Delivery boys of swiggy are working at bally hub they yet to received any salary from the month of december, 2018 to febeuary, 2019. The two in-charges of bally hub s. Das & a. Saha used obnoxious and filthy languages to the boys when they asked for their due salary even the two in-charges used the languages about the boy's family also. One of the officer mr a, k, jain assured once the boys for their due salary but all were false assurance because mr jain suspended them from their work when they asked for their salary again. Is it the tactics of swiggy? Warn the two in-charges of bally hub as mentioned above to behave themselves politely and hope withdraw the suspension immediately otherwise the local peoples will not spare swiggy to run business / work in this locality peacefully, swiggy is exploiting the unemployed youths,

    I ordered food from swiggy app on 23/02 2019 and they missed some of the items and complained on same day. They replaced order for missed items, as unavailability of the items they cancelled the order and told me, amount will be refunded, but they have not issued any refund amount till date, when i communicated them dey are telling it is cash on delivery order.
    So please resolve the issue asap.

      My restaurant is partner with swiggy, recently i changed the timings of the restaurant and had updated the same on the partner app but still many customer are able to place orders and later on the same get rejected and am being charged for the same, have tried everything with the local area managers, who barely answers call with the reason that are very busy acquiring new customers and hence have no time for existing clients, i am worried that constant cancellation would hamper our restaurant's image.
      No proper customer service number is available for the partners, have updated the change in time through the app but of no use.
      Can some one help us please.

        Wrong item delivered that too sub standard and replacement declined for swiggy order # [protected]

        I had ordered chicken afgani tandoori along with butter roti however i received a normal chicken tandoori even though i paid for chicken afgani tandoori which i normally order and which is a bit different from normal tandoori and also cost slightly higher, so how can swiggy not ensure the proper item is delivered. Moreover the chicken tandoori delivered was almost burnt and can be considered of sub standard quality due to which i immediately contacted swiggy customer support to notify the issue and get the order replaced however i was not provided any assistance and declined replacement of the order even though swiggy had delivered me a wrong item of sub standard quality. Kindly assist with the same.

          I invited some of my neighbours on dinner. I had order new manish eating point through swiggy totally veg food containing paneer chilly. Swiggy delivery boy anurag singh delivered me combo food chicken and 1 roti without any invoice. My family is totally veg. When my wife opened food item she got surprised. We (My self and my wife) were embarrassed in front of neighbours. I tried to call swiggy delivery boy but it was showing that i can only call through swiggy app. After failiing to call delivery delivery boy i complaint to swiggy. They provided me option to deliver item again. Due to late in delivery i cancelled re order and requested swiggy customer care to refund. Customer care executive refused to refund. I was totally embarassed in front of my neighbours and family members.

            On the 1st of march 2019 i ordered via swiggy at around 12.14am from the spot restaurant in powai, mumbai, india. This food was pre paid via my visa debit card for an initial amount of 272 rupees. After a driver was assigned the order wait went from being 20 mins to around 38 mins which was shown via my notifications. As i visited the app again to check on the same a second driver was assigned and sent to the above mentioned restaurant. This has a time line of 40 to 45 mins after the initial order was placed so close to 1 am. Upon reaching the restaurant the second driver was told that the food was already picked up hence confirming that the first driver stole my paid food. After contacting the customer office via the app the customer representative confirmed that the amount will be refunded back in full within 5 to 7 days. Upon trusting the company and still being hungry i placed a second order of 187 rupees via the same restaurant. All this was done while i was in contact with the second driver contact number[protected] and i believe if i not mistaken his name was ismail who said he might be auto assigned as he is in the area. But unfortunately mr vishnu patil (Third driver of the night) was assigned for the same. This person spoke to me on the phone and said he will go to the restaurant and pick up my food. And to utter surprise mr vishnu also stole my paid food even after speaking to the me directly and i have never been so upset and disappointed. The second call of the night, and me still being hungry, with another customer service agent told me my money will be back but unfortunately my trust in the company wont. I will never order a pre paid meal via the app and tell all the people i know to do the same. The horrible service and bad representatives for your company need to change and not steal food from people. I hope they get severely punished for this. I want to be compensated for the same and want to speak or contact with a higher representative of the company.

              I went to eat at a restaurant called the noodle theory in adyar. During the 30 minutes that i was there, 4 delivery boys picked up orders. Though the orders were given in a paper bag, the food inside was packed in single use plastic, plastic spoons and forks were given and the beverage was also in a plastic bottle.
              The same thing happened in a place called agarwal catering, with the food being packed in thermocole containers inside a plastic carry bag. It is sad that swiggy is not confirming to the guidelines of the tn government's plastic ban.

                  th Feb day before yesterday we ordered biryani and biryani alu . Date of order 27 th feb 2019. My colleague had faced troubles in the order thrice . and i faced it again .
                  1. the food was bad
                  2. i paid for biryani alu but didnt get it
                  3. there was very little absolute no biryani . it had majorly plain rice

                  i would want to put this on social media and make sure this comes to an end . its complete waste of money
                  And plz do not try to calm us with the stupid cashback so that we end up using the same app
                  i am definitely taking this to media level.

                      I ordered a strawberry cheese cake on swiggy but expired product was delivered. This is completely inappropriate and using online channel to sell stale products. This cake was sent to my niece and what could happen of at all she has ate it. It was not even cheese cake.
                      Description of the product is wrong too. But swiggy just apologize and don't refund my money. Is this a matter to waste money and they just earn money from innocents...

                      I have ordered a biryani from nakshatra grand restaurant via swiggy on 23-02-19. It had a cockroach in it and i complained it to swiggy. They have promised me to refund my amount through voucher which they did not. When i asked them again on 28-02-19 they say they cannot do anything about it now. Please take action on this people for providing such bad quality food and endangering my life with cockroaches.

                        Sir/madam,

                        I ordered food through swiggy delivery app on 25.01.2019 of order id: [protected] with my registered account of having phone no [protected] (Vinay).

                        Due to late transaction status through google pay upi (Transaction id:[protected] then l have opted for cash on delivery. The transaction shown as successful after i opted for cash on delivery.

                        Simultaneously, i had a conversation with swiggy representative ; he gave confirmation about refund that would be credited to my bank account in 7 business days.

                        For one order i have paid twice. I paid rs.714 through google pay and also with cash on delivery.

                        Finally i lost my money with swiggy app. I have been contacting swiggy representative but they could not help me out. Also they are giving irrelevant answers.

                        Please help me out in getting my money back.

                          I ordered food on food at 10:00pm but the delivery guy straight said no to me to come to my location so he just roam around the cafe from where i ordered the food for about an hour and keep giving us miss call so that at last the order got canceled from our side for not picking up his call and he will be not responsible for canceling the swiggy order.
                          The app doesn't taking my address why is this happening i can't order mera order ni ara yrr please most of the restaurants who took my orders before they didn't take any more asking for a new address from me now tell me how can i go to somewhere else to pick it up agr aas pass ho to chle bhi jao ab kya resto me chla jau plz, need help.
                          Delivery boys making use of customers private contact details and trying to abuse them by chats and phone calls.this is really disturbing and irritating...we are receiving calls even in midnight

                            Have you ever craved for your favorite food item after dinner, especially if it's a special occasion too? What do you do? I ordered on swiggy and waited for 36 minutes only to know that my prepaid order had been delivered at the wrong address.

                            Hi,

                            I am a swiggy super member. I am out of town and i placed a prepaid order on the swiggy app from the waffle co, mega mall, dlf phase 1, gurgaon - 122001 on 25 february 2019 at 8:30 pm. To my home address for a special occasion.

                            Order id - #[protected]

                            Here's a timeline of events:

                            8:30 pm - order placed
                            8:33 pm - specific instructions provided to ask the delivery agent to call on an alternate number which was my brother's.
                            8:46 pm - ticket closed with confirmation that the alternate number has been given to the delivery agent.
                            9:03 pm - 9:05 pm - the delivery agent calls on my number 4 times when it should have been my brother's number where the call should have been placed.
                            9:06 pm - the delivery agent delivers the food, which happens to be the wrong address.
                            9:10 pm - i call the delivery boy to tell him he has delivered the food to the wrong address. He refuses to rectify his mistake and asks me to call swiggy.
                            9:11 pm - i initiate chat with the swiggy customer care on the swiggy app and get no response for 12 minutes.
                            9:23 pm - i contact swiggy customer care via call and inform them about the problem. He initiates a refund. A re-order would have meant another 40 minutes which i was not willing to go for.
                            9:30 pm - i disconnect the call.
                            9:43 pm - feeling distressed, i decided to escalate the issue and demand compensation for the same. Hey, after all, i am a swiggy super member who paid 999 rs. For an annual membership. Forget the rewards, i didn't even get my order!
                            9:43 pm - 11 pm - i have made multiple calls to the swiggy customer care in the past 1.5 hours and every time, i have been told that the l2 personnel will call you in less than 10 minutes. One executive even said that he is just calling you in the next minute. As you would have figured out, i still haven't received the damn call.

                            Refund generated amount shows INR 235 in snapshot below, assiated by one o[censored]r executive, i have yet not received the amount. It is almost 9 days now
                            I order one burger and roll from rolls tiger by swiggy. Its been 2 hours no delivery executive picked my order and the customer support executive are not taking care of this seriously and there is no one to help me out. This is the worst delivery app. Now no one is coming on the chat also.

                              We run a restaurant in calangute, goa. We were approached by one of your executive named jennifer massey to join swiggy.
                              All the documents needed were handed over and contract was signed. But still we did not receive any confirmation or email regarding that we are now on swiggy. We called several times but no answer from her. We look forward for a positive reply from your end.

                                Today i placed 2 orders from same restaurant.
                                Instead of assigning a single executive swiggy assigned two different people for 2 orders.
                                Both the orders i placed around 7:50 pm today.1 st order was delivered at 9:15 pm which was very much late and 2nd was at 9:50 pm.
                                This could have been avoided if same person was assigned for both the orders as ordered from a single account.
                                Earlier also i placed orders like this but that time both the orders were delivered by same guy.
                                Swiggy should really set some cut off time to deliver the food because 2 hour of delivery is quite much time after all they are into food delivery business.
                                They really have not mentioned anywhere about the maximum time for delivery.
                                This allows swiggy to make the customer helpless by making them wait for no limit of time.
                                Today i had to wait 2 hrs it was almost 10 pm when i received the food for my family.
                                I couldn't have done anything if it was delayed for 1 more hour as there is no cap for delivery time mentioned anywhere.
                                A consumer should get his food in a proper time after the order.
                                Swiggy should mention atleast the maximum time required for delivery so that a consumer can opt to choose any other alternative and don't have to struggle this much like i did.

                                Swiggy discount is fake discount. We have checked the price of restaurent is lower on their menu. you hike the price by 25% and then offer discount @ 10 %. on top of that you charge restaurent charge and delivery charge which resturent provides free. I will never use your service henceforth. Swiggy is cheter.

                                We have ordered egg Biryani on swiggy but they delivered chicken Biryani. We all are veg and we eat only egg Briyani. Please take this complaint forward and take proper action Swiggy
                                This is my 3rd order from Swiggy, I just couldn't apply for Cash On Delivery on my orders. I don't use any banking app, and prefer COD. But it's not happening.
                                Due to which I had to resort to other delivering apps. Kindly solve the issue.

                                  Food not delivered. Delivery boy phone was switched off at delivery time. Customer care received my replace request for food but it didn't work as there was no replacement of food. App shows "food is delivered" But food not delivered at my address. Refund also not done as well

                                    So, i’m not able to pay in cash as in cash on delivery
                                    But for the same order other account is able to pay with cash
                                    I have no clue why am i not able to pay in cash
                                    As i have always been cooperative and haven’t ever caused any problem with cod
                                    I just want to pay in cash
                                    Hoping you’ll review this complaint seriously and let me why such thing happened to me
                                    Order delivered person drunk and he doesn't delivered the food and he got money
