I am regular customer of zomato, ubereats. For the 1st time i thaught of trying out swiggy. Had worst experience ever with both the delivery executive and also the customer executive. God knows how but they got different addresses on gps and address typed out by me. After clearifying the required address also, instead of solving my issue they lutofied delivery charges of 25 rs without doing the delivery and charged me 102 rs of cancelletion for order amount of 205 (Amlost 50% was charged for cancelletion charges) not even specifying the amount deducted for. I would recommend every1 to go for zomato. Much professional and faster service providers. Not like this lutofying people. Devlivery person was also complaining of not paying well thus he cannot afford to go for my told address. Swiggy cannot satisfy their employees neither their customers.
This is extremely un bearable from last month service is getting pathetic, 2 of my orders were charged from me but I didn't get the stuff, and moreover in the app they mentioned its delivered
Dear Sir/Madam, I had orders in Swiggy (orderno #[protected] ) in hotel named "Namma Ooru Bhai Biriyani"186 New, Water Tank Road, Ayanavaram Rd, Ayanavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600023, they had sent the bad smelling food. which is smelling like rotten egg. Biriyani is bad, smell is coming from it.
I need a refund or good food from . Kindly help
I have ordered 1 meals from Swiggy today 12th March 19 at 13.55 from the restaurant of Aswathy in Chennai Madipakkam location.After 22 min of wait i have received a wrong product. I am pregnant lady at time of hunger they asking me to take back my 130/-.I want a answer from Swiggy.

      On march 6th 2019 around evening 4:30pn an order of cost 330 rupees made, no.[protected] . My money deducted, but got message from swiggy that money will be refunded. So we made same order again thinking earlier it was some server mistake. Again 330 rupees deducted, same message came .
      But money not refunded. Swiggy executive dint responded properly. I want this to be resolved right now. Or else I'll file under consumer rights act. You have cheated also troubling us mentally with very poor customer service. I want immediate response.
      I recieved wrong item and i complaint to customer agent they told to me they will refund that amount to my account but still now they didn't inititate my refund and such a bad thing from swiggy.

        I received broken packet, food which is not properly cooked, plain biryani.. Actually i ordered special chicken biryani and i got normal plain biryani with broken pack and food which was not cooked and it's fully white rice, uncooked biryani rice. I want refund for this wrong order, uncooked food, broken pack. This is my order id-[protected]. Without chicken pieces plain biryani was sent with broken pack, uncooked food. I sent all pics related to this in official twitter account, my account of swiggy. But no proper response

        Mr.Aditya from swiggy made a call and settled the issue by giving a coupon and promised for better service
        I made a payment on 2nd March through swiggy. Payment is deducted but the order is not taken from swiggy. kindly help me out.

          I had ordered from mc donald's and few of my items were missing from the order, not to mention item received were dead cold!
          After complaining multiple times, i have been told
          1. They can give me rs75 as token of apology
          2. Or that this will be taken as a feedback and that no refund can be provided for the missing items!
          The worth of the missing items was much higher than the ' token of apology'!

          The least i can expect from this a refund of my hard earned money!
          I orderd food at 9:55 and got delivery at 10:15, they deliverd uncooked and cool food which is not eatable . when i try to reach customer service they Deny for help .my order no. is#[protected]

              We have ordered schezwan frankie and instead of giving that sonal bhel and fast food has given us sauce frankie. They can't make the fool of the customer like this. And it's taste is also very hilarious.
              I think they have use their bhel suace in the frankie.
              If they do not the meaning of schezwan then how they can add it in their menu.
              Very disappointed after eating that frankie.
              We have that frankie anyone can come and taste it if you don't believe.

                I have ordered food from respected hotel.. These swiggy accepted the order n deducted my money from the debit card, after some 5 mins de called n told hotel is closed!! So whose mistake is here? Who asked to accept the order witout checking the status of the hotel? Well i asked dem to refund the money to swiggy wallet itself but de said we will make it out within 5 mins but today is 2 nd day still i dint get my money... My question is this will swiggy bloody team wil give a class of water witout money? No yet den wt rights de have to deduct my money n taking 5 to 6 days to refund the money? Whose fault is this? Y shud i wait 5 to 6 days to get my own earned money? Wil de give 1 rp freely no right...

                  Hello,

                  I didn't receive complete order.
                  Infact i received only 3 items from my order and all the other items were missing.
                  When asked them to refund the money as the food would take another 40 to 50 kin to reach me they refused.
                  Really bad on part of swiggy as i orders the its for 862 and received hardly for 300.
                  Very unsatisfied and disappointed on my part and really request swiggy to refund my money.

                    Swiggy delivery boys - do not follow traffic rules

                    I am resident of pune.

                    On multiple times i have noted that "swiggy delivery boys - do not follow traffic rules".

                    It is very difficult to even capture a video as they zoom (Rash driving) through so fast. So i cannot upload a video or picture.

                    Yesterday, my son of 11 years ; questioned me "are swiggy allowed to break signals?"
                    Hence i decided to put a complaint.

                    Please don't tell me that we cannot take any action without video or photo.
                    You can sync up with rto and get video footage from main intersections across pune. I am sure you will learn a whole lot about swiggy delivery boys.

                    Desirable solution: swiggy delivery boys needs to adhere to all the traffic rules, signals and regulations.

                      I had ordered a few items from a restaurant that was listed on swiggy. When i received the food, foul smell came out the second i unpacked the biriyani. I raised a complaint in swiggy's customer service claiming to have received bad quality food. After 40mins minutes of long debate, i got ₹50 compensation on an item that costed me ₹200. They provided no solutions other than nuisance talk. This is not how a reputated food startup should behave to their customers who get bad experience from their end.

                          Hi this is karthik, i’m ur regular customer, one hour b4 i’ve ordered a drink from frozen bottle and the delivery boy reached my downstairs and i told my house number and i was waiting, but the navigation showed that he went back, but i went and checked downstairs and the neighbor told me that he went back,
                          I’ve called him more than 10 times and he didn’t pick, aftr that i had chat conversation in swiggy app, aftr 15 to 20 min he came back and knocked the door, i was taking bath n i wan in towel, i asked him why he went back aftr reaching here, he said that he got call from swiggy office, i said to call the swiggy and i’m sure that when ur delivery guy doing job inbtween you won’t call ryt? He was saying bla bla

                          Aftr that only i’ve realised that he was taking video of mine in his mobile, and when i asked and tried to take his mobile he ran away, for me it’s very strange and afraid thing, im a celebrity and i was in towel, these days any people can upload anyone’s video to misuse, i’m going to give a police complient, he must delete the video and in future if i found any of my video that he tooks, that will be punishable for sure, do the best for me and try to appoint ur delivery guys through psychologist, there are lots of people with strange behaviour,

                            This is anjali, i have ordered from pizza hut on 12 march 2019 (Order number : #[protected]) but it got cancelled due to unavailability of food list which i ordered. Following is the text message which i got:l regarding it's cancellation:

                            Your order #[protected] has been cancelled. We have initiated refund of rs 979.0 to your account and the same should reflect within 2-4 business days.

                            The above message tells, i will get rs979 to my account within 2-4 business days... But still didn't get reflected.

                            Please let me know the status and reimburse the money which i had paid for that order.

                              I made 2 transactions to swiggy each of 850 total 1700, and both of those transactions failed this was 8 days ago, i got the mail saying that the money will be credited to my account after 4 days, but i still haven't received any amount. I have 2 emails that prove that money was deducted from my bank and still transaction failed so the money which was debited will be credited within 4 days. Please take action.

                                I cancelled my order and ask for return. It was made somwhere in the start of march for rs 302. I recieved a mssg stating i ll be getting it in 2-4 business days.. It was an online payment. I spoke to the cse on 7th and he said it ll tke 5/7 days. On 14th i chck with cse regarding my refund and they informed it was failed dud to some technical issues, they have re initiated the oayment and told me it ll reflct with 24 hrs. On 15 th they informed that the oayment was terminated and the oayments team will call me in 24-48 hrs

                                I havt recieved any calls i waited for like 3 days. I chck again tday so first cse gve me the wrong info to contact the help centre as there were no options as call us. Then wen i contacted back they told me its frm diff accnt whch was impossible as i was tlking to the previous cse just 5 mins ago.

                                  On saturday around 7:49 pm i placed a domino's pizza order on swiggy app. I waited for the order for 40 minutes but it was still not delivered. I checked the app and saw that the order was not yet confirmed. I tried cancelling it but it wasn't cancelling.
                                  I contacted the swiggy support team for this. They asked me to contact domino's for it. I contacted domino's and they told me that they have not received the order request.

                                  Swiggy was blaming domino's for the issue. Swiggy support team is of no help.
                                  I need the order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded along with the compensation.

                                      Kindly never send delivery executives who has such a pathetic attitude towards customers. If he refuses to come in front of my house gate and wants me to walk on the street just because there are a few street dogs and tells me he hasen't been hired to deliver on roads/streets which have stray dogs then what is the point of getting the food delivered from swiggy? Three o[censored]s (My mother, my security guard and me had to stand near him so that he could get off his bike and take the food out). If this is the kind of delivery executives which swiggy hires i will make it a point to tell all others around me (Family + friends) to never order from swiggy. When i have to walk on the street + tolerate such pathetic behaviour of the delivery executive who is screaming on the top of his voice that he would not like to deliver on streets which have dogs and argue when three o[censored]s are standing near him to assure him that the dogs wouldn't cause any harm. If this is the kind of delivery executive that swiggy hires i would prefer ordering from other delivery apps which have better trained delivery executives who know how to behave. What is the point of adding extra expenditure by paying delivery charges to such ill mannered delivery executives? Exeremly disappointed with mr. Rahul roy the deliver executive who ' kind of ' delivered the food a t my door step.

                                        I had ordered my food from Pizza Hut at 9:18 pm but its already 10:38 pm and the order is not received yet. I have paid by card already or according to the Pizza Hut policy, I’m supposed to receive the order for free of cost now. When I called the delivery person, he says that the order has not started to prepare yet as Swiggy failed to inform Pizza Hut about this order. He asked me to complaint on Swiggy himself as he claims that the cashback is not in his hands which is justified. This is really unfair for the customer waiting for so long as they are violating their own policies. I was texting the Swiggy customer care and they seem to be having a huge miscommunication. The customer care service kept telling me that the order is still not placed but the order has just been received at 10:40 pm. I demand a refund as here, the only person at loss is the customer. I demand a full refund of ₹551 on my card back. This is very unethical. Who waits 1 hour 30 mins for a pizza?
