I have ordered McDonald burger meals 2 orders through swiggy app, delivery executive without any single contact he cancelled my order delivery executive cancelled my order himself than swiggy charged me Rs. 200 for cancellation charges after I contact to customer care they told me this is valid deduction we can't do anything, Swiggy is making full people earning money so Plz do not order food from swiggy

    I had placed an order at Mcdonalds chandkheda with clear instructions of coke without ice.Yet the restaurant executive denied to provide the same stating that we dont provide coke without ice. Previously same instructions were mentioned inspite of that restaurant does as per whatevr they feel like half glass ice and the rest was coke.

      Sir/Madam,
      We ordered Milk cake and paid full amount for that, but they provided with less quantity what we ordered for.
      They sent less quantity and low quality milk cake to us.
      They delivery executive misbehaved on call and when came home.
      We informed the whole matter to swiggy customer care service but got no resolution for the same.
      They take full amount and give less quantity to customers.

      This is a cheating with the customer.we lost faith.
      this is merely a harrashment to the customer.

        On 22 may I ordered food through swiggy order no [protected] of Rs 305 my money was debited from bank and transaction was showing failed, immediately called swiggy customer support, the executive assured me my money will be credited with in 4 to 7 days. after this I tried to call them but only with active food ordered people can have a voice call others have only chat option, Mostly I chatted with more than 12 executive all use to say the processed my refund will get it in 4 days same message was repeated by all the people. so I thought to contact through mail.

        they are suppose to respond with in 2 days but even after 3 days no response from swiggy team, same thing happen with other sites like amazon, flipkart ect their refund is ver fast almost in 3 to 4 days I got my money. But with swiggy transaction was on May 22 till june 7th I have not received money and even they will not attend the problem properly, try to avoid these kind of worst apps and waste your hard earned money..

          I had placed an order from Sharif bhai's restaurant. starter's was missing. So I initiated a chat but due to internet connectivity issues I was unable to chat with the executive. so they placed a replacement of that order which said it will deliver after 52 mins and I wasn't even aware of that replacement. Once I received a notification I canceled that order and I was charged cancellation fees too. So now I need to pay 80 + taxes for missing item and Rs. 46 for cancellation. I dont understand the logic. I didnt receive order both the times and I had to pay Rs.142.

            I am extremely disappointed with Swiggy's service.

            To begin with, I had scheduled an order (order no. [protected] ) from Zam Zam restaurant for between 6:30 and 7:00 pm on June 5, 2019. At around 6:30 pm, I received a call from Swiggy Customer Care stating that the restaurant was closed and obviously the order was cancelled.

            I chose a refund back to my Swiggy account so that I could place another order. I received a Swiggy refund coupon for Rs. 550/-.

            I then proceeded to place an order via Swiggy (order no. [protected]) with another restaurant. Despite using my refund coupon, I still had to pay Rs. 55/- extra.

            When I received my order from the new restaurant, one item i.e. a Chicken Special Biryani costing Rs. 150/- was missing from the order.

            I raised a complaint through the Swiggy app and was told that Rs. 10/- would be refunded to me!

            How can Swiggy refund Rs. 10/- when the missing item costs Rs. 150/-? This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical on the part of Swiggy.

            I had e-mailed this complaint to Swiggy Support on June 5 (request number 5716763) and received an automated reply saying that they would answer all e-mail requests within 12 to 24 business hours. It has now been 2 days.

            I request that the remaining amount of Rs. 140/- be refunded back to my Amazon wallet, as early as possible.

              I made a purchase through the swiggy app on 5th of May 2019. I paid using the Gpay mode. I tried twice and both the time money got deducted from my HDFC account but received failure notifications from Swiggy. Then I paid Cash on delivery. SInce then I have been following up with Swiggy and everytime the cusomer care asks me to wait for 3 to 5 days for refund to be credited.

              Finally I called up HDFC customer care and they asked me to get the refund tracking numbers. I got those tracking numbers from Swiggy and passed it on to HDFC bank. Now the bank tells me that since the refund is from a Non-HDFC bank and UPI mode payment they cannot do much to validate that.

              Now I donot know what needs to be done. Swiggy is taking me for a ride and I have lost all hopes of getting the two refunds of Rs 633 each.

                Hi I have ordered the Mastani from Sujata Mastani order no #[protected] in Bibwewadi showing 35 mins to deliver and after 20 mins I received the call from [protected] and stating that your food item is spoil and we will replace the same and will be delivered again till 11.15 PM
                But suddenly I received the msg from Swiggy that your order is delivered in lighinting speed ... when i called the customer care number [protected] and the guy other side was very rude he sent know even how to talk with customer also dont know the information abt order ... he said previous executive already initiated your refund but I have not got any confirmation from Swiggy
                Pls resolve the complaint and refund my money asap

                I am uninstalling the app and will tell to others

                    My order is placed and real time monitor didn't even displaying the executive reaching the restaurant and picking up the order.It was supposed to get delivered in 40 min.but within 10 minutes of placing the order without any status update I received a message that order is delivered.when I contacted the restaurant, it just replied hastily order sent and contact swiggy..a foul game with customers..

                      I had order the food 2 times from shadab hotel for rupees 190 each Paid through Google Pay both got cancelled . The didn't refund my money back I asked several time but irresponsibly customer service giving false claims without any knowledge that they had refund I asked them prof the simply ignoring my chat poor service by swiggy looting my hard earn money

                        I am very unhappy with swiggy and its responsibility towards customer complaint. Order [protected]@coimbatore my daughter received the order and paid Rs 315 for 265.instead of giving change, he asked my daughter, are you alone? and he told to make the change out side and come back, he left but not come back. I lodge a complaint to customer care. they assured to take action and will inform through the mail. but I didn`t get any information from them. already swiggy met some bad experience because of its executive. I don't want to make this issue as big but need proper action from swiggy. I am awaiting your reply.

                          Hi i placed the order from swiggy. My order number is [protected]. Its been more than 1 and half hour my order is still in processing. Swiggy customer service is saying contact Domino’s, Domino’s is saying that the restaurant is not responding i will arrange a call back that i never received. They are doing this because its a prepaid order and they are also denieing for cancelling the order

                            I placed order on 2nd June 2019 at 23.23 of INR 413. But the order didn't placed and showing that restraunt is closed(Nirula's ice cream) and amount got deducted. When I contacted the customer care they told me that they don't have any information as they didn't received any order for such transaction of 413Inr. When I contacted contacted the payment partner they told that amount has been transferred to swiggy and have to check with them. Still I don't have any update with that. And everyone is telling to speak with other .

                              Sadly i have to write here that swiggy is so pathetic, My order no.#[protected]. i booked my food and after 30 to 35 minutes i got a call from you delivery boy and he was saying to reorder the food due to restaurant didn't received my order, i called his customer care on +91-[protected] picked up by so called Name of Suraj, he again took my 15 minutes on hold and guide me the same thing. and cancelled my order himself, they wasted my lunch time. i don't want it to happened again with others, kindly take an action, i have submitted photo also.

                                I have order food after 1 hours 30 mins they said your food has been delivered but it's not. I have called to customer's case executive and mentioned the same they said my ordered cancelled because of some technical issue and now they will not be able to provide food.
                                They have denied to return my amount they said it will take 2 week of time.

                                  Communication between the team is not good at all, the most problem is seen in the delivery boy they don't see the menu or receipt what has to carry, and most bad thing is when i did chat with swiggy they sent me agent no. Which is continue busy no one is picking call or no one has called back regarding problems is your app porviding free food on there is no charges for us that we are treated like this intested they called the restaurant and said that oreder is cancelled how it is cancelled when the bill is paid just explain it. And i want strict and quick action on this we are no here to beg or be treated like beggers.

                                    I have placed an order of 3 items at chilli restro by swiggy but i did not get any confirmation msg on my app so i cancel that order and then i have placed my 2nd order of 2 items, and i got the confirmation msg instantly, after 45 mins the swiggy person came with the 3 items order and said forcefully, you have to take this order and the 2nd order also. I told him, that i have already cancel the order, i didn't want to take the 3 items but that swiggy person, he was so rude, i don't know who to blame, they all are the money makers only, with no sense of talk.

                                      I placed an order at the restaurant Belgium waffles on 5th June around 3 pm, the order was not accepted in the first go but money got deducted. Even though coz I was hungry I made the mistake of again placing order and paid in advance.

                                      The order was showing it will be delivered in 1 minute and got cancelled automatically and what's irritating is they are charging me cancellation fee for which I am not at fault, infact they should be giving me a compensation to keep me waiting for food and not delivering it.

                                      No body called me about the cancellation even if for some reason it couldn't have been avoided.

                                      Then I tried calling swiggy, it won't connect me.
                                      Then I tried chatting with the team, it's been more than 30 minutes now no executive replied or tried to help.

                                        I am not geting any service from vadodra team of swiggy regarding business development or regarding drop of orders.
                                        My manager has been calling them since 2 months or above no one from the team has showed efforts to come up.
                                        Mr parth who handles here is very rude in his answers and talks as af he owns swiggy india.
