I need you to take an action from my side as this is also not good for your company's reputation. Please contact me in case ([protected]) kishan sakhiya, or else i will have to report to police on this matter.

It was more then 2 hours of order. And you assigned executive named Govind is such a worst communication, he even don't know the common location and don't have my location. This shows how Poor service swiggy provide. Worst experience with your company. Thank you

      I ordered a salad from subway. Out of the six vegetables i selected, only two were present in the salad. The container was almost empty and there were only few cucumbers and olives, nothing else. I expected the container to be full like always. I demand a refund as i paid rs. 245 only to get a few slices of cucumber and olives. This is the worst possible instance of lack of responsibility.

        Today i have ordered and order at 1pm from my own mobile.in which it showed me the address i put, which is correct.
        It showed me the delivery guy was "delivering an order nearby" for about 20min. I had called the delivery guy then. He was shouting at me and claiming he had called 20 times, but i didn't even receive a call. He was very very very arrogant the way he was speaking. He claims that i put the wrong address for which he was roaming around, but in my phone it showed he was delivering an order nearby. He didn't even know the address properly, after a lot of discussion, he finally arrived at my house. Even then he was very arrogant, shouting that i put the wrong address. That's why he was late.in my mobile it showed me correctly. I even showed that to the delivery guy, but in his mobile it was showing differently. He claims i put the wrong address and started shouting. He was very very arrogant. He says my mobile doesn't have signal (Network) so it didn't receive a call, but it was having enough signal. Phone was in my hand and i was waiting. He was very arrogant. He doesn't even know how to speak to a customer. Insted he was giving me suggestions as to how to order. I have ordered more than 100 orders on swiggy. I even am a super swiggy customer. And in the meanwhile. The food was cold, probably because it came late and he was roaming on the roads. Being a super swiggy customer, i don't expect this kind of treatment. Me paying money to getting shouted upon by a delivery guy. Very dissapointed with swiggy.

          I scheduled this order to be delivered between 3.45p. M to 4.15p. M but the order has been delivered before the scheduled time. And i specifically asked to provide a spoon but it was not there as well. It would be better if you improve the services and read the customer's instructions provided for the order. Unlike uber eats, they refund the amount if anything is missing in the order.

            We had ordered some sweets from ganguram through swiggy on wednesday (6th february, 2019) (Order#[protected]). At the time of ordering we could not modify the address, and so manually put our office address unitech, gate 2. After 5 mins we saw that our order has been picked and we got our delivery boy's name and mobile number. We called him immediately and told him the address. He agreed on that. However after some times we got a call and were enquired about our address. The delivery boy (Jeet roy ph# [protected]) already reached tata medical, which is not even half km from our office, denied to come to our office address, i. E. Unitech. We described everything, but the experience in talking to both the tele executive (Nilanjana and other person) and jeet was aweeeeful, i must say. They don't understand a single word. Anyways, we were asked to cancel the order. While we were trying to do so, i suddenly received a sms stating your order has been cancelled and rs 75 deducted for cancelling the order. Please let me know the reason for this deduction, when there was no fault from our side and also request you to refund rs 75/-

              When i ordered food from swiggy they say it cannot be delivered and i need to cancel it and they will charge rs 75 for cancelling the order. I said either deliver it or refund me the entire amount but they refused both the things and they cancelled my order this scamming me for rs 75. They guy i talked to on swiggy his name was k sandeep. They did not even deliver my food and took rs 75 because i made an online payment. They say they are 5 km away from me and when i asked them why they accepted my order they said it was your gps mistake, even though the address is proper. These guys can scam you.

                On the 30th of january, i placed an order with swiggy for "belgium waffle co." in jaipur. The payment was made online and i did receive the success of transaction prompt. However, the retailer denied receiving it and swiggy thus asked me to ask my bank to get a refund about the same. Yesterday, received a response from my bank, that my payment has successfully gone through and the retailer has claimed to receive it.

                Sr#1-[protected]- this is my service request number that kotak bank sent me, below also writing the excerpt they wrote in the mail.

                "your request via sr1-[protected] for debit card transaction has been rejected as the txn has been claimed by the merchant. Kindly contact merchant for a refund. If you wish to dispute the transaction further, please submit chargeback form at our nearest branch. It will take 34 days post submission of chargeback form to get further status."

                The same had been conveyed by me to swiggy, however they failed to provide me with a satisfactory response, all they wrote was "if the payment has been deducted, it will get refunded", i am highly dissatisfied with this experience and would like to see if there is something that you could do in the matter. It's so annoying to be charged for something unnecessarily.

                Hope to get this issue resolved at the earnest possible.

                  I am restaurant owner of dwarkaa food factory (Swiggy id: 95235).
                  Just bringing it in to your notice that our restaurant was got live by swiggy on dated 18th jan19 and on 28th jan19 it was got inactive just after 10 days by swiggy with out any reason.
                  Have sent 10 reminders to partner desk and support desk but no reply from swiggy side.
                  Even i cant tak to poc bcz it says my nos. Are not registered.
                  Also 3000 rs. Boarding charges deducted from me, which is wrong practice and unethical too when no services and no platformis given to my customers.

                  I want to know why i was borded by swiggy when you have your internal issues.
                  Pl help to short out the matter to active my id.

                    On 16 january 2019 i booked an order, it cost rs. 198/-. I made online payment for this. My order was not placed but amount deducted for that and a message shown, if any amount deducted will be back within 2-3 working days. After that i made next successful order for same items, it also cost rs. 198/-. I've complained 4 times to refund of my money.

                    For the last two three times, when I order burger from McDonald's, the Maharaja Mac burger is placed in the bag in a tilted position. All the ingredients and material, including the dip, lettuce and cheese spill out in the box. It is a mess.

                    I am very angry for this messy service by McDonald's. Please fix this and I expect an apology.

                      The restaurant name is "biryani knights". I been to this place and their is no restaurant. I searched whole location and didn't get anything then i placed the order from swiggy. I called the delivery agent and asked where is the restaurant instead of the address he said its too far away. I said ok and waited for the food gets delivered. I asked the delivery agent i nerd to visit restaurant, since i need to a water bottle. He said wrong address and we were like searching each corners and crosses. Then i meet a guy on road and we ask his help to guide and he took us to the spot. We were shocked and surprised after seeing the place where the prepare food and deliver to customers. They prepare unhygienic food for customers in small room and cheating the customers from long time. The food quality is worst than street side food. I tried to speak with those guys and they were like not responding and they said to go out. I came back and opened the food and it was very worst food which i ever tasted... I spoke to customer support no proper response and hoping they might have limited access as a agents. I am going to escalate this to higher department as well.. To give justice to the customer. I suggest swiggy to check the restaurant or room before they submit online for customers... It will bring bad name to the big brand company like swiggy. Hope this will help others..

                      oreo shake was not actually oreo shake. it was bourbon biscuit shake which didnt have good taste

                        Your company is not available in my city even though it is a municipal corporation. Moreover, the ads are just too much. After every three or four minutes, that disgusting ad strikes in. It is beyond the limit. Please try to limit your advertisement as it is highly undesirable to see the same useless and nonsense ad every three to four minutes. It will be really nice of you if you limit your ads on youtube and other website.

                        I had order from my local area restaurant (Pruthvi Vegetarianism, Kothrud) from swiggy, and they added packaging charges into my total bill. But originally that hotel is not charging for packaging on home delivery or take away orders, same confirm with the concern person from hotel.

                          My name is alaukik tripathi. i live in Meghaninagar Ahmedabad. I have a swiggy app. I ordered some food near me restaurant. Not delivered by swiggi. Area not show in your app. That means you are not provide service in Meghaninagar Area Ahmedabad Gujarat.
                          So, i requst you please provide your service in Meghaninagar area.
                          They dint delivered food updated address, because swiggy two address options available, i change home address but delivery boy went gps address they cancelled my order and they charged money.
                          A swiggy delivery executive should be given training of how the customer booked order reaches swiggy delivery executive.
                          Because I am facing delivery job related problems, so please send me the information regarding what happens to the customer booked order from website till swiggy delivery app and who all are the intermediates?

                            Hi, i order 3 dishes from swiggy, as one dish was not available the order was updated and 2 dishes were added, and then after 1:30 hours the order was delivered with 2 missing items, at 11:00pm, by then my parents slept hungry. The response from customer service was pathetic as they tried to shift blame on others and my call was disconnected midway while i was speaking (Saying that there was no response from my side, while i was speaking). Thank you.

                            Today I ordered at burger King velachery, chennai. The delivery man tried to abuse me.. This is really very serious.. He also spoke very bad to me.. While I went into d room for giving change he straight away came inside.. I could not get his phone number but I have d order number #[protected] please he should be banned
                            I received my order with complete spillage. Swiggy agent Jay is offering me only 125 refund when I asked for a replacement or complete refund. When asked to connect me with supervisor, he tells me they do not have such mode of communication. I want to know how is swiggy compensating me for such bad quality of service.

                              Dear sir,
                              This is regarding a bitter experience happened to me on feb 2nd 2019, i have ordered my dinner using swiggy app in hyderabad around 11.50 pm. Order number: [protected], i made on-line payment with my credit card. The order was accepted by the restaurant and i was tracking my order details on-line using the swiggy app. I could see that the order was picked up by the delivery person but about just after 12.00 am the app showed the order got delivered but in fact the person has not reached my location and he did not contact me either. I tried to call him but he said he has not received any such order. I tried to contact the swiggy help line but initially they said they have delivered the order. I insisted him to check the gps tracking data so that he can understand the person has not reached my location. He then admitted that they have some technical issues and told me that he will initiate the refund to me.
                              This is not a rare case but these kind of fraud happening in hyderabad on a daily basis. People are so busy that they don’t respond to such issues. I request you to look in to this matter and please take necessary steps to control these kind of fraud in future.

I ordered at around 2 pm and i did not receive it even after 47 minutes as it was mentioned then i called and he told me to wait i waited and then i get a call that the delivery boy has met with an accident when i confirmed it was not true at all what kind of reasons you give to your customers and i did not receive the food also this is unacceptable

                                  I had ordered food from swiggy app from momo station kandivli east on 2/2/2019 at 9:54 pm vide order no. #[protected]. The order was placed for 2 plates chicken whopper momos and instrad received some chicken whopper momos and 4 chicken chowringhee spice momos.
                                  After eating this, my daughter is vomittung continuously and has food poisoning.

                                  Please take action and revert.

                                    I had ordered 2 things at a time where in the eta was similar too. However one delivery boy cancelled the order and i was charged 75 inr on next order.
                                    Wherein i received 1 order.

                                    Swiggy calls to inform that the location is incorrect on map however the address was correct.

                                    Not gonna use swiggy anymore thank you for helping me know why more people use zomato now.

                                      A big 👎for you swiggy.
                                      On 15th jan, had ordered a two food items from bhagat tarachand via swiggy for some guests. Had made the payment through net banking. However when i received the delivery, one food item was missing. I immediately had a chat (On the app, not on phone) with one of their executive who promised me that the refund would take place within 4-5days but the delivery of the missing item was not possible. Had no choice but to trust him and wait. The refund has still not happened even after 15days, so yesterday i had a chat with one another executive and i was told that my refund has been stopped because of some technical issue. Upon showing some anger i was promised that the matter has been escalated and i will receive call from their team in a few hours, while writing this msg it's already 24hours but i have not received any call. Again have no other choice but to wait. I also spoke to one of their delivery boy who told me that this is a common complaint of many customers. I would advise everyone that if at all you need to order from swiggy, please don't make advance payment. Check your food parcel and pay accordingly to a a avoid frustration and disappointment.

                                        How could you connect customer's contact no. With the delivery executive? Can't you connect customer and delivery executive contact via swiggy's service no.?
