The time shown for delivering of the order was 25-30 minutes but the order was delivered in almost 1.5 hours, i tried to contact swiggy via the chat option but they never assigned an executive to me in time span of 1 hour.
The service provided was really bad and in addition swiggy never bothered to heed to my plea.
The delay in providing the food item and no response from swiggy shows that they are not bothered with what the end consumer gets.
I tried several times to call swiggy also but they did not pick up.
And while submitting complaint with regards to the delay the screen would just say please track the order but the awful part is this that the tracker was absolutely wrong.
This should not get unnoticed by swiggy and they should answer for this kind of service.

    I had ordered 3 items from swadisht restaurant in udupi on 26th april and one of the item was unavailable still i went on with the order and had made the payment through upi. 194 rupees was balance and i was made sure my the customer care that i will get the money within 7 days but it is 16th day now. I am disgusted with the service. I have talked to more than 8-9 of your customer care chat and everyone seems to reply the recorded message and not really solve my problem. You have initiated the money but has not been reached to me so it is your responsibility to get to the bank and solve my problem. Its now the 16th day and i am going ahead with spreading this message all over if i do not get my refund within 2 days.
    There is the mentioned customer care number which says invalid... What a pathetic website which has no direct contact to the service.
    I was regular with swiggy and this has changed my outlook of your service. Really poor chat service they just end the conversation without concerning whether the subject is resolved or not.
    Highly tired of following up now i aill take serious steps. You better refund my money within 2 days.

      I am from bariatu ranchi. I had ordered 2 items to shubham spices then order was received from that restaurant then i got a call from customer care of ranchi that the delivery boy was not able locate my location but i ordered my items from swiggy but nobody have problem then i called that delivery boy 5times but did not pickup my phone even he is not driving i was saw its location then after sometime he cancelled my order but i had to pay 78 rupees as cancellation charge why?

          Hi,

          I am ishwarya from chennai. Recently few days back i have ordered from swiggy pop where my order was around 125 rs. I have given the correct address while ordering, but the delivery person said that he was standing in a far location and couldn’t be delivered to my place. Someone from customer care side called me and we were conversing. At last my order was cancelled and cancellation fee of 62 was taken. While ordering also the swiggy app didn’t display that the restaurant was far away and even from my side i didn’t change the address. Please check on this and transfer my cancellation fee of 62 since the mistake was not on my side. Please find the attached screenshot for my correct address and order number.

              Swiggy — very bad service

              Placed an order with swiggy..80 minutes of waiting and no updates.. Called on the phone was made to wait endlessly.. Only to be told that the order will be cancelled as they have technical problem.. Not bothered very cavalier attitude by the customer service.. Was told without much that my order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded.. What about my kids food?..

                I have ordered nutella brownie thick shake from thick shake factory around 8 54 pm today (11/05/2019) through swiggy. I waited for more than 2 hours and still not even delivery executive was assigned for picking up my order. I was trying to contact swiggy helpline through messages but they were not even responding. They were continuously closing my conversations with them without even asking me or responding to my queries. And finally around 10 : 45 they cancelled my order. It was a paid order and now i should wait 2-4 days for the amout to get refunded back in my account. They didn't even show the cirtsey to apologise or answer my queries. It was too late by then and cant even order from some other app or hotel at that time as everything was closed by that time. They said they were facing some technical issue. If they were facing something like that why did they accept my order in the first place. They should have shut down their site till it got resolved instead of making people wait like that. I have wasted my time money and still waiting for a proper response from the swiggy team. I am really disappointed with their behavior today.
                We students depend upon delivery app like swiggy for food especially on weekends. I was really hungry when i ordered (Still very much hungry) because of their irresponsible behavior i cant even order from some other place now.
                Pls i need compensation for the time i wasted behind this

                  Worst service by swiggy. I didn't received any updates from swiggy regarding my order for 2 hours and suddenly got message that food is delivered but still it is not delivered after 4 hours.

                  Delivery executive called me informed that order will be cancelled and iwill get refund but still not received any updates from swiggy.

                  Whenever ordering with swigvy everytime getting some or other issue.

                  Very bad experience with swiggy

                    Order no. [protected], order taken at 21.19 on 11th may 2019 mentioning the same will be delivered in next 52 minutes. After patiently waiting till 10.45, called the service centre, who answered cooly that the ordered can not be delivered due to some technical problem and the amount will be returned back.

                    Is this way to treat the customers. Why they can not reply immediately stating that they can not delivery the items and cancel the order. When the customer called then only the reply in a casual way given that the order will be cancelled. What an irresponsible answer, at that hour the family has to go and search for the food ordered. If i am not going to get a reply within 24 hours from the responsible person from swiggy, i am going to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum for the agony i suffered today.

                      On 11th placed an order from imperiously kadugodi, [protected]. The order never came even after 2.5 hours. Called swiggy customer service, it was busy forever. Tried imperio restaurant and got to know that they had prepared the food and kept it ready. Delivery executive number was not shown in the app, and it just said bhaskar is on the way to pick the order for 2.5 hours when bhaskar was resting at his residence. Really pathetic services. Not one call i received from swiggy asking did you get your order. There is no option in the chat which will connect to the chat age my either. No option to cancel the order or do anything with the order. End of the day i lost my money, had to starve for a good 2.5 hours and find food elsewhere at night time. Sad services. This is probably my last order with you all. Now after all these hours they realized they have to assign another executive.. See the timings in the screenshot

                        The order whjch was placed a hour ago has still not got a delivery agent assigned. Nor there is an option to cancel the order.
                        It is ridiculous as there no intimation given as to the order placed. It has been an hour and still no agent is assigned.
                        There is no proper customer support response i have been trying the number and have not been connected to any of the executives

                          I had placed an order, and it's literally been an hour that order isn't delivered yet. I am trying to contact to the officials but non of them are responding. And now i want to cancel my order but i am not able to as the conversation thread is open and they are not closing it. I am highly dissapointed and frustrated. I need to cancel my order and i also need the refund amount as it was a prepaid order. Please do something about this. I am completely fed up of your services swiggy.! Extremely disappointed and very bad, infact worst service by you.! I need my money now.!

                                Please refer to my order [protected] dt 5/5/19 with respect to my phone no [protected]. I had paid an amt of rs 1102 for this order by cash as my payment by google pay was not materialized. However amount of rs 1102 has been debited from my bank account towards swiggy. I was promised that it will be reverted back in 2 to 4 working days. I tried to chat with swiggy on 10/5/19 but i did not get any proper response. Double payment has taken place for the same order. Please look into the matter and revert back the amount due to me.

                                  Their is a person who is using my swiggy account that's my number, my email address, my card details,
                                  my account is linked with onlinee payment portals I am trying to delete my account I am not able to do it. That person has changed some the name and email address on that swiggy account. I need a solution asap. I want my swiggy account to be deleted. Customer care people don't respond. You guys have good services but our accounts/ our details are not safe with you. I need my problem to be solved on priority basis.

                                    I was trying to place an order from the restaurant Zayka near kankarbagh, but it failed due to technical error and the msg popped up saying, something went wrong... After sometime one of the swiggy representative called me and saying, that this restaurant does not showing in his area... I said ok, any way it's late, and it's already 10:20 pm but he kept me calling and bothered me till 10:56 PM...I don't want how many times he will call me, as I am texting you and till now I am getting calls from swiggy...

                                      15 days back, i ordered masala dosa and idli from minerva express on swiggy and what i got was just the dosa and that too onion dosa. Even if it was a mistake but when i complained about it, they told me that they will be refunding the amount charged from me since it was there fault to send the wrong item. Since then, i haven’t got my money back and today when i tried chatting to their support bot, they didn’t even initiate the conversation. It stated that the issue is resolved from their end. What kind of customer service is this? #patheticswiggy
                                      They should learn how to handle customer grievances faster. Even if the amount of the item is not too huge but they cannot get away with it.
                                      Please file my complaint against them.

                                        We faced one payment failure error while placing order through Swiggy on 28th April, 2019. Did not receive any refund for that till now. I've reported the incident to Help Desk 3 times every time they kept waiting or assuring that we'll receive refund within next 5-6 days but nothing happened after that.

                                        Please initiate the refund process as soon as possible.
