It's unfortunate to write such a mail to you. My wife, jayanti had ordered food on 26th jan'19 @9.15 pm and was expecting to deliver order within an hour time by @ 10.15 pm. But, the order is not delivered till 10.30, so called delivery boy and he said, it will be delivered within next 10 mins. But, order is not delivered till 11.30 pm but it was wrongly updated in system as delivered. After conversation with your customer services, they acknowledged that order is not delivered and assured for refund of payment.
But, refund is not the solution for the terrible inconvenience caused. We along with kids were hungry till late night 11.30 pm waiting for order.
Strict action must be taken to the concerned persons so that customers should not suffer because of such irresponsible behavior.
