I ordered food on 14.02.2019 7pm, i dint received any call or notification from delivery person about the delivery, 8clk when i checked in the order it is showing as delivered.. I checked outside no one came like that.. I checked in the order chat they said that it's been wrongly marked as delivered we will arrange to get u the food, i dint get later i asked for refund and they admitted to refund. I want my money back. Bad quality of food. I ordered 1100 total waste of money. But no one is responding to chat. Make sure that your executives are chatting with customer. We are trying to get swiggy to notice the issues we are facing with the delivery team. All the delivery men come on 2 wheelers and are not equipped to carry pizza boxes and beverages. Their bags are too narrow for these and they all put the boxes vertically inside their bags or dangle on the handles. You can imagine the condition the food gets delivered to the end client. The food I received is of very bad quality.
It's smelling really bad, it has too much of oil and it is sour in taste. The helpline services of swiggy is pathetic and very lethargic. I'm very disappointed as my order was of 272/- and they are offering me coupons of 100/-, 150/-, 250/- which would take 24 hours to proceed. I was hungry I wanted to eat food now what should I do wait for 24hours. And yet not receiving the satisfying amount....

I had place an order with swiggy, on requesting them for cancellation, they informed that there is a cancellation charge of 120/-. Well, it not written anywhere in the app. On asking where it is mentioned, they replied saying its not mentioned anywhere in the app. Please find attached screenshot for the same. I wanted to review with a negative rating, but I do not have option to do that.I am a pure veg guy, I ordered a veg thali from Darbaar on 12.02.2019, but the food that was delivered to me had a chicken bone piece with small pieces of flesh in the veg biryani, which was part of the veg thali.
In my family no one is non_veg, I had 2 bite from the food and when I saw the meat in my thali I started vomiting, its not about veg or non_veg,...

I order a veg thali from Noor restaurant by swiggy at 2.35p.m and at the time booking order time slot for delivery is 37 minutes..but at 15.48p.m there is no response from restaurant and swiggy also ...and in app there is show me time for delivery is 15 mint 10mint 5 mint..I also try to chat or call but there is no response from swiggy representative...

Hi i placed an order on swiggy on 13 feb 2019...9m48 pm and ordered delivered on 11 pm. It was 36 mins commitment and swiggy cusyomer care requested me to receive the order though it was so much delayed. I rexeived out of courtesy and foind the quality was bad abd it was cold. I made my account on swiggy last week and while ordering the SECOND time, my coupon code was deemed invalid as it said it was valid on first order only. Although in my swiggy app it showed that the coupon code ORDER50 is valid for first 5 orders. I tried a lot to make it work but now it only seems a marketing gimmick to increase the number o[censored]sers in their database. I was not expecting such foul play from a company like swiggy....

Order no. [protected] was placed on and was picked up by delivery boy mr ashish soni but the delivery of the order was reached to us. Myorder was cancelled forcibly.

Order no. [protected] was successfully delivered by swiggy and just after 2 mins another order was cancelled by giving the reason of incorrect location.

Highly unsatisfied with this behaviour of swiggy delivery executive....

In swiggy i ordered masala puri two, masala dosa and bhel puri from hotel new shanthi sagar. Masala puri was very much spicy, bhel was very much dry. Dosa was roasted like anything. I threw all food. I want full refund. Swiggy gave only 25 rs. Total amount was 91 rs. Could not keep in mouth so much spicy it was. Swiggy don't care and gave only 25 rs for 91 rs...

Today i had ordered food from swiggy in v grill restaurant in vijayawada,
But the delivery agent not reached to my address from where i ordered food.
He not even contacted me, when i was contacting him he is not at all responding to my calls. His behavior was irritated me.

I regularly place orders from my account (Superswiggy) but today the delivery boy was somewhere near marriot and didnot come to deliver not only that he accused me of giving wrong address along with the customer support executive on conference call. Both mocked me and accused me such harrasment was not faced by me.
Sorry but i think regular customers deserve better service.
