His behaviour towards me was very bad
He threw the food packet at me saying he waited for me for so long
But actually he waited for me for 5 minutes only. Since mobile phones were not allowed at my office i was 5 minutes late.. I agree that. But he was yelling at me like anything..! He told me that he is gonna cancel the order right now. And i told him to wait.
If he waited for me for 10 mints... He would have slapped me i guess.
Such a horrible attitude was his
[protected]_this is the number from which he called me.
He should be fired from this job.
No manners at all. Plz take action. If higher authorities of swiggy are not gona take any action.. Den i i know what to do.
I think this boy have another job because of which he has such a stubborn character.
It seems that Swiggy is supporting doubtful restaurant without disclosing their multiple status which are listed them under their sites several times with different names while address is same.The delivery boys are well aware of this fact.

    I ordered yesterday from Honest Ahmedabad and the delivery boy took more than an hour to reach...so I called him up and he talked so rudely with me. Even though he was next to my building, he ran away with the order without delivering. After few minutes I got a call from customer care for getting exact location but I insisted to talk to delivery boy. But he never picked my call ( executive tried to get him on con call). So I insisted to talk to some senior executive and I was assured I will get a call back in few minutes but no call came. Later I chatted with customer care executive who offered me 100 RS coupon which I denied as that's not worthy of compensation. Mean while I got a mail stating my order is delivered at 1130 pm upon which I was furious as I never received one. So customer care executive told me he will forward to some other department and they will contact me. Today I got a mail stating that I am given 100 RS coupon if I spend 300 RS. What kind of compensation is this?? Is it a tip you are giving that too conditional.. it's your fault and I must get equivalent to my order coupons without any conditions. What about the harresment I underwent.
    On 12th May 2019, we ordered Set Dosa and Pooris along with Idli and Vada from GD (Ganesh Darshan). The food was so horrible and it was unfit to eat.
    I got the delivery of the food after 45 minutes... In the mean time, the food was unfit to eat.

    I have order a fish Finger from aasife and brothers from Anna nagar Chennai. But I got a fish fry instead of fish Finger. Very worst service from them.

    And am calling your customer care number am not able to contact you it's too irritating for us.

      I had ordered food from swiggy on[protected] and paid rs545 by online payment. the order package was damaged so it was not delivered instead, i got a replacement order. but the replacement order was not delivered on time so i had canceled it. so finally i was not got the food that i ordered. i contacted swiggy by "chat with us" option in the application. and now swiggy is saying they cant refund the money for this order
      iam attaching the order details and chat details with this complaint
      Please take strict action against swiggy.They have deducted amount for food but food not received by us.Neither they are picking up calls.order id #[protected].They arent updating the correct status in their website.

        Swiggy team,

        I had made an order on the 14th of May (order no: protected) and the transaction failed to go through and I had to pay the delivery person by cash. I was told I would be refunded in 4-7 business days. It’s been 7 days now and I have not yet been refunded. Could you please let me know if I will be refunded or not? I see many people going through the same issue in this forum.
        I have ordered food from swiggy pop also made payment of rs 70 but still not received confirmation

          We placed order on swiggy, date 18th may 2019, madurai and ordered for a ice cream products from coco hut. Once we placed the order we received a call from the swiggy delivery person, stating that the delivery place is far off and he cannot deliver it. Meanwhile the swiggy executive contacted us in conference call along with the delivery person and he tried us to convince the delivery person to deliver the food.
          However, the delivery person did not agree with this stating that he will see profit by delivering to places close to him. So we asked the executive to cancel the order for which he said that rs.200 will be gained as cancellation fees (Total fare was rs.500), so a deal was made that we will pay rs.100 in hand to the delivery person. The delivery person was so rude, uncultured, impolite and unprofessional. He delivered the product with so much frustration and gave it on the road instead of coming inside. We wonder how swiggy is employing such people.

            Ordered food from the restaurant named New Karavali Lunch Home, ordered mixed chicken noodles and malai chicken order number [protected] out of which veg noodles was recieved, complain was raised for the same and replacement order was placed by swiggy order number [protected], where again veg noodles was sent, further complaint was raised against the order for which no further resolution was obtained, Kindly do the needful.

              The swiggy tells me that the refund has been processed to the payment gateway but it has not reflected in my Bank account. This happend twice some amount has been refunded in my other merchant wallets but not what has done through payment gateway. I'm facing a serious issue with your payment gateway. Kindly resolve this issue
              My refund amounts are 112 and 105.

                Hi i'm nayna...
                Yesterday 19th of may i had ordered for a cake from birdys cake shop at dadar t t via swiggy.
                I'm already a registered customer...
                My registered mobile no. And address has been there on the swiggy account.

                This time however... The fellow who was carrying my stuff (Cake)... Cancelled my order on his own.. Without my consent.
                And the company charged 200₹ penalty to the customer.

                Highly fraud site...

                  Hi i'm nayna, i ordered a cake yesterday from birds cake shop at dad are tt via swiggy.
                  I have a registered account on swiggy.
                  With my registered address and phone number.

                  The agent who carried my stuff, cancelled my order on his own before even reaching my address and the company charged me 200 ₹ penalty for it... When in reality i have not even touched my phone to do any cancellation s.

                  I called the customer care... But the team is too fraud and inefficient...

                    Amy swiggy account is showing login problem.when I am Trying to login my account it is showing your number is already used for 6 months.i have only that number is linked to my phone pay account .no other numbers are not linked with my phone pay account.                       I have made an order from swiggy (Order id [protected]) on 9th may and when the order was done and money was deducted from my amazon pay account (Mobile no. [protected]), i got a notification that the restaurant is closed. I talked to customer service executive 5-6 times but got no refund. I am wasting so much time talking to them but my problem is not being solved. I am charged because of swiggy's mistake and now they are not giving me the refund of my money. Its been 10 days and there is no positive response from their side. Please look into the issue soon

                        Ordered cold coffee and brownie combo along with other items on friday 17 may 2019 for ₹244. Restaurant called and informed there is no cold coffee but there s only brownie. I said give me some other item and there was no substitute offered. I received only the brownie and no cold coffee or any other item.
                        I complain on the missing items to swiggy i can only see them wasting my time and sending automatic replies and nothing concrete. I again follow up today and they say they can’t process refund beyond 24 hours. I made a valid claim on the same day and they did not respond and now they cheated me. Cost of one brownie alone is ₹135 so i paid nearly ₹100 extra for nothing. This s not a big money but they can’t chear me like this. I have proof of chat with the customer executive

                          I have order from swiggy but i didn't get my order i already paid for it online after wating for 2 hr they are showing deliverd. But i didn't get that. Very bad experiences with swiggy my order no is #[protected] than i have chat with your executive but they also didn't help me they are saying call on the given no. After waiting for 2 hr i have cancel that delivery but when also u r showing that the food is delivered

                            I have placed order from pizzahut which showed 35 mins for delivery. But the delivery never turned up even after 1 hr 30 mins. I am in touch with the online chat agents right after 30 mins as i suspected something wrong as the delivery boy roaming around the restaurant location even after order picked. But no positive response from the chat agents instead of sorry. Need refund and strict measures to be in place for the delivery boys.

                              I ordered a dish and first of all he was an hour late. Then lands up in my apartment entrance and asks me to come out so rudely saying he won't come deliver. Then after telling him it's his job to deliver at my door step he then comes and give me the wrong package.

                              I opened and realised it was wrong and asked him to come back and take it. He came back and shouted at me saying"who asked you to open it. Can't you read the bill first... Are you uneducated and all". I shouted back at him saying he has to make sure to deliver the right package. I told him i will complain. He threatened me and walked away.

                              Later i received another call from him from a different number as the swiggy calls are traced and he again severely threatened me and said what will you do now. He was clearly a thug and a goonda.

                              It took me a lot to register a complaint with swiggy because they gave silly and lame excuses. They put me on hold and called the delivery guy asking him not to call me. Finally they took my complaint properly after the supervisor intervened.

                              This is really scary that swiggy has zero background checks. Please be very very very careful as you may have a criminal entering your house and you never know what they can do. We all think swiggy makes our life easy. Yes it does but then know that the people they hire can be even a criminal and now these thugs have your number, your address, they know you by face and name and they can easily attack you and swiggy won't take any responsibility for this.

                              I think i need to go to the police for this as i have a family and i'm worried for them. What if these thugs come home and attack you because he clearly sounded like he was going to do that

                                On 2nd may 2019, i have done the merchant transaction from my sbi netbanking to place an order from swiggy. The amount for 492 got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have raised the complaint to the bank on the same, but later sbi confirmed me that they have got feedback from swiggy that the transaction was successful and so the complaint is closed. Till now i have not received the refund from swiggy. I have reached them multiple times but they have not responded properly. Please find below reference number of the transaction

                                  On 4th may i had ordered 4 blueberry soda. But there was a packaging issue.
                                  So all soda's got wasted. All glasses was an empty. But i had already paid that money via google pay. Lot of times i have talked with your customer executive via chat. But i always get same answer by all customer executive. Every executive is saying it depends on bank, contact with your bank. It is very inappropriate answers by them. Please help me to get my refund back in my account. Otherwise you can also give me my money on paytm. But i want this issue to be solved very fastly. Please take it as a priority.
                                  You guys can't directly say that refund depends on bank. As packaging issue was completely from your side. So i want my refund asap. Otherwise i need to take some serious action.

                                    Recently i ordered from your website from satkar restaurant your executive who bought it to me was very mannerless as asked him on phone only was he having change of big note of not,... And he said yes but when he came to my door said no he was not having so i provided him change but then he denied to take change and so i asked him to get change of big note but he denied to do so and took my order away and he talked to me very rudely...                                       Hi all,

                                      I'm writing to you with regards to order id # [protected] mutton haleem which we ordered on may 14 @ 11:59pm and in bill its very clear that its old order few hours earlier and even haleem which provided was not hot and it was full of white layer of ghee which forms after food being cool. I tried to reach your support agent over chat and informed but they are not addressing issue correctly in the way it has to deal with.
                                      I had conversation with aakash and utpal singh they only give few empathy statements which are auto texted and only make few pathetic empathy statements.
                                      Point here is for order of 12 am certainly how come any one makes a bill at 8pm its only like they are providing old food??? Who knows.

                                        The date of the incident is 15th may 2019, client number is [protected]. I ordered for a mc aloo tiki meal, which is supposed to have a aloo tikki burger, french fries and coke. But i ended up getting a doll instead of french fries. I do not require the doll and i am really unsatisfied that my order has gone wrong like this. This is extrmely disappointing.
