Pathetic service, no ownership taken for customers, lacks customer relations attitude... Incorrect and incomplete delivery and no accountability taken what so ever... Not ones but three such instances where i have been cheated... I will ensure not to do business with swiggy and will keep spreading the word around as this kind of incompetence is unacceptable... Get some better customer service to save the business

    I have placed a swiggy order on[protected] at 8:18 pm. Even after two hours, i did not get any confirmation from the restaurant that the order is being prepared. They did not even assign a delivery executive even after two hours.

    The main issue is with the customer service. They are not responding.
    I tried to chat with swiggy customer service, but i am getting the message - "waiting for customer support executive". I tried to call them multiple times, but i am not getting any response.

      This is regarding the above order no. It was a swiggy pop order. The delivery guy called me saying he is outside my door and when i go out to collect my order there is no one at the gate and yet i receive a message saying order delivered. On clicking on help option "order not received"it started a chat at 9:08 pm and finally the customer care guy replied at 9:23 pm saying he would check my information and get back and then he replied at 9:27pm saying "it says order delivered". I have already told him the problem that the order says delivered but i haven't received it and that the delivery guy must have delivered it in the wrong address but this customer care guy took so long to tell me something that i already know and he automatically closes my throat. I again started a thread at 9:31pm and am still waiting for someone to reply to me via chat right now time is 10:10 pm. This is food business that your dealing with and if your going to take so long to reply this is very bad. I have been a swiggy super customer for the months now and am really disappointed with this service. My payment is also stuck and my food is also not here very good swiggy.

        I have order total 4 items from subway but i haven't received my order i have only received 3 item. This was not expected and even the order came late. Is this how you provide the services. I have attached the screenshot of my order can you please see it and provide me the order since i have paid for it. Hope so i will get my order and m not going to again order anything from swiggy its really irritating.

          I ordered four food items from swiggy, got only two of them.
          When i called and confronted them about it, they decided to provide me 300 rupees coupon and hung up without confirming. I called them again to ask the confirmation status and this time they decided to just provide me a 150 rupees coupon only. (The missing items from the order were worth 268 rupees). I asked them about the remaining refund to which they said they will (Can) not refund it to me.

            My order no [protected] dated 11/5/19 was not delivered. I called the delivery persons number [protected] repeatedly and he says app failure so it will take time and at 10:39 i cal him and he repeats that app failure and i would be refunded. I check my mail today at 7:45 pm and am shocked to see that swiggy says my order was delivered. I cal the delivery man and he repeats the same. I give a compliant on chat by the help option on swiggy and she refuses to help. I request you too look into the matter and take steps to refund the amount and compensate me for the difficulty caused by your service.

              This is the second time i have received the wrong order from this restaurant. I request swiggy look into the matter and forward the complain to the restaurant.

                I had placed an order with swiggy on 11th may 2019 evening for food items from the basil leaf restaurant in porvorim goa. The order was [protected]. An amount of rs 558/- was paid through hdfc credit card ending 1597. However no delivery was received for an hour. Hence i called up the delivery boy tushar ambeker on his mobile [protected]. I was informed that there is an issue with the swiggy network and hence my order won't be delivered. He also told me that i would get a refund for the amount paid. However much to my agony and frustration, i received a sms from swiggy half an hour later that my order has been delivered. I repeatedly tried to contact the delivery boy tushar ambeker on his mobile but he refused to take my call. I tried to contact the customer care the next day but in vain.

                  I ordered 4 dutch truffle pastries from swiggy in association with the restaurant shokolaat.
                  All the 4 dutch truffle parties were stale and the chocolate tasted so bitter. Gave feedback complaint and swiggy customer service (Disservice) offered rs 75 coupon but how does that cover up my rs 360!?
                  I contacted the restaurant and they were ready to replace the pastries but they needed a delivery executive, when i got back to swiggy they refused to provide a delivery executive. So basically my rs 360 are gone down the drain on a very special birthday!!
                  This is the second experience. Very disappointing and frustrating, beware of ordering from swiggy, one might as well order directly from the restaurants having delivery executives.

                    This is my order no [protected], yesterday i have ordered food but i haven't received, i got massage from your concern that i had already received the item. Yesterday i had called customer care and inform about this the customer care executive told me that the refund process was initiated i will be receiving money with in 4 to 5 business working days. But there is no acknowledgement was received yet as if he said, i will send the refund initiate massage with in 5 mins..! I would like to know the current status of that refund process with acknowledgement.

                      I have ordered food from behrouz biryani sanjanagar for rs1746.
                      Once the delivery boy delivered my order he said sir can i have your phone for a second then i gave him 2000 but he said sir i don't have change so i got 250 extra and told him to give 500 back but he said sir i don't have 500 rupees also. I went back and got rupees 1750 by then when i saw my phone the delivery boy had cancelled the order but i have received food and then delivery boy received money.

                      I want an written feedback that what was the action taken by the swiggy management on the delivery boy. So i should not be paying 200 rupees extra on my next order.

                        The time shown for delivering of the order was 25-30 minutes but the order was delivered in almost 1.5 hours, i tried to contact swiggy via the chat option but they never assigned an executive to me in time span of 1 hour.
                        The service provided was really bad and in addition swiggy never bothered to heed to my plea.
                        The delay in providing the food item and no response from swiggy shows that they are not bothered with what the end consumer gets.
                        I tried several times to call swiggy also but they did not pick up.
                        And while submitting complaint with regards to the delay the screen would just say please track the order but the awful part is this that the tracker was absolutely wrong.
                        This should not get unnoticed by swiggy and they should answer for this kind of service.

                          I had ordered 3 items from swadisht restaurant in udupi on 26th april and one of the item was unavailable still i went on with the order and had made the payment through upi. 194 rupees was balance and i was made sure my the customer care that i will get the money within 7 days but it is 16th day now. I am disgusted with the service. I have talked to more than 8-9 of your customer care chat and everyone seems to reply the recorded message and not really solve my problem. You have initiated the money but has not been reached to me so it is your responsibility to get to the bank and solve my problem. Its now the 16th day and i am going ahead with spreading this message all over if i do not get my refund within 2 days.
                          There is the mentioned customer care number which says invalid... What a pathetic website which has no direct contact to the service.
                          I was regular with swiggy and this has changed my outlook of your service. Really poor chat service they just end the conversation without concerning whether the subject is resolved or not.
                          Highly tired of following up now i aill take serious steps. You better refund my money within 2 days.

I had ordered 2 items to shubham spices then order was received from that restaurant then i got a call from customer care of ranchi that the delivery boy was not able locate my location but i ordered my items from swiggy but nobody have problem then i called that delivery boy 5times but did not pickup my phone even he is not driving i was saw its location then after sometime he cancelled my order but i had to pay 78 rupees as cancellation charge why?

                                Hi,

                                I am ishwarya from chennai. Recently few days back i have ordered from swiggy pop where my order was around 125 rs. I have given the correct address while ordering, but the delivery person said that he was standing in a far location and couldn’t be delivered to my place. Someone from customer care side called me and we were conversing. At last my order was cancelled and cancellation fee of 62 was taken. While ordering also the swiggy app didn’t display that the restaurant was far away and even from my side i didn’t change the address. Please check on this and transfer my cancellation fee of 62 since the mistake was not on my side. Please find the attached screenshot for my correct address and order number.

                                    Placed an order with swiggy..80 minutes of waiting and no updates.. Called on the phone was made to wait endlessly.. Only to be told that the order will be cancelled as they have technical problem.. Not bothered very cavalier attitude by the customer service.. Was told without much that my order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded.. What about my kids food?..

                                      I have ordered nutella brownie thick shake from thick shake factory around 8 54 pm today (11/05/2019) through swiggy. I waited for more than 2 hours and still not even delivery executive was assigned for picking up my order. I was trying to contact swiggy helpline through messages but they were not even responding. They were continuously closing my conversations with them without even asking me or responding to my queries. And finally around 10 : 45 they cancelled my order. It was a paid order and now i should wait 2-4 days for the amout to get refunded back in my account. They didn't even show the cirtsey to apologise or answer my queries. It was too late by then and cant even order from some other app or hotel at that time as everything was closed by that time. They said they were facing some technical issue. If they were facing something like that why did they accept my order in the first place. They should have shut down their site till it got resolved instead of making people wait like that. I have wasted my time money and still waiting for a proper response from the swiggy team. I am really disappointed with their behavior today.
                                      We students depend upon delivery app like swiggy for food especially on weekends. I was really hungry when i ordered (Still very much hungry) because of their irresponsible behavior i cant even order from some other place now.
                                      Pls i need compensation for the time i wasted behind this

                                        Worst service by swiggy. I didn't received any updates from swiggy regarding my order for 2 hours and suddenly got message that food is delivered but still it is not delivered after 4 hours.

                                        Delivery executive called me informed that order will be cancelled and iwill get refund but still not received any updates from swiggy.

                                        Whenever ordering with swigvy everytime getting some or other issue.

                                        Very bad experience with swiggy
