Yesterday i was ordered food, a delivery agent named aamir hasan was asisted to deliver my belongings, after an hour i visited the map i saw that aamir was at the same place where he was an hour ago, and when i called him, he asked me to cancel my order, i said no i am dying with hunger deliver it as soon as possible, he said ok, also i was chatting with swiggy so your person asisted another person for the delivery due to my humble request, I got my order after 2 hours of ordering which was exactly 1 hour 25 minutes late according to your waiting time that was told earlier. The order completed yesterday.
Today's morning i opened my whatsaap that bloody man Amir hasan pinged me hii. Is it your service!??
If I'll tell this to my friends they will stop buying or ordering anything from swiggy. You should punish that man. Or he'll repeat this with others.
My name is abhin Tyagi .i have make a food order at swiggy . But my food is not delivered yet and payment of order was deducted from my account please help me in this regards I have attached a photo having swiggy order id and transaction Id

    Hi I am miss Sharma I have order two pizza on yesterday and due to swiggy miskate I didn’t get my order. As they people given me unnecessary reason that his dilvery boy got injured two times they have given me the same invalid reason. And after my follow up they have confirmed and assured to refund my money. But when I have checked my paytm wallet I have received only 228 rupees and for order I have paid 336 so they have dedicated my 98 rupees and now they are giving me invalid reason need to check below attached attchment

      The vegetable thali prepared by Brothers Treat, Guwahati was:
      1) not as described.
      2) Instead of puri as mentioned in the menu one chapati was given
      3) the kheer was stale
      4) rice was not properly cooked
      5. Roasted papar was damp and not crisp as it was packed in the same bag as the chapati
      Very substandard food. Dwight should do a check of the food of the restaurants it collaborates with.
      Swiggy is so irresponsible as they dont take complaints seriously i spent 230rs and 2 lime juice spilled on the entire food and i cant have thatvany more and when i complained to them they said that they cant compencate the order

        I had ordered Chinese food. My bill on the app showed 603, however I was charged 683. The bill that came along was 658. I have the bill with me. Also the food came 40 mins later after delivering to other people . Also the food when it came was supremely stale.
        My mom had fallen sick due to this. The customer service executive is not even responsive.

Is used in last 6 months. Not able to get excess to swiggy. It has been really inconvenient for me as I am not able to order on swiggy. Need action asap.

            Hi! I am Sudhir from IIT Kharagpur and I have placed orders through swiggy but I am unable to get my food even after one hour. Service is very bad in Kharagpur.               I have ordered for food items on 31st May but my transaction of amount 1894 has been deducted twice. I followed swiggy executive to know the details of my transactions but none of them were prove to be helpful. Even everytime I got different feedback from their executive and they used to close the chat abruptly. I confirmed from my bank that no failure has been noticed and my both the transaction has been credited to the recipient's account. I shared all the details with swiggy executive on twitter but it had been more than 7 days, they didnt provide a single resolution. Everytime they told that they will update in 24 hrs but till now no success.

                Today we ordered chai and poha from chai point Bangalore. The delivery boy Newton Kumar supplied poha in box which was opened and half consumed. The quantity of chai was also less. No paper cups was supplied. This is really disappointing and we need a fund of Rs 132 which we paid. Strict action should be taken against him.

                  I have ordered gulab jamun ice cream from nic ice cream shop vashi on 3rd June at around 9.30/ 10 pm...When I tried paying amount..I got no confirmation of placing order and item was reflecting in my cart only but amount of rs.200 was deducted from my meal card ...When I had chat with swiggy customer care team I have been informed that payment gateway did not accept payment and amount will be refunded back to me in some 7 days of time...

                  When I checked with my meal card customer care today they said transaction was successful and amount is in swiggy's bank account now...

                  Tried contacting swiggy customer care today and they asked for transaction screenshot which I cannot see in my history of transactions...And since I cannot share transaction screenshot they will not be able to help ...

                    Dear sir, today i was placed an order to swiggy for dinner of 2 quantities meal vide order No. [protected] . Despite charged 2 quantity of order vide order No [protected], the delivery boy delivered only 1. And when I tried to call him for complaint his phone not responding. It's really shows bad impression of swiggy. Hence do your needful immediate action for refund.

                      I hv ordered on 4th june bengali food at 10am and I paid on line through my debit card and shown transaction succesfull, but after 1 hr while tracking the food delivery found food still in basket as I hv no other option paid again fr the same amounting Rs.972.00 and immediate contacted your customer care and they informed it will return after 4-5 days time but still I hv not received back my money, I hope you will return the same.

                        I had ordered food today i.e 12th July, 2019 at around 4:40 pm. My order number is #[protected]. Since the delivery executive wasn't able to find my location, even after being directed so many times and the direction too being shown on the GPS, I was being asked to go and pick up the order (which is 15 min away from my location). I was also said that it was raining heavily whereas it was just drizzling.
                        After one and half hour of waiting and tolerance, my order was cancelled.
                        I want a compensation for this unethical behavior and tolerance.

                              It was really disappointing we ordered a pack of noodles from Swiggy . The food quality was not good at all. The orderno. [protected] ordered on 12 june 1 pm . The food was such that it has been prepared yesterday and just sold out today and not even heated properly. Atleast we did not expect such kind of things from such a reputed food delivering agency. It seems the quality and content of food we ordered made us so angry at lunch time....

                              I had placed an order through Swiggy for a pizza by Pizza Ezpressy which was supposed to be delivered to me. This was order was placed on 12th of June.
                              Now the payment had been made, after sometime I get a call from the restaurant that the pizza can't be delivered as the delivery guy is on a cycle and not a bike.
                              Then I called the respective restaurant asking them to look into the issue
                              The pizza then gets delivered to me and it's cold. As in we paid money for this, and service is expect for money. We ain't wasting precious currency for a freaking cold pizza. Tell Swiggy to take it's rotten standards up or get ready to get sued someday if anything happens to my family.
                              Bunch of idiots sit and operate the goddamn company. I am really disappointed by what happened today.

                                All swiggy staff treat themselves owner of the company and treat vendor very rudely. I'm associated with 50+ restaurants in jaipur and all of them have same complaint. They are only interested in Big brands and small outlets they do not even consider. Swiggy has all customer centric policies they think restaurants are crorepatis and take money for swiggy and for their customers. These online channels should be stopped or have standard policies. They keep increasing commission and always ask to restaurant to fund, if you ask for good visibility they ask you for huge amount whether you are a small cafe or a 5 star restro, prices are same. You can go long following only customer centric policy and giving huge losses to vendors.

                                  Order No [protected]. Would like to share very bad experience with swiggy on 11-Jun-2019 which shows on the poor quality of customer care at swiggy.
                                  I ordered pizza from pizzahut with a soft drink bottle. I received the order late, the pizza was of poor quality, and the soft drink bottle was not delivered. I even shared picture of the pizza with customer care. I asked delivery executive and he told me to talk to customer care myself. Customer care executive promised a replacememt order and confirmed me not to return back the original poor quality pizza. Later on I received only a Pepsi bottle. I asked delivery executive and he refused to talk to customer care or even wait till i discussed with customer care. I asked customer care and they were fully insensitive and lacked transparency. He had no clear answer for whether the replacememt order was for full order or only pepsi bottle. Even after asking many times the customer care executive offered no solution. At 11:30 in the night after spending good 3 hours I am sitting hungry, swiggy has taken payment, and swiggy executive is not concerned with providing any solution. He is only providing diplomatic answers.Swiggy has no escalation mechanism. I feel cheated at the hands of swiggy.

                                    Iam a private working employee, I have ordered myfood at 10pm, but almost at 11pm swiggy delivery boy called me and said that item not available at the hotel. If the order is not available them why you guys are showing it on your website for ordering. And you are rejecting your order in night, so what should we eat now... Air or what... Very disappointed.. I need justice.
