Swiggy delivery boy was here in our locality st dominic road extension bandra west at around 1130 to deliver a parcel to another building in the lane in chimbai parks his bike in front of my gate making it inconvenient for us to remove our car. When he came back we told he was wrong... Instead of apologizing and going away he started arguing saying he is not at fault.. He was arrogant and did not care if we made a complaint.. He misbehaved and spoke rudely with me, my husband and my house help. And rode away using unpleasant words. His bike no is honda 02 eb 2945 black kinetic/scooty as per rto app vahan the owner of this bike is ishrat jahan rahat jan quereshi.. This is just not done. I need some action to be taken against him so that in future companies make sure who they are hiring.

    I ordered soya chaap and rumali roti combo from swiggy and while I was eating it, something metallic went in my mouth. It was a piece of metal. I placed the order from Balle Balle Delhi Wale Soya Chaap. Please look into this. Highly disappointed. I have placed orders from here before too but never have I faced such an issue. Also, there is no forum on Swiggy to directly report this issue or even contact the restaurant.

      So I ordered Classic Plain Maggi from this cafe/restaurant, called Cake Walk (Manjalpur, Vadodara), at my office and I find a baby cockroach in my food!!! Which means there is a HIGH POSSIBILITY that this place has cockroaches breeding in or around the ingredients they're using to cook! BUT IT'S MAGGI! There are no other ingredients other than water. Else everything comes within the Maggi packet! So that makes me question the overall hygiene of this place. MORTIFIED!

        Hi!

        I had ordered a subway sandwich & nimbooz drink from the bandra west, waterfield road branch today in the afternoon (Order #[protected]). These are the issues i faced:

        1. The sms order confirmation said that the items will be delivered in 30m. But it took almost 1 hour to deliver the items.
        2. The delivery man was not wearing the official swiggy uniform or cap.
        3. The items were not brought in the official swiggy or subway bag.
        4. The paper wrapping around the items was torn.
        5. There was no tissue paper provided.
        6. No option on swiggy's website to lodge this type of a complaint.

        There were too many issues as far as service is concerned here. I doubt i will refer to this service again. Swiggy did not come across as professional here, or if it is the delivery person's fault then some action needs to be taken asap.

          We ordered 3 full chicken biriyani today 12 pm, but we get 3 half plats only like quarter biriyani only, i rise a compliant for swiggy customer support team they didn't action for this issue, please help to refund my amount. Everytime we face this issue.. Help to solve my problem..

          I had ordered masala dosa with medhu vada through swiggy on 22nd may which was delivered from a restaurant named chutney's in Pune. Midway through the meal I found there was an insect in the sambar. Was utterly disgusted. Wonder how swiggy works with restaurant which does not adher to fssai norms. I hope some action is taken against them.

            Hey this is sriram and i have placed an order using swiggy on 5th of may and i paid using my upi. The money (343 rs) was debited from my account but then i received a message like the order (#[protected]) wasn't placed and if any amount debited will be refunded within 2-4 business days to my account. Then again i placed the same order and paid using my debit card. But today is 23rd of may and still there is no sign of my refund. I had a conversation with three of its support executives and all the three brags a lot except refunding my amount and when i ask them for reference number, they are saying like its against their policy for sharing the reference number. I'm not sure who isn't upto their morals in refunding customer's money for failed transactions and i don't know what they are going to gain by cheating people. I think i will need to file a lawsuit with all my evidences. Any suggestions? Swiggy?

              I just placed order 22 may 2019.

              The delivery executive was totally rude and arrogant.

              I have been ordering through swiggy over a year now on the same location but the executive who delivered today’ said i have given wrong location, and they cannot keep looking at the address for delivery.. When he came down for delivery i showed him what land mark and address is given and he started giving vague and rude response. This is my 5th similar incident guess should just close my account then expect swiggy to take action
              I placed order at 29th, April, 2019 for us pizza through food app SWIGGY worth ₹299 by card payment but some how order was cancelled and my money debited from bank, But after 20 days later I can't get refund.

                  May 8th, 2019, i had placed an order with swiggy. The amount was deducted from my account, after which i received a text saying the order placement was unsuccessful. They said i will receive the money back in 5 working days. I have contacted them 4 times via their customer chat support. They have not responded to my queries clearly, and close the chat box even before i get any answer from their end. They conveniently do not provide a telephone number to initiate these conversations.

                    I am very regular to swiggy, but today I ordered Momos from local shop here in vikaspuri through swiggy. The order is without sauce. Upon asking and chasing the swiggy - on the online chat - there was no response and customer care executive closed the chat deliberately . Again asking customer care -The other customer care rep tried to offer 50 Rs token for the mistake - Now the time i chased this was more than 1 hour . - I felt like sitting in restaurant ordering chiken tikka masala - without the tikka sauce.

                    Now this customer care called me and offered me rs 50 token which i have already denied- I want my full return back. At the end they just apologized without refunding my money. I did not eat which i ordered - and just gave away money for the order like this .

                      Above mail i dropped to swiggy at 13th march and till date i am following up with them but still not get any proper update from them .16 days are passed now but still my money refund is not done .
                      Very cold burger and fries. Food packaging was already opened. The delivery man was very rude and the food came 2 hours late. I am extremely upset and never going to order through swiggy again.

                        His behaviour towards me was very bad
                        He threw the food packet at me saying he waited for me for so long
                        But actually he waited for me for 5 minutes only. Since mobile phones were not allowed at my office i was 5 minutes late.. I agree that. But he was yelling at me like anything..! He told me that he is gonna cancel the order right now. And i told him to wait.
                        If he waited for me for 10 mints... He would have slapped me i guess.
                        Such a horrible attitude was his

                        He should be fired from this job.
                        No manners at all. Plz take action. If higher authorities of swiggy are not gona take any action.. Den i i know what to do.
                        I think this boy have another job because of which he has such a stubborn character.
                        It seems that Swiggy is supporting doubtful restaurant without disclosing their multiple status which are listed them under their sites several times with different names while address is same.The delivery boys are well aware of this fact.

                          I ordered yesterday from Honest Ahmedabad and the delivery boy took more than an hour to reach...so I called him up and he talked so rudely with me. Even though he was next to my building, he ran away with the order without delivering. After few minutes I got a call from customer care for getting exact location but I insisted to talk to delivery boy. But he never picked my call ( executive tried to get him on con call). So I insisted to talk to some senior executive and I was assured I will get a call back in few minutes but no call came. Later I chatted with customer care executive who offered me 100 RS coupon which I denied as that's not worthy of compensation. Mean while I got a mail stating my order is delivered at 1130 pm upon which I was furious as I never received one. So customer care executive told me he will forward to some other department and they will contact me. Today I got a mail stating that I am given 100 RS coupon if I spend 300 RS. What kind of compensation is this?? Is it a tip you are giving that too conditional.. it's your fault and I must get equivalent to my order coupons without any conditions. What about the harresment I underwent.
                          On 12th May 2019, we ordered Set Dosa and Pooris along with Idli and Vada from GD (Ganesh Darshan). The food was so horrible and it was unfit to eat.
                          I got the delivery of the food after 45 minutes... In the mean time, the food was unfit to eat.

                            I had ordered food from swiggy on[protected] and paid rs545 by online payment. the order package was damaged so it was not delivered instead, i got a replacement order. but the replacement order was not delivered on time so i had canceled it. so finally i was not got the food that i ordered. i contacted swiggy by "chat with us" option in the application. and now swiggy is saying they cant refund the money for this order

                              Swiggy team,

                              I had made an order on the 14th of May (order no: protected) and the transaction failed to go through and I had to pay the delivery person by cash. I was told I would be refunded in 4-7 business days. It’s been 7 days now and I have not yet been refunded. Could you please let me know if I will be refunded or not? I see many people going through the same issue in this forum.
                              I have ordered food from swiggy pop also made payment of rs 70 but still not received confirmation

                                We placed order on swiggy, date 18th may 2019, madurai and ordered for a ice cream products from coco hut. Once we placed the order we received a call from the swiggy delivery person, stating that the delivery place is far off and he cannot deliver it. Meanwhile the swiggy executive contacted us in conference call along with the delivery person and he tried us to convince the delivery person to deliver the food.
                                However, the delivery person did not agree with this stating that he will see profit by delivering to places close to him. So we asked the executive to cancel the order for which he said that rs.200 will be gained as cancellation fees (Total fare was rs.500), so a deal was made that we will pay rs.100 in hand to the delivery person. The delivery person was so rude, uncultured, impolite and unprofessional. He delivered the product with so much frustration and gave it on the road instead of coming inside. We wonder how swiggy is employing such people.

                                  Ordered food from the restaurant named New Karavali Lunch Home, ordered mixed chicken noodles and malai chicken order number [protected] out of which veg noodles was recieved, complain was raised for the same and replacement order was placed by swiggy order number [protected], where again veg noodles was sent, further complaint was raised against the order for which no further resolution was obtained, Kindly do the needful.

                                    The swiggy tells me that the refund has been processed to the payment gateway but it has not reflected in my Bank account. This happend twice some amount has been refunded in my other merchant wallets but not what has done through payment gateway. I'm facing a serious issue with your payment gateway. Kindly resolve this issue
                                    My refund amounts are 112 and 105.

                                      Hi i'm nayna...
                                      Yesterday 19th of may i had ordered for a cake from birdys cake shop at dadar t t via swiggy.
                                      I'm already a registered customer...
                                      My registered mobile no. And address has been there on the swiggy account.

                                      This time however... The fellow who was carrying my stuff (Cake)... Cancelled my order on his own.. Without my consent.
                                      And the company charged 200₹ penalty to the customer.

                                        Hi i'm nayna, i ordered a cake yesterday from birds cake shop at dad are tt via swiggy.
                                        I have a registered account on swiggy.
                                        With my registered address and phone number.

                                        The agent who carried my stuff, cancelled my order on his own before even reaching my address and the company charged me 200 ₹ penalty for it... When in reality i have not even touched my phone to do any cancellation s.

                                        I called the customer care... But the team is too fraud and inefficient...
