I am facing same issue.. As my many friends are facing now. I was placing Rs. 118 of food order from swiggy. And my transaction was completed but at the same i dont have confirmation for my food order.. So I want my refund.. On internet there is not available any customer support survice for customers from swiggy. So i am requesting to swiggy please give my maney. If my money will refund by them. Then unfortunately my last would be tweeter

i have order masla dosa, but this dos a quality is very pure and small is nasty,
so, i am very angry because this restaurant product is total bad.

    Hi this is karthik, i’m ur regular customer, one hour b4 i’ve ordered a drink from frozen bottle and the delivery boy reached my downstairs and i told my house number and i was waiting, but the navigation showed that he went back, but i went and checked downstairs and the neighbor told me that he went back,
    I’ve called him more than 10 times and he didn’t pick, aftr that i had chat conversation in swiggy app, aftr 15 to 20 min he came back and knocked the door, i was taking bath n i wan in towel, i asked him why he went back aftr reaching here, he said that he got call from swiggy office, i said to call the swiggy and i’m sure that when ur delivery guy doing job inbtween you won’t call ryt? He was saying bla bla

    Aftr that only i’ve realised that he was taking video of mine in his mobile, and when i asked and tried to take his mobile he ran away, for me it’s very strange and afraid thing, im a celebrity and i was in towel, these days any people can upload anyone’s video to misuse, i’m going to give a police complient, he must delete the video and in future if i found any of my video that he tooks, that will be punishable for sure, do the best for me and try to appoint ur delivery guys through psychologist, there are lots of people with strange behaviour,

      This is anjali, i have ordered from pizza hut on 12 march 2019 (Order number : #[protected]) but it got cancelled due to unavailability of food list which i ordered. Following is the text message which i got:l regarding it's cancellation:

      Your order #[protected] has been cancelled. We have initiated refund of rs 979.0 to your account and the same should reflect within 2-4 business days.

      The above message tells, i will get rs979 to my account within 2-4 business days... But still didn't get reflected.

      Please let me know the status and reimburse the money which i had paid for that order.

        I made 2 transactions to swiggy each of 850 total 1700, and both of those transactions failed this was 8 days ago, i got the mail saying that the money will be credited to my account after 4 days, but i still haven't received any amount. I have 2 emails that prove that money was deducted from my bank and still transaction failed so the money which was debited will be credited within 4 days. Please take action.

          I cancelled my order and ask for return. It was made somwhere in the start of march for rs 302. I recieved a mssg stating i ll be getting it in 2-4 business days.. It was an online payment. I spoke to the cse on 7th and he said it ll tke 5/7 days. On 14th i chck with cse regarding my refund and they informed it was failed dud to some technical issues, they have re initiated the oayment and told me it ll reflct with 24 hrs. On 15 th they informed that the oayment was terminated and the oayments team will call me in 24-48 hrs

          I havt recieved any calls i waited for like 3 days. I chck again tday so first cse gve me the wrong info to contact the help centre as there were no options as call us. Then wen i contacted back they told me its frm diff accnt whch was impossible as i was tlking to the previous cse just 5 mins ago.

            On saturday around 7:49 pm i placed a domino's pizza order on swiggy app. I waited for the order for 40 minutes but it was still not delivered. I checked the app and saw that the order was not yet confirmed. I tried cancelling it but it wasn't cancelling.
            I contacted the swiggy support team for this. They asked me to contact domino's for it. I contacted domino's and they told me that they have not received the order request.

            Swiggy was blaming domino's for the issue. Swiggy support team is of no help.
            I need the order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded along with the compensation.

              I have placed an order on 9th march, 19 and it didn't get complete, but amount was debited from my mother's account.
              It claims to refund the money within 2-4 days, still no money has not been credited in my mother's bank account.

                Kindly never send delivery executives who has such a pathetic attitude towards customers. If he refuses to come in front of my house gate and wants me to walk on the street just because there are a few street dogs and tells me he hasen't been hired to deliver on roads/streets which have stray dogs then what is the point of getting the food delivered from swiggy? Three o[censored]s (My mother, my security guard and me had to stand near him so that he could get off his bike and take the food out). If this is the kind of delivery executives which swiggy hires i will make it a point to tell all others around me (Family + friends) to never order from swiggy. When i have to walk on the street + tolerate such pathetic behaviour of the delivery executive who is screaming on the top of his voice that he would not like to deliver on streets which have dogs and argue when three o[censored]s are standing near him to assure him that the dogs wouldn't cause any harm. If this is the kind of delivery executive that swiggy hires i would prefer ordering from other delivery apps which have better trained delivery executives who know how to behave. What is the point of adding extra expenditure by paying delivery charges to such ill mannered delivery executives? Exeremly disappointed with mr. Rahul roy the deliver executive who ' kind of ' delivered the food a t my door step.

                  I had ordered my food from Pizza Hut at 9:18 pm but its already 10:38 pm and the order is not received yet. I have paid by card already or according to the Pizza Hut policy, I’m supposed to receive the order for free of cost now. When I called the delivery person, he says that the order has not started to prepare yet as Swiggy failed to inform Pizza Hut about this order. He asked me to complaint on Swiggy himself as he claims that the cashback is not in his hands which is justified. This is really unfair for the customer waiting for so long as they are violating their own policies. I was texting the Swiggy customer care and they seem to be having a huge miscommunication. The customer care service kept telling me that the order is still not placed but the order has just been received at 10:40 pm. I demand a refund as here, the only person at loss is the customer. I demand a full refund of ₹551 on my card back. This is very unethical. Who waits 1 hour 30 mins for a pizza?

                      Pathetic, disgusting service i ever experienced. You people should shut your business right away. bloody money eater business you people are running.
                      On 1st March 2019, I placed order from Domino's through swiggy app. I changed to my current location (KALYAN) and selected domino's of my nearest location. but no idea how come it was selected Pune location domino's. I had seriously no idea what was going on . I placed order unknowingly. And what a joke, Order was placed with pune domino's for delivery location of kalyan (mumbai) and order was also accepted. After around more then 30 mins I got call from domino's asking "MADAM YEH APKA ADDRESS EXACTLY KAHA PE HAIN". I confirmed my address and he was like "MADAM YEH TO APNE PUNE MEIN ORDER PLACE KIYA HAIN, NAGAR ROAD LOCATION WALA DOMINO'S". I was wondering how does that happened and how come swiggy accepted the order. Then upfront domino's delivery guy said I will cancel your order and I also tried to cancel the order from my end on swiggy app but it was not allowing me to cancel the order because it was saying that your order is already prepared and order cannot be cancel. but the order was already got cancelled from domino's side. Still tracking status was showing "order received (delivered)", other side I have also not received the order, which is not at all possible all the way from pune to kalyan (mumbai). Delivery from pune to Mumbai is highly impossible. I was amazed and had No idea if swiggy have started new service of out station. I tried to take help from swiggy support and they completely denied to help me and asked me to directly get in contact with Domino's. I literally wasted my time behind representatives who were seriously unresponsive and does not helpful. After all conversation I again contacted to domino's and they confirmed that my amount will be refunded with in 6 to 7 working days. today is 15th march, 2019 almost half a month gone and I did not received the refund amount. again i followed up domino's and they confirmed that refund is already initiated through swiggy payment get-way. Funny part I did not received the amount in my bank account nor in my swiggy wallet. attached is the confirmation screenshot from domino's which clear state that refund is initiated. Still Swiggy deny to help with the same.
                      This is not the first case I'm facing, it is a second time.
                      First incident - Delivery location was same kalyan (Mumbai) and I placed order with Belgium waffle at dombivali location which was showing in the nearest location list of hotels . order was also accepted. later after 45 mins Belgium waffle called me and said that they are not delivering at my location. Then why the hell Belgium waffle showing in nearest location in the hotel list when they cannot deliver.
                      Swiggy is doing very bad with there service. you people should take your business seriously else that day will not be far when you have shut your business by losing customers slowly with such experience. I personally will ask my surrounding to stop using siggy app. there are many other delivery services much better then swiggy. Or people will have to end with losing there money unnecessarily and have to keep on following up for refund. Where no one there in swiggy really helpful and nothing is going to happen.

                        I ordered a food in courtallam border paroota restaurant and i recieved wrong item. I received only steamed rice instead of what i ordered that are given in the below photo and i complaint to customer agent they told to me not refund that amount to my account. I really experienced a bad response from swiggy and my money is fully wasted for non eaten food. I want refund for this order and your swiggy team is only responsible for this issue caused to me and i expect i will get my amount refund as soon as possible.

                          I ordered veg fried rice and non veg mix noodles. The noodles was pathetic!! Only big onions found!! Not even a piece of non veg! Extremely disappointed!! The order was from ming’s wok kochi. Your swiggy order no. #[protected] for rs. 219 is expected to arrive in the next 37 mins. The order came in 15 mts!! Simply impossible!! I suspect cheating done!! Swiggy looks totally like a cheaters ‘ den!!
                          The delivery people are highly unprofessional. They do not even understand how to read the delivery address. Please train the delivery men to read the GPS pointers and the way to find the address.

                              Ordered food from your platform and the supplier was Fit meals Ahmedabad.
                              I found a cockroach in my saute vegetables.
                              I merely finished my meal of about 90% and found that.
                              Highly concerned about how you keep control of the partners for the food quality.
                              I am in a dilemma whether should I trust you or not.
                              Offering refund for the meal is not enough, I would like to get the update that you have banned the restaurant from your services network.
                              As such unhygienic restaurants are not at all trustworthy to supply food to the consumers in the market.

                                My wife ordered food in swiggy. Wile delivering the delivery boy shouted at my wife saying the location was wrong with harsh words in public. Even though the location was correct and my wife guided him through phone the delivery agent got frustrated and threatened my wife. She is so hurt and was sobbing for a long time. There is no security with swiggy as they are employing wrong persons. Order number: [protected]. There is no option to complain in the app. We demand an apology in person by the delivery agent

                                We had successfully placed an order at Dominos and had waited long for the order to get confirmed.
                                But when we contacted the restaurant they said that they are not taking any Swiggy orders.We would really like to know why the restaurant is placed in the app if they wouldn’t accept the order!!!
                                Truly disappointed!!
                                I ordered on swiggy and I received wrong item and package spillage issue immediately I reported to customer agent that the told me that initiate refund for me but still not initiate my money.

                                  Very scary. Delivery guy was a rowdy. He threw the 4 packs of pizza on to my hand and asked me "now what" because i questioned him why late? I got it after 1 hour. Again chat support is not giving out customer support phone number despite my multiple request. Trust me uninstall this app. Take your cycle or walk or bike to the hotel and buy it yourself. My package had signs of tamper. I did not want to give that risk to my son so dumped it. Thank you swiggy. Bye bye 4 ever. Order # [protected]

                                    Swiggy provides the worst customer experience. I waited for the agent for 25 mins. But i could not reply for a minute. My ticket got closed. And this happened 10 times. And i had to repeat everytime i get connected to diffrent agents. My concern was for my money. My order got cancelled and did not receive my money back. It is been 1 month now. They have made me feel disgusted. And i begged for my own money.

                                    Extremely unprofessional behaviour on part of swiggy delivery personnel who cancelled the order without waiting for me to receive it (apparently, according to him, he had been waiting for more than 15 mins which I am totally unable to believe). Totally disappointed. Will think twice before recommending or using swiggy again.

                                      I placed this order from dominos via swiggy on 27 feb. I did prepayment and my order did not deliver and till date i did not get my refund though on swiggy app it is showing delivered. I spoke to swiggy customer executives but i did not get any satisfactory answer,. I spoke to dominos and they are saying refund has been initiated to swiggy and swiggy is saying we did not get any refund. I want my refund back. Please help me.
                                      I placed an order on 24th Feb and made the payment via Google pay but somehow money was deducted and Google pay was showing pending status for payment, so order was not placed at that time. After few days, that payment gets successful to Swiggy nd my money was trasferred to swiggy account but I didn’t get any order.
                                      My order no:[protected] dated: 08-mar-2019 @ have booked at 12:45 PM and now it is 1:58 PM and yet to receive the ordered food had to strive with hunger.

                                      Felt vert bad I have to starve in hunger.

                                      1st I called the hotel no 044 2434 1867, the person has provided Swiggy customer no:08039591292, the person who attended has given 08033013150 which was ringing and was no response, then i tried again another pulled from web : 08067466791 and no one is responding, again I tried and the customer service person have take the details of my order @ 2:40 PM still I am hungry., yet to receive my food, further the service person said to wait for 10 more minutes.

                                      henceforth please don't play with one's hunger, the curse will ruin your organisation.

                                      The above mentioned is my order number pondicherry from OYALO for 2 chocho walnut brownie but instead i recieved burnt chocho lava . This is not the first time it happens every time. Fortunately I have saved the same to show it to the food commissioner's office if my complaint is not attended
                                      I have done a debit card payment for swiggy, in which the money has been deducted twice. But the order has not been placed. No response from their customer service side also. Its nearly Rs. 1100 which has been deducted.
                                      I ordered food today through swiggy, food is stale and pathetic pizza was so hard and the pasta is so freakin dry!!! Chat support is useless they’re just like robots just copy paste the templates that they have.. WORST SERVICE EVER

                                      Same issue happened with me. Swiggy people will say they are not responsible fro anything...they are looters cheaters. Please tweet about them. Make them famous for their tricks

                                        Hi team,

                                        This is ilyaszeb. One of the customers who placed an order through swiggy.

                                        I placed the order and called customer service through call and informed them clearly to not put oil in my food. My instructions were not followed and this has happened multiple time now.
                                        I clearly told them if my instructions are not followed i will not be paying for the food. Based on my health i cannot eat oily food.

                                        Your customers service agents denied to provide me refund and ended the chat from their end. I requested to transfer the chat to their supervisor and they denied to transfer the chat. The agent's name is cb_bk. Sandya who denied to transfer the chat. The previous agent just ended the chat on my face without resolving the issue. These agents also denied to provide their supervisor's name on the chat.

                                        I had placed an order with swiggy today morning. 2 items were missing.
                                        They have replaced 1 item but no action for the other. Confirmed with restaraunt also, they agree that they havent sent the item only, swiggy refused to give any refund for the same.
