Hi team,

This is regarding my refundable money which is pending from your end. Request id - 5678632.

Have ordered food from ss hyderabad on 5th of may 2019, it showed me failure status on booking the order but payment got detected (Via google pay).
While contacting swiggy customer support team regarding my refundable amount they promised me the amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days which was not credited still.
After 7 days contacting the support team they requested for bank approvals and statement regarding the issue. Have provided the same to team on 15th may 2019.
It`s almost 18 days and haven`t got any response from your side. Have never thought your support team will work these much lethargic on customer`s money. This seems like your great response on the customer support. Have been using the app through out all the time whenever in need but now our people felt unsecured making payment on swiggy because of the customer support. Some one will not be so much lazy on treating customers on support unless they care about business.
This made me so much headache running behind you all the time for my money. If this continues i`ll be moving this to social media escalation. Hope this will be solved with more responsibility else i`ll be going legally.

    Business of delivery and the delivery is broken!

    Today i ordered a paneer dish from kailash parbat, satra plaza, vashi, navi mumbai through swiggy.

    All normal till the package turned up home. See the issues:
    A. The package had no branded tape of swiggy
    B. No restaurant kot or bill!
    C. The delivery boy chetan idate (+[protected] had no uniform!
    D. Food contents (Gravy) had leaked out of the box
    E. There was no usual packaging of kailash parbat
    F. There were no accompaniments like onion etc that usually come

    On refusing to accept the package the swiggy boy called some internal helpline. The helpline asked me to accept or cancel the order. I refused either saying i need a replacement.

    The boy went away grumbling that he has to go all the way. The fun starts now!
    The boy never reported back to the restaurant!

    Doubt no 1: did the boy pick it up from the said restaurant or it was a pick up from some other restaurant?
    Doubt no 2: on multiple chats with swiggy, they kept on insisting on cancelling the order that i never did. Why is replacement so difficult in swiggy?

    Doubt no 3: why there was no kot? Was it connivance in the last mile at restaurant and swiggy boy to change the restaurant?

    Finally i called the restaurant myself, contacted the people i know there (As i am a regular kailash parbat user).

    The restaurant sent one of his own staff with the replacement!

    Question to founders and the star studded team:
    Guys you may be wallowing in venture funds and glory but if you do not fix your last mile processes, the glory is going to short lived. Why is it so difficult to learn from a amazon? Their delivery / reverse logistics is impeccable! Hope you learn in time. When will you ‘deliver’?

    I have order chikan tikka from ananya restaurant through Swiggy and it was very hard or uncooked to eat.
    Omkar Shethe idiot guy is rascal he doesn't deliver order at right place, he consider person to come at his location, please take away his job Or else I will murder him, I will jail him He is a criminal to society, we have paid delivery charges then also he does like this Such a rascal,

      I have placed an order on swiggy on 12th april and the order got failed. I have contacted swiggy they told me that they have refunded the amount and asked me to contact my bank and my source payment gateway which was google pay. I have got satisfied replies from bank and google pay, but swiggy is just swinging me with their fake replies with fake promises. Just frauds they are who are churning on people's hard earned money. It has been far more than 5-7 days which they always promise to refund in that period.
      On 23rd May 2019 I ordered 1 item from Swiggy Amount of 140. Which was consist of 8pc fish. But I receive 6 pc and only the half container was filled. did not expect this kind of service from swiggey. Please refund the money. I have attached all the photo.

        I ordered a dish from swiggy and put the correct address. I double checked and confirmed the address that i gave and placed the order. Then customer care called me telling that it was very far away and that the delivery boy cannot deliver to that location. They charged me a 45 rupees cancellation fee also. Why did they accept it in the first place and then cancel the order? Very disappointed.

          Hi team,

          I haven't received refund yet from your team till date.. I got to know that the refund has been initiated from your team but still not received.

          Also the customer support informed to check with source bank and even they confirmed that they have not received any transaction for refund and told to contact your team.

          I didn't expect that refund process will be this worst and also customer support for this will this worst.

          As per all. Previous chats for this order, everyone executive give same standard message and close the chat.
          I had ordered it on may 1st with order refrebce number is #[protected]. Got to know payment cancelled but the amount had got deducted.. It's already 25 days over, still haven't received my refund back.

          U have to get a refund of 982 inr.
          I am not able to reach anyone, and get solution for the problem.

          3.Original Chicken and Mayo Sandwich
          4.Barbecue Chicken Pizza
          5.Coke

          Out of which 1 was missing, that is, Barbeque Chicken Pizza.
          I wish to get refund for that.

            My d e id 587690 and it is deactivated saying that some case is lodged against me i surprised that i dont have any case in my name upto today and the swiggy officials did not match my name as well as my father name which as per my records it is very bad and harrasing me as i have cases in my name.

            It is clearly shown name which is not mine my name is vishwanth rao r

            And the official told me to bring noc from police authorities and when it is not mine why should i bring noc plz consider my request

              I have ordered below food from pista house restaurent in chikkadpally, hyderabad, order no "[protected]" on 22nd may 2019, at around 9:30pm.

              Mutton haleem family pack × 3 = 2070rs
              Mutton haleem plate × 1 = 170rs
              Delivery charges = 25rs
              Total worth of = 2265rs.

              I have made the payment through my sbi debit card, after 30mins placing an order, i got a call from this no "[protected]" and said that due to huge croud in restaurent they couldn't process my order so they have cancelled my order, and payment would be refunded in 5 to 7 business days, i asked to refund my amount immediatly, for that he said yes and hanged up the call, later in few mins i got a message that my order has been delivered, which has not delivered, later i tried to customer service via chat they said that they will refund my amount, but now they have given me coupons instead of my money, could you please help me in this, to get my money back.

                  I ordered food at vasudev adigas restaurant at 10.30 p. M. I have checked the status it is showing like preparing food after that food is on the way. I called to your customer executive he said on the way. I have recorded all the calls also. When i checked the map showing arrive in one minute. So i called to delivery executive he said i have another order to deliver near to your location after that i will deliver your order. We waited for more than 50 minutes. Again we called to executive then he said that your order is canceled because restaurant is closed. Are we are looking like jokers for swiggy. I have raised a complaint on this then that executive called me and saying that we came to your loaction you are not picked up the call. These cheater executive is said like that. When we approach with customer service they are saying like sorry for this incident. For that sorry is our hungry will gone? If it gone. # off the swiggy they are cheaters, cheaters, cheaters. Don't belive swiggy.

                    Swiggy delivery boy was here in our locality st dominic road extension bandra west at around 1130 to deliver a parcel to another building in the lane in chimbai parks his bike in front of my gate making it inconvenient for us to remove our car. When he came back we told he was wrong... Instead of apologizing and going away he started arguing saying he is not at fault.. He was arrogant and did not care if we made a complaint.. He misbehaved and spoke rudely with me, my husband and my house help. And rode away using unpleasant words. His bike no is honda 02 eb 2945 black kinetic/scooty as per rto app vahan the owner of this bike is ishrat jahan rahat jan quereshi.. This is just not done. I need some action to be taken against him so that in future companies make sure who they are hiring.

                      I ordered soya chaap and rumali roti combo from swiggy and while I was eating it, something metallic went in my mouth. It was a piece of metal. I placed the order from Balle Balle Delhi Wale Soya Chaap. Please look into this. Highly disappointed. I have placed orders from here before too but never have I faced such an issue. Also, there is no forum on Swiggy to directly report this issue or even contact the restaurant.

                        So I ordered Classic Plain Maggi from this cafe/restaurant, called Cake Walk (Manjalpur, Vadodara), at my office and I find a baby cockroach in my food!!! Which means there is a HIGH POSSIBILITY that this place has cockroaches breeding in or around the ingredients they're using to cook! BUT IT'S MAGGI! There are no other ingredients other than water. Else everything comes within the Maggi packet! So that makes me question the overall hygiene of this place. MORTIFIED!

                          Hi!

                          I had ordered a subway sandwich & nimbooz drink from the bandra west, waterfield road branch today in the afternoon (Order #[protected]). These are the issues i faced:

                          1. The sms order confirmation said that the items will be delivered in 30m. But it took almost 1 hour to deliver the items.
                          2. The delivery man was not wearing the official swiggy uniform or cap.
                          3. The items were not brought in the official swiggy or subway bag.
                          4. The paper wrapping around the items was torn.
                          5. There was no tissue paper provided.
                          6. No option on swiggy's website to lodge this type of a complaint.

                          There were too many issues as far as service is concerned here. I doubt i will refer to this service again. Swiggy did not come across as professional here, or if it is the delivery person's fault then some action needs to be taken asap.

                            I had ordered masala dosa with medhu vada through swiggy on 22nd may which was delivered from a restaurant named chutney's in Pune. Midway through the meal I found there was an insect in the sambar. Was utterly disgusted. Wonder how swiggy works with restaurant which does not adher to fssai norms. I hope some action is taken against them.

                              Hey this is sriram and i have placed an order using swiggy on 5th of may and i paid using my upi. The money (343 rs) was debited from my account but then i received a message like the order (#[protected]) wasn't placed and if any amount debited will be refunded within 2-4 business days to my account. Then again i placed the same order and paid using my debit card. But today is 23rd of may and still there is no sign of my refund. I had a conversation with three of its support executives and all the three brags a lot except refunding my amount and when i ask them for reference number, they are saying like its against their policy for sharing the reference number. I'm not sure who isn't upto their morals in refunding customer's money for failed transactions and i don't know what they are going to gain by cheating people. I think i will need to file a lawsuit with all my evidences. Any suggestions? Swiggy?

                                I just placed order 22 may 2019.

                                The delivery executive was totally rude and arrogant.

                                I have been ordering through swiggy over a year now on the same location but the executive who delivered today’ said i have given wrong location, and they cannot keep looking at the address for delivery.. When he came down for delivery i showed him what land mark and address is given and he started giving vague and rude response. This is my 5th similar incident guess should just close my account then expect swiggy to take action
                                I placed order at 29th, April, 2019 for us pizza through food app SWIGGY worth ₹299 by card payment but some how order was cancelled and my money debited from bank, But after 20 days later I can't get refund.

                                  Am paying money on the time i will order our frances restaurant food wise paking and food quality under worst waste of my money am not eat to after noon to now fully hungry our customer services is not responce this is your responsibility all are waste my money also gone your not giving my salary then why i need a resolution only asking chidddddd seriously worst app in google playstore please remove people are happy, i will complaint to tamilnadu food control team he is taken good solution...

                                    May 8th, 2019, i had placed an order with swiggy. The amount was deducted from my account, after which i received a text saying the order placement was unsuccessful. They said i will receive the money back in 5 working days. I have contacted them 4 times via their customer chat support. They have not responded to my queries clearly, and close the chat box even before i get any answer from their end. They conveniently do not provide a telephone number to initiate these conversations.

                                      I am very regular to swiggy, but today I ordered Momos from local shop here in vikaspuri through swiggy. The order is without sauce. Upon asking and chasing the swiggy - on the online chat - there was no response and customer care executive closed the chat deliberately . Again asking customer care -The other customer care rep tried to offer 50 Rs token for the mistake - Now the time i chased this was more than 1 hour . - I felt like sitting in restaurant ordering chiken tikka masala - without the tikka sauce.

                                      Now this customer care called me and offered me rs 50 token which i have already denied- I want my full return back. At the end they just apologized without refunding my money. I did not eat which i ordered - and just gave away money for the order like this .

                                        Above mail i dropped to swiggy at 13th march and till date i am following up with them but still not get any proper update from them .16 days are passed now but still my money refund is not done .
                                        Very cold burger and fries. Food packaging was already opened. The delivery man was very rude and the food came 2 hours late. I am extremely upset and never going to order through swiggy again.
