I couldn't believe that doing something simple like ordering food will be an ordeal for me. I ordered meals somewhere around 8.30 pm from nandana btm layout bannerghatta via online payment. It was almost n hour and all i could see is that the delivery boy has picked the order and is on his way. The delivery guy never picked my call. Called the restaurant guys spoke to rafia an escalation specialist who tried calling the delivery guy but even she got the same response n she offered me 300 discount on my next order and she will request the next delivery guy to give me that discount n she will initiate refund on my previous order as i asked her to cancel it cause it was almost 2 hours that there was no trace of the delivery guy. It was almost 2 hours. I tried ordering from the same restaurant but it stopped accepting orders. I ordered pizza from dominos and i did cod this time. After 15 minutes the same lady rafia called stating that i have to cancel the order as dominos have their own delivery boys n they would not be able to speak to them regarding the 300rs discount. I was fuming and asked that how would a customer know which all restaurants do not use swiggy delivery but have their own. She apologized but her apology is not helping me against the mental and financial harrassment i m going thru. I order first via online and the delivery guy is enjoying my food then i order again and expect a discount of 300 n i didn't even get cause of the incompetency of the swiggy team. I m really surprised with the kind of hiring u guys have. I m no longer a customer of swiggy n deleting the app from my phone.

    I ordered domino's pizza from swiggy

    My order number is [protected]

    After some time i got call from domino's they told me that we don't have electricity so we are unable to deliver your order they told either you have to wait until electricity can't come or we can cancel your order i told them to cancel my order i will place my new order from some where else they said ok after few min when my order didn't show cancel to me then i called to swiggy care they told me electricity is come now then deliver your order in few minutes i said ok and waiting for my order after 45 minutes still it show no executice assigned to my order i again called to domino's they told me electricity still not available so we are unable to deliver your order i told them but swiggy care told me that electricity is come and they will deliver your order so it means swiggy care is fraud

    But domino's assured me that they cancelled my order and in few working days i will get my money back

    After some time i again open swiggy to place my new order in same day it's shows my domino's order is delivered i m totally shocked what is happening in swiggy it seems they are doing fraud with their customer and this is not right and i didn't received this order

    And i called to swiggy care they told we are unable to help you you can call domino's regarding your order if have to solve my problem then my should i use swiggy to place my order

    And i suggest not to use swiggy

      Failed transaction with swiggy on 6th feb 2019 for rs 818. When contacted support team they said refund in5-7 days. I didn't receive refund in 1 month also. They asked me to contact bank.. They also checked and kept raising complaints and finally said refund not initiated by swiggy.. It's more than 2 months today.. Now both bank and swiggy are denying refund. This is the state of consumer.

      My bank has denied any refund from swiggy. This is fraud / cheating customers.
      Point 1. When transaction fails.. money gets deducted. Why on earth should it take 5-7 days to refund when systems are automated.
      Point 2. my complaints of refund has been pending for over two months... still following up for my money
      Swiggy must Stop cheating... if they r unable to follow processes and adhere to timelines with sincerity
      Attaching mail from bank confirming no refund back from swiggy.

      Strict action needs to be exercised ..
      I have received my refund on 12th April.

      Had the left the complaints with out follow up or raising the issue with consumer comp. I would have lost my money...

      Swiggy Pls fix ur loop holes .. do not trouble consumers.

        I had ordered a tandoori sandwich from cafe coffee day and the chicken wasn't good. It had spoilt chicken in it. I tried to chat with the customer service people they didn't resolve my issue. The sandwich had 3 chicken slices (Spoilt) and lettuce with sauce. No onions, or any other veggies. The food isn't edible and they didn't refund or reecen replace my order. I need swiggy to either give me a fresh order or full refund

          Items which we ordered were not delivered. Instead items which are of lesser cost have been delivered. We paid more than what was delivered. Order no #[protected] we ordered aloo jeera fried which cost rs. 110 but received jeera fried rice which cost rs. 80. Please see to this matter. This complaint is from guwahati, assam and we ordered from hemlata dhaba.

            Order no. [protected] delivery executive raj kumar nangru his phn no. [protected] restaurant wah ji wah dwarka mor. I have ordered kadai paneer, dal makhani, veg biryani, 2 plain nan, 6 butter nan. Delivery executive delivered the package in it veg biryani and kadai paneer was missing. When i enquired from the delivery executive he told me that order packed by the restaurant and i have delivered the same.
            Kindly take the severe action.

              I have ordered through swiggy... I have not recieved my total items as one of the was missing. I called delivery boy, he went to restaurant... Restaurant people said they forgot to give but can't deliver now... Swiggy delivery boy also refused to deliver the order... Swiggy # help line number is always busy or not reachable.
              Very bad experience
              Swiggy is not good at all...

                I am srikanth.
                I have ordered chicken curry, butternaan, chicken drumsticks from nakshatra restaurant, tirumalagiri. A very bad smell came from chicken curry, butternaan is very bad. All the money has been wasted and we felt a huge disappointment.
                I request a refund of money for chicken curry and butternaan.

                  My order was delayed by restaurant partner the hotel name was hmr coimbatore it's been long time i have ordered my food at 9:00 p. M. It's been 10:00 p. M. Till now my order never prepared the delivery boy was good but that restaurant partner what's so bad i have paid 236 rupees for my order this is first time i have got issue so please this is a last and final i have waiting more than one hour for my order so please change your restaurant partner or else your swiggy rating will be low

                    I ordered two burgers on swiggy app from pahwa restaurant and fast food for rs. 64 and paid the payment online but after sometime i received a message that ur order has been delivered by the delivery executive rohit khanna but i didn't received my order. He didn't called me. He delivered the order at wrong address. After telling the delivery executive all this and chatting with him my complaint was not resolved. Now either i want my money back or my burgers back. Pls resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

                      Last night i placed an order on swiggy of french fries from mcdonald's. It said that order will get delivered in 23 mins, how ever it took an hour for the delivery agent to come. By then the french fries got cold and very soggy. I couldn't eat cold oily food like that because it causes acidity. So i chatted with swiggy and asked then to refund my money for the fries and all they kept doing was giving me automated replies regarding not being able to refund the money. I don't think i should pay for something that i did not consume. And they said that it's not swiggy's fault. If the delivery agent is getting it late then it is swiggy's fault. I have given lakhs of business to swiggy, check my order history and you'd know and i regret giving so much business to you all. If this issue isn't resolved then i'll leave swiggy on a very bad note and i'll give my business to your competitors and my chat was being handled but some stupid agent called suraj kumar sharma. Get this resolved asap.

                        Hi, i had ordered 2 chicken biryani and 1 butter chicken through swiggy from golden orchid restaurant in bhubaneswar on 29/03/19 at around 10 pm. The order was delivered on time. But while eating found that the food was stale and had to be thrown away. The food was ordered for my in laws so it was a question of my prestige. Raised a complaint through customer care but didn't get any refund neither the issue was resolved. Since that day have never ordered from swiggy.

                          I ordered for cheese burger and got aloo tikki burger delivered from veg express. After getting order delivered i made complaint about it to chat executive to which he accepted the fault but was never ready to make replacement or refund. After then i called them and talked about it they said that they will investigate the matter but never gave me any complaint no. Or any mail regarding it. This is the second time i have suffered this and they haven't done anything.

                            I have ordered on 21st march and these people have cancelled my order after 1hour. They actually have wasted by time in between hours. After that they have initiated my refund which i am yet to receive till now and have promised that i will get in 5-6 wd and when i have spoken with them they easily said that refund has been cancelled due to technical glitch. Its really a worst experience with swiggy.
                            Please note that these people are available on calls for active orders and after that if we want to talk then they have disabled the calls also. I actually have been frustrated with swiggy services. I want my refund on priority.

                            Swiggy keeps each item price higher than the restaurant menu card..swiggy cheats its customer on top of the higher price, they ll add delivery and packing charge..I brought a an item which is mentioned 270 in swiggy price list but the same is 180 in restaurant menu card. Eg look the price of special Briyani in both screenshots

                              Today I have ordered Chicken fried rice from the Kabab Magic res in Bellandur around 2:00 pm today. Soon after the order confirmation received, the delivery person called me up to confirm him on the address which I did. But post that there was no call from the delivery guy and the food was not delivered.
                              The cost of the item was INR 123 and the pay was made through Amazon pay and the transaction was successful.

                              Pl arrange for the refund immediately

                                I have been ordering food from swiggy from many years and these days i feel that swiggy is not delivering the right product and a bad quality restaurants and a worst customer service ever since in my life, have been facing issue where i order food and delivery guy calls me and tells after 45 mins that the restaurant is closed and spoke to the customer support and was very very rude and not helpful and said refund will be done, however refund takes 6-7 days and no food is delivered, and order shows delivered, and got bad food many times and whenever i ask for help the answer is will take feedback and will serve you better next time, its been happening quite a lot with many orders and also today i ordered from CCD and everytime i order from that restaurant, i get a call saying that the food i ordered is not avaialable,

                                Request you to please go through all the call recordings and history of how much many i have actually spent and how much many is been wasted and such worst customer service,

                                  We have initiated refund of rs 42.0 to your account after deducting cancellation fees of rs 42.0 and the same should reflect within 2-4 business days.
                                  We have not cancelled order no. #[protected]. My location is shown rightly. Your company has cancelled the order than why to deduct cancellation charges. We are still ready to receive the order, so either refund full amount or deliver this order
                                  Had placed an order for a fish dish from oh Calcutta twice but got mutton dishes both the times. First time I thought it was An oversight and didn't bother. But second time too? guess that's being incompetent. I dont blame swiggy, they just bring wats packed. But the restaurant needs to know abt the food ordered. They can't mess it up Every time!

                                    I made a online food order on swiggy with order id #[protected] on 04 april 19 i made online payment for this order. After 40 min i got a call from delivery boy, i told him to wait for 10 min as was not available there at that time. After 10 min when i reached there, delivery boy was not there. I tried to call him but could not. Then i called swiggy customer service and told them about the metter but they told that they are unable to help as delivery boy delivered the order to someone else without checking his identity. They simply denied to return my money. Please help me
                                    Order was confirmed and then I cancelled order but money dint refunded, with out receiving order itself is have cancelled it, the status to refund money was generated but till now it didn't refunded its already 2nd month.

                                      I have ordered (Order no. #[protected]) two items (Handi murgh and chinese fried chicken) by using swiggy app from the krishnaz restourent, bareilly, up on 4.4.2019 but it was not delivered.
                                      Delivery man contacted me around 8:30pm and i am guiding him to my address but after that his phone was disconnected and he never call again. I am trying to call him but it was not ringing. After half an hour i received the call for feed back and i informed him that the order was not received by me till now. But nothing was happened and i received the mail as the order was delivered.
                                      Possibly he has delivered it to wrong person or not delivered at all. Kindly look into it.

                                        Order for two naans, two parotta and one chicken gravy was placed at 8:30 from aasife and brothers, 5 mins from my location. Order was accepted, delivery executive not assigned by swiggy, payment was made, no communication for two hours, customer care number not working, chat partner (Mr. Pritam) not responding to messages, order not getting cancelled, and now the app isn't loading.

                                        Customer service from swiggy has been pathetic, sub-standard and is a sham. The chat partner was contacted an hour back and he still hasn't put me on a call with the customer executive. I haven't been told where my order is, I haven't received any call from swiggy, I haven't been refunded my money, I have been made to wait for two hours now, and there are ill people at home waiting for their food.

                                        If further action is not taken I shall approach the consumer forum and file an official report. I want swiggy to refund my money, along with damages and a compensation befitting their poor service standards.

                                        I also demand that the chat partner (Mr. Pritam) personally apologise for his poor response, sometimes even no response, and for not valuing the customer. He conveniently closed the conversation thread without resolving the issue.

                                        This is the nth time I'm experiencing such below-par service from swiggy. I only use it because I have no choice.

                                        I request that action be taken immediately.
