It has been more than a month that I am seeking for the refund of my failed transaction in swiggy which got already deducted from my account but when a cistomer care executive is pinged, he/she asks for the order id and says that the amount will get credited to your account in 5-7 business days. Finally, last customer care executive said that the transaction got failed and they did not recieve any amount whereas...

Today i ordered 4 items, but only 2 got delivered, after complaint 1 item got delivered and for another 1 swiggy issued coupon worth Rs 50, but the actual item cost 192, when i asked for the remaining cost they just closed the chat as they cannot issue or refund. This is a big fraud, how they can issue 50 rs coupon for 192 rs worth item. How can i approach this legally to get refund...

Maire account se payment deducted ho gya thn order ka kuch confirmation nahi kuch nahi aur mai jb bol rahi hu refund ka they are saying hum kuch nahi kr sakte 3rd party ka hoga kuch.
So many times trying to reach u but no one properly assist.. Said not able to do anything.. Swiggy is not secure?? Is there any 3rd party??? U don't care about ur customers?? Also i will suggest my friends do not use swiggy.....

I have ordered domino's pizza at 10:45 pm and till now i haven't received it... But the swiggy app says its has been delivered at 12:15 am... I have raised complaint at domino's also. But if ordered not delivered then why it has marked order delivered?? Also i was chatting to ur help desk and suddenly the executive has closed the chat box in middle...

On march i have raised a complaint on amount deducted from my account for a failed transactions. I have got a reply that money will credited within 5 to 7 working days. But i didn't receive the amount. Your team have given me a standard reply to check with the bank. I have checked with the bank and money is not received at my account and for them to investigate further they need the transaction reference number...

Wanted to raise a complaint against your management its very poor as there was 3 times payment happened while ordering and one time order got placed so two payments were deducted from our account but neither order was placed nor you guys refunded the payment after reaching you so many times this payment happened at 6.03.2019 and its above month you have not initiated the refund in our account......

Hi team, me and my friend came from office late. So we ordered food from swiggy. Once i ordered the food i got several calls from the different fake nos.. Attached is the screenshot of phone no. From which i received called. I am afraid they know my address nd my phone no. As well. Moreover they also threatened us like why we are in room. I am totally disappointed from the services of swiggy app.. I m really unhappy and will not use this...

I had ordered food on 04.04.19 and i got message from my bank that money was debited but swiggy showed that transaction was not done i had placed order worth 248 for which rs 75 was withdrawn from my amazon pay wallet and rs 173 directly from my bank acount i got refund of rs 75 but and i got message from swiggy that rs 173 will be refunded soon but i didn't get yet.....

I ordered veg munchurian from pissta house, lingampally nalaganda on april 8, 5.57 pm. Ordered from phone number [protected]. Email id [protected]@gmail.com. But i got chicken munchurian instead. I ate halfway, being a pure vegetarian and later realised that it is non veg. Got it confirmed by a friend. Had to throw everything away. I want the entire amount back, along with penalty.
I'm really frustrated and angry....

Absolutely disgraceful and urde behaviour of your employees, neha and sourav. I was making a compalint coz my food delivery too more than an hour and i had to leave after i take my lunch. Your executive neha, cut short the chat herself while i was still trying to talk. What do you think? Customers are dogs?.? No respect??? Then other executive came just apologies and that's it nothing else. It really seems like swiggy doesn't care about it's...

I place a order yesterday in the night but my order not confirm and money deducted by my accounts. If the restaurant not able to prepare my food then how they deducted my money. Restaurant show food menu when i place order that time not showing any problem then i pay. After all money transfer then they show that restaurant not place your order due bla bla. I need my money back....

I ordered 2 cokre from the restaurant and tgey delivered me two thumps up which i don't drink from my childhood
Is this is the away to treat to treat your customers
I don't want to register any complaint or feedback
I only strictly want my refund back in my source account

I ordered on 29th march. Swiggy provided an eta then after sometime the eta was increased and after sometime they said they cannot deliver and i wasted my 30-40 mins and then i could not order anything and i could not order any food as other restaurants were closed. I asked them to escalate this as it was promised & without my consent it was closed...

Order 292 placed for domino's pizza at 8:15 pm, 7th april, is till not delivered. It's 2 hours now since the order is placed. This is the 3rd consecutive time we are facing the same issue where the order is not delivered on time. Failed transaction with swiggy on 6th feb 2019 for rs 818. When contacted support team they said refund in5-7 days. I didn't receive refund in 1 month also. They asked me to contact bank.. They also checked and kept raising complaints and finally said refund not initiated by swiggy.. It's more than 2 months today.. Now both bank and swiggy are denying refund. This is the state of consumer.
