Escalating my order no. [protected]
Though the restaurant was closed, the app accepted my order and just after I placed my order I checked that the restaurant is closed in the app. The customer agent still consoling me that the order will be delivered. After almost an hour they call me an tell me that the order cannot be delivered. Swiggy is not ready to take any responsibility and no action on their end and the customer service not ready to help. Even the poor delivery agent had to run twice for them.
I have chat proof if required.

    Ordered a simple a Chinese food for dinner which took almost 2 hours for delivery. Spoke with the delivery boy he said he's not able to locate the restaurant which is a big lie..we have all noticed delivery boys outside restaurants lined up for orders to deliver. The food lost its flavor and Swiggy lost a valuable customer..off late we have been using Zomato and the experience is better...

    WILL NOT BE USING SWIGGY EVER ...

      I ordered parathas and aloo paneer and payed by cash..but they delivered parathas and naan...no tracking details or food status was on the screen...and also no msg about completion of delivery was sent after the delivery...on further enquiry i came to know that there was no order received in swiggy office on my name...the respective delivery boy also told that he received no such order...but the boy who delivered me the food called me few times to reach my home n ultimately gave it in my hand...when he told to reorder and check th amount of fine..i found th full price of the items to be paid...i paid 190 for the order...it is not fair...i need justice...plzzz resolve the matter as soon as possible...

        I ordered food on swiggy at May 26, 2019 08.40 PM. I didn't get my order until 10 PM. After that they called me 10.40 PM and told that your order was cancelled due to some issues. But they didn't give clear explanation for cancelled my order. And they told me that your refund will be credit within 48 hours. Now today date is June 10 2019 08.25 PM. I didn't get my refund still now. Each and every time they told me that your refund is initiated, we will credit your bank account within 48 hours while I chat with swiggy support executive. But I didn't get solution for my cancelled order and my refund still now. I didn't cancel my order. They only cancelled and called me to tell the order was cancelled due to some issues. I don't know where I have to give complaint on swiggy. Can you help me where I have to give complaint on swiggy?

          Tamil selvan, his mobile number [protected], he came and behaved very rude and even he behaved rude with ladies for travelling just 250 meters away from the delivery location, he also took the food with him without deliverying. Please take a proper action against him and inform me about the action you took. I also mentioned the below screenshot of the delivery boy photo.

            I ordered food for the amount of RS.740.00 and RS.611.00 Date 12.05.2019, the amount has debited from my account. The order was not completed and I got the message as on same day within 5 to 7 days amount will be refunded. Till now amount is not refunded. Every time they say 5-7 days.

            How many days do you need to refund the money?

            Pathetic service. Train your people on how to resolve customer issues faster, rather than throwing irrelevant ready made answers.

              Swiggy ties up with many restaurants. And it tied up with payal bar too. But they named it as payal restaurant which is a different firm and 15 years old. Payal bar is mainly a bar which also serves food. But it is named as payal restaurant without any agreement with payal restaurant and without any permission from the owner which is illegal they are using our goodwill which we have created by serving food from 15 years and they started serving food 3 years back and of very cheap quality and quantity which is harmful for our goodwill and our customers relation

                As subjected on date 18/05/2019 i had order some food from swiggy online food and pay INR 479/- through net banking . my order booked then immediately cancelled. i received the cancel message also. which shows my payment will be back to my account within 4-7 days. But still after 24 days it is not returned. order ID- [protected]. get 1 customer support no. ([protected]) but that is also not responding good. my contact no. is [protected].

                I Have ordered food from Swiggy on 2.01 PM 10.June 2019 after checking in status by 2;30 its showing cancelled . without informing / any notification .
                Please provide justification for my money & time .

                Kindly help me to get refund of Rs 387 .

                  The food was ordered from your website as per photograph is shown of Red Hot Dragon Chicken (Dry Chicken). The picture of the dish is shown as dry Chicken. But Restaurant sent it as Gravy chicken. Further 5 Spice restaurant said that it is a mistake of Swiggy if they are showing the wrong picture of our food plate.
                  This order was placed on 09 June. My cellphone is [protected]. The wrong food was sent to me because of your mistake. My kids did not each gravy chicken and it was wastage.
                  Please refund my entire amount of the order. If you fail to refund, We won't use your services in the future as there other online food suppliers.
                  I spoke to your customer service executive who said he can give me coupon of Rs.200. It dont want coupon and need my entire amount refunded.
                  Picture of food plate with name is attached here...5 Spice says, it a dish with gravy and not dry as shown on your website. You are misguiding people and showing wrong pictures.

                    I ordered my items on swiggy and it was shown that my delivery will be reached within 50 minutes. After 40 min when I checked the status it was still showing that waiting for the order to be confirmed by the restaurant. So I called my delivery boy and ge said that my order has been cancelled. I asked why? What is the reason? He said he dont know it has been cancelled by that restaurant. If it was cancelled by that restaurant why did not I get notification. What is the reason for such misguiding?. I presiously ordered from Zomato many times, this does not happen. I did not see such a rubbish system what Swiggy showed today. The worst system. And not only that my offer of 50% on 1st order has been called also, because I tried to order another dish but that coupon was not applicable. A very bitter and worst experience. I will tell every single person I know about this rubbish app and their misguidance.

                        I order panner and mushroom gravy for my mother . I was busy and she wasn't well that is why she was couldn't cook . After placing the order I was relieved that she would get food . But I get mail that order has been cancelled and money refunded. Then I talked to customer care the lady says sorry sir we can't do anything now, sorry sir. My mom called to inquirer about food . I ordered from local food shop to get something to for her to eat . This is not acceptable .If you don't have specific item to be delivered why is it on the app? .my order id was #[protected]

                          Our restaurant ID is 110811.
                          We getting issues of swiggy delivery boys..

                          Somedays we found swiggy delivery guys not wearing their swiggy uniform and not even carrying thier deliveries bags... When we ask them about their service uniform... They replys.. Its allowed by the company and their management's knows about it...
                          When we aks them about their bags... They said... Your job is to give us... How we deliver is our responsibility...

                          But in fact... Its totally going wrong...
                          Their isn't have any professionalism...

                          Yesterday was the more worst experience...
                          The guy come to pick up the food...he didn't wear his uniform, when we aks him why didn't u wearing the uniform, and not even having your bag to carry food. suddenly he started to shouting... And ordering us... Your job is to give me food only.. Not to ask questions...

                          Its vary embarrassing...and mannerless behavior..
                          He didn't pick up the food... And he left...
                          Then we call swiggy and sort out the matter...

                          Well I just inform u.. Because may be you gonna pass the msg to your concerned team..
                          So no more issues like this will happen again in future..

                          I forgot to check his name and ID details, or wise can give.

                          Plz check it out this matter and reply..

                            I ordered an Icecream on 25th of May 2019 the dilevary executive was really impolite and was not ready to dilvery it at my place so I cancelled the order. Swiggy promised me to initiate the refund but they haven't yet initiated refund in my account I have tried to contact them more then 6times they haven't still resolved my issue it's been more then 15days now I haven't got my money back

                              Why is the government not taking any action agaisnt Swiggy for cheating thier customers...These people are taking money from customers and cheating them. Swiggy liars and cheaters.                                 I have been facing issues with Swiggy and the App is becoming useless day by day!!
                                1. The very first time was when I had ordered pizza from a Dominos Outlet and my location was Kanjurmarg. The delivery executive realised that the location was a little far from his location and hence asked me if I could come to the expressway to collect it. When I refused the same, he started lying that he has been caught by a policeman. I sensed there was something fishy and reached the expressway only to find him standing nicely under a tree with his bike parked beside him. I even checked with the policeman if he had caught or questioned him to which the policeman told me that he never did and that the delivery guy was standing idle here since 10 mins.
                                2. The second time I had ordered a cake for my friend's birthday which was again at Kanjurmarg location. The cake outlet which accepted the order was in Powai. I had written special instructions that he has to go on the Eastern Express Highway side and not inside the lane. Despite of me calling the executive 15 times, he ended up roaming around the area for almost 20 mins without following my instructions and then got frustrated and denied to deliver the order. I convinced him to deliver it because it was someones birthday but he demanded extra money for the same. I had to ask my friend to give him some additional money as he finally agreed to deliver the order.
                                3. This time, again today I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday. The delivery location being Yogi Hills, Mulund West. The outlet was in Viviana Mall, Thane. I entered proper address of my friend's house with all the appropriate details (still have the screen shot). I called the delivery executive to ask him if he knows the Yogi Hills area and if he would be able to deliver the cake by 12. He very confidently said Yes and disconnected my call. Guess what happens at 12 AM?? The delivery executive is standing outside my door with the cake!!! And my entire surprise was ruined.

                                Dear Team Swiggy - You'll either work upon making your app better (which is currently pathetic), train your executives well or please shut this bloody business.

                                  I ordered food items in coimbatore. Order no [protected]. I received only the main items. The side dish totally missing. I asked the deliveryman he told ' my work is
                                  delivery only. Then i asked to the restaurant they told he only missed the side dish parcel. Then i personally went to the restaurant and picked up the parcel. In restaurant they did not close the order and blamed the delivery man only. If it is going like this then what is the necessary to order in your app

                                    I have ordered Briyani in Swiggy for Rs.240. Order # [protected]. but unfortunately without my knowledge the order has been cancelled within 5mins of order. But they charged Rs.120 as cancellation fee. I reached the support and informed them as I don't want to cancel the order. But they are saying the order has been cancelled and I want to reorder again and the cancellation charge is applicable. This is not right way to respond to the customer. Every customer is a valued customer. And you should see the customer side also. I want my refund back. Otherwise I will go to consumer court also. I am really frustrated

                                      I had done the payment via debit card instead of COD. At the time of delivery, the delivery boy named Karan Kohli has grabbed up the ordered food on its own and deny to come at the location which was mentioned by me. Even your stupid delivery boy was too much abusive at the time during that call. And marked the order delivered. Please refund my paid payment as early as possible. I have not seen such a worst delivery boy and service management ever in my life.
                                      Date 5th June 2019, time around 1'o clock.

                                        Before placing order I applied coupon after placing order the coupon couldn't be applied and no discount came the gave me cancellation fee due to their mistake why should I pay, please find a solution and remove cancellation fee. And even their Delivery executives are not responding properly to customers they are being harsh to customers.. please find a solution..
