I order panner and mushroom gravy for my mother . I was busy and she wasn't well that is why she was couldn't cook . After placing the order I was relieved that she would get food . But I get mail that order has been cancelled and money refunded. Then I talked to customer care the lady says sorry sir we can't do anything now, sorry sir. My mom called to inquirer about food . I ordered from local food shop to get something to for her to eat . This is not acceptable .If you don't have specific item to be delivered why is it on the app? .my order id was #[protected]

    Our restaurant ID is 110811.
    We getting issues of swiggy delivery boys..

    Somedays we found swiggy delivery guys not wearing their swiggy uniform and not even carrying thier deliveries bags... When we ask them about their service uniform... They replys.. Its allowed by the company and their management's knows about it...
    When we aks them about their bags... They said... Your job is to give us... How we deliver is our responsibility...

    But in fact... Its totally going wrong...
    Their isn't have any professionalism...

    Yesterday was the more worst experience...
    The guy come to pick up the food...he didn't wear his uniform, when we aks him why didn't u wearing the uniform, and not even having your bag to carry food. suddenly he started to shouting... And ordering us... Your job is to give me food only.. Not to ask questions...

    Its vary embarrassing...and mannerless behavior..
    He didn't pick up the food... And he left...
    Then we call swiggy and sort out the matter...

    Well I just inform u.. Because may be you gonna pass the msg to your concerned team..
    So no more issues like this will happen again in future..

    I forgot to check his name and ID details, or wise can give.

      I ordered an Icecream on 25th of May 2019 the dilevary executive was really impolite and was not ready to dilvery it at my place so I cancelled the order. Swiggy promised me to initiate the refund but they haven't yet initiated refund in my account I have tried to contact them more then 6times they haven't still resolved my issue it's been more then 15days now I haven't got my money back

        Why is the government not taking any action agaisnt Swiggy for cheating thier customers...These people are taking money from customers and cheating them. Swiggy liars and cheaters. Where the hell is my money...how many days you use my money...spoke to three executives and got three different responses...such disgusting services...so cheap...such poor services...Swiggy the Cheaters.

          I have been facing issues with Swiggy and the App is becoming useless day by day!!
          1. The very first time was when I had ordered pizza from a Dominos Outlet and my location was Kanjurmarg. The delivery executive realised that the location was a little far from his location and hence asked me if I could come to the expressway to collect it. When I refused the same, he started lying that he has been caught by a policeman. I sensed there was something fishy and reached the expressway only to find him standing nicely under a tree with his bike parked beside him. I even checked with the policeman if he had caught or questioned him to which the policeman told me that he never did and that the delivery guy was standing idle here since 10 mins.
          2. The second time I had ordered a cake for my friend's birthday which was again at Kanjurmarg location. The cake outlet which accepted the order was in Powai. I had written special instructions that he has to go on the Eastern Express Highway side and not inside the lane. Despite of me calling the executive 15 times, he ended up roaming around the area for almost 20 mins without following my instructions and then got frustrated and denied to deliver the order. I convinced him to deliver it because it was someones birthday but he demanded extra money for the same. I had to ask my friend to give him some additional money as he finally agreed to deliver the order.
          3. This time, again today I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday. The delivery location being Yogi Hills, Mulund West. The outlet was in Viviana Mall, Thane. I entered proper address of my friend's house with all the appropriate details (still have the screen shot). I called the delivery executive to ask him if he knows the Yogi Hills area and if he would be able to deliver the cake by 12. He very confidently said Yes and disconnected my call. Guess what happens at 12 AM?? The delivery executive is standing outside my door with the cake!!! And my entire surprise was ruined.

          Dear Team Swiggy - You'll either work upon making your app better (which is currently pathetic), train your executives well or please shut this bloody business.

            I ordered food items in coimbatore. Order no [protected]. I received only the main items. The side dish totally missing. I asked the deliveryman he told ' my work is
            delivery only. Then i asked to the restaurant they told he only missed the side dish parcel. Then i personally went to the restaurant and picked up the parcel. In restaurant they did not close the order and blamed the delivery man only. If it is going like this then what is the necessary to order in your app

              I have ordered Briyani in Swiggy for Rs.240. Order # [protected]. but unfortunately without my knowledge the order has been cancelled within 5mins of order. But they charged Rs.120 as cancellation fee. I reached the support and informed them as I don't want to cancel the order. But they are saying the order has been cancelled and I want to reorder again and the cancellation charge is applicable. This is not right way to respond to the customer. Every customer is a valued customer. And you should see the customer side also. I want my refund back. Otherwise I will go to consumer court also. I am really frustrated

                I had done the payment via debit card instead of COD. At the time of delivery, the delivery boy named Karan Kohli has grabbed up the ordered food on its own and deny to come at the location which was mentioned by me. Even your stupid delivery boy was too much abusive at the time during that call. And marked the order delivered. Please refund my paid payment as early as possible. I have not seen such a worst delivery boy and service management ever in my life.
                Date 5th June 2019, time around 1'o clock.

                  Before placing order I applied coupon after placing order the coupon couldn't be applied and no discount came the gave me cancellation fee due to their mistake why should I pay, please find a solution and remove cancellation fee. And even their Delivery executives are not responding properly to customers they are being harsh to customers.. please find a solution..

                    I had placed above order with shubash fast food latur. The order was accepted but after some span of time i got call and i was informed that some items of order were finished and one item is replased and order was delivered to me. As i was also just reached home from out of station, i accepted the order.
                    My complain is that if the items were unavailable, then why my order is accepted. I was totally disappointed even after paying the amount. Who was responsible for my inconvenience.? If Swiggy is unable to do the task, then please inform me. The food is also not good. The order is totally waste of money. Contact me and look into the complaint.

                      Hello I have received bad quality and spoiled food from Swiggy. I'm paying to swiggy so swiggy is responsible. I spoke to swiggy CC they are unprofessional.
                      Wednesday[protected] I have ordered pizza received spoiled (I had without knowing that) and fall sick- stomach pain and fever. Today[protected] My friend ordered Donne Biryani this food is spoiled and smelt like a dung.

                          I had placed an order at Mcdonalds chandkheda with clear instructions of coke without ice.Yet the restaurant executive denied to provide the same stating that we dont provide coke without ice. Previously same instructions were mentioned inspite of that restaurant does as per whatevr they feel like half glass ice and the rest was coke.

                            Sir/Madam,
                            We ordered Milk cake and paid full amount for that, but they provided with less quantity what we ordered for.
                            They sent less quantity and low quality milk cake to us.
                            They delivery executive misbehaved on call and when came home.
                            We informed the whole matter to swiggy customer care service but got no resolution for the same.
                            They take full amount and give less quantity to customers.

                            This is a cheating with the customer.we lost faith.
                            this is merely a harrashment to the customer.

                              On 22 may I ordered food through swiggy order no [protected] of Rs 305 my money was debited from bank and transaction was showing failed, immediately called swiggy customer support, the executive assured me my money will be credited with in 4 to 7 days. after this I tried to call them but only with active food ordered people can have a voice call others have only chat option, Mostly I chatted with more than 12 executive all use to say the processed my refund will get it in 4 days same message was repeated by all the people. so I thought to contact through mail.

                              they are suppose to respond with in 2 days but even after 3 days no response from swiggy team, same thing happen with other sites like amazon, flipkart ect their refund is ver fast almost in 3 to 4 days I got my money. But with swiggy transaction was on May 22 till june 7th I have not received money and even they will not attend the problem properly, try to avoid these kind of worst apps and waste your hard earned money..

                                I had placed an order from Sharif bhai's restaurant. starter's was missing. So I initiated a chat but due to internet connectivity issues I was unable to chat with the executive. so they placed a replacement of that order which said it will deliver after 52 mins and I wasn't even aware of that replacement. Once I received a notification I canceled that order and I was charged cancellation fees too. So now I need to pay 80 + taxes for missing item and Rs. 46 for cancellation. I dont understand the logic. I didnt receive order both the times and I had to pay Rs.142.

                                  I am extremely disappointed with Swiggy's service.

                                  To begin with, I had scheduled an order (order no. [protected] ) from Zam Zam restaurant for between 6:30 and 7:00 pm on June 5, 2019. At around 6:30 pm, I received a call from Swiggy Customer Care stating that the restaurant was closed and obviously the order was cancelled.

                                  I chose a refund back to my Swiggy account so that I could place another order. I received a Swiggy refund coupon for Rs. 550/-.

                                  I then proceeded to place an order via Swiggy (order no. [protected]) with another restaurant. Despite using my refund coupon, I still had to pay Rs. 55/- extra.

                                  When I received my order from the new restaurant, one item i.e. a Chicken Special Biryani costing Rs. 150/- was missing from the order.

                                  I raised a complaint through the Swiggy app and was told that Rs. 10/- would be refunded to me!

                                  How can Swiggy refund Rs. 10/- when the missing item costs Rs. 150/-? This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical on the part of Swiggy.

                                  I had e-mailed this complaint to Swiggy Support on June 5 (request number 5716763) and received an automated reply saying that they would answer all e-mail requests within 12 to 24 business hours. It has now been 2 days.

                                  I request that the remaining amount of Rs. 140/- be refunded back to my Amazon wallet, as early as possible.

                                    I made a purchase through the swiggy app on 5th of May 2019. I paid using the Gpay mode. I tried twice and both the time money got deducted from my HDFC account but received failure notifications from Swiggy. Then I paid Cash on delivery. SInce then I have been following up with Swiggy and everytime the cusomer care asks me to wait for 3 to 5 days for refund to be credited.

                                    Finally I called up HDFC customer care and they asked me to get the refund tracking numbers. I got those tracking numbers from Swiggy and passed it on to HDFC bank. Now the bank tells me that since the refund is from a Non-HDFC bank and UPI mode payment they cannot do much to validate that.

                                    Now I donot know what needs to be done. Swiggy is taking me for a ride and I have lost all hopes of getting the two refunds of Rs 633 each.

                                      Hi I have ordered the Mastani from Sujata Mastani order no #[protected] in Bibwewadi showing 35 mins to deliver and after 20 mins I received the call from [protected] and stating that your food item is spoil and we will replace the same and will be delivered again till 11.15 PM
                                      But suddenly I received the msg from Swiggy that your order is delivered in lighinting speed ... when i called the customer care number [protected] and the guy other side was very rude he sent know even how to talk with customer also dont know the information abt order ... he said previous executive already initiated your refund but I have not got any confirmation from Swiggy
                                      Pls resolve the complaint and refund my money asap
