I had ordered we see that you have placed an order for 5-5 in 1 zinger box, 2- pepsi, 1- large popcorn, 1 - 8 pc smoky grilled.
I got all the food in burnt condition and 2 pepsi and 5 pepsi can from zinger box were missing in it, when i contact swiggy customer care they said that they can't issue the refund as their system won't allow this, then i complained the same on their facebook page the arrange a call from an executive syed tanveer who claimed himself to be from escalations department of swiggy, he was the main fraud person of this whole incident, he said that he can issue me a coupon of worth rupees 450, i asked for full refund syed tanveer said that he can only pass the feedback to the restaurant, i said i had paid in indian currency, and if i had ordered from you then you are responsible for the quality of the food, he said restaurant are responsible for it, file a complaint against syed tanveer and swiggy.in ipc 420 fraud with the customer, or else issue my refund.
