I've placed an order from swiggy on may 14. Order no. Is [protected]. This order was placed at 1:37 pm and swiggy promised to deliver this order in 75 minutes. I received this order at 3:33 pm. I called swiggy customer care multiple times however customer care did nothing and also they were very rude.
I want to raise this complaint as i placed this order for my office party and beacause of swiggy my office party got spoiled and also my time got wasted. I want compensation for my time and my spoiled office party because of false promises by swiggy.
I want you to take an action against this false commitment and rude behavior by swiggy customer care because of which in suffered from both monetary and time wastage.
Swiggy also commits to provide hot food but because of late delivery food was not hot. I want swiggy to compansate for my loss because of their false commitments. It's a fraud done by swiggy.

I have ordered from swiggy of amount 218 as on 4th May, 2019 but that transaction was failed they have informed me through message that refund amount will be credited to my bank account with in 4-7 days but yet I haven't received any refund from them please taken into account this as do the needful as soon as possible.

The cheese spread inside box.and pizza slices were without cheese and are hard to eat. Slices we're neither cut properly. I need refund

    I ordered food from a place and the delivery boy came near to the location but after checking the status it showed order cancelled, I called the delivery boy and he said that he tried calling and since he couldn't call he went back and order was cancelled by him only. Also they deducted 150 Rs as the cancellation fee by themselves without us knowing and we didn't get the food either.

    Sir I ordered the food from restaurant. The food was so smelly and looking unhealthy. So I file a complaint in which one of you team member (kundan kumar) doesn't file the complaint and doesn't know how to talk to customers. So please file my complaint regarding this Or I have to big action.

      Dear sir,

      I am very sadly saying you my restaurant registration process done in march. When i have signed mou at that time there is no restaurant on baording charge or not given any update regarding this charge. My restaurant is live on 20th april. When restaurant is going live i have clearly said that if restaurant on boarding charge is taken by you dont do live restaurant although they have start restaurant and after 1 month they have deduct money 3500/-

      So this is clearly fraud with customer and partners.

      This is not corporate business policy. Transperncy with business partner is must.
      I had ordered one keventeers large cold coffee bottle. But the quantity in the bottle appeared to be less than half. When I complained, I am only provided a solution that Rs.50 coupon will be provided though the fault is at their end. I want entire refund of the amount paid and in my account from which amount is paid..

        I placed an order today, order #[protected] on 14th may 6:55 pm.

        The restaurant page showed 35% discount with "swiggyit" and 5% for super members. However, since i did not understand how the discount was calculated, i contacted swiggy chat.
        I chatted with 3 executives but none of them was able to provide the breakdown of the fees. They kept saying that even they dont know the exact breakdown. The second executive that i chatted was more rude as he closed the chat while i was still asking question (Attached photo).
        Also, when i asked where is the terms and conditions for "swiggyit" on the app itself, no one could provide.
        I had an extremely bad experience and felt that i was being lied to.

        Request:

        1. Share the exact breakdown of all the fees for order #[protected]

        2. Share where the terms and conditions of "swiggyit" is shown on the app.

          The email I sent to swiggy given below and they responded by stating that they are taking my issue seriously and subsiding my issue of refund.
          To whomsoever, it may concern
          This is with respect to the order no: #[protected] amounting to Rs. 994.00, order date being April 22nd, 2019. Order time: 07:49 PM (Please refer screenshot bill details - last attachment)
          Mentioned below are the series of events that lead me to humiliation before friends by ordering from Swiggy on top of that, discourteous and impolite behaviour from your chat assistants - AG_saswata.c and KT_Sujit Das when I tried to take up the issue:

          1. I placed the order for Dominos Pizza, Dwaraka Nagar at 07:49 PM through Swiggy App. The track order was not shown in my app because Dominos has its own self-delivery service which I got to know later from chat assistant.

          2. I waited patiently until 09:19 PM (approximately 2 hours from the time of order placed) until the app showed that my order has been delivered whereas I did not receive the order. I immediately put up several help requests through the app stating where is my order, the conversation threads were created but there was no response.

          3. Somehow, I got in contact with one of the Swiggy chat assistant, since there was no call option.
          (Please refer screenshots 1-13) The answer I got was that Swiggy does not have any operational authority and acts only as a booking portal. I asked if you act as a booking portal then at least take the headache of following up whether the customer received the order or not. As if this mess wasn't enough from your side, I was asked to contact Dominos myself and enquire about my order. I have enclosed chat conversation that was initiated by my requests. He stated that this incident would be taken on a serious note in the conversation and my amount would be refunded in 7-10 working days.
          If Swiggy does not have operational authority even over tracking and knowing the status of order then why list that particular outlet in your app? Why should the customer order from Swiggy and follow up for one's own order? The total objective of delivering food at the doorstep with ease is demolished.

          4. After a lot of requests and calls, the responses I received from Swiggy chat executives were imbecile and vacuous.
          The second chat conversation was received by Swiggy bot and then eventually by AG_saswata.c at 09:24 PM. He addressed the issue but in the end, stated the same excuse that Swiggy does not have any operational authority and acts only as a booking portal. Immediately, he put 'thanks for ordering' message and closed the chat conversation without even asking the customer if the issue is resolved. This shows the quality of training the executives are equipped with and the impolite sense of behaviour towards the customers. (Please refer screenshots 14, 15, 16 for the validity of the content in this para)

          5. I received my order at 09:50 PM, by this time my guests already left and that's when I received a call finally from Swiggy executive stating it was a mistake from their side due to some technical server related issues who also stated that the amount would be refunded. (this call was recorded by me)

          6. On 7th May 2019 at 09:17 AM I initiated a chat request regarding the refund status of my order. (Please refer KT Sujit 1-4) He said there is no refund initiated on my order and he closed the conversation right away.
          The way of approach towards the issue was reckless and vacuous.

          PS: Chat executives RM_Anish Anand and CB_M Ajay at least tried to address my issue politely but AG_saswata.c and KT_Sujit Das have responded very irrelevantly and impolitely.

          I am pointing the flaws at every stage of this process clearly until now I haven't received any email regarding this incident from Swiggy or any refund.

          Given the huge competition for food aggregators, this is no way to deal with a customer.

            Due to delivery executive denied to deliver the food to my location and cancelled the order from their side even I didn't. When I try to call costomer service for help they are giving me very late response to my replies. They said we cant contact our delivery executive and cancelling my order deducting half of my money of my order for compensation and close the chat.There is not my mistake still they are charged me for wastage of food. Even I didn't cancel the order
            I experienced poor costomer support from swiggy.

              Hi, i would like to report not one but three bad experiences in a row with swiggy. The first was on 8th may 2019 when after 45 mins of ordering i was told that part of my order was unavailable. It was close to 10 pm at night. I immediately tried to modify my order and after speaking for 15 mins with the swiggy call executive got the confirmation that my order has been updated. I waited again for 30 mins and when there was no updates i called the rider and got to know that there was no update received from swiggy. This was so disappointing... I was again made to talk to another call executive who simply said he was sorry and asked me to tell him the modified order again. I had to do this as it was already 11 pm at night and i had no options left. This is how swiggy handled my concern. The second time i ordered on may 11, 2019. The order took 3 hours and yet did not get delivered. When i tried to chat with the executive on the help option, there was absolutely no response. I then tried to call the call executive and got connected after almost 10 mins. The executive was clearly audible to me but he pretended that he could not hear me and simply hung up. That was it. I finally cancelled my order at around 11 pm after waiting for 3 hours.
              The last experience i had was today or may 14, 2019. I had ordered food for lunch and to my surprise i got a message very soon that the order was delivered with ' lightening fast speed'.in reality i had not even received any call from the delivery guy. When i started the chat with the executive on the help option, after 15 minutes i simply got an apology that they are unable to connect with the vendor. Then they added saying that since i was their valued customer they would refund my amount. I kept asking to escalate and that this was very irresponsible of swiggy, but all i got was please confirm if you would like a refund and for further issues call up the call executive.
              Swiggy claims to be such a good service provider on advertisements but when it comes to complaint redressal they would give a casual and irresponsible response. I call it cheating the public if they advertise so high about themselves and deliver such low standard of services.#swiggy#swiggy customer service

                This incident happened today order#[protected], where i chose the food to be delivered as per my gps location from a restaurant near me. After about 45 mins, the delivery boy called to say that i am out for delivery but noone is there. They picked up my past order location inspite of telling them that they have picked up a wrong location.
                They then cancelled my order and charged my a fee of half of my order amount and disconnected the call. I tried chatting with them and they said, we are sorry for inconvenience, delivery location was incorrect and the order has been cancelled. They refused to refund my amount and closed the chat on my face saying hope your concern has been resolved??? This is the new money making business by swiggy and i really will never order from them again

                  Hello,

                  I ordered food from swiggy (Order #[protected]) today which got delivered around 1:13 pm. Of the 3 items in this order, 2 items which are cooked vegetables were rotten. I did complaint about it around 2:30 pm via chat and also by talking to customer care executive. They offered me some coupon worth rs. 75 which i declined as i was demanding for refund of money which i paid for these 2 items.

                  Customer care executive was too stubborn (Probably due to swiggy's rigid and rude policies) told me they can't do anything more than this though they will take some action against the restaurant from which food was delivered.

                  The 2 rotten items worth rs. 130. Now tell me, even after you are providing me coupon worth rs. 75, for what thing are you charging me this difference amount i. E rs. 65? For rotten food? Or for making 2 people eat rotten food against their will? Or making them vomit for minutes after taking this rotten food? Doesn't that mean hurting someone's dignity? Do you care that this act of negligence and of delivering stale/rotten food make someone sick, may even lead to food poisoning?

                  And even after all of this, these swiggy people are too rude, rigid and stubborn to not refund my money which i am genuinely demanding only for 2 rotten items, not for the whole order.

                  I would seek refund of rs. 130 and some stern action, may be blacklisting the concerned restaurant.

                  Got a call from Customer Care Executive named Adarsh, who very carefully listened to my problem, conveyed apologies and offered me to refund either directly to my account or in form of coupon. I opted for the coupon. My problem is resolved now.

                  I understand that such incidents may sometime happen in such a wide network, but Customer's problem should be handled in a quick, elegant and graceful way.

                    My order was delivered to me and it's being quite a long time and after that the delivery is done the delivery boy is calling me and disturbing me. I got miss calls once twice thrice. And I called back to see who is this he has the audacity to say I delivered your order and I want to speak to you.their job is to do the delivery and that's it. not to call the customer for their entertainment and trouble them Please look into this issue before it becomes too much and other people face it or probably already facing it.
                    Same problem I started faced from yesterday. I concern swiggy authorities by sending 100 times that delivery executive started disturbing me by calling/WhatsApp messenger .they don't take any legal action against that delivery executive.

                        We ordered our food around 10 o clock and at 10:55 the restaurant is calling that they can't provide service and the restraunt owner was very rude when we asked swiggy customer care for help they denied to do anything and was not even replying back. They only cancelled the order and didn't even bother that someone was sleeping empty stomach and didnt gave any benefit or didnt even reorder it. We asked them that what should we do at 11oclock no place is open they closed the chat and this was not the first time it has happened many time . if we order 100 times then atleast 95 times this happens

                          I had ordered for 1 mexican pizza and 1 veg combo yesterday from d:oh, thane. This is my order number #[protected]. I did not receive the mexican pizza.
                          When i tried calling swiggy helpline number - [protected] & [protected], no one bothered to answer the calls.
                          When i tried calling the restaurant, they said that they have dispatched the dish to the delivery guy. But when i called the delivery guy, he told that he did not get the dish from the restaurant.

                          I request you to resolve this issue and give refund for the dish.

                            I ordered a paneer butter masala combo today. I had paid Rs.20 extra for potato chilli shots but they were not delivered to me along with the order. It has happened once earlier. Order was again from Faasos and the combo I ordered included guava juice but I was not provided with one. I ignored it taking into consideration that they may not have enough stock of it. Please look into the matter and make your service more efficient especially when you are taking money from us for the same. And no matter how small the amount is.

                              I have noticed that swiggy now charges a delivery fee of 35 rupees along with restaurant packaging fee. The fee is extremely high for items that cost much lesser at the restaurant itself. You have already added 25 rupees extra to your items in the menu, and the delivery fee has soared upto 35 from 18. For a mere 50 rupee item, i have to pay 88 rupees through their app.
                              Kindly appeal to reduce the capital cost and the delivery fee to much affordable levels.

                                I Have ordered a thali from mini meals via SWIGGY. Packaging is very bad it didn't even open due to that food is almost out when I try to open it. roti is uncooked and stale, old. When I send complaint to twiggy they didn't reply nor of my calls when it mentioned call us. My number is [protected]. Im attaching attachments for call and chat. And when I start new chat might be over new chat they will reply it shows clear your old chats and all. even a complaint about swiggy they ended chats in between of conversation I have screenshots for that also.I didn't eat anything as they didn't reply and its already late to order from somewhere else.

                                  I ordered 2 dosa from swiggy and received only one dosa. I order one sambar vada 2 dosa and 2 idly (2piece) from hotel new sree sabarees periyar though swiggy. The items delivered to tnhb colony villapuram within 40 mins but one dosa was missing the total cost of 2 dosa was collected by the delivary boy. One dosa costs rs 55. Swiggy cheated rs 55.

                                      I had ordered for 2 keema naan and 1 full chicken tengri masala today through swiggy. To my dismay, the keema naans we completly burnt and there was no taste of mutton keema in the filing.
                                      To top it, instead of the full chicken tengri masala, the restaurant had sent a small portion of tasteless stuff which seemed to me chicken bharta.
                                      The food was ordered from lazeez, chinar park.
                                      I understand the restaurant had given the wrong order and the food which was half the price of the item selected by me.
                                      In this case, apart from the restaurant, the delivery executive is also responsible since he should have rechecked when the are taking handover from the restaurant.
                                      In the middle of the night when someone hungry eagerly awaits for the food to arrive, we have such insensitive people who dosen't take their profession seriously.
                                      I want an immediate compensation on this.
