Dear swiggy,
I'm proud of your entrepreneurship and the business model you have created. Best wishes to you. However, besides all the money you make and the employment you create, i suggest you look into the aspect of doing good to the society. Your delivery boys represent the company and i hope you teach them some road discipline and safety. I'm forwarding you a few images, taken this morning at 9:10 am, of one of your delivery person riding a two wheeler with no helmet, using mobile phone while riding... And not seated correctly on the two wheeler. The images speak for themselves. He was riding along rtc colony road, then guru nanak colony road, crossed over to the other side and rode in the wrong side to pick up parcel from idli's. Kindly look into it.

    Hi i placed an order on swiggy on 13 feb 2019...9m48 pm and ordered delivered on 11 pm. It was 36 mins commitment and swiggy cusyomer care requested me to receive the order though it was so much delayed. I rexeived out of courtesy and foind the quality was bad abd it was cold. Order id [protected]. Customer care isbsayong tjey cant refund and telling me they wont repaey in furure. My entire evening plan was disturbed because of commitment breaks and bad quality. I wanted refund but they denied. Kindly helo

      coupon code unavailable

      I made my account on swiggy last week and while ordering the SECOND time, my coupon code was deemed invalid as it said it was valid on first order only. Although in my swiggy app it showed that the coupon code ORDER50 is valid for first 5 orders. I tried a lot to make it work but now it only seems a marketing gimmick to increase the number o[censored]sers in their database. I was not expecting such foul play from a company like swiggy....

      I ordered food at 8 pm and delivery boy came around 9pm near my address..
      He called me and said he is on location.

      But on map he was 1 min away from my location... Still he was saying he is on location..
      Then i told him address and he was asking me for extra money.

      He was hardly away 5 min walking distance..
      While communication with him his behaviour is like he don't want to deliver order and want to frustrate me to cancel the order..

      After some time i really get frustrated and cancel my order..

      I really want my order delivery but because of d delivery boy i have to cancel it..

      Please look after my complain.. N what about d effect of cancellation on my next order because of such delivery boy???

        Order no. [protected] was placed on and was picked up by delivery boy mr ashish soni but the delivery of the order was reached to us. Myorder was cancelled forcibly.

        Order no. [protected] was successfully delivered by swiggy and just after 2 mins another order was cancelled by giving the reason of incorrect location.

        Highly unsatisfied with this behaviour of swiggy delivery executive.

          In swiggy i ordered masala puri two, masala dosa and bhel puri from hotel new shanthi sagar. Masala puri was very much spicy, bhel was very much dry. Dosa was roasted like anything. I threw all food. I want full refund. Swiggy gave only 25 rs. Total amount was 91 rs. Could not keep in mouth so much spicy it was. Swiggy don't care and gave only 25 rs for 91 rs

            Today i had ordered food from swiggy in v grill restaurant in vijayawada,
            But the delivery agent not reached to my address from where i ordered food.
            He not even contacted me, when i was contacting him he is not at all responding to my calls. His behavior was irritated me.
            He is very negligible. The order amount of rs 200.

            Today in vijayawada city all sign agents were very careless.

            My colleague order food from swiggy.
            The packing was in tampered condition.
            Not given tissues to clean. The order was huge amount 500 rupees. It's wasted because of swiggy delivery boy. Until my colleague not getting his refund amount.

            Very next day ordered food in swiggy. The delivery agent calling my colleague to come outside the premises and take food. No respect at all.

            What a worst delivery agents in swiggy.

            Even the road side sellers are respected to their customers. I never expected such type of behavior from delivery agent.

            I can't understand about the tag line of swiggy

            Swiggy = hunger savior

            The real definition if hunger savior = the people who were suffering with hunger the saviour whoever will come and save from hunger.

            Here we are paying money and ordering food. So swiggy is serving food with customer money.

            But the people were not understand the true definition of hunger saviour.

            Dogs are much better than delivery boys.

            I hope understand that swiggy is very worst and not having any offers on food.

              Hi team,
              This is the 3rd time when i need to ask about my refund from the same restaurant i. E. "wah g wah (Jail road wale) in vikas puri new delhi?

              I'm the regular customer of swiggy but from now onwards i don't want to use swiggy anymore.

              Scenario:
              So, this time i waited upto 1:30 hrs for my order & instead of delivering to me i only got a txt msg that my order has been delivered to me - god knows to whom - either to the delivery boy or someone else has delivered?
              I waste my money, time & also faced a lot's of harassment. So, now i want my money back i. E. Upto twice or thrice as per law.
              @swiggy: you need to shut your business down in india becoz you can't reach upto that level of customer satisfaction which has already been attained by your other competitors. Secondly, u're also least conserned about your customers grievances/issues. Your only motive is to make money. That's it!

                I ordered burger combo pack from burger king yesterday that's 10 the feb 2018 in the evening around 830 at kurla kamghar nagar. The order was from chembur burger king
                The combo included one burger and one pepsi and one fries
                To which i added one more fires and pepsi
                I paid the full bill but all i got was just one burger
                This is so annoying and unfair
                I will post this on social media as i am a social media influencer, if i do not get the necessary action to be taken
                I have more than 10k followers
                If you guys cannot provide proper services better shut it down do not give fake promises
                The entire bill was paid and all i got was a burger

                  I regularly place orders from my account (Superswiggy) but today the delivery boy was somewhere near marriot and didnot come to deliver not only that he accused me of giving wrong address along with the customer support executive on conference call. Both mocked me and accused me such harrasment was not faced by me.
                  Sorry but i think regular customers deserve better service.
                  Pfa the location of delivery boy and me during the entire time and then they cancelled my order.

                    It is really disgusting to note that on nov 30, 2018 i ordered food in swiggy through order number [protected] at 10pm but food did not get delivered, till 11pm, wr had sugar patients at home and they asked to reorder with some other hotel, so i again ordered believing swiggy with order number[protected] at 11pm.. Till 12dey did not deliver the food, feding up i called the customer care and quaralled, again they apologised the same. My parents are sugar patients and at midnight without food it was horrible because of swiggy, apart from not delivering food, the account got debited which is not yet refunded to my account even after 3months, i need a proper reply along with the answer for all the worries we had on the day without food along with the reason for not processing refund for 3months,

                      Hi have ordered food from swiggy and expected delivery time was 45 mins... But food was delivered 1 hour 30 mins late and moreover i ordered smoothies as an item in my ordered which was entirely leaked and delivery guy took a complaint about it and also all the packets of burgers were opened and not even sealed by the swiggy or mc donalds... All french fries were fell over outside the box... I was really unsatisfied and even had a chat with customer service but the respond was 'sir sorry for the late delivery and won't let this happen again'. It was so annoying and of swiggy thinks it is doing better service just shame on them with their attitude... It's a innovative we have lot of local vendors better than swiggy who serve better and respond well...

                        I had ordered food from hungry ullu and i told them in special instructions that to not to put tomatoes in the pizza but they did. I clearly mentioned that if i receive tomatoes in the pizza i won’t accept the order as i am allergic to it. When i contacted swiggy they just apologised me and said that they can’t help me with my order. Like really is this a joke that i order food pay the amount and have to throw my food, like seriously i am paying money for free to the restaurant and to swiggy? I am looking forward to get a positive response from this mode of complaint if not ill go to consumer court and appeal for my money. It is hard earned money and to give it people like you for free

                          Ordered # [protected] chinese for dinner from uncle's chinese, koregaon park, pune via swiggy and in very first spoon of soup found a big worm. Their after no one could have that food at all and have to go to bed empty stomach. Tried to raise complaint on the app but it said its having some error try later. Tried to call the customer care but even that was on hold for long as all customer service representative are busy. It's so ridiculous when you are served worms in your food in return of your hard earned money. Don't know how effective my complaint would be but i wish this is taken seriously actionable.

                              Hi all,

                              "customer service proves to be one of the most important keys to the success of the food industry. A lack of customer service makes the customer feel unwelcomed and disengaged to the service. People will come for the food, but will come back again for the service."

                              Very disappointed with the kind of service provided. Swiggy should focus more towards improving customer services then marketing strategies.
                              I am writing to seek your attention in a problem that i have experienced with swiggy. It is a problem that is causing consumer some concern and that swiggy customer support have been unable to solve without bringing to your attention. Find details below of the problem i faced:

                              Ordered at : feb 9th, 7:55 pm

                              After placing the order and awaiting delivery for almost an hour. I received notification stating order was delivered, immediately i contacted swiggy support to seek help regarding the order. (Conversation enclosed in screenshots in attachments) and unexpectedly i received response asking permission to initiate refund for the order, reasoning ill-logical events happened due to which order was delivered/canceled/whatever.
                              I am very upset about this as i have been using swiggy for so-long time. And this isn't the first time i have faced issue with my order.

                              I raised this matter formally, since i haven't been satisfied with the outcome. I tried reaching out to customer service agent over phone number, but was not reachable. It not always about the money which we pay, but the kind of service which we requested. I would like to see if there is something that you could do in the matter. Hope to get response on this at the earnest possible.

                                I had placed order from crunchy restaurant for an item. They call me and say it is not available and i need to exchange for something. This is not the first time the restaurant has done. It is happening frequently a d blames on the server. The restaurant in charge behaves badly and is rude. The swiggy person is also not clear.

                                    Hi, i had manually entered another add for delivery, but automatically two add gets merged i donno how which i cannot see on my screen nd person reaches sum wer else to deliver, this had happened twice, yest wen delivery person had reached sumwer else he called me i explained him where to come he refused to come which was 5 mins from store nd than executive had called i tried to explain to him but without informing me he cancelled the order nd charged cancellation fee to me, why should i bear the charges, it was not my fault. They are giving wrong information that my number was not available, in fact i have all call recordings how delivery person and executive spoke on call

                                      Three different times in same day my amount got deducted from account but order was not get placed.
                                      i keep contacting swiggy customer care but they are just asking me to wait and wait and wait...
                                      please help me getting my money back to my account.
                                      115 rupees three times on 6 feb around 8.15 to 9.15 pm.

                                      I have orderd burger by swiggy at burger King. Orderd burger as on offer at Rs 79 for 2 piece. So i odered 02 Nos qty(total 04 Nos burger) for total order price 196. But swiggy delivery boy has deliverd only two pieces burger at delivery address. I was cheated by swiggy delivery boy
