Swiggy is delivering in my area and not turning on my restaurant and doing no business with me. I visited office so many times but no response i'm loosing so much business and money. You people are getting food from 6km away and delivery in my area but not collecting in my area this is not at all the way of doing business. You people are feeding my money to other restaurants which are 3.5km far from my restaurant.

    And swiggy chat customer support force me to cancel your order.
    This is totally swiggy mistake
    Refound my full amount to my bank account and close your swiggy bcz swiggy is not capable.
    Please dont download swiggy app. Its totally fraud.

      The delivery personnel in Solapur, Maharashtra have a very rash driving. They do not wear helmet, even though it has to be made compulsory by Swiggy. They even wear headphones while driving and do not care about honking nor of other vehicles and drive as if the roads belongs y them. Other companies like McDonald's' delivery personnel follow the rules wear helmet and don't drive. I hope you will take strict action.

        I ordered food but it was taking lot of time to change status. When i called the delivery executive he said there was problem in the machine in the restaurant and the executive wasnt sure of the timing of delivery i canceled. But they falsely took money as cancelation fee. Upon asking the customer care said that it was taken because the food was prepared and they werent even listening to my concern and checking with the delivery executive or the restaurant. Please take action against them.

          I had placed an order with swiggy order [protected] to domino's on 1mar
          1. My address given to domino's was wrong.
          2. The order was placed to wrong location far from my home
          3. Domino's delivered order 1hr 10mins late n also cold rink was missing so they initiated refund of my money 687rs on 4mar
          4. When i contacted domino's for not getting it till 12-mar they provided my transaction i'd n said money is pending at swiggy gateway

          I tried contacting swiggy but no body cared to help. Yhe customer service provider only replied please contact domino's again n again they did not bother to check the pics i shared with then for the transaction i'd provided by domino's manger.

          I asked over chat to swiggy to call me back for more clear conversation but no response

          Swiggy is stealling money from their customer i must say.. Swiggy is theif.. They don't care abt their customer at all

          Above was my complaint against swiggy after which I received call from them and they assured me that the refund is reinitiated n will be in your account in 7 days..but still here I am posting the new complain that I havent received my money as assured by swiggy..

          This is seriously disappointing and have decided not to use swiggy in future.

          Seems like swiggy is just fooling around with me..it's pathetic being a big organisation they want to keep customers 687 rs and fool customer for that more than a month to be precise one month 9 days
          ...
          Guys I would really suggest do not use this swiggy they are really pathetic thiefs

            I ordered lunch at about 1:30 noon today. At 2 noon the app showed that the delivery boy has reached the restaurant. When i contacted the delivery boy he said he could not take the order and swiggy will assign another person. I contacted swiggy team and they asked me to wait for some more time. When there was no movement on the order i contacted swiggy and they said they will assign another person. Again i found that it was cancelled and they assigned the third person.in short the swiggy call centre was trying to tell me food will be delivered when things were not alright. I waited for 1.5 hours and no food was delivered. Swiggy should credit the bill amount if you are not able to deliver on time. Every one in swiggy call centre acts as if we are sorry for this. This is not the first time it is happening and its difficult to contact anyone from swiggy to the complaint.

              I am residing in bangalore and have so far not used the services of swiggy. But from past few months, i am receiving emails regarding order being placed and delivered quite frequently. The latest being today, dated 23.03.2019, sub: "your receipt for swiggy order [protected] from mar 23, 2019" and the delivery address is of mumbai - b/202, waterfront society, kalyani nagar, nxt to nitrro gym, lane number 3b, carnation society, nilanjali society, kalyani nagar, pune, maharashtra 411006, india (Next to nitrro gym)
              It is really annoying and misleading to receive such false emails. Kindly look
              Into it on the urgent basis.

                I have ordered some food in indore order no. #[protected] from registered mobile. This order was delivered by arvind jat. I have ordered streamed momos, and there is no option related to fried momos, so i called him to correct this and then he corrected the order and delivered my food, this guy saved my number and at night 10:35 messaged me sent his photos and some messages on my whatsaap (Check out below screenshots) from no. [protected], and also, messaged me in morning with another number on sms from [protected]. I wondered who it was, so i checked the number and i found that its a swiggy delivery boy. I really got frustrated. How can he save girls number and message them later? How can he break the data privacy of a customer? This is a seriously a dangerous situation which may lead to any illegal activities. I hope you would take the required actions immediately. Don't hire such kind of people who will do anything to get down the good will of your business.

                  I ordered food and that was not delivered to me until 1.5 hours.in between that i had a word with 4 different people from the chat service and no one comes with the resolution. However my food was marked as delivered just after 15 mints of the food ordred. After 1.5 hour i called on the complaint number and even they were not able to talk to the delivery partner hence requested to refund my amount. So after waiting for your food and skiping your lunch and wasting your time what you get is the money back. Wow what a service..

                      Hi, I have been facing major customer support from https://www.swiggy.com/bangalore/restaurants (SWIGGY). This has been happening for past three times. I received stale food, food with inadequate quanity and posted them as soon as I got the order. instead of giving my refund back for that particular item, thry ignored my request for last 3 times. This is non negotiable. We should be assured of the worth of money we are paying to swiggy and they should make sure of that. I want to take this to higher authories and help me getting my refund back! It is not about the money, but my right to get my money back if I don't find the food adequate for hygiene and also my money. i am also adding screenshots of customer support chat with swiggy.

                          Im from visakhapatnam, have ordered food from swiggy on 20th and 21st of march 2019.

                          On 20th march 2019, ordered food on swiggy, when it reached me, the lid of the food box was opened and most of the food was spilled in the cover, when questioned faced very rude behaviour and not addressed the issues nor apologized. Extremely impolite, and he took almost an hour to deliver. The food court was rite in the city and not much distance to reach me, yet took an hour. I placed the order in the evening around 7:33 and i received at 8:44.

                          On 21st march 2019 ordered food on swiggy at around 8:01pm and i received at 9:05.

                            Yesterday, i had ordered two items from 'the saffron' (Nearby restaurant). Ordering at 9:05 pm, i didn't receive the order even after 1 and a half hour. I called your delivery executive, and he said, that he was stuck as the restaurant was not giving him the order. I was not able to cancel my order, so i asked help from him. He tried to cancel the order from his side.in the meantime, the restaurant gave the order for delivery. The delivery executive called me and he explained me the situation. I asked him to deliver it to me. When he reaches my doorstep, the order gets cancelled. Now at 11: 30 in the night, i starved with no food with me.

                              Today i have ordered a crispy chicken burger from karachi bakery
                              (Address: h. No:[protected], inner ring road, opp: aradhana theatre,
                              Metro pillar no:24, tarnaka, secunderabad, telangana

                              I have ordered the same burger from the very same place three times now. And the first time i received the burger and the chips, well sealed in the box. There were enough chips and the chips were sealed in a separate plastic cover. The second time when i ordered it, the chips were just spread in the box, along with the burger, and there were only 4 chips. The third time,

                                Hi,
                                This is to inform you that we are extremely disappointed with the order and delivery from your end. First of all we placed the order early (I. E. 12 40 pm) in anticipation of it to reach early but the delivery came nearly after 2 hours. The pizza was cold and all stuck to the paper beneath it. It wasn’t enjoyable to eat such a pizza especially when the place is so renowned. We are extremely disappointed as customers on receiving such poor service on your end. It only makes us not want to order from you'll the next time. Henceforth kindly see all possible requirements from your end and ensure that no customer is disappointed the next time. Lunch is something everyone looks forward to especially when they are ordering from out. But if your service continues to hamper like today i'm sorry to say that no customer will ever want to order from you'll.

                                  On 08/03/2019, for against an order to swiggy, i paid the amount rs.1, 365/- through your online payment gateway razor pay otc no: c4qpt1fwqcz6rr swiggy/cn[protected]/c4qpt1fwqcz6rr. Bank confirms that payment is made to swiggy. But your delivery boy took cash payment, because as per him, it was swiiggy's instruction that it was on cod, and he told also if online payment was made, it will be refunded to my bank account within 7 days.

                                  Now upto this time on 22/03/2019, no money is still refunded to my bank account. Please refund the amount rs. 1365/- to me immediately.

                                  Pl. Take action to my refund with immediate effect.

                                    I had ordered with the wrong address and realised only after payment and instatnly i contacted the help and they told me not to worry the delivery boy will reach if the actual address is within 5km. The address is 3km from the given address so instead of canceling they asked me to contact delivery person. And the delivery person number is wrong number and tried to contact him multiple times and finally after 20min i get a new number of delivery person from swiggy and when i contact him he says he can't deliver and the customer care says we are cancelling since delivery boy doesn't want to deliver. And the lady on the phone just says we will deduct 98rs and cuts the call. I haven't got any explanation why i was made to wait for 30min just to cancel an order on top of that why was i charged 98rs when the fault was also at your end not to cancel the order when the delivery person cannot deliver the order. Instead made me wait for 30min and then cancel saying it was only my fault to give wrong address and cut the call without being polite. I was denied delivery as per your terms and conditions the distance between the two address was only 3km you can even check on google maps and then charged me extra after making me wait for 30min. I need a response as i have the proof of conversation and the delivery person's phone recording which says wrong number and and the recording of your official saying we are not deliving because the delivery boy doesn't want to deliver so we are cancelling.

                                      I had ordered food from a particular restaurant and paid for it using my debit card. The amount was debited but swiggy says payment not completed and i m waiting since 1 week there is no refund the message said any amount if debited shall be refunded within 3 -7days. I went to the bank and checked the account details there was no refund. Very disappointed by swiggy s service. Had expected much more. Playing with customers money. Not a good business.

                                        Hello i stay near gachibowli, daily i travel in the peak hours to office and return to home, but on the way one of the delivery executive hit me with his rash driving and made the traffic, tried to catch him but he rash with in seconds, so please kindly give counseling to the delivery executives to drive carefully without disturbing the common people. If at all this happens again i take a picture / video and upload in the social media.
