My order was cancelled as my ph no.was unavailable but i provided two other phone numbers in the instruction box to the executive to call in case if they can't reach me. He atleast could have delivered it to my house what's the point of having a GPS system and map location if they can't deliver at our house. The payment was made by card. What's the point of paying the full amount and not receiving the order. Later only half of the amount is promised to be returned? My food didn't arrive neither my money? Why?

    How and where to complain about swiggy to government of India?

    On what are basis they give the permission to fraud company like Swiggy?

    See the consumer complain, how many people complaining about this company swiggy still government not taking any action .It is situation of
    Government and ecommerce business. How ecommerce business like Swiggy making the people fool .

    Swiggy doesnot refund money once order is placed, why should people believe on ecommerce business if there is no security and safety.

    Take appropriate action against Swiggy

    We are seeing hopefully to goverment will take against them.

      The delivery executive named arnab das who used to deliver on behalf of swiggy in belghoria location delivered a wrong order. When i found that i called him he said restaurant is responsible for that. After that i called in restaurant, they said they have provided all the food items but due to the carelessness of that guy he might be misplaced other food items which he didn't conface. What should a customer do when this type of service delivered from your end. Please take this matter seriously. I am advising you not to recruit such careless guys they are hampering your brand name.

        I ordered food from sathyam cinemas around 630-7, ad then after half an hour i noticed that a 2nd order has been placed automatically, and the first delivered order has not been recorded. I asked for help mentioning i already recived an order, but the customer executive did not understd. Now i paid twice and recived 2 orders. I don't want it.

        Then i tried calling multiple helplines, nobody helped me.
        This is such unprofessional behaviour. No record of the first guy and recipt or number

          I would like to addrss a very important matter. One of my friend who is a girl ordered the food online on swiggy, then the delivery boy got his number and name. He gave that number to many of his friends, and they started calling to that girl and sending messages and all. I am trying to connect to customer care, there is no way to speak to them. Is this the way they are making the business. Close these apps completely. Then at least some women will live peacefully. The culprits no is [protected], he says one is friend named sagar gave her number.
          It shows problem that mobile no. is used in last 6 months

            Hi dear,
            I am facing an issue from swiggy side late night 12'o close i ordered an aloo & cheese burger + fries + pepsi x 1 but order not received and delivery boy not pick the call and i waited to hours but the order did not come after that i placed a call in the customer care center and customer care executive was talking so rudely and i have call recording also i am very disappointed from swiggy customer care department and swiggy service.
            After that i talk with your escalation department ms. Anjali she is a very good supervisor and she know very how to talk with the customer.

            Now swiggy placed a REPLACEMENT order which is not been confirmed by Domino's and the employees are asking me to contact Domino's. I want swiggy to do it as they have charged me

              I placed an order from swiggy, first it took 5-7 minutes to search a delivery guy and then suddenly got a message from swiggy that your order has been cancelled from restaurant.

              I wasted my entire 15 mins (Approx) just to wait for my food.
              When i ask to customer care, they were very sorry instead of compensate.
              And when i said i rate you 0 out of 10 for feedback then "sidharth" (Agent), ok rate it. But we can't do anything for you.

              They just wasted my time.

              Not a time reliable service provider.
              Not trustworthy
              I want to know why no swiggy near my plan I want the explanation there is app but no swiggy

                swiggy refund related issue and horrible customer service

                Beware of swiggy. Swiggy customer care is just pathetic. I had ordered vide order number [protected] on 15/04/2019 and paid by my debit card. However, since one of the items was not available, swiggy delivered me the rest and claimed the balance of inr 50/- will be refunded in my account within 5-7 days. Today it is 17 days running and there is no refund of the said amount. I have followed up with the customer innumerable number of times...

                I ordered chicken biryani on swiggy, the partner restaurant on swiggy which took my order was biryani corner. When i served biryani to my guests they found dead flies in it. Is this the safety norms which swiggy follows.?? Look like this biryani was cooked pretty much earlier, and just heated before packing. Foul smell didn’t not let us have a bite even

                  to which they replied that they dont have such a option. does swiggy does hold accountability for the security towards their users or want to sell the data to another marketing companies?

                    I placed a order on 14th of april 2019 and the order got cancelled. The refund for this order is not yet credited even after 16 days. Contacted them and they give some reason or that they are working on it. This is not the first time swiggy is fooling when it comes to refund. I tried conyacting at least 20 exceutives. Now i just dont know what to do.

                      I ordered Crunchy berry icecream from creamstone with berries, chocolate, waffle and candy stick. instead, i got something else with just nuts in it and had small plastic pieces when I immediately contacted swiggy customer care with pictures and details they just said they will forward the feedback and denied me any sort of replacements or refunds.

                        This is a complaint from a customer who is using swiggy from a very a long time and referring and giving good feedbacks every time. But yesterday i have had my worst experience with swiggy. I know the weather was really bad but it took 2 hours to get the food. But the customer representatives were irresponsible and telling lies all the time. This was not acceptable and also one thing. Why suddenly one restaurant became unserviceable or mentioned that your delivery location is not serviceable.
                        Do something immediately. I am having difficulties booking foods till now. Solve these problems or you will loose customers.in bangalore you should have more delivery boys for urgent situations but this is not acceptable. Now i am not expecting from swiiggy any better services and actually from the last 6 months the delivery and responses have moved down and slowly i am moving towards other food services. Hope this will be my first and last complaint to swiggy.

                        I had already paid money and after that why should I cancel the order and reorder. Service was really bad.You guys are charging extra money but service are not up to the mark.I am very disappointed.

                          On 28th april, 2019 at around 12:00 in the afternoon i placed an order from swiggy to the restaurant indana restaurant nearby my house in mansarovar.. The restaurant was showing opened in the list so i placed an order for 1 plate mutton lal maans and 1 plate chicken malai tikka-6 pcs.. At the same time i paid online for the same of rs. 498 from upi... But after sometime the delivery boy vinod chaudhary who has received the order called me back and said that the restaurant is closed and we are unable to complete your request.. And we have cancelled your order.. Your money will be credited back to your account through which you have made the payment, but till now i had not received any payment of my cancelled order yet.. My order number was [protected]. Swiggy have initiated a refund of rs. 498 to my bank account but i have not received my payment back yet.

                            I place an order with dominos at 00:50 am on 01/05/2019. I waited for over an hour got in touch with swiggy multiple times they kept giving me the number for dominos which was not working. Now at 02:40am the swiggy app gives me a notification saying order was delivered. Contacted customer care and the delivery representative informed the same and disconnected the chat. I have paid rs.503 and nothing was refunded. Please advise.

                              I waited for my food for 1 hour, after which the delivery executive told me that he can't find my location. I started explaining the directions to him and he said he can't come any further because he doesn't get paid for petrol. When i told him it's too late (11:30 pm) for me (A girl) to come out and collect the order, he started shouting. Then he threatened me that he will cancel my order if i don't come and pick up the order.

                              Does swiggy provide no training to their delivery executives on customer service and how to talk to them??

                              He cancelled my order at 11:40 pm which was to be my dinner. When i contacted the support they asked me to order again, all restaurants were shut at this point and i couldn't get dinner that night. The only other thing they offered is a 50/- coupon. I must say the customer service for swiggy is pretty bad.

                              I'm not only uninstalling the app and giving a bad review but also spreading the word on this incident.

                                Today on 30th april i've ordered a chicken biryani of total order of rs. 74/- from restaurant chawla chicken, gwalior (M. P.). First i got my order late and the things went more wrong after this. The chicken biryani i was received had egg pieces in that and also the leg piece was in expired condition means the leg piece was of clotted form. That was black clotted piece. All the food i poured in dustbin after that because was not appropriate to eat in any manner. That food can make me ill and harm my health.
                                I don't understand how can anyone do this to anybody. After reaching to swiggy's customer service representatives on chat, they denied to refund. I don't know i just want refund. That's all.
                                I'm attaching some pictures of that poor quality food.

Order has accepted by the restaurant and i was waiting for more than an hour for food. When i called the delivery Boy to know the status of my order i came to know that the Restaurant is closed due to ELECTIONS. Delivery boy told me that amount will be refunded in 5 to 7 Business Days.                                   After raised the complaint i received the call from Swiggy and informed as they have initiated amount refund but so far i have not received the amount. Not sure how many follow ups they are expecting me to do. This is very disappointing.

                                    It was a night order and deliver guy was stopped by guard at the main gate by security, since bikes are not allowed after 11 pm in the society. he just had to walk 150 mts to reach from gate to building
                                    The delivry guy fought with security and fought with me as well when i asked him to come to deliver.
                                    Instead he marked the order delivered and took the order with himself. this amounts to theft.

                                      not able to change the address after making an order

                                      I have placed an order in ocenea restaurant on April 30th in swiggy app and i have to edit the address but i am not able to change the delivery location on my own and i have to chat with customer care and i they said they order is prepared and they will charge 118 rs for cancellation and they will also not deliver in new address..very rude behaviour from customer care representative and worst application design and within 10 mins the order...
