Swiggy provides the worst customer experience. I waited for the agent for 25 mins. But i could not reply for a minute. My ticket got closed. And this happened 10 times. And i had to repeat everytime i get connected to diffrent agents. My concern was for my money. My order got cancelled and did not receive my money back. It is been 1 month now. They have made me feel disgusted. And i begged for my own money.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour on part of swiggy delivery personnel who cancelled the order without waiting for me to receive it (apparently, according to him, he had been waiting for more than 15 mins which I am totally unable to believe). Totally disappointed. Will think twice before recommending or using swiggy again.

    I placed this order from dominos via swiggy on 27 feb. I did prepayment and my order did not deliver and till date i did not get my refund though on swiggy app it is showing delivered. I spoke to swiggy customer executives but i did not get any satisfactory answer,. I spoke to dominos and they are saying refund has been initiated to swiggy and swiggy is saying we did not get any refund. I want my refund back. Please help me.
    I placed an order on 24th Feb and made the payment via Google pay but somehow money was deducted and Google pay was showing pending status for payment, so order was not placed at that time. After few days, that payment gets successful to Swiggy nd my money was trasferred to swiggy account but I didn’t get any order.
    My order no:[protected] dated: 08-mar-2019 @ have booked at 12:45 PM and now it is 1:58 PM and yet to receive the ordered food had to strive with hunger.
    app show the executive not appointed at.

    Felt vert bad I have to starve in hunger.

    The worst service
    1st I called the hotel no 044 2434 1867, the person has provided Swiggy customer no:08039591292, the person who attended has given 08033013150 which was ringing and was no response, then i tried again another pulled from web : 08067466791 and no one is responding, again I tried and the customer service person have take the details of my order @ 2:40 PM still I am hungry., yet to receive my food, further the service person said to wait for 10 more minutes.

    henceforth please don't play with one's hunger, the curse will ruin your organisation.

    The above mentioned is my order number pondicherry from OYALO for 2 chocho walnut brownie but instead i recieved burnt chocho lava . This is not the first time it happens every time. Fortunately I have saved the same to show it to the food commissioner's office if my complaint is not attended
    I have done a debit card payment for swiggy, in which the money has been deducted twice. But the order has not been placed. No response from their customer service side also. Its nearly Rs. 1100 which has been deducted.
    I ordered food today through swiggy, food is stale and pathetic pizza was so hard and the pasta is so freakin dry!!! Chat support is useless they’re just like robots just copy paste the templates that they have.. WORST SERVICE EVER

      Hi team,

      This is ilyaszeb. One of the customers who placed an order through swiggy.

      I placed the order and called customer service through call and informed them clearly to not put oil in my food. My instructions were not followed and this has happened multiple time now.
      I clearly told them if my instructions are not followed i will not be paying for the food. Based on my health i cannot eat oily food.

      Your customers service agents denied to provide me refund and ended the chat from their end. I requested to transfer the chat to their supervisor and they denied to transfer the chat. The agent's name is cb_bk. Sandya who denied to transfer the chat. The previous agent just ended the chat on my face without resolving the issue. These agents also denied to provide their supervisor's name on the chat.

      Please look into this

      I had placed an order with swiggy today morning. 2 items were missing.
      They have replaced 1 item but no action for the other. Confirmed with restaraunt also, they agree that they havent sent the item only, swiggy refused to give any refund for the same.

        As per prior instructions swiggy delivered cold and stale pizza. And after that didn, t let me talk to their call executives. I talked to them over for an hor to rfund as i live in pg and not allwed to getout aftr 11.30 after telling them this too they dont refund i asked them over five times t transfer my call to their call supervisor. At the end they replaced my order without asking me after an hour and that too get cancelled y them at the end not a single penny was compensated. The pizza was of 312 rs. My phone number [protected]. I want my full refund.

          Very dissatisfied when there were items in my order that were missed. Though the agent placed another order which was done almost after 45 mins, the partial order received here has turned cold and soggy because we are waiting for the other order.

          This is the second time you guys messed my order and i have to eat cold and soggy food.

            We orderd on 01st of march 2019 vide payment reference no.[protected] of rs.618/- at the time of payment it has been cancelled and deducted amount of rs.618/- from my a/c so we order once vide payment reference no.[protected] and it has been successfully done. At the time i recd. Msg from your side the deducted amount will be revert 3 days to my account but still we have not recd.

            We had ordered food and accepted..it has cancelled after long time accepting our order..we were dying of hunger... delivery boy forced to cancel the order telling unnecessary reasons
            This is kind information we had received food from Biryani Box Pendurthi Visakhapatnam, everything was good except for quantity. Quantity was really less not a good for further.

              Today (11/3/19 - around 9:45 am), a swiggy delivery boy in chandivali, powai rode rash inspite o[censored]sual peak hour traffic jam, brushed past my ertiga car and caused damage to my car front fender (Bumper). I honked and signalled him to stop but he sped away immediately. He had no basic manners and courtesy to even stop and offer an apology.

              In the melee, i could not notice the number plate, but he was riding an activa or scooty which certainly had "6" digit as one of its numbers. He was a thin, lean young man. He sped towards ambedkar circle, saki vihar.

              Surprisingly enough (Correct me if i am wrong), swiggy has not bothered to add a customer grievance section on its beautiful website to post complaints or rash and negligent riding of its delivery boys.

              I request swiggy to investigate this matter, and make good the loss to me. I will need to repaint the entire front bumper/fender due to this damage.

Today in the morning at 12.10p.m I was there at the PÛ”VÛ”S signal at that time a swiggy employee who was on a scooter numbered KA19 EY 6735 he ramped my car which has caused the damage.. He didn't even have a mannerism to stop and convey a sorry with compensation.. kindly do take action on him

                Ordered 3 times on 10.03.2019, sprite 350ml, fried rice and gobi manchury,
                Delivered items like fried rice and gobi is ok.
                But sprite is delivered in a used 750ml bottle in half filled condition,

                Question, : how is this possible that swiggy delivery boy did not notice this, and that to deliver sprite in a used bottle. It is highly an hygene and quality issue, playing with consumers like us,

                Need a proper explanation and complete refund of my order as compensation,
                Further there is totally a slow and pathetic response from help...

                  I had ordered for ice cream from 2 different places. I had given my complete address including my building and flat no. Theres an option to give landmark as well. Now what exacty is a landmark - a place which is very close to the address building. I had given a landmark as a bus stop which is right in front of my building. The boys who came to deliver kept on calling me and without listening to me completely kept on hanging up the phone on me. They came after a few mins and started arguing with me rudely telling me that they are not from around. So is that my mistake that they do not know the area? They were outright rude.
                  What a ridiculous experience to call anything from swiggy

                    But show your on swiggy on diliver
                    I am order this 28.2.2019 but after 3 hrs item not deliver then i call your swiggy diliver boy. But number switch off. After 3 hrs your customer care officer call me that my diliver boy not contact me. Wish you cancelled this item and i refund your 229 rs in your account. Then i cancelled this but till time already 10 days but not refund.

                      Its been quite a while i am using swiggy. Earlier i have never raise a concern but now the incidents are increasing. Whenever i am ordering from wah ji wah either there orders are not fresh, either they provide only half order or they mark the order as delivered and they have not delivered the food. This above mentioned restaurant is always does thia with my order. Whenever i am hungry order food. Its not i want to ask for refund or i want some offers. If i want some offers i have different apps for that. Today incident was pathetic. I was waited fr my food for 1 hour and later i was informed that i will be getting refund. Which is nt at all acceptable. This kind of services you provide to your customers. I want a real complaint against this restaurant. Its menatlly harrasing. I want some action with my complaint and hope to get a reply from swiggy.

                        As my friend had an accident due to swiggy rash driver. All these drivers are so harsh that they don't even care of other people traveling. As i don't know the number plate of vehicle. He felt down at manpada highway towards ghatkopar. He also had an fracture in his hand. Hope that complaining here would do some favour for us. Has he is the only person to handle his family.

                            I had order dominos pizza on 3rd march through swiggy application after 30 minutes i received call from dominos that my jogeshwari delivery area is out of zone so unable to deliver n provide service for that i was charged 449 aftr that i had called there contact center team they informed me within 5 working days it will get refund however i had nt received refund yet and also shocking in swiggy application status of my delivery it was showing food order received.. I had contacted on 3rd march to swiggy and they have committed that i will get refund but still i had not received my refund

                            I request you to please charged heavy penalty to swiggy and dominos for charging me and not delivering the order for pathetic service

                              Delivery boys of swiggy 15 to 18 heads are working at bally hub they yet to received any salary from the month of december, 2018 to febeuary, 2019. Salaries neither paid by their recruiting agent "bundl technologies pvt. Ltd", shaila towers, j -1/16, 1st floor, room no. 102, ep & gp block, sector v, salt lake, kolkata 700 091, nor by famous "swiggy". The in-charges of bally hub are worthless they are acting just like as a puppet. One person mr a. K. Jain assured once the boys verbally in the month of january, 2019 that their due salary will be disbursed very soon but all were false assurance. Is it the tactics of swiggy? Local peoples are too much annoyed on swiggy for this reason and may not spare swiggy to run business / work in howrah district peacefully. Swiggy is exploiting the unemployed youths, look at this matter at earliest please.

                                The restaurant is close by my apartment and while ordering swiggy estimated time was 25 mins to 35 mins. I got the cold food after 1 and half hour. They are charging rs.50 for the delivery. If this is the quality of delivery, then it is a waste of money. Please do not order from swiggy. It is our hard earned money they are eating without any quality of service.

                                  The burgers had turned stone cold. Could see online that the burgers were picked up & then the delivery person, (Solanki - [protected]) was meandering around & had to be called twice before the order was delivered.

                                    Swiggy never passes the special instructions to the restaurant. Then what is the necessary to keep such kind of text box/ field in their website??? This is one kind of fooling which swiggy is doing for their customers. This is not the first time i am facing such king of issue. After experiencing couple of times i am complaining abut this. Because like this they are cheating many customers. Moreover the delivery boy told me that they are not responsible to pass the special instructions instead told me to complain online.

                                      I have been receiving emails from swiggy regarding orders on my email address which i never placed. It has happened two times in the last few weeks. This is really ridiculous and there should be an email activation link. Orders are being placed in noida.

                                        I am placing photograph on facebook, as this very horrible to look from zomato. I heard about zomato people and you are treating same like zomato. I am also placing to consumer court about this.

                                        Really it is very sad feel to complain about you. But no way as you people always do something wrong in each order.
