy is not ready to listen the problem also. They are very rude.
                        I have spoken with multiple agents in swiggy and raised issue with them.
                        They keep ignoring me and i’m having all the evidences for the above complaint.

                          I am complaining against swiggy online food. We have ordered food, the delivery boy raghavendra rao had reached some other location and calling us. We have guided him to our address, he does not have even patience and raising his voice. Since we have paid the amount online before they were not ready to deliver and said they are cancelling the order will deduct rs. 200 for no reason. Delivery boy was so rude the executive lady lavanya was not bothering about that he is explaining about the conveyance charges which will go to the delivery boy raghavendra roa. It was so much mental torture from lavanya and raghavendra rao. Despite of that they have detucted rs. 200. I need my amount rs. 200.

                          Swiggy is big fraud. They are not trying to solve any customer problem. Main aim is to deduct money. I want the concerned authorieis severe action against raghavendra rao.

                            Mutton rohan josh+2 roti+ biryani rice. Quantity 2. At rs 99/- = rs 99×2= 198.

                            My order is book on dt 01.06.2019 by hotel al al zam through swiggy.

                            Order has been confirmed by hotel al zam zam and swiggy.
                            But now hotel al zam zam has denied to provide the oder at said price.
                            Person from hotel al zam zam has used abusive language and said ye order itne kam paise me kaise milega, pagal ho gaya kya, swiggy ko bol, jo karna hai kar.

                            Kindly resolve the issue immediately and inform me urgently

                              I had marked correct home address in the map but swiggy app shows round about way to my house. The delivery boy was just 100m away from my house but he denied to deliver the food saying incorrect address... Best part is i have been regular customer for swiggy from the same address for past one year... Worst customer service... I will go with other apps than swiggy... Denied food at 9pm... With nothing at home to cook and all restaurants closed... Had the worst experience with swiggy

                                This is disgusting when a company like SWIGGY ditch you.please spare me if the mail becomes bit long.

                                Today i ordered ‘paratha and chilly chicken’from one of my nearest restraurant .the food got prepared in time as i could see in your app..then it was handed over to ur delivery executive ‘subash chandra sahu(‭[protected]‬) ..about 1 hour gone i got one message that the food got delivered which was actually not..the i called to that person . He told me by mistakely it was marked as delivered, i dont think it was by mistake ..i am damn sure it was INTENTIONALLY.anyway i told no prblm how much tym it will take please try to deliver because at that tym i had no other option...after few minutes i again called ...then he asked me to cancel my order and do a fresh order..i denied because i could feel that guy is bluffing only to avoid the delivery.still i sticked please deliver.

                                Finally at 11.15 that guy denied not to deliver and asked me whatever i could do, he was not going to deliver..

                                Is this the service we are expecting from Swiggy..

                                Request you to please take some strict action against that guy so that this will set an example for others how much a customer is valueble for a company.i am going to uninstall SWIGGY app until nd unless i get notified any strict actin on this guy.i also urge my frnds to do so...

                                  Order number [protected] and order num [protected] both from 31st may one ordered in the afternoon and other at night... The delivery executive after an hour of ordering says cancel the order... Bike issues and he was near my house, when i said i will come pick it up says they didnt give the food.

                                  I am an absolute regular and this kind of service is not acceptable... The night order i was told to cancel at 11.15 pm (So no food)... And the customer care ex on the app only option is we will give u a refund. This is not done. There is no accountability and these things happen on a regular basis

                                    I placed an order today around 8.30 pm and had prepaid for it. The order was not delivered after 1 hr wait and so i contacted swiggy customer care, they told the order was delivered to sumbody else by mistake as their technical issue. Again they asked me to order the food and they will refund me order. I orderd again which didnot deliver to me till 11 pm and i almost was sleeping. The only thing i feel sad is i just ordered from a hotel near by not even 500 meters away from my home just i was busy working i cudnt go out n eat dinner n thought to order from swiggy. It was again refunded to me saying wer are sorry for this mishap. Do you understand these important mishaps and are you seriously doing anything about them. I have experienced this for the 6th time from last 1 year.

                                      I am devendar. My order no. Is #[protected]. I ordered veg items, 6 crispy veg burgers and a large french fries from burger king through swiggy. Instead i recieved non veg item, fiery chicken, french fries and a coke. I went into help section in swiggy app and had chat with the executive and i was given an option of either rs. 50 coupon or replacement. I opted for replacement but then they refused for replacement.

                                        I had placed an order on 5th of may, 2019 via upi for rs 121 and the money had been successfully processed by upi, but when i got back to the swiggy app, it shows payment failed, but the money was deducted from my account.. I tried the payment again, it was processed successfully on the upi app and money was deducted again, but when i got back to the swiggy app, it shows payment failed.
                                        I had lost 121 + 121 = 242 rs on the order
                                        I contacted swiggy, they said they haven't received any payment from my account so the refund wont be made. I again contacted the upi service to know the state of my payment. They said that money has been transferred to the swiggy account and that they are not responsible for the payment issue. I again contacted the swiggy support, this time they said the money has been lost through the payment gateway. I had to argue that the upi app clearly shows that money has been transferred to swiggy, but they never accepted it.
                                        I raised a dispute with the upi provider and my payment bank. Haven't received any update after that.

                                        I placed another order on 31st may 2019 via upi for 311 rs, yet again the money was deducted from my account and the app shows payment issue. I had to contact swiggy and this time their reply was that, they haven't even received a request for such an order. On the whole i had lost
                                        121+121+311 = 553 rupees through swiggy upi payments.

                                        The refund process of swiggy is highly irresponsible and dubious. Being a student, swiggy has always been my go-to place to order food. I have been a customer of swiggy for the last 2 years and i have never had to go through all this until recently. I hope the team resolves my refund query at the earliest.
