Order-[protected],
Delivery boy not carrying helmet or licence.
Was not allowed to enter cme-pune.
Always makes excuses to do door delivery.
Very bad behaviour, responsibility of swiggy to get the order delivered to room.
Room delivery is supposed to be delivered till door.
Poor services.
Really bad experience.
Will switch to zomato for betterment....

This is regarding two transaction
1. Apr 19th, net banking showed failed transaction so again paid by cash
2. Apr 25th, net banking showed failed transaction so again paid by debit card
Later got a message from
Bank that the net banking transaction was successful. So both the times swiggy has been credited with payment twice for the same order. Have sent multiple mails and chat with support team. Shared bank ref...

I just had ordered 2 full pizza from pizza shopee but i got only 1 pizza but 1 paid for 2 pizza, when i opened this delivery, the delivery boy had gone, i called but no response was there, purhaps it was company no. That what can i do, it was company's default to deliver incomplete order. I want to get my money refund as soon as possible. I ordered food ist time from swiggy... And i m very disappointed. Plz do needful....

I ordered Cheese sandwich and samosas in order number [protected], but at the delivery I received mayonise with cabbage and vegetable sandwich, and also the samosas were of bad quality without peeling it's potatoes properly due to which had some small dust particles in it. After replacement of the only sandwich but again received same mayonise with cabbage sandwich only. Raised issue with the swiggy service...

I have order a tea from the tea town with a proper address mentioned on that still the delivery executive was not able to reach me and person from the customer care asked me to cancel the order. They are charging me cancellation fee even after they wanted me to cancel the order i want my whole money i. E rs. 53 back and not 27 rs. They should pay me for the delay and inconvience insted they are chrging me and this incident happened on 6th...

I have placed food order no:[protected] for rs 889/ on 27/04/2019 which was failed but the amount was deducted from my account. (Ref no:igagaceam3). Though it has passed 9 days, the amount was not yet credited to my account. Please take necessary efforts to refund the amount.in this regard, i have made a representation on 05/05/2019 to atom technologies but no stone is unturned. Please do the needful....

I ordered a cheesecake which was delivered late and when delivered the cheesecake smelled bad, it was clearly days old and i was charged 222 rs for that. When i demanded refund i was told that i will get 100 rs as refund which is ridiculous for sending food thats a health hazard. I repeatedly asked to be connected with a quality manager for this unacceptable service but i didnt get any satisfactory...

I placed an order, at 7:56 pm and it was 8:33 pm, but i didn't receive my said order. So i called the delivery boy to know where my order was, and he abused me for nothing and when i arrived at my doorstep and i asked him to call his superiors he tried to run away on his bike with my order. I don't think this kind of behaviour is tolerable. Please look into this matter, for me it was very very serious one and it hurts the image of "swiggy"...

I have ordered today food from mathsya hotel, chennai through swiggy. One of the items was dhai vada, which was stale and not editable. When contacted hotel says talk with swiggy. When contacted swiggy is evasive and offered a coupe to adjust from my future orders. I am a senior citizen and feel dejected by the quality and service. They should be thought a lesson...

I have ordered food from corner house mysore on 5/5/2019. I have 3 addresses in my list and forgot to select the proper delivery address. Suddenly after placing the order i realized the mistake and tried changing the address or cancelling the order. There is no phone number to communicate to the swiggy people and was very uncomfortable with the chat service as it requires more time and they remitted rs 200 as cancellation charge.
Disappointed!!!...

My name is shakti, i live in delhi and i mostly order online food from zomato and uber eats so someone suggest me try swiggy it has good offers, i tried it was good but they don't refund money back if order was spoiled or the items were missing and their executive (Anmol) also chat very rudely with attitude, my contact no. Please i request to take strict action against them...

On 19th april 2019 i ordered food for rs 193 payment made thro netbanking my banker has charged theamount. I immediately got a sms from your end which is as follows your paymentfor order [protected] was not complrted. Any amount debited will get refunded 5 to 7 days. But till this time i have not received the payment back pl look intoit and do the needful v. Chandrababu perambur chennai...

My order was cancelled as my ph no.was unavailable but i provided two other phone numbers in the instruction box to the executive to call in case if they can't reach me. He atleast could have delivered it to my house what's the point of having a GPS system and map location if they can't deliver at our house. The payment was made by card. What's the point of paying the full amount and not receiving the order. Later only half of the amount...

How and where to complain about swiggy to government of India?

On what are basis they give the permission to fraud company like Swiggy?

See the consumer complain, how many people complaining about this company swiggy still government not taking any action .It is situation of
Government and ecommerce business. How ecommerce business like Swiggy making the people fool .

The delivery executive named arnab das who used to deliver on behalf of swiggy in belghoria location delivered a wrong order. When i found that i called him he said restaurant is responsible for that. After that i called in restaurant, they said they have provided all the food items but due to the carelessness of that guy he might be misplaced other food items which he didn't conface. What should a customer do when this type of service delivered...

I ordered food from sathyam cinemas around 630-7, ad then after half an hour i noticed that a 2nd order has been placed automatically, and the first delivered order has not been recorded. I asked for help mentioning i already recived an order, but the customer executive did not understd. Now i paid twice and recived 2 orders. I don't want it.

Then i tried calling multiple helplines, nobody helped me.
This is such unprofessional...

I would like to addrss a very important matter. One of my friend who is a girl ordered the food online on swiggy, then the delivery boy got his number and name. He gave that number to many of his friends, and they started calling to that girl and sending messages and all. I am trying to connect to customer care, there is no way to speak to them. Is this the way they are making the business. Close these apps completely. Then at least some...

I am facing an issue from swiggy side late night 12'o close i ordered an aloo & cheese burger + fries + pepsi x 1 but order not received and delivery boy not pick the call and i waited to hours but the order did not come after that i placed a call in the customer care center and customer care executive was talking so rudely and i have call recording also i am very disappointed from swiggy customer care department and swiggy...

I placed an order from swiggy, first it took 5-7 minutes to search a delivery guy and then suddenly got a message from swiggy that your order has been cancelled from restaurant.

I wasted my entire 15 mins (Approx) just to wait for my food.
When i ask to customer care, they were very sorry instead of compensate.
And when i said i rate you 0 out of 10 for feedback then "sidharth"...
