Today (11/3/19 - around 9:45 am), a swiggy delivery boy in chandivali, powai rode rash inspite o[censored]sual peak hour traffic jam, brushed past my ertiga car and caused damage to my car front fender (Bumper). I honked and signalled him to stop but he sped away immediately. He had no basic manners and courtesy to even stop and offer an apology.
In the melee, i could not notice the number plate, but he was riding an activa or scooty which certainly had "6" digit as one of its numbers. He was a thin, lean young man. He sped towards ambedkar circle, saki vihar.
Surprisingly enough (Correct me if i am wrong), swiggy has not bothered to add a customer grievance section on its beautiful website to post complaints or rash and negligent riding of its delivery boys.
I request swiggy to investigate this matter, and make good the loss to me. I will need to repaint the entire front bumper/fender due to this damage.
