order forcefully cancelled and abused us

over charging

We ordered food from subway, bangalore through swiggy. Fortunately i got the bill from subway. There bill is rs.362/- with delivery and bag charges. Where has swiggy has charged me rs.400/-. When contacted customer care they connected to me, restaurant. Restaurant said everything is fine. Swiggy is not agreeing. Rs. 38/- is charged for no reason. This is complete tax leak from swiggy. I ordered for veg food and was delivered non veg

cancelled order without knowledge

I made a order online at 10 pm at night now suddenly they cancelled my order as the executive who was to deliver the food his bike is not working.
Now i ask isn't it swigy responsibility to deliver the food as the payment was made online. Why should i suffer??
No food also and the payment is going to come after 5-6 days... Why should i suffer??...

I placed three orders worth: 227, 227, and 120 rs on nov 4, 2018. The order was placed on swiggy and payment was done via zeta app. However, the amount was debited from my account and order wasn't placed. Thus, i contacted the zeta customer support for refund. food delivered is not fresh but it was old

Today (09/01/2019) i ordered mutton biriyani from lebanon, kelambakkam through swiggy application. But the delivered mutton biriyani was not fresh, and it was old food. From the food itself we came to know that it was not hot but it was cool and the food was damaged.

wanted the refund

can't edit category section in swiggy partner

I am not able to add "item category" and "item sub category" option in menu bar. These options are the older ones. I want to make a new category and a new sub category. I don't want to choose from older options.

missing item in delivered food

It had two items- Moong Dal Ki Khichdi and Aloo Dum, Chana Masala & Rotis or Rice. It was delivered in a sealed package. You have provided delivery timings of max 45 mints still we have not received order till 1 hour. We have to eat cold food because of your delay.Would not recommend anyone to order from swiggy.

It is the worst app ever found.
